背景技术
为支持垂直行业需求,当前引入了非公共网络(Non-Public Network,NPN)的概念,为用户提供独立于公众大网的“私有”网络,分为两种部署模式:
非独立的NPN(Public Network Integrated Non-Public Network,PNI-NPN);
独立的NPN(Stand-alone Non-Public Network,SNPN)。
其中,独立组网NPN是为客户提供与运营商网络完全独立的一套5G网络,提供完全私有的网络资源,主要涉及:
核心网:独立的5G核心网;
无线:独立的无线资源,规划特定的无线网络标识符(Network Identifier,NID);无线侧广播公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)+NID标识,不允许非SNPN用户自动接入;
终端:具备SNPN能力,可以激活或去激活SNPN接入模式;在SNPN接入模式下只能接入SNPN网络;终端支持写入SNPN网络(由PLMN+NID标识)的用户标识和鉴权相关的数据;终端根据接入模式选择SNPN或PLMN的用户标识和鉴权数据。
目前SNPN终端在选择接入的网络时只看接入网络的NID,当有多个可供选择的SNPN网络,而这些网络又存在业务能力差异时,终端无法根据自身的业务能力和业务需求选择最合适的SNPN网络。比如语音业务,第五代移动通信技术(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G)SNPN终端和第四代移动通信技术(4th Generation Mobile Communication  Technology,4G)一样,分为voice centric(以语音为中心)和data centric(以数据为中心)两种类型,当终端是voice centric终端时,为了保证语音业务的可用性,终端需要选择并驻留在支持语音业务的网络;当voice centric终端处于多个可接入的SNPN网络覆盖下,进行选网时,由于无法知道每个SNPN网络是否支持语音业务,因此在选网时无法确保能够选择到支持语音业务的SNPN网络中,终端只能在注册到某个SNPN网络后才能发现网络不支持语音业务,需要重新选择别的网络。这样的重新选择可能会发生多次,直到选择到合适的网络,将导致大量的无效信令交互,大大降低选网的效率。

本申请实施例的选网方法、装置及终端中,当终端发现存在至少两个可接入的SNPN时,在进行SNPN选择时除了依据可接入的SNPN的信息之外, 还需要参考终端存储的不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,从而综合确定待接入的目标SNPN,能够提高终端选择SNPN的准确性,减少终端选择到不支持所需业务的SNPN的可能,降低无效网络开销。

具体实施方式
为使本申请要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种选网方法,由终端执行,包括:
步骤101,获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务。
例如,该特定业务可以为终端当前需要、且终端支持、且已签约的业务。如语音业务,则该SNPN列表为不支持语音业务的SNPN的列表。再例如,可接入的SNPN的信息可以为SNPN的NID。
步骤102,根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
其中,该不支持特定业务的SNPN列表可以存储在终端本地,终端可对其进行维护更新。该特定业务可以为语音业务、数据业务、视频业务等,在此不做具体限定。
作为一个可选实施例,步骤102包括:
从所述可接入的SNPN中排除所述SNPN列表中的SNPN,得到至少一个SNPN;
根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符(NID),从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择待接入的目标SNPN。
例如,可接入的SNPN包括:SNPN 1,SNPN 2,SNPN 3以及SNPN4;而不支持特定业务的SNPN列表包括:SNPN 2和SNPN3,则终端根据接入网络的NID,从SNPN 1和SNPN 4中选择一个作为待接入的目标SNPN。
作为另一个可选实施例,所述方法还包括:
尝试接入所述目标SNPN;
若接入失败,重新根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择除上次选择的目标SNPN之外的SNPN作为待接入的目标SNPN。
承接上例,若终端选择SNPN 1作为待接入的目标SNPN,终端尝试接入SNPN 1,若接入失败,则终端再次选择SNPN 4作为待接入的目标SNPN,并再次尝试接入,以此循环直到成功接入SNPN网络或者直到接入失败的次数达到预设值。
需要说明的是,终端尝试接入目标SNPN的流程包括:终端向目标SNPN的接入和移动性管理(Access and Mobility Management Function,AMF)发送注册请求,AMF获取终端支持特定业务的能力,同时根据终端的业务能力、终端是否签约该业务以及网络支持该业务的能力,决定是否允许终端接入;如果不允许终端接入,则终端接入失败;如果接受了终端注册,则终端接入成功。
在本申请的至少一个可选实施例中,所述方法还包括:
若终端在所得到的每一个SNPN均接入失败,尝试接入所述SNPN列表中的SNPN。
实际应用中可能存在SNPN列表更新不及时的情况,故本申请实施例不期望终端一定不能接入SNPN列表中的SNPN。本申请实施例中SNPN列表中的SNPN具有较低优先级,当其他高优先级的SNPN都接入失败后,终端可以尝试接入列表中的SNPN。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,当不支持特定业务的SNPN列表存储在终端本地时,该不支持特定业务的SNPN列表与终端的一个SIM卡唯一对应,当终端进行插拔卡操作后,终端可以删除该SNPN列表。
作为一个可选实施例,所述方法还包括:
向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
接收网络侧设备发送的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息中携带拒绝注册原因;
若所述拒绝注册原因包括目标SNPN不支持所述特定业务,将所述目标SNPN记录到所述SNPN列表中。
或者,所述方法还包括:
向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
接收网络侧设备发送的接受响应消息;
