伴随着人工智能的飞速发展,智能设备应用而生,且智能设备中的各类携带扬声器或显示屏的智能设备,包括智能门铃、智能摄像机、智能机器人、智能抽油烟机以及智能洗衣机等,这些智能设备可以通过扬声器输出语音提示或者视频提示。在现有技术中,智能设备的语音提示或视频提示一般是由厂家设置并提供的,智能设备在识别到设定的行为后,根据设定的语音提示或视频提示内容进行提示,并且该提示的基本不会发生变化,智能化程度不高,并且严重影响了用户体验。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种多媒体资源推荐方法、装置、设备及介质,用以解决现有语音提示内容单一、影响用户体验的问题。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种多媒体资源推荐方法,所述方法包括:
若接收到运行指令,获取当前进行控制账户的特征信息,根据所述特征信息,确定目标账户;
根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源,并播放所述目标多媒体资源。

为了保证多媒体资源播放的多样性,有效提高用户的体验,本发明实施例提供了一种多媒体资源推荐方法、装置、设备及介质。
实施例1:
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种多媒体资源推荐过程示意图,该过程包括以下步骤:
S101:若接收到运行指令,获取当前进行控制账户的特征信息,根据所述特征信息,确定目标账户。
本发明实施例提供的多媒体资源推荐方法应用于智能设备,该智能设备可以是智能门铃、智能音响等能够进行多媒体资源推荐的智能设备。
在本发明实施例中,该智能设备可以接收运行指令,该运行指令可以为输入的运行指令,例如可以是点击智能设备显示界面上的按钮输入的,也可以是接收到的其他设备发送的,例如可以是接收到移动终端向该智能设备发送的运行指令,以实现对智能设备的控制。
在接收到运行指令后,智能设备控制自身运行,之后智能设备开始进行账户的特征信息的识别,其中该特征信息可以是人脸信息、声纹信息等中的一种或几种。具体的,若该特征信息若为人脸信息,则基于该特征信息的识别过程具体包括:人脸的痣的位置、是否佩戴眼镜等,因此,为了通过该特征信息,确定目标账户,在本发明实施例中,可以通过人脸识别技术,预先在智能设备中保存有至少一个账户的人脸图像,根据智能设备本身具有图像采集功能,当获得到人脸图像后,基于人脸识别技术,获取该人脸图像的特征信息,将该特征信息与保存的各账户的人脸图像的特征信息进行匹配,则匹配成功的人脸图像对应的账户即为目标账户。其中,人脸识别技术为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
若该特征信息若为声纹信息,则基于该特征信息的识别过程具体包括:提取账户的语音信息中声纹特征,采用该声纹特征与预先保存的各账户的声 纹特征进行匹配,根据匹配成功的声纹特征对应的账户即为目标账户。其中,声纹特征的识别为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
S102:根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源,并播放所述目标多媒体资源。
为了保证多媒体资源提供的多样性,在本发明实施例中,预先在智能设备中保存有每个账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,其中每个账户对应的多媒体资源一般不同,也可以部分相同,该不同的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系可以是智能设备在出厂时配置到里面的,或者也可以是预先设置到智能设备中的。在确定目标账户后,基于预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,查找该目标账户在该对应关系下对应的目标多媒体资源,并将确定的该目标多媒体资源进行播放。
由于本发明实施例中根据账户的特征信息确定目标账户,并根据账户和待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定对应的多媒体资源并进行播放,从而能够根据不同的账户,推荐不同的多媒体资源,从而保证了多媒体资源播放的多样性,有效提高了账户的体验。

智能设备针对同一账户可以保存多个待播放的多媒体资源,但为了保证播放的准确性,在本发明实施例中针对同一账户,可以设置其不同的情绪与待播放多媒体资源的对应关系。
为了更加准确的确定目标多媒体资源,在本发明实施例中,在根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向该目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源之前,还需要识别该目标账户的情绪,其中,该情绪可以是悲伤、快乐、沮丧等多种情绪中的任意一种。在本发明实施例中,通过人脸识别和声纹识别确定账户情绪的过程属于现有技术,在此不做赘述。
在识别到目标账户的目标情绪后,根据预先保存的账户的每种情绪与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定该目标账户播放该目标情绪的目标多媒体资源。具体的,每个账户可能会对应多个多媒体资源,因此为了准确的确定该账户在当前情景下对应的哪个多媒体资源,可以预先在智能设备中保存账户的每种情绪的待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,也就是可以根据情绪对多媒体资源进行分类,在确定目标账户以及目标情绪后,基于预先保存的账户的每种情绪与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向该目标账户播放该目标情绪的目标多媒体资源。
比如,当智能门铃根据人脸识别技术识别出目标账户为男主人时,并根据该人脸识别技术识别出该目标账户当前的目标情绪为开心,则根据预先保存的账户的每种情绪与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,向男主人播放开心情绪对应的目标多媒体资源,该目标多媒体资源可以是带有开心语气的“皇上回宫了”。

