本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏。
背景技术
发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)显示屏具有亮度高、发光效率高、色彩鲜艳、对比度高、响应时间短、工作温度范围广以及能耗低等诸多优点,因此被广泛应用于舞台显示设备、广告显示设备以及数字可视化显示设备等等显示领域。
随着LED显示屏的应用范围越来越广,对LED显示屏的需求也越来越多。透明LED显示屏即为其中一种,透明LED显示屏顾名思义,其正面和反面通透,安装在玻璃橱窗前面时,一方面不影响采光,另一方面还可以展示出玻璃橱窗后面的物品。在未来透明LED显示屏会有非常广阔的应用领域,原因在于,透明LED显示屏与传统的液晶显示器相比,透明LED显示屏可以给用户带来前所未有的视觉感受和全新的体验。由于透明LED显示屏本身具有屏幕和透明的特性,既可以作为屏幕使用,同时可以替代透明平板玻璃,因此可以应用到很多需要展览展示和产品陈列的场合;例如在商场商品陈列方面可以使用透明LED显示屏替代橱窗玻璃、在建筑方面可以使用透明LED显示屏替代窗玻璃、在电器产品中可以用作冰箱和微波炉等电器的玻璃门等。在这些领域应用时,透明LED显示屏使观众看到屏幕图像的同时还可以透过屏幕看到屏幕后的物品,增强了信息传达的效率也增加了许多趣味。
目前的透明LED显示屏,为了提高通透性,采用多个灯带间隔设置的方式。多个灯带间隔设置的同时,需要保持任意相邻的两个灯带之间的距离均相等,从而提升显示图像的均匀性。然而,实际使用过程中发现,因灯带形状为长条状,加之自身重力原因,会出现灯带中间向下弯曲的情况,灯带向下弯曲会导致显示图像不均匀,影响了透明LED显示屏的显示效果。
为避免灯带弯曲,目前的解决方法为将多个横向排列的灯带焊接在一根竖向的钢丝上。然而,灯带和钢丝焊接时,需要夹具固定灯条的位置,以及需要 防护用具保护灯条,由此避免焊接时的高温损伤灯条,维修灯条时,也需要使用高温加热熔化焊点,操作繁琐且难度大;另外,焊接需要耗费电能,能耗高。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种显示屏,降低灯带矩阵中的灯带保持间距一致时的操作繁琐性,降低成本。
本申请提供的显示屏,包括:第一连接带和至少两个灯带;至少两个灯带通过第一连接带连接;第一连接带的一侧设有至少两个卡接部,至少两个卡接部沿第一连接带的长度方向分布;至少两个卡接部均设置有卡接槽;至少两个灯带分别卡接在至少两个卡接部的卡接槽内。
可选的,至少两个卡接部中,任意相邻的两个卡接部之间的间距均为固定值。
可选的,卡接部包括:第一挡板和第二挡板;第一挡板和第二挡板之间的间距形成卡接槽;第一挡板朝向第二挡板一侧设有卡接凸起;至少两个灯带均设有卡接孔;至少两个卡接部的卡接凸起分别卡接在至少两个灯带的卡接孔中。
可选的,第一挡板朝向第二挡板的一侧,以及第二挡板朝向第一挡板的一侧,均设有防护膜。
可选的,第一挡板和第二挡板均为弧形挡板,第一挡板的内弧面和第二挡板的内弧面相对;弧形挡板的弧度的曲率a的取值范围为:0.2≤a≤0.5;弧形挡板的断裂韧性b的取值范围为:80MP≤b≤110MP。
可选的,至少两个卡接部的卡接槽的底部均设有定位凸起,至少两个灯带朝向第一连接带的一侧均设有定位凹槽;至少两个卡接部的定位凸起分别嵌入至少两个灯带的定位凹槽中。
可选的,卡接槽的底部设有两个避让槽,两避让槽分别位于定位凸起的两侧。
可选的,至少两个灯带的第一端通过一个第一连接带连接,和/或至少两个灯带的第二端通过另一个第一连接带连接。
可选的,至少两个灯带的中部通过第三个第一连接带连接;至少两个灯带 的中部,位于至少两个灯带的第一端和第二端之间。
可选的,显示屏还包括:第二连接带;至少两个灯带中,部分灯带的中部通过第二连接带连接。
本申请实施例提供的显示屏,通过设置第一连接带,并在第一连接带上沿其长度方向设置和灯带数量相等的卡接部,然后一个灯带对应一个卡接部,将灯带全部卡接在第一连接带上,由此可以避免灯带发生弯曲。而当需要拆卸时,可以快速将灯带从卡接槽内取出,操作比较简单,且不会伤害到灯带。也即,灯带由卡接部固定,无需单独配置夹具固定灯带的位置,也无需防护用具保护灯带,简化了操作过程,降低了所耗成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细说明。
