本发明涉及家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种清洗机。
目前,市场上清洗机应用较广,如清洗机、果蔬清洗机等。
市场上的清洗机水路系统一般经由进水管路、呼吸器、软水器、腔体、洗涤泵,最后到达上中下喷淋臂,再经清洗腔底部的水杯进入洗涤泵循环;其中洗涤泵安装于洗碗槽的底部,洗涤泵的出水部通过很长的管道与喷淋臂连接,这样一方面会增加管道带来的流量压力损耗,另一方面管道也是滋生细菌产生污垢的场所,对洗涤餐具产生二次污染,且这些污垢难于清除;除此之外,洗涤泵往往只有一个出水部,上部和中部的管道需要通过歧管从洗涤泵的出水部分出水路,歧管的设置将引起洗涤过程中水压的不稳定,降低清洗效率。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗机,使其管道减少,减少细菌的增生的同时增大水压及其稳定性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现:一种清洗机,包括:
清洗腔体;
第一清洗组件和第二清洗组件,所述第一清洗组件和所述第二清洗组件设置在所述清洗腔体内部;
洗涤泵,包括泵壳、设置在所述泵壳内的叶轮和驱动所述叶轮在所述泵壳内转动的电机;
其中,所述泵壳上设置有与所述第一清洗组件连接的第一出水部和与所述第二清洗组件连接的第二出水部,所述第一出水部和所述第二出水部至少之一的中轴线竖直或大致竖直设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一清洗组件包括第一喷淋臂,所述第一喷淋臂与所述第一出水部直接可旋转连接。所述第一喷淋臂设置在清洗腔体的底部。
在本申请的一实施例中所述第一出水部的中轴线与所述第二出水部的中轴线垂直或大致垂直。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述电机具有电机输出轴,所述电机输出轴水平布置。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一出水部的轴线和所述第二出水部的轴线分别与所述泵壳相切或大致相切设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一出水部的内径大于所述第二出水部的内径。
在本申请的一实施例中,还包括水杯,所述水杯与所述清洗腔体底部连接,用于储存洗涤用水,所述第一出水部布置在所述水杯的腔体内。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本申请提供的清洗机设置有至少两个出水部的洗涤泵,为清洗组件提供强劲稳定的水压,第一出水部竖直设置且与第一清洗组件直接可旋转连接,洗涤泵的第一出水部与第一清洗组件之间没有多余的管道设置,减少管路的弯转带来的水压降低和细菌滋生,进一步提升洗涤效果和减少洗碗机的二次污染。

针对实施例一
请结合图1-图3,本发明一较佳实施例中提供一种清洗机100一般用于清洗餐具外,还能用于储藏餐具,便于餐具的杀毒,另外,还可用于清洗蔬菜、水果等,省时省力,方便快捷,增加用户体验。诚然,本发明还有其他用途,在此不做具体限定。清洗机100包括清洗腔体1、设置在清洗腔体1内部的清洗组件、设置在清洗腔体1下部的水杯4、设置在水杯4上的加热盘5以及设置在水杯4一侧的洗涤泵6。清洗组件包括第一清洗组件21、第二清洗组件22和第三清洗组件23,其中第一清洗组件21设置在清洗腔体1的底部,清洗腔体1的下部与水杯4连接。洗涤泵6上设置有与第一清洗组件21连接的第一出水部611、与第二清洗组件22连接的第二出水部612。
其中第一出水部611和第二出水部612为与泵壳一体成型的短管道,是用于泵与外部管道连接的接口,均包括短管道和在管道内部形成的出水部。
