Abstract

The present patent application pertains to the transport of luggage and objects in general and relates to a seat (8) coupled to an airport luggage trolley (CB), the distinguishing feature of which is that it is a seat (8) for use for resting in long airport queues or even for holding notebooks and light meals. The present model is therefore intended for airports, with the aim of overcoming the lack of places to rest while waiting for delayed flights and during stopovers/connections between one flight and another, providing comfort and security for travellers.

ESTADO DA TÉCNICA STATUS OF THE TECHNIQUE

É conhecido do estado da técnica o documento MU 7300209-7, publicado em 12/04/1994, referente a “CARRINHO DE BAGAGEM COM ASSENTO ACOPLADO”, o qual compreende um assento que, sob pressão da mão do usuário no seu puxador, desce até a posição horizontal, formando uma cadeira. Ainda, a anterioridade revela duas barras verticais que terminam em pés cobertos de neoprene ou substância semelhante, sendo que as referidas barras verticais são íigadas por pinos a uma trave em “U", a qual atua como reforço de estabilidade e resistência do assento, sendo que ambas as travas são ligadas por pinos e molas de torsão aos suportes de apoio existentes nos dois eixos verticais laterais do carrinho.
