Description
本实用新型涉及电器领域,特别涉及一种挂烫机的净水装置及挂烫机。
挂烫机是将衣物挂起来用蒸汽喷头进行烫熨的家用电器,通常都包括水箱和蒸发器,水箱中的水流入蒸发器,在其中被电热元件加热蒸发为水蒸汽。
在挂烫机的使用过程中,由于用户未必使用蒸馏水来加注在水箱内,使挂烫机的蒸发器会慢慢积聚水垢严重时会导致蒸发器堵塞无法工作,也会在使用过程中导致蒸汽容易混杂水垢杂质等弄脏衣物,这些都会给用户带来不好的使用体验,也会严重影响机器的使用效率及使用寿命。现有技术的一些挂烫机虽然也装有水软化装置,但是其水软化装置固定在水箱内壁上,导致用户不能取出更换,很快水软化装置就会失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种挂烫机的净水装置及挂烫机,在实现水净化功能的同时,可以便于更换净水剂。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种挂烫机的净水装置,包括上壳、下壳和净水剂;
所述上壳具有向下开口的第一容纳腔,且所述第一容纳腔内设有第一连接件;
所述下壳具有向上开口的第二容纳腔,且所述第二容纳腔内设有第二连接件,且所述下壳的底部设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的位置对应所述第二连接件;
所述上壳连接至所述下壳,所述第一连接件连接至所述第二连接件, 所述第一容纳腔和所述第二容纳腔形成容置部;
所述净水剂设置于所述容置部内。
可选地,本实用新型的挂烫机的净水装置还包括水阀组件;
所述水阀组件包括放水杆,所述放水杆可拆卸连接至所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件。
可选地,所述放水杆的一端设有第一弹性卡扣;
所述第一连接件上设有第二弹性卡扣;
所述第一连接件和所述放水杆通过所述第一弹性卡扣和所述第二弹性卡扣可拆卸连接。
可选地,所述水阀组件还包括弹性水阀,所述弹性水阀套设于所述放水杆上。
可选地,所述上壳的开口处设有第三弹性卡扣,所述下壳的开口处设有第四弹性卡扣;
所述上壳和所述下壳通过所述第三弹性卡扣和所述第四弹性卡扣可拆卸连接。
可选地,所述上壳和/或所述下壳上设有多个漏水孔。

所述进水通道的一端连接至所述放水盖,所述进水通道的另一端连接至所述蒸发器,所述蒸发器的输出端连接至所述蒸汽导管。

作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的挂烫机的净水装置还包括水阀组件4;
该水阀组件4包括放水杆401,该放水杆401可拆卸连接至第一连接件101或第二连接件201。
具体地,该放水杆401的一端设有第一弹性卡扣401a;
第一连接件101上设有第二弹性卡扣101a;
第一连接件101和放水杆401通过第一弹性卡扣401a和第二弹性卡扣101a可拆卸连接。
作为一种可选的实施方式,该水阀组件4还包括弹性水阀,该弹性水阀套设于放水杆401上。
具体地,弹性水阀可以是硅胶阀片,套设在放水杆401上,当放水杆401上移时带动该硅胶阀片上移,同时净化后的水可以从硅胶阀片下方的缝隙流出;当放水杆401下移时带动该硅胶阀片下移,该硅胶阀片与挂烫机的放水盖形成密封。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的上壳1的开口处设有第三弹性卡扣102,下壳2的开口处设有第四弹性卡扣203;
上壳1和下壳2通过第三弹性卡扣102和第四弹性卡扣203可拆卸连接。
相应地,第一连接件101和第二连接件201页可以通过弹性卡扣实现可拆卸连接,如此可以实现上壳1和下壳2的拆分,便于更换净水剂;在具体实施中,上壳1和下壳2也可以采用固定连接的方式,需要更换净水剂的时候连同上壳1和下壳2一起更换即可。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的上壳1和/或下壳2上设有多个漏水孔,漏水孔的数量可以根据需要进行设计,漏水孔越多越能增加水与净水剂的接触面积,进而提高净水效率,漏水孔的孔径应满足不使净水剂泄露。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的上壳1的顶部设有第二通孔,该第二通孔的位置对应第一连接件101,第二通孔的设计目的是加大水流从净水装置的通过率。
在具体实施中,净水剂包括但不限于离子交换剂,可以去除水中的钙、镁等离子,软化水质。
在一些实施例中,净水剂也可以采用活性炭或者活性炭和离子交换剂的混合物。
本申请实施例还提供了一种挂烫机(如图3所示),包括水箱5和如上所述的任一种挂烫机的净水装置;
其中,水箱5包括箱体和放水盖501,该挂烫机的净水装置设置于放水盖501上,具体地,设置在放水盖501的内侧。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图3所示的挂烫机还包括进水通道6、蒸发器7和蒸汽导管8;
其中,进水通道6的一端连接至放水盖501,进水通道6的另一端连接至蒸发器7,蒸发器7的输出端连接至蒸汽导管8。
在实际应用中,放水盖501和水箱5通过螺纹连接在一起,当净水装置需要更换时,只需将放水盖501从水箱5上取下,轻轻用力将净水装置从防水杆401上拔下,再更换新的净水剂即可。
本申请实施例的挂烫机的净水装置及挂烫机具有如下有益效果:

- 根据权利要求2所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述放水杆(401)的一端设有第一弹性卡扣(401a);所述第一连接件(101)上设有第二弹性卡扣(101a);所述第一连接件(101)和所述放水杆(401)通过所述第一弹性卡扣(401a)和所述第二弹性卡扣(101a)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述水阀组件(4)还包括弹性水阀,所述弹性水阀套设于所述放水杆(401)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述上壳(1)的开口处设有第三弹性卡扣(102),所述下壳(2)的开口处设有第 四弹性卡扣(203);所述上壳(1)和所述下壳(2)通过所述第三弹性卡扣(102)和所述第四弹性卡扣(203)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述上壳(1)和/或所述下壳(2)上设有多个漏水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述上壳(1)的顶部设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔的位置对应所述第一连接件(101)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂烫机的净水装置,其特征在于,所述净水剂为离子交换剂。
- 一种挂烫机,其特征在于,包括水箱(5)和如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的挂烫机的净水装置;所述水箱(5)包括箱体和放水盖(501),所述挂烫机的净水装置设置于所述放水盖(501)上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的挂烫机,其特征在于,还包括进水通道(6)、蒸发器(7)和蒸汽导管(8);所述进水通道(6)的一端连接至所述放水盖(501),所述进水通道(6)的另一端连接至所述蒸发器(7),所述蒸发器(7)的输出端连接至所述蒸汽导管(8)。
