第一拉紧连接片61与侧片3之间形成有第一充气空间601,第四拉紧连接片64与侧片3之间形成有第二充气空间602,第二拉紧连接片62与第三拉紧连接片63相连接且与侧片3的中部熔接在一起,第二拉紧连接片62与第一拉紧连接片61和侧片3之间形成有第三充气空间603,第三拉紧连接片63与第四拉紧连接片64和侧片3之间形成有第四充气空间604,侧片3上分别设有使气室4与第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604连通的第一通气孔31、第二通气孔32、第三通气孔33和第四通 气孔34。通过第一通气孔31、第二通气孔32、第三通气孔33和第四通气孔34可使气室4内的气体进入到第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604内,使得第一拉紧连接片61、第二拉紧连接片62、第三拉紧连接片63和第四拉紧连接片64绷紧,从而将侧片3拉得更紧,并使得整个气垫四周面更加平整。
拉丝结构5由密集地布设于顶片1与底片2之间的拉丝线51(采用细长且具备弹性的拉丝布材料制成)构成。
为实现气室4的充气饱和状态可调节,侧片3上设有用于对气室4进行充气和放气的气咀7。
上述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,还包括可提高使用舒适性的床单配件。床单配件可以为粘合在顶片1的顶面上的床面柔和面料91(如图4所示),也可以为用于将顶片1、底片2、侧片3和拉紧连接片组6进行完全包覆的床套92(如图5所示),还可以为用于将顶片1进行包覆的床罩93(如图6所示)。优选的,床套92的侧部设有将其封合的拉链921(如图5所示),床罩93的周向边缘设有用于套紧于拉紧连接片组6上的橡筋931(如图6所示),当然,橡筋931也可以如图7所示仅设在床罩93的四角位置处。橡筋931也可套紧于底片2上,使得床罩93包覆顶片1的同时也包覆侧片3。
上述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,不仅可适用单人床,还可适用多人床(尺寸比单人床大)。在适用的双人床的另一具体实施方式中,顶片1与底片2之间设有隔片8以使得气室4分为第一气室41和第二 气室42(如图3所示),侧片3的两侧均设有气咀7以分别用于对第一气室41和第二气室42进行充气和放气(如图1所示)。侧片3两侧的气咀7分别独立地用于对第一气室41和第二气室42的充气和放气,从而达到两个不同使用者对于床垫不同的气压和软硬程度的要求。
拉紧连接片组6也可以采用另一种结构,如图3所示,在另一种结构中,拉紧连接片组6包括第一拉紧片65、第二拉紧片66和第三拉紧片67,第一拉紧片65的上侧边、下侧边和中部与侧片3熔接在一起,第二拉紧片66设于侧片3的上部且其两侧边分别与第一拉紧片65和侧片3相连接,第三拉紧片67设于侧片3的下部且其两侧边分别与第一拉紧片65和侧片3相连接。第一充气空间601形成于第一拉紧片65、第二拉紧片66和侧片3的上部之间,第二充气空间602形成于第一拉紧片65、第三拉紧片67和侧片的下部之间,第三充气空间603形成于第一拉紧片65、第二拉紧片66和侧片3的中上部之间,第四充气空间604形成于第一拉紧片65、第三拉紧片67和侧片的中下部之间。侧片3上也分别设有使气室4与第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604连通的第一通气孔31、第二通气孔32、第三通气孔33和第四通气孔34,通过第一通气孔31、第二通气孔32、第三通气孔33和第四通气孔34可使气室4内的气体进入到第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604内,同样也可以使得第一拉紧片65、第三拉紧片67绷紧,从而将侧片3拉得更紧,并使得整个气 垫四周面更加平整。