具体的,清洗腔体1内部设置有碗篮3,用于放置碗筷等待洗物,碗篮3与清洗腔体1侧壁紧固连接以防止在碗篮3内放置待洗物后由于连接不牢靠而掉落,本实施例中,碗篮3包括第一碗篮31和位于第一碗篮31上方的第二碗篮32,第一碗篮31和第二碗篮32将清洗腔体1分隔为两层,以方便将待洗物放置整齐,方便清洗,诚然,在其他实施例中,碗篮3也可以设置为其他数量,在此不做具体限定。清洗腔体1下部设置有凹陷部11,洗涤用水在清洗腔体1下部聚集,凹陷部11内设置有排水区111,方便使用过的洗涤 用水从清洗腔体1内排出,排水区111由贯穿洗碗槽下部的筛网1111以及围绕筛网1111周边设置的若干通孔1112构成,其中筛网1111的孔大于通孔1112的孔,当洗涤用水在凹陷部11快速聚集后,大部分过洗涤用水通过筛网1111排出清洗腔体1内,剩余部分洗涤用水由通孔1112排出,经由筛网1111排出洗涤用水的会将洗涤用水过滤,使在洗涤用水中的大颗粒物被拦截在筛网1111内,防止大颗粒物堵塞管道。
请结合图2至图4,水杯4独立于清洗腔体1外部,用于储存和收集排放洗涤用水,便于餐具的清洗与安放,水杯4一侧设置有开口42,水杯4设置有开口42的一侧与清洗腔体1下部固定连接,其中,连接方式可以为螺纹连接、焊接、紧固件连接等,在此不做其他赘述。为了方便水杯4与腔体内部连通,水杯4上设置有进水口(未图示)与排水口41,使清洗机100接通外界水源和用以将使用过的洗涤用水的排出水杯4,其中排水口41设置在水杯4侧壁且靠近底壁的部位,通过将排水口41设置在靠近底壁的部位,以方便使用过的洗涤用水排出更彻底,增加清洗机100使用寿命,减少细菌滋生。
加热盘5设置在水杯4侧壁上,加热盘5与水杯4侧壁一体或分开连接,加热洗涤用水,本实施例中清洗机100的加热盘5由外壳为不锈钢的环状电热元件组成,该加热盘5安装于水杯4侧壁上,相对于设置于底部的加热盘,能够减少洗涤过程中残渣在加热盘上的沉积,从而提高加热盘的热效率和寿命。诚然,在其他实施例中,加热盘5也可设置在其他位置,加热盘5也可以有其他组件代替,只要达到加热的效果即可,在此不做具体限定。
洗涤泵6沿清洗机100水平方向设置于水杯4一侧,便于清洗机100整体的安放;洗涤泵6包括泵壳61、设置在泵壳61内的叶轮62和驱动叶轮62在泵壳61内转动的电机63,其中,电机63具有电机输出轴(未图示),电机输出轴水平布置,电机输出轴靠近水杯4的一端上设置有叶轮62,泵壳61将叶轮62套设在内部且与电机63紧密连接,当水平布置的电机输出轴带动叶轮62转动时,叶轮62使洗涤用水在电机63径向截面上产生一个离心力,本实施例中,泵壳61与水杯4一体成型,提高的洗涤泵6与水杯4之间连接的紧密性;泵壳61与水杯4之间还设置有用于连通泵壳61与水杯4的连接 孔614,连接孔614将洗涤泵6与水杯4之间连通以使洗涤用水可以在洗涤泵6与水杯4之间自由流动。
在实施例中,第一出水部611和第二出水部612设置在泵壳61上且设置于水杯4的腔体内,第一出水部611竖直设置,并穿过排水区111直接与第一清洗组件21的第一喷淋臂211可旋转的连接,相较传统的清洗机100,大大减少了洗涤泵6出水部与第一喷淋臂211之间的管道,减少管路的弯转带来的水压降低和细菌滋生,能够进一步提升洗涤效果。由于第一出水部611设置在水杯4的腔体内,泵壳61延伸进水杯4面积变大,洗涤泵6与水杯4之间的连接也更牢固。在其他实施例中,第一出水部611也可以设置于水杯4的腔体外部,节约水杯4内部空间,减小水杯的容量,缩小清洗机100整体结构。
第一出水部611的中轴线与第二出水部612的中轴线垂直或大致垂直,便于第二出水部612与第二清洗组件22的连接。该泵壳61在垂直于泵壳61的截面上呈圆形截面,本实施例中,第一出水部611的中轴线、第二出水部612的中轴线均沿水泵的半径方向延伸。诚然,在其他实施例中,第一出水部611的轴线和第二出水部612的轴线分别与泵壳61相切或大致相切,减小水流与泵壳61之间的作用力,减小水流阻力,增大水压。本实施例中,第一出水部611的直径大于第二出水部612的直径,有效保证作为起主要清洗作用的第一清洗组件的洗涤效果;第一出水部611的中轴线沿清洗腔体1径向上竖直或者大致竖直布置,使第一出水部611穿过清洗腔体1下部与第一清洗组件21直接连接,减少管道之间的弯转带来的降低水压与细菌滋生,能够进一步提高洗涤效果与缓解异味的产生,简化清洗机100的整体结构,减小清洗机100的体积与重量,提高用户体验。
