Abstract
The present invention relates to a system (1) for making a reminder and offering a payment suggestion to bank customers for tax payments upon analysing transaction data carried out by them in payment transactions by using banking products of customers, via artificial intelligence algorithms.
Description
A PAYMENT SUGGESTION SYSTEM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system for making a reminder and offering a payment suggestion to bank customers for tax payments upon analysing transaction data carried out by them in payment transactions by using banking products of customers, via artificial intelligence algorithms.
Background of the Invention
Today, many different payments can be made electronically by means of payment instruments provided by banks. These payment instruments provided by banks ensure that payments made to public enterprises such as fees, taxes, traffic fines are also realized through banks in addition to credit card payment and bill payment. Customers can make their payments without the need for any reminder by means of option of automatic payment order offered by banks for periodic payments. However, automatic payments cannot be made in the event that no sufficient balance is available or a problem is experienced in bank systems and customers have difficultly due to the fact that a debt that should be paid periodically is not paid. In addition, it is not possible to use automatic payment order for some corporate payments such as tax payment that should be paid periodically.
Therefore considering the studies and the deficiencies in the state of the art, it is understood that there is need for a system which enables to estimate a payment that customers should make at a given time by analysing payments such as corporate payment made by customers through bank and to suggest a payment instrument to customers for the said payments.
The United States patent document no. US10387858, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system for providing integrated cash flow control for corporate bank customers. The system in the said invention enables corporate bank customers to generate and view electronic bill and ensures that the payments received are tracked and the received payments are matched with the electronic bills, cash flow of a corporate customer is controlled by communicating with financial management systems such as accounting system and integrated payment management system. In the said invention, the tax information system carries out transactions of determining taxes that corporate customers are liable to pay and to calculate the tax amounts, to make a partial deduction from payments received by corporate customers for each tax payment and then to transfer it to an account created independently for each tax payment, to block the amounts transferred to tax payment accounts of corporate customers or to keep these amounts in liquid according to their cash flow preferences. In the current invention, the suggestion unit enables to offer banking products and services customized to be presented to customers or other products and services. The suggestion unit complies and analyses transaction history of customers and transmits banking products and services that will provide continuity of cash flow to corporate bank customers.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a system for detecting corporate payments such as potential tax payments that may occur in the future by analysing previous payments, which are made by customers through a bank, via artificial intelligence algorithms and for making a reminder or suggestion to customers for payment.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“A Payment Suggestion System” realized to fulfill the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:
Figure l is a schematic view of the inventive system.
The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:
1. System
2. Database
3. Server
The inventive system (1) for estimating payments likely to be made in the future by analysing previous payments made by customers through banks and making a reminder for the said payments comprises: at least one database (2) which is configured to keep record of information about customers and payment information, such that these are correlated with a distinctive singular identity information; and at least one server (3) which is in communication with the database (2), manages the database (2) and is configured to connect to the database (2) at certain periods and/or upon being triggered by events and to receive payment information about customers, to detect corporate payments that should be made periodically by analysing the payment data received from the database (2) and to ensure that necessary actions are taken for reminding the detected payments to customers and offering a suggestion.
The database (2) included in the inventive system (1) is in communication with the server (3) and configured to be managed by the server (3). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the database (2) is configured to keep record of personal information, bank account information and contact information about customers, such that these are correlated with a distinctive singular identity information about customers. The said database (2) is configured to keep record of the payment data received from servers wherein payment transactions are carried
out, such that these are correlated with the payment category and the customer who makes the payment. The database (2) is configured to keep record of a communication channel information preferred for communications to be established, such that it is correlated with a distinctive customer information.
The server (3) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to communicate with servers whereby payment transactions are carried out by using any remote communication protocol in the state of the art and to receive payment data about customers over this communication established. The server (3) is configured to manage the database (2) by means of transactions such as performing new data record into the database (2), deleting the data recorded in the database (2) or changing the data recorded in the database (2) and updating the data recorded in the database (2). The server (3) is configured to save the payment data it receives from servers whereby payment transactions are carried out, to the database (2) for processing these later. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (3) is configured to make a query on the database (2) for a customer upon being triggered at certain periods and to receive the payment data about the customer from the database (2). The server (3) is configured to detect payments that should be made periodically such as tax, among the said payment data by analysing the received payment data via artificial intelligence algorithms. The said server (3) is configured to estimate the time when the said payment should be made if it detects that a payment which should be made periodically such as a tax payment is included among the payments made by the customer previously. The server (3) is configured to transmit a suggestion notification to the related units for informing the customer that s/he can make the payment through bank, when it detects that the customer made a corporate payment that should be made periodically by means of any bank payment instrument previously and by estimating the time of payment. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (3) is configured to ensure that the customer is informed about the payment by means of the said communication channel by accessing the communication channel preferred by the customer over the database (2).
With the inventive system (1), it is ensured that bank customers are informed about payments which they make to enterprises such as tax payment and should be made periodically, in advance and they are directed for payment by means of bank.
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Payment Suggestion System (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