本实用新型使用时,利用外置气泵通过气咀7对气室4进行充气,充气完毕后,拉丝结构5作用于顶片1与底片2之间的弹性拉力可使得顶片1和底片2相互拉紧而将气室4内的气体进行压缩,从而使得床体的床面在使用时也不会容易发生变形,其结构较为稳定,牢固度较好,可防止床面鼓起并使得床面拥有较好的平整度,从而避免出现凹凸不平的情况出现,而拉紧连接片组6将侧片3拉紧并支撑整平,充气时,气室4内的气体可以通过通过第一通气孔31、第二通气孔32、第三通气孔33和第四通气孔34可使气室4内的气体进入到第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604内,并使得第一充气空间601、第二充气空间602、第三充气空间603和第四充气空间604达到饱和状态,使得第一拉紧连接片61、第二拉紧连接片62、第三拉紧连接片63和第四拉紧连接片64绷紧,从而将侧片3拉得更紧,并使得整个气垫四周面更加平整。在不使用时,可通过气咀7对气室4进行放气,放气后顶片1和底片2自动贴合在一起,其体积小,很容易就可进行折叠收纳,方便运输。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于包括顶片(1)、底片(2)和围在所述顶片(1)和底片(2)周向边缘之间的侧片(3),所述顶片(1)、底片(2)和侧片(3)之间形成有密闭的气室(4),所述顶片(1)与所述底片(2)之间设有拉丝结构(5),所述侧片(3)上设有将其拉紧平整的拉紧连接片组(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述拉紧连接片组(6)包括第一拉紧连接片(61)、第二拉紧连接片(62)、第三拉紧连接片(63)和第四拉紧连接片(64),所述第一拉紧连接片(61)设于所述侧片(3)的上侧且其两侧边均与所述侧片(3)相连接,所述第四拉紧连接片(64)设于所述侧片(3)的下侧且其两侧边均与所述侧片(3)相连接,所述第二拉紧连接片(62)的两侧边分别与所述第一拉紧连接片(61)和所述侧片(3)相连接,所述第三拉紧连接片(63)的两侧边分别与所述第四拉紧连接片(64)和所述侧片(3)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述第一拉紧连接片(61)与所述侧片(3)之间形成有第一充气空间(601),所述第四拉紧连接片(64)与所述侧片(3)之间形成有第二充气空间(602),所述第二拉紧连接片(62)与所述第三拉紧连接片(63)相连接且与所述侧片(3)的中部熔接在一起,所述第二拉紧连接片(62)与所述第一拉紧连接片(61)和所述侧片(3)之间形成有第三充气空间(603),第三拉紧连接片(63)与所述第四拉紧 连接片(64)和所述侧片(3)之间形成有第四充气空间(604),所述侧片(3)上分别设有使所述气室(4)与所述第一充气空间(601)、第二充气空间(602)、第三充气空间(603)和第四充气空间(604)连通的第一通气孔(31)、第二通气孔(32)、第三通气孔(33)和第四通气孔(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述拉紧连接片组(6)包括第一拉紧片(65)、第二拉紧片(66)和第三拉紧片(67),所述第一拉紧片(65)的上侧边、下侧边和中部与所述侧片(3)熔接在一起,所述第二拉紧片(66)设于所述侧片(3)的上部且其两侧边分别与所述第一拉紧片(65)和所述侧片(3)相连接,所述第三拉紧片(67)设于所述侧片(3)的下部且其两侧边分别与所述第一拉紧片(65)和所述侧片(3)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述拉丝结构(5)由密集地布设于所述顶片(1)与所述底片(2)之间的拉丝线(51)构成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述侧片(3)上设有用于对所述气室(4)进行充气和放气的气咀(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述顶片(1)的顶面上粘合有床面柔和面料(91)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于还包括用于将所述顶片(1)、底片(2)、侧片(3)和拉紧连接片组(6)进行完全包覆的床套(92),所述床套(92)的侧部设有将其封合的 拉链(921)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于还包括用于将所述顶片(1)进行包覆的床罩(93),所述床罩(93)的周向边缘设有用于套紧于所述拉紧连接片组(6)上的橡筋(931)。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种平整的拉丝床垫,其特征在于所述顶片(1)与所述底片(2)之间设有隔片(8)以使得所述气室(4)分为第一气室(41)和第二气室(42),所述侧片(3)的两侧均设有气咀(7)以分别用于对所述第一气室(41)和第二气室(42)进行充气和放气。