若所述目标SNPN在所述SNPN列表中,将所述目标SNPN从所述SNPN列表中删除。
换言之,当目标SNPN的AMF接收到终端的注册请求,获取终端支持特定业务的能力(比如语音业务支持能力),同时根据终端能力、用户是否签约该业务以及网络支持该业务的能力,决定是否允许终端接入。如果不允许终端接入,AMF拒绝本次注册,并在拒绝响应消息中携带原因值,告知终端拒绝注册是因为特定业务无法支持。终端根据拒绝原因,将该SNPN记录到不支持特定业务的SNPN列表中;如果SNPN接受了终端注册,终端检查该SNPN是否在之前存储的不支持特定业务的SNPN列表中,如果在,则将其从列表中删除。从而保证SNPN列表的准确性。
综上,本申请实施例中,当终端发现存在至少两个可接入的SNPN时,在进行SNPN选择时除了依据可接入的SNPN的信息之外,还需要参考终端存储的不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,从而综合确定待接入的目标SNPN,能够提高终端选择SNPN的准确性,减少终端选择到不支持所需业务的SNPN的可能,降低无效网络开销。
如图2所示,本申请实施例还提供一种选网装置,应用于终端,包括:
获取模块201,用于获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务;
选择模块202,用于根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,选择模块包括:
第一选择子模块,用于从所述可接入的SNPN中排除所述SNPN列表中的SNPN,得到至少一个SNPN;
第二选择子模块,用于根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述装置还包括:
第一接入模块,用于尝试接入所述目标SNPN;
重新选择模块,用于若接入失败,重新根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择除上次选择的目标SNPN之外的SNPN作为待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述装置还包括:
第二接入模块,用于若终端在所得到的每一个SNPN均接入失败,尝试接入所述SNPN列表中的SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述装置还包括:
第一请求模块,用于向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
拒绝模块,用于接收网络侧设备发送的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息中携带拒绝注册原因;
第一更新模块,用于若所述拒绝注册原因包括目标SNPN不支持所述特定业务,将所述目标SNPN记录到所述SNPN列表中。
作为一个可选实施例,所述装置还包括:
第二请求模块,用于向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
接受模块,用于接收网络侧设备发送的接受响应消息;
第二更新模块,用于若所述目标SNPN在所述SNPN列表中,将所述目标SNPN从所述SNPN列表中删除。
本申请实施例中,当终端发现存在至少两个可接入的SNPN时,在进行SNPN选择时除了依据可接入的SNPN的信息之外,还需要参考终端存储的不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,从而综合确定待接入的目标SNPN,能够提高终端选择SNPN的准确性,减少终端选择到不支持所需业务的SNPN的可能,降低无效网络开销。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的选网装置是能够执行上述选网方法的装置,则上述选网方法的所有实施例均适用于该装置,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
如图3所示,本申请实施例还提供一种终端,包括处理器300和收发器310,该终端还包括用户接口320,所述收发器310在处理器300的控制下接收和发送数据,所述处理器300用于执行以下操作:
获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务;
根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
从所述可接入的SNPN中排除所述SNPN列表中的SNPN,得到至少一个SNPN;
根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
尝试接入所述目标SNPN;
若接入失败,重新根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择除上次选择的目标SNPN之外的SNPN作为待接入的目标SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
若终端在所得到的每一个SNPN均接入失败,尝试接入所述SNPN列表中的SNPN。
作为一个可选实施例,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
接收网络侧设备发送的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息中携带拒绝注册原因;
若所述拒绝注册原因包括目标SNPN不支持所述特定业务,将所述目标SNPN记录到所述SNPN列表中。
作为一个可选实施例,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
接收网络侧设备发送的接受响应消息;
若所述目标SNPN在所述SNPN列表中,将所述目标SNPN从所述SNPN列表中删除。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的终端是能够执行上述选网方法的终端,则上述选网方法的所有实施例均适用于该终端,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
