Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る無線通信システム10の全体概略構成図である。無線通信システム10は、Long Term Evolution(LTE)及び5G New Radio(NR)に従った無線通信システムである。なお、LTEは4Gと呼ばれてもよいし、NRは、5Gと呼ばれてもよい。また、無線通信システム10は、Beyond 5G、5G Evolution或いは6Gと呼ばれる方式に従った無線通信システムでもよい。
次に、無線通信システム10の機能ブロック構成について説明する。具体的には、eNB100A及びUE200の機能ブロック構成について説明する。
図2は、eNB100Aの機能ブロック構成図である。図2に示すように、eNB100Aは、無線通信部110、RRC処理部120、DC処理部130及び制御部140を備える。なお、gNB100Bも対応する通信方式が異なるものの、概ねeNB100Aと同様のブロック構成を有してよい。
図3は、UE200の機能ブロック構成図である。図3に示すように、UE200は、無線通信部210、RRC処理部220、DC処理部230及び制御部240を備える。
次に、無線通信システム10の動作について説明する。具体的には、SCG及び/またはSCellの効率的なアクティブ化/非アクティブ化に関する動作について説明する。
図4は、動作例1に係るSCG deactivation/activation procedureに従った通信シーケンス例を示す。具体的には、図4は、MN Initiated SCG deactivation/activation procedureに従った通信シーケンス例を示す。
図5は、動作例2に係るMN Initiated SCG deactivation/MN Initiated SCG activation procedureに従った通信シーケンス例を示す。具体的には、図5の上段部分は、MN Initiated SCG deactivationに関する通信シーケンス例を示し、図5の下段部分は、MN Initiated SCG activationに関する通信シーケンスを示す。
図6は、動作例3に係るSN Initiated SCG deactivation/SN Initiated SCG activation procedureに従った通信シーケンス例を示す。具体的には、図6の上段部分は、SN Initiated SCG deactivationに関する通信シーケンス例を示し、図6の下段部分は、SN Initiated SCG activationに関する通信シーケンスを示す。
図7は、上述した動作例に係るMAC-CEの構成例(その1)を示す。具体的には、図7の上段は、1オクテット用のSCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CEの構成例を示す。図7の下段は、4オクテット用のSCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CEの構成例を示す。当該MAC-CEの構成は、3GPP TS38.321 6.1.3.10章において規定されている。
上述した実施形態によれば、以下の作用効果が得られる。具体的には、UE200は、SCGの非アクティブ化要求を含むメッセージ(UEAssistanceInformation)をネットワークに送信できる。
以上、実施例に沿って本発明の内容を説明したが、本発明はこれらの記載に限定されるものではなく、種々の変形及び改良が可能であることは、当業者には自明である。
「離れる」、「結合される」などの用語も、「異なる」と同様に解釈されてもよい。

Claims (4)
- セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化要求を含むメッセージをネットワークに送信する送信部と、
前記非アクティブ化要求の送信に基づいて、前記セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化を実行する制御部と
を備える端末。 - 前記送信部は、デュアルコネクティビティ状態における特定メッセージ用の無線ベアラが設定されている場合、セカンダリーノードに対して前記メッセージを送信する請求項1に記載の端末。
- マスターノードにおける端末向けのデータ量に基づいて、セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化が必要か否かを判定する制御部と、
前記非アクティブ化が必要な場合、前記セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化要求を含むメッセージを送信する送信部と
を備える無線基地局。 - セカンダリーノードにおける端末向けのデータ量に基づいて、セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化が必要か否かを判定する制御部と、
前記データ量が閾値を下回った場合、前記セカンダリーセルグループの非アクティブ化要求を含むメッセージを送信する送信部と
を備える無線基地局。