第一清洗组件21设置于清洗腔体1的底部,其中,第一清洗组件21包括设置于清洗腔体1下部的第一喷淋臂211,第一喷淋臂211由清洗腔体1的下部往清洗腔体1的顶部喷射洗涤用水,用于冲洗待洗物,第一喷淋臂211与第一出水部611直接连接,消除管路连接带来的降低水压与管道中的细菌滋生,且可以为第一喷淋臂211提供稳定的水压,提高清洗机100的使用体 验。第二清洗组件22包括设置于清洗腔体1顶部的第二喷淋臂221和用于连接第二喷淋臂221与第二出水部612的管道,第二喷淋臂221用于从顶部往下部喷射洗涤用水,杜绝了清洗死角的产生,同时冲洗力较为均匀,大大提高了清洗效率和干净程度。
为了使清洗机100的清洗效果进一步加强,本实施例中,清洗组件2还可以增设有第三清洗组件23,第三清洗组件23包括设置于第一喷淋臂211与第二喷淋臂221之间的第三喷淋臂231,用于加强清洗组件的喷淋效果,增加冲洗力的同时进一步减小喷淋死角的产生;泵壳上可增设有第三出水部613,第三出水部613为与泵壳一体成型的短管道。第三出水部613可设置于与泵壳61位上于第二出水部612同侧且与其平行设置,方便后续的管路布置,简化结构。第三出水部613通过管道与第三喷淋臂231连通,为其提供稳定的水压,增加洗涤效果。诚然,在其他实施例中,第二喷淋臂221与第三喷淋臂231也可通过三通阀管道与第二水口612连接减少多余管路的布置与细菌的滋生。
综上所述,一方面将泵壳上的各出水部与各喷淋臂独立连接,减少分流带来的降低水压,提供稳定强劲的水压,提高洗涤效果,另一方面将第一出水部竖直设置布置且与底喷淋臂直接连接,减少管道的弯转带来的水压降低与管道之间细菌中的滋生,提高喷淋力度与水量,增加洗涤效果,提高用户体验。
针对实施例二
请参见图5、图6和图8,本申请要求保护的清洗机包括:清洗腔体71、设置在清洗腔体71底部的出水区711、设置在清洗腔体71内部的清洗组件72、设置在清洗腔体71外部并用于承接清洗用水的水杯73、与清洗组件72连接且能够将水杯73内的清洗用水导入至清洗组件72中的洗涤泵74。洗涤泵74与清洗腔体71连通,具体的:清洗腔体71底部安装有安装板712,出水区711在安装板712上,出水区711下方安装有水杯73,从而使循环使用过的清洗用水从清洗腔体71中流入至水杯73内。
清洗组件72可以设置为两个或多个。在本实施例中,清洗组件72包括设置在清洗腔体71内部的第一清洗组件与第二清洗组件,第一清洗组件包括设置在清洗腔体71底清洗组件721,底清洗组件721可以为喷淋臂、喷淋管,第二清洗组件包括设置在清洗腔体71顶部的顶清洗组件723与位于清洗腔体71中部的中清洗组件722,顶清洗组件723和中清洗组件722可以为喷淋臂、喷淋管。碗篮713通过固定件安装在清洗腔体71内壁上,可以采用铆接,螺栓连接等方式,碗篮713设置在清洗腔体71内壁上的方法为现有技术,在此不再赘述。本实施例中,碗篮713有两个,分别设置在顶清洗组件723与中清洗组件722之间,中清洗组件722与底清洗组件721之间。
洗涤泵74设置有第一泵壳741、设置在第一泵壳741中的第一叶轮;第二泵壳742、设置在第二泵壳742中的第二叶轮、和驱动第一叶轮和第二叶轮运行的电机75,洗涤泵74设置在清洗腔体71外壁的底部。第一泵壳741上设置有连接第一清洗组件的第一出水部7410,第二泵壳742上设置有连接第二清洗组件的第二出水部420,在电机75的驱动下,洗涤泵74将第一泵壳741和第二泵壳742内清洗用水分别通过第一出水部7410和第二出水部420输送到第一清洗和第二清洗组件中,其中,第二出水部420通过开关阀(未图示)连接顶清洗组件723与中清洗组件722。为了使整个结构更为紧凑,第一泵壳741和第二泵壳742分别设置在电机75的两侧,电机75具有相对设置的第一输出轴(未图示)和第二输出轴(未图示),第一叶轮安装在第一输出轴(未图示)上,第二叶轮安装在第二输出轴(未图示)上。第一输出轴(未图示)与第二输出轴(未图示)水平布置。
