一种具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖及疫苗瓶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及射频传感技术领域,具体的说,是涉及一种具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖及疫苗瓶。
背景技术
疫苗接种是临床上控制疾病发生和散播的重要途径,目前,疫苗均是存储于疫苗瓶内,在进行疫苗接种时,将疫苗瓶内的疫苗注射于人体内。在注射疫苗前需要严格核对、记录疫苗的相关信息,传统的疫苗瓶均是采用贴标签的形式进行信息的记录。在注射疫苗前,注射人员需要识读标签上的信息(包括疫苗名称、代码、瓶代码等),然后输入电脑进行备案;而被注射的人也需要识读疫苗的相关信息(包括疫苗名称、生产日期、有效期等),以表示认可该疫苗的可靠性。然而,由于疫苗瓶的瓶体很小,传统的标签记录的信息有限,并且人工识读的过程耗时耗力,同时容易出现差错。
如果在瓶体安装易于识别的射频标签,由于瓶子的方位具有不确定性,无法保证瓶体的标签正对射频读写器,导致读写操作易出现误差;而若将射频标签安装于疫苗瓶的瓶盖,由于瓶盖上带有封口铝箔,其对射频信号具有吸收作用而导致射频信号衰减,进而传统的射频标签贴附在疫苗瓶盖上时无法正常识读。
上述缺陷,值得改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖及疫苗瓶。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一方面,一种具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,包括塑胶上盖,其特征在于,所述塑胶上盖的顶部固定有微型抗金属射频传感器,
所述微型抗金属射频传感器包括天线层及固定在所述天线层表面的射频芯片,所述天线层的底部固定有隔离层,所述隔离层贴附在所述塑胶上盖的表面。
根据上述方案的本实用新型,其特征在于,所述天线层与所述隔离层之间设有基底层。
进一步的,所述基底层和所述隔离层的中部均设有通孔。
根据上述方案的本实用新型,其特征在于,所述天线层上设有刻痕,所述刻痕贯穿所述天线层。
根据上述方案的本实用新型,其特征在于,所述天线层包括内环天线和外环天线,所述内环天线的尾端与所述外环天线的首端通过连接线连接,所述内环天线的首端和所述外环天线的尾端分别与所述射频芯片固定连接。
根据上述方案的本实用新型,其特征在于,所述微型抗金属射频传感器的直径小于8mm,其厚度小于0.8mm。
根据上述方案的本实用新型,其特征在于,所述微型抗金属射频传感器通过固定胶固定在所述塑胶上盖的顶部。

根据上述方案的本实用新型,其有益效果在于:本实用新型中的微型抗金属射频传感器可以存储该疫苗瓶及疫苗瓶盖的全部信息,信息存储更加全面,使得识读该射频传感器后的注射人员、被注射人员均能充分了解该疫苗瓶的信息,保证信息识读的准确性;由于射频信号朝向疫苗瓶的上侧,使其能够正对射频读写器而不受疫苗瓶朝向的影响;本实用新型中的微型抗金属射频传感器通过固定胶固定在塑胶上盖上,塑胶上盖再与疫苗瓶固定,整个产品易于安装,并且连接牢固;微型抗金属射频传感器受到封口铝箔的影响较小,其读写分辨率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1至图4所示,一种疫苗瓶,包括瓶体10,瓶体10的开口处设有具有 射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,通过具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖存储疫苗瓶的详细信息,通过读写器读写该瓶盖上的射频信息后,能够获得该疫苗瓶的详细信息。
优选的,瓶体10的侧面贴附有标签20,通过标签20可以直接查看疫苗瓶的基本信息。
如图2至图4所示,一种具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,包括塑胶上盖30,塑胶上盖30的顶部固定有微型抗金属射频传感器50,微型抗金属射频传感器50内存储有该疫苗瓶盖/疫苗瓶对应的详细信息。优选的,塑胶上盖30的外围套有铝箔封口盖40,塑胶上盖30通过铝箔封口盖40与疫苗瓶的瓶体固定,微型抗金属射频传感器50与塑胶上盖30、铝箔封口盖40成为一体,进而形成具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖。
