Description

一种便于安装的固态硬盘 技术领域
本发明涉及固态硬盘领域,具体涉及一种便于安装的固态硬盘。
背景技术
固态驱动器,俗称固态硬盘,固态硬盘是用固态电子存储芯片阵列而制成的硬盘,由控制单元和存储单元组成。固态硬盘表面的器件由于容易损坏,所以固定硬盘的外侧一般通过外壳包裹,起到保护作用。
一般的固态硬盘安装在机箱中的方式是,通过螺丝将固态硬盘的外壳与机箱的表面固定,这样的安装方式对于拆卸固定硬盘时来说,是十分不便捷的,因为要旋拧下螺丝并更换新的固定硬盘,然后再将新的固态硬盘与机箱旋拧上螺丝,所以操作不便捷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明提出的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,其具有在拆卸再安装固定硬盘时,避免多次旋拧螺丝造成的安装不便捷的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,包括四个固定柱、硬盘外壳本体,每个所述固定柱中均设有滑杆、弹簧,所述滑杆相对滑动地设置在固定柱中,所述弹簧处于固定柱中,且分别与滑杆以及固定柱内壁抵触,所述滑杆上设置有卡柱,所述卡柱垂直于滑杆的轴线设置,且穿出固定柱的表面,所述固定柱上设置有滑槽,所述固定柱上还设置有若干个卡槽,各个所述卡槽沿滑槽的长度方向设置,且与滑槽连通,所述卡槽的宽度与卡柱的宽度相同,所述硬盘外壳本体设置有供滑杆插接的插接结构。
进一步的,所述插接结构包括四个滑轨、四个滑块,四个所述滑轨分别设置在硬盘外壳本体相对的四周表面上,每个所述滑轨上滑动设置一个滑块,所述滑块上均设置有与滑杆插接插孔。
进一步的,各个所述卡槽沿滑槽长度方向交错设置。
进一步的,所述硬盘外壳本体的底部设置有四个装配杆。
进一步的,所述固定柱上一体设置有底座,所述底座上设置有螺纹孔。
有益效果:通过滑杆插接到插接结构中,实现硬盘外壳本体的相对位置固定,避免了实用螺丝,简化了拆卸再安装过程中的步骤。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图、通过对本发明的优选实施方式的描述,更加清楚、完整地阐述本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明首选实施方式的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,包括四个固定柱2和硬盘外壳本体3,在硬盘外壳本体3上设有插接结构。
其中,四个固定柱2分别处于硬盘外壳本体3的四周,且均安装在机箱表面1上,固定柱2的底部设置有底座13,底座13上设置有螺纹孔,并通过螺纹孔与机箱表面1连接。
四个固定柱2均设置有滑杆4、弹簧5。滑杆4相对滑动地设置在固定柱2中,弹簧5的两端分别抵触滑杆4以及固定柱2的内侧底面。弹簧5给滑杆4提供滑动的力,滑杆4在弹簧5的弹力作用下,其端部伸出固定柱2。
如图1和图2所示,滑杆4的周壁上固定有一个卡柱6,卡柱6沿垂直于滑杆4轴线的方向设置,即卡柱6沿固定柱2的径向方向伸出固定柱2的周壁。在固定柱2的表面设置有一条滑槽7,滑槽7平行于固定柱2的轴线,卡柱6相对滑动地设置在滑槽7中。同时,在滑槽7的两侧,沿固定柱2的径向设置有若干个卡槽8,该卡槽8均与滑槽7连通,且滑槽7两侧的卡槽8沿滑槽7的长度方向排布,且相互交错设置。卡槽8的宽度与卡柱6的宽度相同,卡柱6可以恰好卡在卡槽8中。
安装硬盘外壳本体3时,首先,将插接结构与滑杆4对齐,并使滑杆4沿其轴线移动,滑杆4伸出固定柱2的部分与插接结构实现插接中,并与插接结构顶紧。保持滑杆4伸出固定柱2部分的长度不变,沿滑杆4的轴线转动滑杆4,直至卡柱6转动至卡槽8中以实现滑杆4不再沿着固定柱2移动。由于固定柱2设置在硬盘外壳本体3的四周,所以能通过固定柱2实现硬盘外壳本体3的相对位置固定。
前述插接结构包括包括四个滑轨9、四个滑块10,四个滑轨9分别设置在硬盘外壳本体3相对的四周表面上,每个滑轨9上滑动设置一个滑块10,滑块10上均设置有与滑杆4插接插孔11。插孔11的高度与固定柱2的高度相同,滑块10可以通过沿滑轨9移动,实现插孔11与滑杆4共线。
在硬盘外壳本体3的底部表面设置有四个装配杆12,机箱表面1也设置有四个供装配杆12插接的孔,装配杆12可以在硬盘外壳本体3安装前对硬盘外壳本体3起到预安装的作用,减少硬盘外壳本体3安装时产生移动的情况。

  1. 一种便于安装的固态硬盘,包括四个固定柱、硬盘外壳本体,其特征在于,每个所述固定柱中均设有滑杆、弹簧,所述滑杆相对滑动地设置在固定柱中,所述弹簧处于固定柱中,且分别与滑杆以及固定柱内壁抵触,所述滑杆上设置有卡柱,所述卡柱垂直于滑杆的轴线设置,且穿出固定柱的表面,所述固定柱上设置有滑槽,所述固定柱上还设置有若干个卡槽,各个所述卡槽沿滑槽的长度方向设置,且与滑槽连通,所述卡槽的宽度与卡柱的宽度相同,所述硬盘外壳本体设置有供滑杆插接的插接结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,其特征在于,所述插接结构包括四个滑轨、四个滑块,四个所述滑轨分别设置在硬盘外壳本体相对的四周表面上,每个所述滑轨上滑动设置一个滑块,所述滑块上均设置有与滑杆插接插孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,其特征在于,各个所述卡槽沿滑槽长度方向交错设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,其特征在于,所述硬盘外壳本体的底部设置有四个装配杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的固态硬盘,其特征在于,所述固定柱上一体设置有底座,所述底座上设置有螺纹孔。
