一种一体化多功能腔镜设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗设备领域,具体是指一种一体化多功能腔镜设备。
背景技术
腔镜,是以不锈钢或其他金属制成的管路,内有平面镜组成,可以经由皮肤手术切口进入体内以便观察、摄像及手术操作,传统的腔镜设备存在四大弊端:(1)传统的腔镜设备是光源系统及摄像系统为一体,而操作系统分离,故术中操作需要2人配合完成,而且为三孔才能完成手术操作;(2)使用传统腔镜设备时,主刀操作系统与助手扶镜(光源系统与摄像系统)存在不能完美配合的可能,助手劳动量增加;(3)使用传统腔镜时,手术伤口相对微创(三处伤口),费用相对较高;(4)传统腔镜设备,头端物镜视野易模糊,延长手术时间;而此腔镜设备将光源系统、摄像系统及操作系统有机的整合到一起,可以实现单人单孔及单人双孔的手术操作,减轻了助手的工作量,伤口更加微创及美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种一体化多功能腔镜设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案为一种一体化多功能腔镜设备:包括操作手柄、操作钳钳头方向钮和镜管体,操作钳钳头方向钮转动设置在操作手柄上,所述操作手柄设有操作钳钳头方向钮的一端和镜管体连接;其特征在于:所述镜管体和操作手柄连接的一端设有设有摄像头连接头,所述摄像头连接头和镜管体连接的一端延伸进镜管体内,所述摄像头连接头延伸进镜管体内的一端设有摄像平面镜,所述镜管体设有摄像头连接头的一端设有光源入口接头,所述光源入口接头和镜管体连接的一端延伸进镜管体内,所述光源入口接头延伸进进镜管体内的一端设有光源平面镜,所述镜管体内设有摄像通道,所述摄像通道的一端延伸至摄像头连接头处,所述摄像通道的一端延伸至镜管体的另一端的端部,所述摄像通道位于镜管体端部的一端设有摄像物镜,所述镜管体内设有操作钳,所述操作钳的一端和操作手柄连接,所述操作钳的一端延伸出镜管体,所述操作钳延伸出镜管体的一端设有钳头,所述镜管体和摄像通道、操作钳之间形成光源通道,所述镜管体远离操作手柄的一端凸环。
作为改进,所述摄像头连接头在镜管体上倾斜设置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:操作系统(操作手柄、操作钳钳头方向钮、镜管体、操作钳、钳头)、光源系统(光源入口接头、光源平面镜、镜管体、光源通道)及摄像系统(摄像头连接头、摄像平面镜、镜管体、摄像通道、摄像物镜)有机组合,摒弃了现有腔镜设备必须2人同时操作才能完成手术的弊端,减轻了助手的工作量,提高了效率,节约了治疗成本,伤口更加微创、美观;结构简单,操作简单,节约了患者治疗费用,镜管体上的凸环起到防止腹壁伤口滴血致光源出口及头端物镜视野模糊,可保护视野清晰,减少手术时间,操作系统可以与光源及摄像系统拆分,独立消毒包装,用时可快速组装,方 便、简单、快捷,避免交叉感染。

所述摄像头连接头4在镜管体3上倾斜设置。
本实用新型在具体实施时,使用前,首先把摄像设备和摄像头连接头4连接,把光源设备和光源入口接头6,使用时,摄像设备就可以通过摄像头连接头4、摄像平面镜5、摄像通道8和摄像物镜9进行摄像,光源设备通过光源入口接头6、光源平面镜7和光源通道11提供光源,通过操作手柄1、操作钳钳头方向钮2、操作钳10和钳头13进行手术操作,镜管体3远离操作手柄1的一端凸环12,可以起到防止腹壁伤口滴血致光源出口及头端物镜视野模糊,可保护视野清晰。