本实用新型中的微型抗金属射频传感器50通过固定胶60固定在塑胶上盖30的顶部。该微型抗金属射频传感器50包括天线层52及固定在天线层52表面的射频芯片51,天线层52的底部固定有隔离层54,隔离层54贴附在塑胶上盖30的表面。
优选的,隔离层54的厚度不小于0.6mm。本实施例中的微型抗金属射频传感器50的直径小于8mm,其厚度小于0.8mm,使得该微型抗金属射频传感器50能够适应疫苗瓶的小尺寸环境,并且其射频信号传输所需的能量极低,只需要隔离层54的厚度不小于0.6mm既可以实现信息读取,满足射频识别、信号溯源的目的。
天线层52包括内环天线和外环天线,内环天线的尾端与外环天线的首端通过连接线连接,内环天线的首端和外环天线的尾端分别与射频芯片51固定连接。本实用新型中的内环天线的首端与外环天线的尾端的连线垂直于连接线,可以避 免连接线位置的信号交叉干扰。优选的,内环天线、外环天线及射频芯片51的表面涂布有EVA保护层,可以增加微型抗金属射频传感器50的机械强度,避免产品损坏。该天线层52的具体结构可以参照中国专利公开号CN209766617U的实用新型专利。
天线层52上设有刻痕56,刻痕56贯穿天线层52,天线层52依托于胶水固定在疫苗瓶盖上后,若将其与疫苗瓶盖分离,外壳可以致使刻痕56断裂,进而使得天线层52失去射频功能,使其不能重复使用,实现防伪功能。本实施例中的刻痕56通过激光雕刻形成,其呈十字交叉状分布,且刻痕56断续线分布,使其在正常状态时不会影响天线层52的射频性能,同时保证撕开射频芯片51的时候能够带动天线层52断裂,而不能重复利用。
优选的,刻痕56的宽度为0.1mm。
天线层52与隔离层54之间设有基底层53(优选为PET膜)。优选的,基底层53的厚度为4mm-6mm,其厚度为0.05mm。
基底层53和隔离层54的中部均设有通孔55,并且通孔55的前端朝向天线层52的空腔处。在微型抗金属射频传感器50通过固定胶60固定在塑胶上盖30顶部时,固定胶60灌入通孔55内,使得固定胶60在微型抗金属射频传感器50的周围及中部均通过固定胶60固定,增加了产品连接的稳固程度。优选的,通孔55的直径为1.5mm-2.0mm,既能保证固定胶60能够灌入,也不会影响天线层52的射频性能。
本实用新型可以实现疫苗的全线跟踪,例如:
(1)实现疫苗生产线的全程跟踪
在疫苗生产线上,向微型抗金属射频传感器的射频芯片内写入疫苗的相关信 息,包括疫苗名称、型号、生产日期、有效期等等。由于微型抗金属射频传感器位于疫苗瓶盖的上侧,易于瓶盖的加工,且写入信息天线与微型抗金属射频传感器距离近,使得写入操作更加方便,写入分辨率高、写入操作更加快速。
(2)实现疫苗仓储物流的全程跟踪
在疫苗的大包装及仓储、物流过程中,各个管理节点的射频读写器读取疫苗瓶上微型抗金属射频传感器内射频芯片的信息,实现全程跟踪,防止差错,提高效率。
(3)实现疫苗注射过程的信息全程跟踪
在疫苗注释工作站配备疫苗信息识别装置(即射频射频读写器),通过识别装置可以读取疫苗瓶上微型抗金属射频传感器内射频芯片的信息,读取被注射人员的身份信息,并将所有信息录入电脑存档,避免注射差错,提高效率。同时被注射人员也可以通过该识别装置获取产品信息,也能从瓶体的标签上识别疫苗的基本信息。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

    所述微型抗金属射频传感器包括天线层及固定在所述天线层表面的射频芯片,所述天线层的底部固定有隔离层,所述隔离层贴附在所述塑胶上盖的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,其特征在于,所述天线层与所述隔离层之间设有基底层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,其特征在于,所述基底层和所述隔离层的中部均设有通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,其特征在于,所述天线层上设有刻痕,所述刻痕贯穿所述天线层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有射频功能的疫苗瓶盖,其特征在于,所述天线层包括内环天线和外环天线,所述内环天线的尾端与所述外环天线的首端通过连接线连接,所述内环天线的首端和所述外环天线的尾端分别与所述射频芯片固定连接。