一般情况下,透明LED显示屏由多个显示箱体拼接而成,而每个显示箱体由多个显示模组拼接而成。为了提高通透性,每个显示模组包括透明前盖板、透明后壳体以及多个灯带200,透明前盖板和透明后壳体一般可以由透明玻璃或者透明亚克力材料等制成。多个灯带200平行且间隔的设置在透明盖板和透明后壳体之间构成一个显示模组,透明前盖板、透明后壳体和灯带200之间的间隔使得每个显示模组具有足够的通透度。
上述每个灯带200均由一个窄条状集成电路板和多个像素区域构成。具体的,窄条状集成电路板一般具有相对设置的上表面和下表面,以及设置在上表面和下表面之间的四个侧表面,每个像素区域一般包括间隔设置的三个LED,三个LED分别为蓝光LED、红光LED和绿光LED。窄条状集成电路板的上表面的边沿或者一个较长的侧表面上会顺次设置多个像素区域,也即按顺序固定有蓝光LED、红光LED、绿光LED、蓝光LED、红光LED、绿光LED、......、蓝光LED、红光LED、绿光LED。具体布置的像素区域的个数与集成电路板的长度相关。
目前的透明LED显示屏,多个灯带200间隔设置的同时,需要保持任意相邻的两个灯带200之间的距离均相等,从而提升显示图像的均匀性。然而,实际使用过程中发现,因制作灯带200的集成电路板形状为长条状,加之自身重力原因,会出现灯带200中间向下弯曲的情况,灯带200向下弯曲会导致显示图像不均匀,降低了透明LED显示屏的显示效果。
为了避免灯带200的中部发生弯曲,现有的解决方案如图1A和图1B所示,多个横向排列的灯带200焊接在一根竖向的钢丝2上。然而,利用钢丝2固定多个灯带200的方式,其操作繁琐,且浪费电能等资源。
本申请提供一种显示屏,旨在解决灯带200的中部固定时,采用钢丝2固定难度较大,且成本较高的问题。
请参考图2至图4,本申请实施例提供的显示屏,包括:第一连接带100和至少两个灯带200。至少两个灯带200通过第一连接带100连接。
具体地,参考图5和图6,第一连接带100的一侧设有至少两个卡接部110,至少两个卡接部110沿第一连接带100的长度方向分布;至少两个卡接部110均设置有卡接槽111;至少两个灯带200分别卡接在至少两个卡接部110的卡接槽111内。
详细地,以至少两个灯带200包括第一灯带和第二灯带为例;至少两个卡接部110包括第一卡接部和第二卡接部为例。那么,第一灯带卡接在第一卡接部的卡接槽111内,第二灯带卡接在第二卡接部的卡接槽111内。
也即本申请实施例提供的显示屏,通过设置第一连接带100,并在第一连接带100上沿其长度方向设置和灯带200数量相等的卡接部110,然后一个灯带200对应一个卡接部110,将灯带200全部卡接在第一连接带100上,由此可以避免灯带200发生弯曲。而当需要拆卸时,可以快速将灯带200从卡接槽111内取出,操作比较简单,且不会伤害到灯带200。
可见本申请实施例提供的显示屏,灯带200由卡接部110固定,无需单独配置夹具固定灯带200的位置,也无需防护用具保护灯带200,简化了操作过程,降低了所耗成本。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本申请实施例提供的显示屏,灯带200和第一连接带100相垂直分布。详细地,可以为图3中所示的灯带200横向分布,第一连接带100纵向分布;也可以为图4中所示的灯带200纵向分布,第一连接带100横向分布。
在一种可选实施方式中,请参考图5,至少两个卡接部110中,任意相邻的两个卡接部110之间的间距均为固定值a。
具体地,以灯带200包括第一灯带、第二灯带和第三灯带为例。那么相对应的,至少两个卡接部110包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部和第三卡接部。第一灯带卡接在第一卡接部的卡接槽111内,第二灯带卡接在第二卡接部的卡接槽111内,第三灯带卡接在第三卡接部的卡接槽111内。
详细的,第一卡接部和第二卡接部之间具有第一间隔,第二卡接部和第三卡接部之间具有第二间隔。任意相邻的两个卡接部110之间的间距均为固定值 a。也即,第一间隔和第二间隔均为固定值a。该固定值a具体数值可以根据需要设置的灯带200之间的间隔确定。若灯带200需要间隔5厘米设置,则该固定值为5厘米。
由上可见,该实施方式中,通过设置多个卡接部110等间距的分布在第一连接带100上,那么多个灯带200一一固定在多个卡接部110上后,多个灯带200也是等间距的分布,从而可以使得显示屏上显示的图像比较均匀,不会发生变形。