请参见图5、图7与图8,在另一个实施例中,第二泵壳742上还设置有第三出水部7421,第一出水部7410连接底清洗组件721,第二出水部7420连接顶清洗组件723,第三出水部7421连接中清洗组件722。为了能够给每一个清洗组件72提供更大的动力,以保持喷射强度与喷射稳定性,优选设置有第三出水部7421的设计。
为了减少出水部与清洗组件之间的距离,减少清洗用水在流通过程中的压力损失和污垢在管道上的残留,第一出水部7410的中轴线竖直或大致竖直 设置,能够直接与清洗腔体底部的清洗组件直接连接。具体的,第一出水部7410竖直向上延伸入清洗腔体71内,与底清洗组件721直接对接。第二出水部420通过设置有开关阀(未图示)的连接管76连通顶清洗组件723与中清洗组件722。连接管76设置在清洗腔体71外壁上,用于连通顶清洗组件723与中清洗组件722与洗涤泵74。在另一实施方式中,第二泵壳742设置有第三出水部7421,第三出水部通过连接管76与中清洗组件722连接。优选的,第二出水部420与第三出水部7421的轴线均水平设置。当然,在其它实施方式中,第三出水部也可以设置在第一泵壳741上。在另一实施方式中,第一泵壳741上还设置有第四出水部,清洗腔体71侧壁上还设置有侧清洗组件,第四出水部与侧清洗组件连接。
在底清洗组件721对清洗机的清洁功能贡献最大的清洗机中,最优设计是给底清洗组件721连接能够提供最大动力的洗涤泵74。在本实施例中,第一出水部7410的水流量大于第二出水部420的水流量,第一出水部7410的直径大于第二出水部420的直径。为了最大程度的为底清洗组件721提供最大的动力,本实施例中,第一出水部7410仅与底清洗组件721连接,当然,在其他实施方式中,也可以采用顶清洗组件723、中清洗组件722中的一个通过开关阀(未图示)与底清洗组件721并联后连接在第一出水部7410上。
本实施例中,第一泵壳741截面为圆形,第一出水部7410的轴线沿第一泵壳741的径向延伸,第二出水部420的轴线与第一出水部7410的轴线垂直。在另一实施例中,第一出水部7410的轴线与第一泵壳741泵壳相切或大致相切设置。具体的,第一出水部7410与第一泵壳741均为圆柱体,第一泵壳741在垂直于纵轴线的截面为圆形截面,第一出水部7410的轴线与第一泵壳741的圆形截面相切,当第一出水部7410的轴线与第一泵壳741的圆形截面相切设置时,能够得到洗涤泵74最大的离心力,所获得的水压最大。在其它实施方式中,也可以将第一出水部7410与第二出水部420同时设置成轴线分别与第一泵壳741和第二泵壳742相切或大致相切,或者,将第二出水部420设置成其轴线与第二泵壳742相切或大致相切但第一出水部7410的轴线不与第一泵壳741相切或大致相切。
清洗机底部还设置有用于向洗涤泵提供清洗用水的水杯73,在本实施例中,第一水杯731与第一泵壳741连通,第二水杯732与第二泵壳742连通。在一些实施例中,第一水杯731与第一泵壳741、第二水杯732与第二泵壳742,可分别通过管道连通。本实施例中,第一水杯731与第一泵壳741一体成型,第一水杯731与第一泵壳741通过进水口(未图示)连通;第二水杯732与第二泵壳742一体成型,第二水杯732与第二泵壳4通过进水口(未图示)连通,此种连接方式可减少水杯与泵壳之间的对接管道,有效降低洗涤系统污垢残留,减少异味。第一水杯731上设置有入水口7312,用于连接清洗机外部的水龙头,将清洗用水通入至清洗机内部;第二水杯732上设置有排水口(未图示),用于将清洗机结束清洗后的清洗用水排出清洗机。第一水杯731与第二水杯732都通过出水区711与清洗腔体71连通,从而承接清洗腔体71内循环的清洗用水。安装板712上设置有出水通孔的区域是出水区711。清洗腔体71上与第一水杯731对接的区域设置是第一出水区7111,清洗腔体71上与第二水杯732对接的区域设置是第二出水区7112。