为了准确的确定目标多媒体资源,在上述各实施例的基础上,在本发明实施例中,所述根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源之前,所述方法还包括:

智能设备针对同一账户可以保存多个待播放的多媒体资源,但为了保证播放的准确性,在本发明实施例中针对同一账户,可以设置不同的热点与待播放多媒体资源的对应关系。
为了更加准确的确定目标多媒体资源,在本发明实施例中,在根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向该目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源之前,还可以根据当前的热点,向目标账户推荐符合当前的热点的多媒体资源,其中,当前的热点可以是当红明星的语音、当红明星的视频,或者各种话题等。在本发明实施例中,将当前热点预先保存在服务器中,并实时的进行更新,智能设备定期获取服务器中更新后的当前的热点,并获取服务器中保存的账户与每种热点的待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系。
在识别到目标账户后,根据预先保存针对该目标账户保存的每种热点与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向该目标账户播放的该热点对应的目标多媒体资源。具体的,每个账户可能会对应多个多媒体资源,因此为了保证推荐的多媒体资源符合当今的热点,推荐更符合时代潮流的多媒体资源,可以预先在智能设备中针对每个账户,保存每种热点与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,也就是可以根据热点对多媒体资源进行分类,在确定目标账户以及当前的热点后,基于针对该目标账户保存的热点与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定该当前的热点对应的多媒体资源,将对应的该多媒体资源确定为向该目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源。
比如,当智能音箱根据声纹识别技术识别出目标账户为女主人时,并确定的当前的热点是某一知名男星,根据预先针对女主人的账户保存的热点与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,向该女主人播放该热点对应的目标多媒体资源,该目标多媒体资源可以是该知名男星的语音“爱妃,早点休息吧”。
实施例4:
为了准确的确定目标多媒体资源,在上述各实施例的基础上,在本发明实施例中,所述接收到运行指令之前,所述方法还包括:
按照设定的时间间隔获取服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒 体资源的对应关系。
在本发明实施例中,预先设定一个时间间隔,智能设备以该设定的时间间隔,获取服务器中针对与该智能设备预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系,具体的,服务器中针对每个账户预先都保存与多媒体资源的对应关系,因为智能设备的安装位置固定,一般都是位于固定的家庭中,因此与该智能设备绑定的账户一般为该家庭中的各家庭成员对应的账户。智能设备以设定的时间间隔向服务器发送下载对应关系的请求,服务器接收到智能设备发送的下载对应关系的请求后,首先确定是否允许该智能设备下载,若是,则向智能设备发送允许下载的反馈,使得智能设备接收到该反馈后,主动下载服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系。其中,若与该智能设备绑定的任一账户购买了对应的多媒体资源,则确定允许该智能设备下载。
若否,则向智能设备发送不允许下载的反馈,使得智能设备在当前时刻不进行下载。其中,若与该智能设备绑定的所有账户都未购买多媒体资源,则确定不允许该智能设备下载。
具体的,智能设备在主动从服务器中下载账户与多媒体资源的对应关系时,与智能设备绑定的账户即为该智能设备所在家庭中的家庭成员对应的账户,其中与智能设备绑定的账户可能已经进行支付操作,因此服务器允许该智能设备下载已经进行了支付的账户购买的多媒体资源的信息,并将已经购买的账户的信息发送给智能设备,从而使智能设备保存该账户与多媒体资源的对应关系。
具体的,账户在进行多媒体资源的购买时,可以预先设定一个能够进行支付操作的应用或者平台,该应用可以是电脑或者移动终端上的一个应用程序,该应用程序中显示有多媒体资源的订购信息,或在通过平台也可以进行多媒体资源的购买,平台可以是运营商的服务网点,在应用程序或者运营商的服务网点进行支付操作之后,此时,服务器中将记录购买的账号以及购买的多媒体资源的对应关系,从而当与该账号绑定的智能设备在进行资源的下 载时,服务器允许该智能设备下载该账户与该多媒体资源的对应关系,并且智能设备还将对应的多媒体资源从服务器端下载下来,以便进行播放。
实施例5:
为了准确的确定目标多媒体资源,在上述各实施例的基础上,在本发明实施例中,所述按照设定的时间间隔获取服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系包括:
根据预先设置的产品标识,查找所述服务器中保存的所述产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系;
根据与自身绑定的每个账户,获取所述第一对应关系中所述绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系。
在本发明实施例中,智能设备既可以是智能门铃,也可以是智能音箱等任意一种智能设备,由于每种类型的智能设备所对应的多媒体资源不同,也可以说这些智能设备需要推荐或者播放的多媒体资源是不同的,因此需要根据智能设备的类型,下载不同的多媒体资源,也就是下载符合该智能设备的多媒体资源。
为了实现针对不同的智能设备,下载该智能设备对应的多媒体资源,在本发明实施例中,预先针对每个智能设备设置每个智能设备对应的产品标识,并且在服务器中预先保存了每个产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的对应关系,根据预先设置的产品标识,智能设备以设定的时间间隔查找该服务器中保存的与该产品标识对应的每个账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系。比如,当产品标识为预先设置的智能冰箱的产品标识时,则在服务器中查找服务器中保存的针对智能冰箱的产品标识对应的每个账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系。
由于与该产品标识对应的智能设备绑定的任一账户购买了对应的多媒体资源,才能确定允许该智能设备下载。因此,在查找到服务器中保存的产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系后,需要确定第一对应关系中该绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系,也就是购买了多媒体资源的账户 与多媒体资源的对应关系。在本发明实施例中,在查找到服务器中保存的该产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系后,确定与自身绑定的账户,获取第一对应关系中绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系,比如,若在服务器中查找保存的智能冰箱的产品标识对应的所有账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系后,确定与智能冰箱绑定的账户,也就是购买了多媒体资源的账户,在查找到的第一对应关系中查找有该绑定的账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系。
实施例6:
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种多媒体资源推荐的具体过程示意图,现针对图2进行详细说明。
S201:运营商或第三开发者开发提供的个性化语音包内容,储存在智能家居系统的云端。发布到运营商的网上商城等平台上。
运营商或第三开发者开发并提供个性化语音包内容,该个性语音包内容也就是多媒体资源,并将该个性化语音包内容存储在智能家居系统的云端,也就是存储在服务器中,并且在服务器中保存了账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系。具体的,运营商或第三开发者通过录制、剪辑、处理多个音频文件,并将该多个音频文件打包成一个语音包产品,并且运营商将该语音包产品以及购买方式发布在了运营商的网上商城等平台上。
此外,第三方开发者或者运营商也实时的更新当前的热点,具体的,第三方开发者和运营商除了增值服务和独立产品发布外,还可以由第三方开发者或运营商进行运营管理,比如,在线实时更新其中的多媒体资源,或者在部分智能设备中增加娱乐内容、广告内容、新闻内容等,还可以与表情包、车载导航系统设备的语音包等产品及进行捆绑。
S202:账户在手机、终端设备上或营业网点,订购相应的语音包套餐。
账户可以通过手机、终端设备上的应用程序或者运营商的营业网点进行购买和订购。
S203:该账户下的所有带语音输出功能的智能设备,自动、实时或定期 将云端的最新的提示语音包,下载更新到本地。
在订购成功后,可以根据预先设置的产品标识查找该服务器中保存的该产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系,并根据与自身绑定的每个账户,获取所述第一对应关系中该绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系,因此该绑定账户可以将提示语音包,也就是多媒体资源以及该绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系下载到本地。
S204:智能设备检测到需要语音提示的事件,从更新的提示语音包中,智能选择相应的语音文件进行播放。
智能设备获取进行控制的账户的特征信息,根据该特征信息确定目标账户,并确定该目标账户的目标情绪,或者结合当前的热点,基于预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向该目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源,并播放该目标多媒体资源。