在一种实施方式中,请参考图6,卡接部110包括第一挡板112和第二挡板113。第一挡板112和第二挡板113之间的间距形成卡接槽111;第一挡板112朝向第二挡板113一侧设有卡接凸起1121。参考图7,至少两个灯带200均设有卡接孔201;至少两个卡接部110的卡接凸起1121分别卡接在至少两个灯带200的卡接孔201中。
也即,上述第一卡接部的第一挡板112上,第二卡接部的第一挡板112上,以及第三卡接部的第一挡板112上,均设置卡接凸起1121;而第一灯带、第二灯带和第三灯带上均设置卡接孔201。灯带200卡接在卡接槽111内时,卡接凸起1121正好卡入卡接孔201中,从而提高灯带200和第一连接带100连接的可靠性,避免灯带200从连接带上松脱,确保显示屏的显示效果良好。
在一种可选实施方式中,第一挡板112朝向第二挡板113的一侧,以及第二挡板113朝向第一挡板112的一侧,均设有防护膜。该防护膜具体可以为敷设在第一挡板112表面和第二挡板113表面的橡胶层,该橡胶层具有一定的弹性力,可以保护灯带200。另外,由于橡胶层具有一定的弹性力,那么灯带200卡入橡胶层时,橡胶层因灯带200的挤压而被压缩,产生的压缩力可以使得卡接槽111卡紧灯带200,避免灯带200从卡接槽111内松脱。
在一种可选实施方式中,第一挡板112和第二挡板113均为弧形挡板,第一挡板112的内弧面和第二挡板113的内弧面相对;弧形挡板的弧度的曲率a的取值范围为:0.2≤a≤0.5。第一挡板112的内弧面和第二挡板113内弧面相对,则可以使得第一挡板112和第二挡板113的顶端和底端之间的距离,小于二者中部的距离,那么其顶端和顶端可以将灯带200卡紧,而中部可以避让灯带200。
可选的,弧形挡板的断裂韧性b的取值范围为:80MP≤b≤110MP。由此使得第一挡板112和第二挡板113可以经受上百次的反复使用,也即经受灯带200上百次的从卡接部110拆卸和安装,而不会发生断裂的情况,延长了使用寿命。
在一种可选实施方式中,请继续参考图6,卡接凸起1121呈弧形。通过将卡接凸起1121设置为弧形,可以引导卡接凸起1121顺利卡入卡接孔201中,并且因弧形结构没有锋利的边缘,因此,不会对灯带200造成损伤。
在一种可选实施方式中,请继续参考图6,至少两个卡接部110的卡接槽111的底部均设有定位凸起1111。请继续参考图7,至少两个灯带200朝向第一连接带100的一侧均设有定位凹槽202。至少两个卡接部110的定位凸起1111分别嵌入至少两个灯带200的定位凹槽202中。也即,上述的第一卡接部的卡接槽111的底部、第二卡接部的卡接槽111的底部和第三卡接部的卡接槽111的底部,均设置有定位凸起1111。相应的,第一灯带的一侧、第二灯带的一侧和第三灯带的一侧,均设置有定位凹槽202。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,该定位凸起1111沿第一连接带100的厚度方向延伸,其横截面的形状为长方形,并且长度和连接带的厚度相等,定位凹槽202的横截面也为长方形,并且定位凸起1111和定位凹槽202为过盈配合或者间隙配合。
该实施方式中,通过设置定位凸起1111和定位凹槽202相互配合,由此使得作业人员可以快速且精准的将灯带200卡接在第一连接带100上,使得灯带200的位置不会发生偏差,且无需额外的定位装置,从而可以简化操作过程,节省操作时间。
在一种可选实施方式中,卡接槽111的底部设有两个避让槽1112,两避让槽1112分别位于定位凸起1111的两侧。该避让槽1112在灯带200卡入卡接槽111内,且定位凸起1111和定位凹槽202配合后,可以避免卡接槽111底部的其他部位接触灯带200,由此避免损伤灯带200。
在一种可选实施方式中,请继续参考图5,第一连接带100上设有减重孔114。该减重孔114可以降低第一连接带100的重量,从而使得显示屏的整体重量较轻。
在一种可选实施方式中,第一连接带100的材质包括塑料。塑料材质的第一连接带100,其重量较轻,可以降低显示屏的重量,且成本较低。
在一种可选实施方式中,第一连接带100可以采用透明材质制成,由此可以避免第一连接带100影响显示效果,使得显示屏100显示的图像更加清楚和完整。
在一种可选实施方式中,请参考图2,至少两个灯带200的第一端通过一个第一连接带100连接,和/或至少两个灯带200的第二端通过另一个第一连接带100连接。也即,至少两个灯带200的至少一端需要通过第一连接带100连接起来。