第一水杯731、第二水杯732于清洗腔体71底壁一侧设置有开口,第一水杯731、第二水杯732通过该开口与出水区711连通。由于第一出水部7410的流量大于第二出水部420的水流量,在相同时间内,第一水杯731应该承接更大体积的清洗用水,因此,第一出水区7111的面积大于第二出水区7112,且第一水杯731的体积大于第二水杯732的体积,第一水杯41的水平面横截面积大于第二水杯42的水平面横截面积。第一出水区7111中还设置有筛网7113,用于过滤清洗用水中的固体垃圾。本实施例中,第一水杯731与第二水杯732为两个独立设置的水杯,当然,在其他实施例中,该第一水杯731与第二水杯732也可以相互连通一体设置,具体可以根据清洗腔体71内部构造及空间来选择。
第一水杯731中设置有加热组件7311,用于加热清洗用水,使得洗碗的效率更高。在一实施例中,该加热组件7311为加热盘,设置在第一水杯731侧壁。当然,加热盘也可以设置在第二水杯732上,或者在第一水杯731与第二水杯732上同时设置。
当清洗机工作时,干净的清洗用水从入水口7312通入第一水杯731内,并被安装在第一水杯731侧壁的加热组件7311加热。具有一定温度的清洗用水被第一泵壳741导入至底清洗组件721中,进行一次洗涤后,清洗用水在重力作用下落在安装板712上,并经由第一出水区7111与第二出水区7112进入到第一水杯731与第二水杯732中,清洗用水继续被加热组件7311加热,并经由第一出水部7410与第二出水部420洗涤泵导入至底清洗组件721、中清洗组件722与顶清洗组件723中。进行第二次清洗后,清洗用水再次回落至第一水杯731与第二水杯732中,如此循环往复,完成清洗工作。清洗工作完成后,清洗用水从排水口排出清洗机。
参考图9,在另一实施例中,清洗腔体71内部设置有位于清洗腔体71顶部的顶清洗组件723与位于清洗腔体71底部的底清洗组件721,并在顶清洗组件723与底清洗组件721之间设置有一个碗篮713。底清洗组件721与第一出水部7410直接连接,顶清洗组件723与第二出水部420通过连接管6连接。本实施例的清洗机与前述清洗机相比减少了一个碗篮且减少了一个清洗组件,洗涤泵、水杯等其它结构与前述清洗机相同。
综上,本申请使用一个电机驱动两个叶轮,能够在节约成本与减轻重量的前提下,提高出水部处的水压,从而提高清洗组件72的喷射强度并能够提高喷射稳定性。此外,第一出水部7410竖直延伸至清洗腔体71内部与底清洗组件721直接对接,能够提供给底清洗组件721更大的动力,进而提高底清洗组件721的喷射强度与喷射稳定性。由于底清洗组件721对清洗机的清洁能力作用很大,因此增强底清洗组件721的喷射能力,能够增强清洗机的清洗能力。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,其它基于本发明构思的前提下做出的任何改进都视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种清洗机,其特征在于,包括:清洗腔体;第一清洗组件和第二清洗组件,所述第一清洗组件和所述第二清洗组件设置在所述清洗腔体内部;洗涤泵,包括泵壳、设置在所述泵壳内的叶轮和驱动所述叶轮在所述泵壳内转动的电机;其中,所述泵壳上设置有与所述第一清洗组件连接的第一出水部和与所述第二清洗组件连接的第二出水部。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一清洗组件包括第一喷淋臂,所述第一喷淋臂与所述第一出水部直接可旋转连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一出水部的中轴线与所述第二出水部的中轴线垂直或大致垂直。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述电机具有电机输出轴,所述电机输出轴水平布置。