Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de traitement destiné à être utilisé avec un moyen d'imagerie par tomographie par cohérence optique pour l'imagerie d'un sujet, le système de traitement étant configuré pour effectuer les étapes suivantes : la réception (210) de données d'image initiales pour une image du sujet acquise au moyen d'une tomographie par cohérence optique, l'application (214) d'un processus de débruitage aux données d'image afin de recevoir des données d'image débruitées, la combinaison (216) des données d'image débruitées avec les données d'image, auxquelles le processus de débruitage a été appliqué, afin de recevoir des données d'image combinées, l'application (218) d'un filtre de lissage aux données d'image combinées afin de recevoir des données d'image lissées, l'application (220) d'un processus d'amélioration de contraste aux données d'image lissées afin de recevoir des données d'image à contraste amélioré, et la fourniture (230) de données d'image finales pour l'image du sujet à afficher à un système de traitement ultérieur, un système de commande pour l'OCT, un système d'imagerie OCT et des procédés correspondants.