具体地,请继续参考图2,可以提供两个第一连接带100,该两个第一连接带100上设置等间距分布的24个卡接部110,24条灯带200的左端一一卡接在其中一个第一连接带100的24个卡接部110上,右端卡接在其中另一个第一连接带100的24个卡接部110上。由此可以使得灯带200等间距的分布,且不会出现晃动和弯曲情况。
在一种可选实施方式中,请参考图8,至少两个灯带200的中部通过第三个第一连接带100连接;至少两个灯带200的中部,位于至少两个灯带200的第一端和第二端之间。也即,在灯带200比较长的情况,还可以在其中部设置第一连接带100,由此使得比较长的灯带200也不会出现晃动情况,确保使用较长灯带200的显示屏的显示效果。
具体地,提供第三个第一连接带100,该第一连接带100上也设置有等间距分布的24个卡接部110,24条灯带200的中部一一卡接在该第三个第一连接带100的24个卡接部110上。由此可以使得较长的灯带200也不会出现晃动和弯曲情况。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在24条灯带200的中部也可以设置多个第一连接带100,例如两个、三个或者四个等等,灯带200越长,可以设置越多数量的第一连接带100,由此使得灯带200更加的稳定。请参考图9,图9中所示的显示屏,其灯带200比较长,则提供了多个第一连接带100。
在又一种可选实施方式中,请参考图10,显示屏还包括第二连接带300,至少两个灯带200中,部分灯带200的中部还通过第二连接带300连接。
可以理解的是,第二连接带300仅需要连接部分灯带200,而第一连接带100需要连接所有灯带200,因此第二连接带300比第一连接带100上设置的卡接部110数量少,因此,第二连接带300比第一连接带100短。除了长度和设置的卡接部110的数量之外,第二连接带300和第一连接带100的其余结构相同。也即,第二连接带300可根据需要连接的灯带200的数量,设置同样数量的卡接部110,第二连接带300也可以采用透明的材质制成。
继续以包括24条灯带200,且灯带200的长度为200厘米为例,此时,24条灯带200的右端可以通过一个第一连接带100连接,左端也通过一个第一连接带100连接;或者是,24条灯带200的右端或左端中一个通过第一连接带100连接。24条灯带200中的部分灯带200的中部还通过第二连接带300连接。
具体的,将24条灯带200从上至下分为6组,分别为第一组、第二组、第三组、第四组、第五组和第六组。其中,每一组有4条灯带200,然后,可以提供六组第二连接带300,其中第一组第二连接带300的数量为两个,第二组第二连接带300的数量为三个,第三组第二连接带300的数量为两个,第四组第二连接带300的数量为两个,第五组第二连接带300的数量为三个,第六组第二连接带300的数量为两个。第一组至第六组第二连接带300分别对应连接第一组至第六组灯带200。
具体地,六组第二连接带300可以交错设置。例如:第一组的两个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第一组灯带200的左端50厘米处和150厘米处;第二组的三个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第二组灯带200的左端30厘米处、100厘米处和180厘米处;第三组的两个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第三组灯带200的左端80厘米处和130厘米处;第四组的两个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第四组灯带200的左端50厘米处和150厘米处;第五组的三个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第五组灯带200的左端30厘米处、100厘米处和180厘米处;第六组的两个第二连接带300分别设置在距离第六组灯带200的左端50厘米处和150厘米处。由此可以实现使用较短的连接带加固灯带200,增加安装和拆卸便利性。
可选的,连接第二组灯带200的第二连接带300还可以同时连接第一组灯 带200最下方的一个灯带200,例如:第一组灯带200从上至下分别为11号灯带200、12号灯带200、13号灯带200和14号灯带200;第二组灯带200从上至下分别为14号灯带200、15号灯带200、15号灯带200和17号灯带200。
