背景技术
近年,很多冰箱产品在门体上设置显示屏或其它电气部件以提升产品档次,也更好地应对市场需求。上述冰箱产品在设计使用过程中需要向门体供电,现有旋转式冰箱门体多通过在铰链轴设置走线以实现门体上的电力传输;就抽屉式门体而言,通常是在抽屉式门体与箱体之间设置可活动的线缆,以实现前述电气部件的供电。但在抽屉式门体的开闭过程中,所述线缆易与其它部件缠绕、磨损设置断裂。
针对上述问题,业内已公开在冰箱箱体与抽屉式门体间设置连杆组件,线缆自箱体侧沿相应的连杆组件连接至门体上的方案,但线缆在上述连杆组件自身的折弯变形位置承受应力较大,且该连杆组件反复操作时自身亦会出现磨损失效,影响抽屉式门体操作体验。业内亦公开有一种滑轨走线机构,通过支撑架与线盒对部分线缆进行约束限位,但其活动设置的部分线缆仍有可能与滑轨或其它部件产生干涉,进而受挤压磨损。业内还公开有采用线缆链对线缆进行保护的方案,但占用间室容积较大,影响有效储物空间。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的门体供电机构与具有该门体供电机构的冰箱。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种门体供电机构与具有该门体供电机构的冰箱,能够向门体进行稳定的电力传输,结构简洁。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种门体供电机构,用以实现抽屉式门体与箱体的电性连接,所述箱体形成有朝前开口设置的间室,所述抽屉式门体可沿前后方向移动以打开或关闭该间室,所述抽屉式门体上设有电气部件;所述门体供电机构包括前后延伸设置的导电板、抵压在所述导电板表面的导电端子,所述抽屉式门体打开或关闭所述间室过程中,所述导电端子与导电板沿前后方向进行相对移动;其中,所述导电板固定设置在所述间室内,所 述导电端子连接在所述抽屉式门体上,或,所述导电板连接设置在所述抽屉式门体后侧,所述导电端子固定设置在所述间室内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述门体供电机构还包括配合所述导电端子设置的弹性件,所述导电端子在所述弹性件的作用下保持抵压在所述导电板的表面。

参图1所示,本发明提供的冰箱100包括箱体1,所述箱体1形成有若朝前开口设置的间室101及前后移动以打开或关闭该间室101的抽屉式门体2。所述抽屉式门体2上设有电气部件,所述电气部件可以是触控显示屏、驱动电机等。

所述导电端子32包括抵压在所述导电板31上的抵压部321、位于所述抵压部321背离所述导电板31一侧的止挡部322及连接于所述止挡部322的延伸部323;所述弹性件34通常可采用金属弹簧,所述弹性件34套设在所述延伸部323上且与所述止挡部322相抵持,所述弹性件34背离所述止挡部322的一端则与箱体1相接。完成装配时,所述弹性件34 处于适当的压紧收缩状态,以对所述导电端子32施加合适的弹性力,使得导电端子32抵压在导电板31表面。
所述第一线缆331连接在所述延伸部323远离所述止挡部322的一端,所述延伸部323还设有卡槽324,所述卡槽324邻近所述延伸部背离止挡部322的一端设置。所述门体供电机构3还包括安装在所述卡槽324内的限位件325,所述限位件325通常可采用既定规格的卡簧或E环等,所述限位件325能够有效避免导电端子32自箱体1的安装位置脱出。
所述门体供电机构3还包括连接在所述抽屉式门体2后侧的支撑组件,所述支撑组件具有支撑架35、固定于所述支撑架35的绝缘座36,所述绝缘座36形成有用以安装所述导电板31的安装槽361,所述安装槽361向下呈开口设置。具体地,所述支撑架35形成有大致水平延伸并用以承载相应的抽屉盒的支撑平台351,所述绝缘座36采用粘结材料层37粘贴固定在所述支撑平台351的下方。所述绝缘座36的也可采用螺钉进行固定,抑或采用卡接方式将所述绝缘座36安装在支撑架35上。
当然,所述支撑架35与内胆11的侧壁111之间还可以设置相应的滑轨组件(未图示),所述滑轨组件优选可采用三级滑轨,通过所述滑轨组件进行抽拉动作。
所述支撑组件还包括固定在所述抽屉式门体2后侧的门体支撑件38,所述支撑架35的前端固定在所述门体支撑件38上。所述门体支撑件38上开设有连接窗口381,且所述连接窗口381优选设置为所述连接器333可穿过所述连接窗口381,以便于安装维护。所述支撑组件还包括与所述连接窗口38相配合的盖体39,所述盖体39下缘形成有与所述第二线缆332相适配的卡口391,更好地保持第二线缆332的位置稳定,也提高产品的整体美观性。
综上所述,本发明门体供电机构3与冰箱100,通过滑动配合的导电板31与导电端子32实现箱体1与抽屉式门体2的电性连接,结构更为简洁;无需设置可活动的线缆,彻底避免因线缆变形、扭曲受损而导致的供电异常,有效保证抽屉式门体2上的电气部件正常工作,且上述门体供电机构3的结构设计也更为美观,提高用户体验。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其 他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门体供电机构,用以实现抽屉式门体与箱体的电性连接,所述箱体形成有朝前开口设置的间室,所述抽屉式门体可沿前后方向移动以打开或关闭该间室,所述抽屉式门体上设有电气部件,其特征在于:所述门体供电机构包括前后延伸设置的导电板、抵压在所述导电板表面的导电端子,所述抽屉式门体打开或关闭所述间室过程中,所述导电端子与导电板沿前后方向进行相对移动;其中,所述导电板固定设置在所述间室内,所述导电端子连接在所述抽屉式门体上,或,所述导电板连接设置在所述抽屉式门体后侧,所述导电端子固定设置在所述间室内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述门体供电机构还包括配合所述导电端子设置的弹性件,所述导电端子在所述弹性件的作用下保持抵压在所述导电板的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括抵压在所述导电板上的抵压部、位于所述抵压部背离所述导电板一侧的止挡部及连接于所述止挡部的延伸部;所述弹性件套设在所述延伸部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述延伸部背离所述止挡部的一端设有卡槽;所述门体供电机构还包括安装在所述卡槽内的限位件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述导电端子设置在所述导电板的下方,所述导电端子自下向上抵压在所述导电板的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述门体供电机构包括连接在所述抽屉式门体后侧的支撑组件,所述支撑组件具有支撑架、固定于所述支撑架的绝缘座,所述绝缘座形成有用以安装所述导电板的安装槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述安装槽向下呈开口设置; 所述导电端子固定在所述间室的底部且邻近所述间室的开口设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述支撑组件还包括固定在所述抽屉式门体后侧的门体支撑件,所述支撑架的前端固定在所述门体支撑件上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的门体供电机构,其特征在于:所述导电端子设置为至少两个且沿左右方向并排设置。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括箱体及抽屉式门体,所述箱体形成有朝前开口设置的间室,所述抽屉式门体可沿前后方向移动以打开或关闭该间室,所述抽屉式门体上设有电气部件,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述门体供电机构。
