Description

一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及配电箱安全装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置。
背景技术
目前,许多老旧小区等地方的线路普遍采取老式配电箱,在夏天等用电高峰时间段,往往会出现负载过大,从而造成配电箱起火等安全隐患。虽然市场上具有多种多样的自动灭火的配电箱,但是全部需要重新安装和替换旧的配电箱,这对于数量众多的老旧小区工作量是巨大的,因此,需要一种能够适配于老旧配电箱的自动灭火装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下内容:
一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置,包括:干粉仓、喷射装置、光敏电阻、进气装置、电源和固定连接件;所述干粉仓的数量为两个,并分别通过固定连接件设置于配电箱的两侧内壁上;所述光敏电阻的数量为若干个,并设置于配电箱的内壁上,若干个所述光敏电阻之间相互并联,并与两侧所述干粉仓电连接;所述干粉仓的内部从上至下依次设置为喷射室、电源室、储粉室和进气室;所述喷射装置设置于所述喷射室内,且所述喷射装置通过软管连接于储粉室;所述电源设置于所述电源室内,并与所述喷射装置和进气装置电连接;所述进气装置设置于所述进气室内。
优选的是,所述喷射装置为抽风机。
优选的是,所述进气装置包括吹风机、单向气阀和进气管;所述吹风机固设于底部进气室内;所述吹风机的出气端口连接有单向气阀,并使单向气阀插入于储粉室;所述吹风机的进气端口连接有进气管;所述进气管的另一端穿过所述干粉仓的底部仓壁。
优选的是,所述光敏电阻至少为五个,且分别设置于配电箱内的各个侧壁上。
优选的是,所述电源为锂电池组。
优选的是,所述固定连接件为双面胶。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本申请设计了一种可以加装在各种配电箱内的自动灭火装置,安装快捷,制作成本交底,具有极大的市场前景。
2、本申请通过进气装置和喷射装置的配合,能够将储粉盒内的干粉均匀喷出,避免储粉盒内干粉因时间过长而凝块,使用时堵塞出口。
3、本申请通过光敏电阻的并联,从而达到了多开关的目的,任意一个光敏电阻的连通,都可以使自动灭火装置运行,提高了灵敏度,增加了安全性。

如图1至2所示,一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置包括:干粉 仓1、喷射装置2、光敏电阻3、进气装置4、电源5和固定连接件6;所述干粉仓1的数量为两个,相对设置于配电箱的内部两侧壁上,并通过固定连接件6连接;所述固定连接件6为双面胶。干粉仓1为一种呈长方体形的盒装结构,其尺寸可根据配电箱尺寸进行相应的放大或者缩小,为了便于安装,本申请通过在干粉仓的背面设置双面胶,用于连接配电箱的内侧壁,相对设置能够使干粉仓内的干粉充分的覆盖配电箱内的电器元件,提高安全性。
显而易见的是,固定连接件采用双面胶是本申请所选取的成本低廉的一种作业方式,其还可以替换为市场上较为常见的连接方式,如建筑用胶水等。
进一步地,所述光敏电阻3的数量为若干个,并设置于配电箱的内壁上,若干个所述光敏电阻3之间相互并联,并与两侧所述干粉仓1电连接;所述光敏电阻3至少为五个,且分别设置于配电箱内的各个侧壁上;光敏电阻3同样通过双面胶连接,贴合在配电箱的左右两侧壁、上下侧壁和后壁上,其目的在于,使光敏电阻3尽量的覆盖于配电箱内电器元件的各个方向,能够准确地感知配电箱内火花;
可以理解的是,通过简单电路将几个光敏电阻连接成并联电路,并接通两侧干粉仓的电源,是一种较为基础的电路,中学所学的电路知识就可以满足上述操作。
进一步地,所述干粉仓1的内部从上至下依次设置为喷射室101、电源室102、储粉室103和进气室104;所述喷射装置2设置于所述喷射室101内,且所述喷射装置2通过软管连接于储粉室103;所述 电源5设置于所述电源室102内,并与所述喷射装置2和进气装置4电连接;所述进气装置4设置于所述进气室104内。
进一步地,所述喷射装置2为抽风机。抽风机采用现有技术中现售的一款微型抽风机,其功率较小,但可以满足于从储粉室内吸取干粉,并喷射出去。
进一步地,所述进气装置4包括吹风机401、单向气阀402和进气管403;所述吹风机401固设于底部进气室内;所述吹风机401的出气端口连接有单向气阀402,并使单向气阀402插入于储粉室103;所述吹风机401的进气端口连接有进气管403;所述进气管403的另一端穿过所述干粉仓1的底部仓壁。
进一步地,所述电源5为锂电池组。
本装置的工作原理:
五个光敏电阻设置于配电箱的各个侧壁上,并通过电线连接两侧干粉仓的电源、喷射装置和进气装置,当光线较弱时,光敏电阻相当于断路状态,当配电箱内线路发出火花时,强光会使光敏电阻的电阻值降低,使得整个电路处于通路状态,两侧喷射装置和进气装置开始运行,从储粉室内抽出干粉,喷向电器元件,进而达到灭火的目的,当火花或者火苗被扑灭时候,光敏电阻的电阻值重新变成无限大,相当于断路,使喷射装置和进气装置停止运行。

  1. 一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置,其特征在于,包括:干粉仓(1)、喷射装置(2)、光敏电阻(3)、进气装置(4)、电源(5)和固定连接件(6);所述干粉仓(1)的数量为两个,并分别通过固定连接件(6)设置于配电箱的两侧内壁上;所述光敏电阻(3)的数量为若干个,并设置于配电箱的内壁上,若干个所述光敏电阻(3)之间相互并联,并与两侧所述干粉仓(1)电连接;所述干粉仓(1)的内部从上至下依次设置为喷射室(101)、电源室(102)、储粉室(103)和进气室(104);所述喷射装置(2)设置于所述喷射室(101)内,且所述喷射装置(2)通过软管连接于储粉室(103);所述电源(5)设置于所述电源室(102)内,并与所述喷射装置(2)和进气装置(4)电连接;所述进气装置(4)设置于所述进气室(104)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置,其特征在于,所述喷射装置(2)为抽风机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置,其特征在于,所述进气装置(4)包括吹风机(401)、单向气阀(402)和进气管(403);所述吹风机(401)固设于底部进气室内;所述吹风机(401)的出气端口连接有单向气阀(402),并使单向气阀(402)插入于储粉室(103);所述吹风机(401)的进气端口连接有进气管(403);所述进气管(403)的另一端穿过所述干粉仓(1)的底部仓壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于配电箱内的自动灭火装置,其特征在于,所述光敏电阻(3)至少为五个,且分别设置于配电箱 内的各个侧壁上。