其中,第二组的两个第二连接带300,可以分别设置五个卡接部110,该两个第二连接带300最上部的一个卡接部110,分别卡接第一组灯带200中最下方的灯带200,也即14号灯带200;然后该两个第二连接带300其余的四个卡接部110,依次卡接15号灯带200、16号灯带200、17号灯带200和18号灯带200。
同样的,第三组的第二连接带300也可以利用最上端的卡接部110卡接第二组灯带200中最下方的灯带200。由此,可以使得24个灯带200中部也连成一体,其可靠性更高。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,请参考图11至图14,图11中示出了拆卸出来一个灯带200的示意图。在本申请任意实施例提供的显示屏中,可以将24条灯带200的一端全部卡接在一个连接板400上,另一端全部卡在一个第一连接带100上。可以理解的是,该连接板400上沿长度方向设有等间距分布的24个卡夹,24条灯带200的右端一一卡接在24个卡夹上。然后可以提供一个第一连接带100,该第一连接带100上设置等间距分布的24个卡接部110,24条灯带200的左端一一卡接在第一连接带100的24个卡接部110上(以图11中的方向为参考)。该连接板400可以使得24个灯带200在被第一连接带100连接之前,其一端为一个整体,便于操作人员将所有灯带200一起移动,或者翻转等等,从而提高操作便利性。另外,该连接板400和每个灯带200电连接,24条灯带200可以通过该连接板400同时接收信号,确保信号接收时间的一致性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括:第一连接带和至少两个灯带;至少两个所述灯带通过所述第一连接带连接;
    所述第一连接带的一侧设有至少两个卡接部,至少两个所述卡接部沿所述第一连接带的长度方向分布;至少两个所述卡接部均设置有卡接槽;至少两个所述灯带分别卡接在至少两个所述卡接部的所述卡接槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,至少两个所述卡接部中,任意相邻的两个所述卡接部之间的间距均为固定值。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述卡接部包括:第一挡板和第二挡板;
    所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间的间距形成所述卡接槽;所述第一挡板朝向所述第二挡板一侧设有卡接凸起;
    至少两个所述灯带均设有卡接孔;至少两个所述卡接部的所述卡接凸起分别卡接在至少两个所述灯带的所述卡接孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一挡板朝向所述第二挡板的一侧,以及所述第二挡板朝向所述第一挡板的一侧,均设有防护膜。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板均为弧形挡板,所述第一挡板的内弧面和所述第二挡板的内弧面相对;所述弧形挡板的弧度的曲率a的取值范围为:0.2≤a≤0.5;
    所述弧形挡板的断裂韧性b的取值范围为:80MP≤b≤110MP。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的显示屏,其特征在于,至少两个所述卡接部的所述卡接槽的底部均设有定位凸起,至少两个所述灯带朝向所述第一连接带的一侧均设有定位凹槽;
    至少两个所述卡接部的所述定位凸起分别嵌入至少两个所述灯带的所述定位凹槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述卡接槽的底部设有两个避让槽,两所述避让槽分别位于所述定位凸起的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的显示屏,其特征在于,至少两个 所述灯带的第一端通过一个所述第一连接带连接,和/或至少两个所述灯带的第二端通过另一个所述第一连接带连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,至少两个所述灯带的中部通过第三个所述第一连接带连接;至少两个所述灯带的中部,位于至少两个所述灯带的第一端和第二端之间。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括:第二连接带;至少两个所述灯带中,部分所述灯带的中部通过所述第二连接带连接。
