3. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, visors consisting of two parts are in use: a robust carrier, which in most cases is made of plastic printed with a 3D printer, and transparent plastic, which protects the entire face of the final user front viruses and bacteria. The carrier is fixed to a head with an elastic band.
Transparent plastic has poor ophthalmic characteristics and it cannot be seen clearly enough through it. It tires th© eyes over lime, and with prolonged use it causes poor vision. People with diopters must also wear prescription glasses under the visor. Adequate protection for the eyes from viruses and bacteria are goggles that look like a simple dive mask. Prescription glasses cannot be installed in this type of mask. Rubber that is in contact with the sk in over time causes
irritation and damage to the skin. The manufacturer of glasses, Mykita, made a visor in which he built a transparent plastic through which one can see clearly and which does not damage the eyesight. Prescription glasses cannot be installed in this type of mask either. People who have diopters must wear glasses under this visor. There are visors that are mounted on prescription glasses and fixed in different ways. This type of visor is not effective in preventing either bacteria or viruses and has all the negative ophthalmic characteristics due to the unpredictable bending radii for different forms of prescription glasses.

A further goal of this invention is that the final user who has no experience in mounting or dismounting the glass in the spectacle frame can quickly, easily and in a right way dismantle, clean and mount the glasses on our visor without using any auxiliary tools for mounting and dismantling the glass. A further goal of this in vention is to make the visor as light as possible without changing the mechanical characteristics during its use and at the same time keeps the glasses in one adjusted position. A further goal of the invention is to enable the cleaning of ophthalmic glasses separately from the protective visor with cleansers for the prescriptive glasses and the cleaning of the visor with cleansers for the visor. The further goal of this invention is that the stability of the visor can be efficiently and reliably adjusted as well as the position of the visor according to the shape of the head of the final user, while maintaining the previously set characteristics during long-term use. A further goal of the invention is to make such a visor which, by its overall characteristics, will guarantee comfort, and thus enable prolonged use. A further goal of the invention is to avoid contact of the visor with any part of the face other than the areas of the nose and ears which is the case with traditional spectacles and where the skin is less prone to irritation. A further goal of the invention is to be able to precisely adjust the pantoscopic angle of the glasses, while the protective visor retains all antiviral functions and so that the adjusted visor retains ophthalmic characteristics even after prolonged use, which involves frequent mounting and dismounting of the glass on the visor. 6. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The protective, antiviral visor consists of a protective mask ( 1 ), ophthalmic glasses (L), handies (2) and the pad arms (3). The protective mask (1) has two functions: one is the physical antiviral and antibacterial protection of the last user's face, and the other function is that the mask (1) is a frame in which the glasses (L) are mounted. Handles (2) and pad arms (3) are mounted on the mask (1). The mask ( ! ) consists of segments ( ). (I1NL), (IS), (1O).
The segment (1L) has a concavity identical to ophthalmic glasses (L) and it has glass bearings (LS), with the corresponding segments (LS1 ) and (LS2) which are interconnected by a slit (R) which enables mounting and holding of the glass (L) on the mask ( 1).
The segment (1 N) follows the shape of the nose.
The segment ( 1O) is a segment that, is rectangular in shape, and is far enough away from the mouth and nose to allow unobstructed breathing of the final user, and is located at the height of the mouth.
The segment (1S ) is of arbitrary shape and serves as a link between segments ( ), (1N) a1nLd (IO).
'The ophthalmic glass ( L) has an external shape and a shape identical to the bearing (LS) on the mask (1 ). The glass (L) is cut so that a channel (K) is made in it along the entire perimeter of the glass. The dimensions of the opening (LS) on the segment ( ) are 1 idLentical in shape and dimensions to the inner part (K.U), of the channel (K). In the mounted state, the edges of the bearing (LS) occupy a place in the channel (K) of the glass (L).
The handle (2) is made of hypoallergenic materials, and in this embodiment the protective visor is made of beta titanium. It consists of a vertical segment (2V) which is fixed along the vertical axis to the end of the segment ( 1 L) and the horizontal part (2H) of the handle (2) has the same function as the handle of traditional glasses and rests on the ear. Segments (2 V) and (2H) are bent at an angle (U). Changing the angle (U) changes the pantoscopic angle of the entire visor. By adjusting the segment (2H) towards the rear user’s head, the lateral pressure of the complete visor on the final user is increased, which enables permanent., stable fixing of the entire visor to the head of the final user.
The pedal holders (3) are made of hypoallergenic material, in this example made of beta titanium and have the possibility of adjusting the mutual distances and angles between the pedals by simple mechanical movement. This regulation is permanent during the use of the visor. The mounting of the ophthalmic glass (L) on the mask ( 1) on the segment (1 L) is performed in the glass bearing (L S) so that the edges of the glass bearing (LS) are inserted on the nose part of the glass bearing (LS) of the mask ( 1 ) into the channel (K) which is made on the glass (IT Then the part of the glass bearing (L S) that has not taken a position in the channel (K) of the glass (L) is forced by finger pressure to take a place in the channel (K) of the glass (1.). During this operation, the bearing segments (LS I) and (LS2) and the cutting edge (R) are elastically moved and the entire construction of the mask (1) is elastically deformed, which enables the edge of the glass bearing ( LS) to enter the channel (K). After the mounting is completed, the segments (LS 1 ) and (LS2) under pressure of the entire construction of the mask (1) have a tendency to collide with each other. The edges of the slit (R) automatically return to their original position under the pressure of the entire mask structure (1 ).
7. METHOD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
Protective, antiviral visor with buit-in ophthalmic glasses is widely used as protective medical equipment and completely replaces, from an antiviral point of view, a semicircular transparent plastic visor currently in use as an anti-covid mask, and my protective visor is essential for people with diopters with given that the transparent plastic visor currently- used worldwide certain ly does not have a use permit due to poor ophthalmic characteristics.
My visor has a great application in the school system, especially in the first triad, where it is desirable to avoid the linen mask for psychological and speech-therapy reasons tor students and the comfort of work for the teaching staff.
It is widely used in cases when a protective linen mask is mandatory indoors, because my protective mask completely replaces the protective liner: mask from the virological aspect, it is also widely used in open spaces in the form of a protective mask in which solar glasses are installed.
it is widely used in all areas where a clear field of vision is necessary and if necessary, a linen protective mask can be worn under my mask.
Depending on the needs, personalized glasses with diopters, protective glasses for computers, sunglasses and ophthalmic glasses without diopters can be mounted on my visor. My visor has a great technical advantage over any other visor, because the glasses can be quickly. reliably and easily dismantled and installed when necessary to clean disinfect the glass in the channel, and with the cleansers provided for this type of glass, because cleaning the glasses with aggressive cleansers for the visor would damage the glasses.
My visor is widely used in eases when stable, precise and permanent positioning on the head of the final user is necessary, because the visor has bandies and pad arms made of elastic titanium or medical steel.
