一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置 技术领域
本发明涉及用于指纹识别应用技术领域,尤其涉及到一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置。
背景技术
指纹是人类手指末端由凹凸的皮肤所形成的纹路,在人类出生之前指纹就已经形成并且随着个体的成长指纹的形状不会发生改变,只是明显程度的变化,而且每个人的指纹都是不同的。指纹识别是将识别对象的指纹进行分类比对从而进行判别。指纹识别技术作为生物体特征识别技术之一在新世纪逐渐成熟,进入了人类的生产生活领域。门禁系统中常常利用指纹识别技术进行身份验证,具有识别效率块,识别精度高的优点。
但是现有的指纹识别装置在使用的时候仍然存在一定的缺陷,现有的指纹识别装置上的采集端座易落附灰尘,在长时间不使用的时候,灰尘会覆盖并腐蚀采集端座上的采集窗口,影响指纹采集的精确性,同时在指纹采集时,部分指纹识别装置不能够对手指进行限位,如果手指放置位置偏差,可能会导致指纹识别不了的问题。因此我们有必要针对现有技术的不足而提供一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置,其识别精确性高、方便携带。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置,包括指纹识别终端和指纹采集机构,指纹识别终端包括用于处理指纹信息的指纹识别机和设置在指纹识别机一侧的安装板。
指纹采集机构通过螺栓固定在安装板上,指纹采集机构包括固定板、激光扫描座和采集端座,其中固定板通过螺栓与安装板连接,安装板外壁中间靠下位置通过超声波工艺焊接连接板,连接板呈“L”形结构,连接板的水平部位上设置激光扫描座,激光扫描座的顶部设置采集端座,连接板的上方设置与连接板呈活动连接的盖板,盖板的下端面上设置卡座,卡座下端面与激光扫描座上端面的规格相适配、位置相对应,卡座的底部凹设与采集端座规格相适配的卡槽。
优选的,指纹识别机的侧壁设置用于控制指纹识别机工作状态的若干按键,按键上方的指纹识别机上设置用于显示指纹识别机工作状态的显示屏。
优选的,盖板底部的左右两端均垂直设置连杆,连杆的底端设置弹性卡扣,连接板垂直部位的左右两端设置与卡扣相对应的滑槽,连杆伸入到滑槽内,且滑槽的侧壁上还贯穿设置用于卡合卡扣的卡孔。
优选的,连杆一侧平行设置伸缩杆,连接板垂直部位的左右两端设置与伸缩杆位置对应的限位槽,伸缩杆顶部固定连接盖板、底部伸入到限位槽内并连接弹簧支架,弹簧支架垂直连接在限位槽内。
优选的,固定板呈矩形结构,且固定板四角位置均贯穿设置螺孔,固定板通过螺栓穿过螺孔固定在安装板的侧壁上。
优选的,采集端座的上端面凹设有与手指形状相适配的指槽。
本发明的一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置可以上下活动的盖板,从而可以利用盖板底部的卡座和卡槽来卡合采集端座,卡槽将采集端座顶部卡合,防止采集端座上的采集窗口裸露在外,可以有效保护采集窗口不落附灰尘,有效延长采集窗口的使用寿命,同时提高采集的精确性。
2、通过在采集端座上设置与手指规格相适配的指槽,从而可以利用指槽对需要采集指纹的手指进行限位,保证手指的指纹正对采集窗口,提高指纹采集的精确性。

实施例
如图1所示,一种用于门禁系统的指纹识别装置包括指纹识别终端1和指纹采集机构2,指纹识别终端1包括用于处理指纹信息的指纹识别机11和设置在指纹识别机11一侧的安装板12,其中指纹采集机构2通过光学传感器采集人的手指指纹信息,并将指纹信息 通过数据线传递给指纹识别终端1,指纹识别终端1的指纹识别机11对指纹信息与已经注册的指纹进行比较,如果匹配,便通过了验证,如果不匹配,便通不过验证。
如图2所示,指纹采集机构2通过螺栓固定在安装板12上,指纹采集机构2包括固定板21、激光扫描座22和采集端座23,其中固定板21通过螺栓与安装板12连接,安装板12外壁中间靠下位置通过超声波工艺焊接连接板24,连接板24呈“L”形结构,连接板24的水平部位上设置激光扫描座22,激光扫描座22的顶部设置采集端座23,连接板24的上方设置与连接板24呈活动连接的盖板25,盖板25的下端面上设置卡座26,卡座26下端面与激光扫描座22上端面的规格相适配、位置相对应,卡座26的底部凹设与采集端座23规格相适配的卡槽27;激光扫描座22的内部设置光源,采集端座23上设置光学镜片,将手指放在光学镜片上,手指在内置光源照射下,用棱镜将其投射在电荷耦合器件上,进而形成脊线呈黑色、谷线呈白色的数字化的、可被指纹设备算法处理的多灰度指纹图像,然后将信息传递给指纹识别终端1进行比较;在不使用该装置的时候,利用盖板25底部的卡座26和卡槽27来卡合采集端座23,卡槽27将采集端座23顶部卡合,防止采集端座23上的采集窗口裸露在外,可以有效保护采集窗口不落附灰尘,有效延长采集窗口的使用寿命,同时提高采集的精确性。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,指纹识别机11的侧壁设置用于控制指纹识别机11工作状态的若干按键,按键上方的指纹识别机11上设置用于显示指纹识别机11工作状态的显示屏。
通过采用上述技术方案,从而可以利用按键控制指纹识别机11,并通过指纹识别机11上的显示屏显示指纹识别机11的工作状态,方便使用者查看自己身份认证是否成功。

通过采用上述技术方案,从而可以利用限位槽213卡合伸缩杆,保证伸缩杆在上下移动的时候能够保持稳定,同时在松开卡扣29的时候,被压缩的弹簧支架214在恢复力的作用下能够推动伸缩杆和盖板25向上移动一定的距离帮助盖板25恢复原来的位置,保证盖板25不会影响手指指纹的采集。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,固定板21呈矩形结构,且固定板21四角位置均贯穿设置螺孔216,固定板21通过螺栓穿过螺孔216固定在安装板12的侧壁上。
通过采用上述技术方案,从而可以利用螺栓将固定板21牢固稳定的固定在安装板12上。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,采集端座23的上端面凹设有与手指形状相适配的指槽215。
通过采用上述技术方案,从而可以利用指槽215对需要采集指纹的手指进行限位,保证手指的指纹正对采集窗口,提高指纹采集的精确性。
