Description

A CURRENT RECEIVING STRUCTURE FOR ENERGY DISTRIBUTION LINES
Technical Field
The invention relates to a current receiving structure for energy distribution lines.
In particular, the invention relates to the current receiving structure, which provides the opportunity to receive energy from the desired point in a healthier way for panels or devices that are frequently used side by side in data centers, and which prevents the reduction of the pressure force in thermal deformations.
Background of the Invention
Today, modular compact conductors called busbars are used in energy distribution systems. Each conductor, called busbar, is more preferred because it has high current carrying properties.
In the aforementioned electricity distribution systems, outlet boxes are positioned to receive current at the points where electricity is needed. The aforementioned outlet boxes are connected to the current receiving sockets located on the busbar and ensure that the energy is drawn to the place where it is desired to be used. Inside the mentioned outlet boxes, there are parts that perform various tasks such as cable connections, socket point contacts, breaker or disconnector, on-off mechanisms.
The mentioned current receiving sockets both fix the busbar conductors and the outlet boxes mechanically and provide their electrical connection.
In current applications, the current-carrying conductor inside the current-carrying duct body is M-shaped and has a discontinuous structure for springing.
This situation causes a decrease in the pressure force on the current receiving box contacts in the current receiving boxes installed side by side. When a current receiving box is installed, the current carrying conductor in the M form opens and when a second current receiving box is installed near it, it can receive less pressure than the current carrying conductor opened by the first box.
This causes resistance formation and heating. When current is drawn with full load, this situation may cause fire or device damage.
In addition, the M-shaped slotted current-carrying conductor is difficult to manufacture, and it is a costly structure.
In the European patent application numbered EP0555665 in the literature, “In the case of outlet boxes, especially in busbar trunking systems, no arc may be produced during separation of the contact devices. Such outlet boxes are provided with a first contact device for electrical connection of the busbars in the busbar duct, and with a second contact device which acts in such a manner that the production of the contact and the separation of the contact of the first contact device can necessarily take place only when no current is passed. The aim is furthermore to construct the attachment and locking device of the outlet box to be capable of handling as easily as possible and to be as space-saving as possible in order to utilise the installation space well. This is achieved in that the attachment and locking device consists of a shaft which can rotate about the longitudinal axis of said device and has an attachment and locking element, which corresponds to the busbar duct, and a blocking part which corresponds with the second contact device.” statements are included.
In the mentioned application, an outlet box configuration that can rotate around its longitudinal axis in busbar systems is disclosed.
Again, in the European patent application numbered EP0391100 in the literature, “The invention relates to an outlet box for a busbar system with connection pieces coming out of a housing. During installation with busbar systems, the connection parts pass between the busbars and are connected there as a conductor by means of a clamped connection. In order to minimize the risk of electric shock during assembly, the invention is intended to provide a solution in which the fittings are covered as much as possible to provide protection against touching. This cover is formed by a hose-like cover assembly placed over the outlet box so that it is completely closed except for the edge in the mounting direction of the fittings. It is particularly advantageous if the covering device is designed as a folding bellows with a fixed frame at its open end. A laterally arranged clip keeps the coating device in an unfolded state. During the assembly of the outlet box to the busbar system, the covering device initially rests on the busbar system together with the frame according to the movement of the connecting parts, statements are included.
In the aforementioned application, an outlet box configuration with a cover assembly designed as a bellows is explained.
Again in the literature, in the patent document numbered TR 2016 02101 , "The invention is related to the current receiving, which provides output current to be taken over the busbars that provide distribution and transportation of electrical energy, and the current receiving, which is the fixed part of the current receiving and contains the standard internal structure, is the current receiving, busbar It includes an adapter with a replaceable part according to its type, which is connected to the said current receiving box in a detachable way and electrical connection is provided, and includes busbar contact groups in a structure compatible with different busbar types, statements are included.
In the mentioned patent document, the busbar current receiving group with adaptor module is disclosed.
Due to the above-mentioned reasons, there was a need for a new current receiving structure for the energy distribution lines.
Purpose of the Invention
Starting from this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to present a new current receiving configuration for energy distribution lines that eliminates the existing disadvantages. Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that enables the current receiving process to be performed in a healthier way.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that prevents the reduction of the compressive force in thermal deformations.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a lower cost structure since the conductor used is a flat bar that does not have any form.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure where contact inputs and outputs can be made in a healthier way.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a structure in which each phase can be provided independently by the spring on its own pressure force, while keeping the contact pressure constant.
Another aim of the invention is to present a structure that prevents the tensile force from coming to the contact group thanks to the locking made on the outside of the box.