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一出水部和所述第二出水部至少之一的中轴线竖直或大致竖直设置,所述第一出水部的轴线和所述第二出水部的轴线分别与所述泵壳相切或大致相切设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一出水部的内径大于所述第二出水部的内径。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的清洗机,其特征在于,还包括水杯,所述水杯与所述清洗腔体底部连接,用于储存洗涤用水,所述第一出水部布置在所述水杯的腔体内。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的清洗机,其特征在于,还包括水杯,与所述清洗腔体底部连接,用于储存洗涤用水,所述第一出水部布置在所述水杯的外部。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗机还包括水杯,所述水杯与所述清洗腔体底部连接,用于储存洗涤用水,所述泵壳与所述水杯一体设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗机还包括第三清洗组件,所述泵壳上设置有第三出水部,所述第三清洗组件与所述第三出水部连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述洗涤泵,包括第一泵壳;设置在所述第一泵壳中的第一叶轮;第二泵壳;设置在所述第二泵壳中的第二叶轮;所述电机驱动所述第一叶轮和所述第二叶轮运行;其中,所述第一泵壳上设置有连接所述第一清洗组件的第一出水部,所述第二泵壳上设置有连接所述第二清洗组件的第二出水部。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一清洗组件设置在清洗腔体底部,所述第一清洗组件包括底清洗组件,所述底清洗组件与所述第一出水部直接可旋转的连接。
- 如权利要求12所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一出水部和/或第二出水部的中轴线竖直或大致竖直设置,所述第一出水部的直径大于所述第二出水部的直径。
- 如权利要求11至13任一项所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述电机具有相对设置的第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一叶轮和第二叶轮分别设置在所述电机的两侧,所述第一输出轴和第二输出轴分别驱动所述第一叶轮和所述第二叶轮。
- 如权利要求14所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一输出轴、第二输出轴水平布置。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一出水部的中轴线与所述第一泵壳相切或大致相切设置和/或所述第二出水部的中轴线与所述第二泵壳相切或大致相切设置。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗机还包括水杯,所述水杯与所述清洗腔体连通,用于承接清洗用水,所述水杯与所述第一泵壳和第二泵壳连通。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述水杯包括第一水杯和第二水杯,所述第一水杯、第二水杯与所述清洗腔体连通,用于承接清洗 用水,所述第一水杯与所述第一泵壳连通,所述第二水杯与所述第二泵壳连通。
- 如权利要求18所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一水杯水平面横截面积大于第二水杯水平面横截面积。
- 如权利要求11所述的清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一泵壳或第二泵壳还设置有第三出水部。
