Description
本发明涉及烘烤设备领域,具体涉及一种大型便捷烘烤设备。
烘烤箱是烘干设备中的一种,烘烤箱又称为烘烤机。烘烤箱广泛应用于光电、电子、电机、通讯、电镀、塑料、机械设备等的精密烘烤、烘干以及定型加工中。
现有的烘烤箱由于缺乏科学的设计,所以其能耗大、体积大、占用面积达,所以需要一款可以节省能源方便存放的烘烤设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述缺陷,提供了一种大型便捷烘烤设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种大型便捷烘烤设备,其特征在于,包括烘烤设备,所述烘烤设备的上部及两侧设有太阳能电板,所述烘烤设备的前部连接有门,所述的前部连接有门的上部装有警报器,所述门的左部设有太阳能板选择按钮和旋转钮,所述门的中部有操作显示屏和门开关,所述门的右部设置有移动遥控器,所述烘烤设备的下部装有移动轮,所述烘烤设备后部装有散热器,所述烘烤设备的内部两侧装有大功率加热器和架子,所述烘烤设备的内部上侧装有温度调节器和湿度调节器。
优选地,所述烘烤设备底侧固定连接六个移动轮。
优选地,所述门通过转轴连接在烘烤设备上部。
优选地,所述太阳能电板安装在烘烤设备的上部及左右侧面的表面。
优选地,所述移动遥控器后附有磁性物质可吸附在门上。
优选地,所述警报器内部设置有六排LED灯柱。
优选地,所述散热器通过螺栓连接在所述烘烤设备。
优选地,所述架子安装在烘烤设备内部的两个侧面。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.高效节能的效果:该设备在使用时,可以将设备移动到阳光充足的地方,通过太阳能电板快速充电,达到节省能源的效果。
2.内部温度湿度控制:该烘烤设备的内部上侧装有温度调节器和湿度调节器智能化控制烘烤效果。

参照图1~4所示,一种大型便捷烘烤设备,包括烘烤设备1,其特征在于,所述烘烤设备1的上部及两侧设有太阳能电板3,所述烘烤设备1的前部连接有门2,所述的前部连接有门2的上部装有警报器10,所述门2的左部设有太阳能板选择按钮4和旋转钮5,所述门2的中部有操作显示屏6和门开关7,所述门2的右部设置有移动遥控器8,所述烘烤设备1的下部装有移动轮9,所述烘烤设备1后部装有散热器11,所述烘烤设备1的内部两侧装有大功率加热器12和架子13,所述烘烤设备1的内部上侧装有温度调节器14和湿度调节器15。
本发明中,所述烘烤设备1底侧固定连接六个移动轮9;所述门2通过转轴连接在烘烤设备1上部;所述太阳能电板3安装在烘烤设备1的上部及左右侧面的表面;所述移动遥控器8后附有磁性物质可吸附在门2上;所述警报器10内部设置有六排LED灯柱;所述散热器11通过螺栓连接在所述烘烤设备1;所述架子13安装在烘烤设备1内部的两个侧面。
本发明,操作方便,原理简单,一种大型便捷烘烤设备提供一种可以利用太阳能节省电力的设备,同时可以便捷移动,方便用户使用。
用户可以通过移动遥控器8将设备移动到需要的位置进行工作。
在使用时,将太阳能电板3调节到合适角度进行充电后启动,这时温度调节器14和湿度调节器15开始工作,自动快速检测设备内部状态调节内部温度及湿度。

- 一种大型便捷烘烤设备,其特征在于,包括烘烤设备(1),所述烘烤设备(1)的上部及两侧设有太阳能电板(3),所述烘烤设备(1)的前部连接有门(2),所述的前部连接有门(2)的上部装有警报器(10),所述门(2)的左部设有太阳能板选择按钮(4)和旋转钮(5),所述门(2)的中部有操作显示屏(6)和门开关(7),所述门(2)的右部设置有移动遥控器(8),所述烘烤设备(1)的下部装有移动轮(9),所述烘烤设备(1)后部装有散热器(11),所述烘烤设备(1)的内部两侧装有大功率加热器(12)和架子(13),所述烘烤设备(1)的内部上侧装有温度调节器(14)和湿度调节器(15)。