本申请实施例还提供一种终端,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如上所述的选网方法实施例中的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的选网方法实施例中的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可读存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例描述的这些实施例可以用硬件、软件、固件、中间件、微码或其组合来实现。对于硬件实现,模块、单元、子模块、 子单元等可以实现在一个或多个专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSP Device,DSPD)、可编程逻辑设备(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、通用处理器、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、用于执行本申请所述功能的其它电子单元或其组合中。
本申请是参照根据本申请实施例的方法、设备(系统)和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其它可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其它可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其它可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储介质中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储介质中的指令产生包括指令装置的纸制品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其它可编程数据处理设备上,使得计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他科编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种选网方法,由终端执行,包括:
    获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务;
    根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN,包括:
    从所述可接入的SNPN中排除所述SNPN列表中的SNPN,得到至少一个SNPN;
    根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择待接入的目标SNPN。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    尝试接入所述目标SNPN;
    若接入失败,重新根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择除上次选择的目标SNPN之外的SNPN作为待接入的目标SNPN。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若终端在所得到的每一个SNPN均接入失败,尝试接入所述SNPN列表中的SNPN。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
    接收网络侧设备发送的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息中携带拒绝注册原因;
    若所述拒绝注册原因包括目标SNPN不支持所述特定业务,将所述目标SNPN记录到所述SNPN列表中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
    接收网络侧设备发送的接受响应消息;
    若所述目标SNPN在所述SNPN列表中,将所述目标SNPN从所述SNPN列表中删除。
  7. 一种选网装置,应用于终端,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务;
    选择模块,用于根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
  8. 一种终端,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据,所述处理器用于执行以下操作:
    获取至少两个可接入的独立的非公共网络SNPN的信息,以及,不支持特定业务的SNPN列表;其中,所述终端支持且签约所述特定业务;
    根据所述可接入的SNPN的信息以及所述不支持特定业务的SNPN列表,选择待接入的目标SNPN。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    从所述可接入的SNPN中排除所述SNPN列表中的SNPN,得到至少一个SNPN;
    根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择待接入的目标SNPN。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    尝试接入所述目标SNPN;
    若接入失败,重新根据所述至少一个SNPN的网络标识符,从所得到的至少一个SNPN中选择除上次选择的目标SNPN之外的SNPN作为待接入的目标SNPN。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    若终端在所得到的每一个SNPN均接入失败,尝试接入所述SNPN列表 中的SNPN。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
    接收网络侧设备发送的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息中携带拒绝注册原因;
    若所述拒绝注册原因包括目标SNPN不支持所述特定业务,将所述目标SNPN记录到所述SNPN列表中。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下操作:
    向所述目标SNPN发送注册请求;
    接收网络侧设备发送的接受响应消息;
    若所述目标SNPN在所述SNPN列表中,将所述目标SNPN从所述SNPN列表中删除。
  14. 一种终端,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序;所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1-6任一项所述的选网方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6任一项所述的选网方法中的步骤。
