Description

一种平面型敷料 技术领域
本发明涉及一种平面型敷料,尤指一种具有容置空间的平面型敷料,以使该平面型敷料在突起患部使用时提供支撑作用,不会在患部处形成突起状而使患部在一般活动时或穿着衣物时会压迫到患部。
背景技术
OK绷(创可贴)是一般生活中受伤最常使用的敷料,其可用于简单或小面积的创伤照护,一旦患部面积较大或较为严重时,OK绷则将有可能造成伤口粘连、需要频繁更换而造成新增组织损伤。
随着敷料技术的发展,市面上开始有防水敷料、亲水性敷料(例如:人工皮)、泡棉敷料、亲水性水凝胶及抗菌敷料等产品,用户可以根据患部的状况及需求而有不同的选择,使得创伤照护更加方便、安全。
然而,当患部明显突起时,上述使用众多敷料都仅能覆盖患部,患部位置仍处于突起状,无法避免患部在一般活动时或穿着衣物时被压迫,进而阻碍创伤照护,一旦上药之后,更可能导致药物因挤压而渗漏。因此,在具有明显突起的患部的创伤照护上给予具有支撑性的敷料将可以有效改善上述问题。
发明内容
本发明所称平面型敷料是指于敷料使用时,不会因患部涂抹药膏或因患部发炎肿胀而产生突起,使患部在一般活动时或穿着衣物时不会受到压迫。
本发明为一种平面型敷料,包括:背材层及支持层,该支持层包含周缘部分及内缘部分,其中该周缘部分的边缘与该背材层的边缘大致贴合,该内缘部分为中空的凹槽,且该内缘部分的面积小于该背材层的面积,当该支持层的一面与该背材层的一面相连合时以形成容置空间。
在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,其中该容置空间完全穿透该支持层。
在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,其中该支持层为亲水性材料、硅胶膜、胶原蛋白、纱布、不织布、薄膜敷料、3D聚合物泡棉、水凝胶或其任意组合。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,该平面型敷料呈正方形、长方形或正六角形,以避免敷料裁切时浪费材料。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,其中该支持层的该内缘部分呈圆型、长方形、正方形、或正六角形。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,该平面型敷料进一步包含设置于该平面型敷料的周围或顶点的复数个可挠部,以使该平面型敷料完整贴合不同角度及不同部位的患部。
在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,其中该支持层相对于与该背材层相连接面的另一面进一步具有黏胶层。
在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,其另包含离型层,贴合于该黏胶层相对于该支持层的另一面上。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,其中该离型层为纸或薄膜层。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,其是适合使用于慢性伤口愈合的敷料。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,其是适合使用于褥疮复原的敷料。
在本发明的一更佳实施方式中,其是适合使用于关节炎、类风湿性关节炎或退化性关节炎缓解疼痛或消炎的敷料。

具体实施方式
本发明的最佳实施例将详细说明如下,其中所列举的实施例的图号与附图中所示编号相同,请同时参考附图及详细说明。
下列实施例的目的不是为了限制本发明,而仅作为本发明的数种实施方式及特征的代表。
本发明的一种平面型敷料1,如图1a及图1b所示,其包括:背材层10及支持层20,该支持层20包含周缘部分201及内缘部分202,其中该周缘部分201的边缘与该背材层10的边缘大致贴合,该内缘部分202朝该背材层10方向而向内凹陷或形成中空的凹槽,且该内缘部分202的面积小于该背材层10的面积,当该支持层20的一面与该背材层10的一面相连合时以形成容置空间30。
为了使该平面型敷料可以有效适应皮肤,该支持层为亲水性材料、硅胶膜、胶原蛋白、纱布、不织布、薄膜敷料、3D聚合物泡棉、水凝胶或其任意组合,在本发明的实施方式中,该支持层为亲水性材料。
为了避免本发明的平面型敷料制造过程中于裁切时造成材料的浪费,本发明的平面型敷料可以是正方形、长方形或正六角形。
在本发明的实施方式中,该平面型敷料的最佳实施方式为正六角形,其具有节省材料(仅次于正方形或长方形),并且其于关节处或非平面处可以提供较佳的黏着力。
进一步地,该内缘部分的形状不一定与该平面型敷料形状相同,该内缘部分的形状可以是圆型、长方形、正方形或正六角形。
为求本发明可以更好地贴附在任何部位的患部,故如图3所示,本发明的平面型敷料1进一步包含设置于该平面型敷料并围绕该平面型敷料周围的复数个可挠部40(图3a)或设置于该平面型敷料的顶点的复数个可挠部40(图3b),通该复数个可挠部40的设计,即便患部位于关节处、臀部、下巴,本发明的平面型敷料1也能完整地贴合。
本发明的设计是一种适合使用于关节炎、类风湿性关节炎或退化性关节炎缓解疼痛 或消炎的敷料。
如图4所示,该支持层20相对于与该背材层10相连合面的另一面进一步具有黏胶层50(网格状部分),此外,本发明还另包含离型层60,贴合于该黏胶层50相对于该支持层20的另一面上,其中该离型层60是纸或薄膜层。
如图5所示,由于本发明的支持层提供支撑性,故可以有效应用于突起患部70或是需要涂抹药膏的患部,例如:痔疮、异位性皮肤炎、牛皮癣、褥疮、湿疹等症状,本发明的支撑性可以避免患部受到不必要的压迫,可以有效提升患部创伤照护质量及患部康复速度,并有助于慢性伤口愈合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种平面型敷料,包括:背材层及支持层,所述支持层包含周缘部分及内缘部分,其中所述周缘部分的边缘与所述背材层的边缘大致贴合,所述内缘部分为中空的凹槽,且所述内缘部分的面积小于所述背材层的面积,当所述支持层的一面与所述背材层的一面相连合时形成容置空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其中所述支持层为亲水性材料、硅胶膜、胶原蛋白、纱布、不织布、薄膜敷料、3D聚合物泡棉、水凝胶或其任意组合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其呈正方形、长方形或正六角形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其中所述支持层的所述内缘部分呈圆型、长方形、正方形、或正六角形。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其进一步包含设置在所述平面型敷料的周围或顶点的复数个可挠部,以使所述平面型敷料完整贴合不同角度及不同部位的患部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其中所述支持层相对于与所述背材层相连合面的另一面进一步具有黏胶层,且所述平面型敷料另包含离型层,贴合于所述黏胶层相对于所述支持层的另一面上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的平面型敷料,其中所述离型层是纸或薄膜层。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其是适合使用于慢性伤口愈合的敷料。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其是适合使用于褥疮复原的敷料。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的平面型敷料,其是适合使用于关节炎、类风湿性关节炎或退化性关节炎缓解疼痛或消炎的敷料。