由于本发明实施例中根据账户的特征信息确定目标账户,并根据账户和待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定对应的多媒体资源并进行播放,从而能够根据不同的账户,推荐不同的多媒体资源,从而保证了多媒体资源播放的多样性,有效提高了账户的体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多媒体资源推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    若接收到运行指令,获取当前进行控制账户的特征信息,根据所述特征信息,确定目标账户;
    根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源,并播放所述目标多媒体资源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述目标账户的目标情绪;
    所述根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源包括:
    根据预先保存的账户的每种情绪与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放所述目标情绪的目标多媒体资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定当前的热点;
    所述根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源包括:
    根据预先保存的账户与每种热点的待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放所述热点的目标多媒体资源。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收到运行指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    按照设定的时间间隔获取服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照设定的时间间隔获取服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系包括:
    根据预先设置的产品标识,查找所述服务器中保存的所述产品标识对应的账户与多媒体资源的第一对应关系;
    根据与自身绑定的每个账户,获取所述第一对应关系中所述绑定账户与多媒体资源的第二对应关系。
  6. 一种多媒体资源推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理模块,用于若接收到运行指令,获取当前进行控制账户的特征信息,根据所述特征信息,确定目标账户;
    确定模块,用于根据预先保存的账户与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放的目标多媒体资源,并播放所述目标多媒体资源。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,还用于确定所述目标账户的目标情绪,根据预先保存的账户的每种情绪与待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放所述目标情绪的目标多媒体资源;或,确定当前的热点;根据预先保存的账户与每种热点的待播放的多媒体资源的对应关系,确定向所述目标账户播放所述热点的目标多媒体资源。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,还用于按照设定的时间间隔获取服务器中针对预先绑定的每个账户保存的多媒体资源的对应关系。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述方法的步骤。
