随着社会的经济发展,中国鞋业也在飞速的发展中,对于现阶段为了适应不同的人群,需要设计出不同人群所需要的鞋子,拥有一双穿着舒适的马靴,已逐渐成为普通民众的基本需求。
现阶段的马靴的设计相对传统,且透气抗菌效果不佳,相比之下,本发明,可以有效进行靴体透气使用,且在靴体的内部设置的硅胶层可以有效增加靴子的柔韧度和舒适度,减少脚部疲劳,使用效果非常好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种透气抗菌靴。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种透气抗菌靴,包括靴体,所述靴体的前端面设置有系孔若干,所述系孔的中部贯穿设置有系带,所述靴体的前端面且在系孔的下方设置有靴面,所述靴面贯穿设置有第二透气孔,所述第二透气孔的内部设置有第二透气网,所述靴体的下端两侧均设置有第一透气孔,所述第一透气孔的内部设置有第一透气网,所述靴体的下端固定连接有橡胶底,所述靴体的内壁固定连接有防护层,所述第二透气孔贯穿防护层,所述靴体内侧表面设置有抗菌布基材料层。

2、本发明,通过设置抗菌布基材料层,使马靴具有抗菌除臭功能,有利于脚部健康,同时布基材料触感舒适,进一步提升穿着体验;
3、本发明,抗菌布基材料层可以更好地贴合靴体内部的皮革,使用者穿脱时不易出现吸空现象。

参照图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种透气抗菌靴,包括靴体6, 靴体6的前端面设置有系孔12若干,系孔12的中部贯穿设置有系带11,靴体6的前端面且在系孔12的下方设置有靴面8,靴面8贯穿设置有第二透气孔16,第二透气孔16的内部设置有第二透气网18,靴体6的下端两侧均设置有第一透气孔2,第一透气孔2的内部设置有第一透气网4,靴体6的下端固定连接有橡胶底1,便于有效对靴体6的内部进行透气作用,靴体6的内壁固定连接有防护层15,第二透气孔16贯穿防护层15,靴体6的内部下端且在橡胶底1的上端固定连接有硅胶层17,具有较好的柔韧度和舒适性,减少脚部的疲劳,靴体6内侧表面设置有抗菌布基材料层,该抗菌布基材料采用了抑菌净化除臭技术制备而成,使马靴具有抗菌除臭功能,有利于脚部健康,同时布基材料触感舒适,进一步提升穿着体验,此外抗菌布基材料层可以更好地贴合靴体内部的皮革,使用者穿脱时不易出现吸空现象。
靴体6后根部还设有弹性部件28。用户在穿、脱马靴时,脚后跟容易与靴体发生摩擦,而一般的马靴靴体为一体成型结构,用户的脚后跟与靴体摩擦时,靴体整体结构保持不变,摩擦阻力较大,用户穿脱马靴的过程较为不适。而本发明打破了马靴制备传统,增设了弹性部件28,用户穿脱马靴与靴体6发生摩擦时,弹性部件28上方的部分靴体6可随用户脚后跟发生一定程度的位移,减小摩擦阻力,方便用户穿脱,极大地提高了使用舒适度。
靴体6的上端内壁固定连接有防护垫圈13,靴体6的上端一侧固定连接有挂耳14,在未穿着靴子时,可以有效将其挂起减少占用面积,靴体6的一侧固定连接有连接带10,连接带10的一侧固定连接有粘毛贴9,靴体6的另一侧固定连接有细毛贴7,便于辅助固定使用,橡胶底1的下端中部设置有弧形槽3,橡胶底1的下端面设置有螺纹条27,防止使用打滑,弹性片26的上端设置有透气硅胶垫23。
工作原理:本发明透气抗菌靴,通过设置的第一透气孔2、第二透气孔16、第一透气网4、第二透气网18来进行对靴体6内部进行一个通风使用,来增加靴体6内部的舒适度,在靴体6内部且在橡胶底1的上端设置的硅胶层17可以有效增加脚部的舒适度,且能保持靴体6具有一个良好的柔韧度,通过设置抗菌布基材料层,使马靴具有抗菌除臭功能,有利于脚部健康,同时布基材料触感舒适,进一步提升穿着体验;抗菌布基材料层可以更好地贴合靴体内部的皮革,使用者穿脱时不易出现吸空现象,内部皮革不直接与使用者皮肤接触,不易掉色。
