其中,所述牵引单元转动安装于所述基座单元上,所述牵引单元用于支撑用户的下颌;
所述支撑单元连接于所述基座单元上,且所述支撑单元与所述牵引单元相对设置;所述支撑单元用于支撑用户的后颈部;
所述驱动件用于驱使所述牵引单元转动,以使所述牵引单元转向或远离所述支撑单元。
在一个实施例中,所述颈椎牵引装置包括两所述驱动件,两所述驱动件分设于所述基座单元的两端;

实施例一
实施例中提供了一种颈椎牵引装置,可对用户的颈椎进行牵引治疗。同时,本申请提供的颈椎牵引装置便于用户自行进行颈椎牵引,方便用户使用。
如图1、图2和图7所示,颈椎牵引装置包括基座单元3、牵引单元1、支撑单元2和至少一驱动件6。其中,牵引单元1转动安装于基座单元3上;支撑单元2也连接于基座单元3上,且支撑单元2与牵引单元1相对设置。使用中,牵引单元1用于支撑用户的下颌,支撑单元2用于支撑用户的后颈部。
驱动件6用于驱使牵引单元1转动,以使牵引单元1转向或远离支撑单元2。具体的,驱动件6安装于基座单元3中,且靠近牵引单元1与基座单元3的连接处设置。驱动件6的输出轴61与牵引单元1连接,从而由驱动件6驱动牵引单元1转动。
使用中,用户可将颈椎牵引装置套设于脖颈处,将基座单元3放置于肩膀及胸前。使支撑单元2对应后颈部放置,由支撑单元2对后颈部提供支撑。牵引单元1对应用户的下颌设置,从而由牵引单元1支撑下颌部分。颈椎牵引装置工作时,驱动件6带动牵引单元1转向或远离支撑单元2,从而带动用户的下颌抬起或放下。具体的,当驱动件6带动牵引单元1逐渐向靠近支撑单元2的方向转动时,牵引单元1逐渐接触用户的下颌并逐渐将用户的下颌抬起。当驱动件6带动牵引单元1逐渐向远离支撑单元2的方向转动复位时,牵引单元1逐渐释放用户的下颌,从而可使下颌放下复位。颈椎牵引装置如此往复动作,即可带动用户的下颌往复抬起和放下,由此便可对用户的颈椎起到牵引的作用。
本申请提供的颈椎牵引装置可供用户自行操作使用,方便用户进行颈椎牵引。同时,在颈椎牵引的过程中,用户可以选择躺、坐、站等多种姿势,不局限于特定的使用姿势,因此也可提高用户体验度。
实施例二
实施例中提供了一种颈椎牵引装置,可以理解的,本实施例是在实施例一的基础上作出的进一步改进。
如图1所示,基座单元3呈U形结构。其中,基座单元3相较于牵引单元1具有较大的投影面积;从而便于基座单元3可以更加稳定的放置于用户的肩膀及胸前,提供稳定的支撑。可以理解,在使用中,基座单元3的U形结构的开口端朝向用户的脖颈方向设置,即U形结构的开口端放置于用户的肩膀位置,U形结构的弧形底部靠近用户的胸前设置。
相应的,基座单元3用于接触用户肩膀的一侧呈弧形结构,以便于贴合用户的肩膀,从而使基座单元3稳定的放置于用户的肩膀上。
如图1和图3所示,所示,基座单元3包括壳体组件3a和第三柔性垫3b。壳体组件3a呈U形结构,从而形成基座单元3的U形结构基础。第三柔性垫3b呈与壳体组件3a适配的U形结构;第三柔性垫3b设置于壳体组件3a中用于贴近用户的一侧;即,在y轴方向上,第三柔性垫3b设置于壳体组件3a的下方。第三柔性垫3b可通过粘接、扣接等连接方式固定于壳体组件3a上。
实施例中,第三柔性垫3b可选用海绵、硅胶、橡胶等柔性垫片中的一种。本实施例中,第三柔性垫3b选用海绵;可以理解的,海绵的外侧还可套设一层布料。
壳体组件3a包括底板31和第一盖板33;第一盖板33盖合于底板31上;且第一盖板33与底板31之间形成有容置腔,可用于容置颈椎牵引装置中的其它零部件,例如控制颈椎牵引装置工作的电子器件等。第一盖板33与底板31之间可通过卡扣连接、螺钉连接等方式实现固定连接。底板31和第一盖板33均呈U形结构,以形成基座单元3的U形结构基础。
如图3、图5和图6所示,壳体组件3a还包括两容置壳34,两容置壳34分设于底板31的两个端部,两容置壳34对称设置。同时,两容置壳34分别与第一盖板33的两个端部插合连接。第三柔性垫3b的端部延伸至容置壳34与用户的接触位置处,从而确保用户的使用舒适度。
可选地,第一盖板33的两个端部均设置有一个第一插合部331;两容置壳34上均设置有与第一插合部331配合的第二插合部342。容置壳34与第一盖板33连接时,第一插合部331插合于第二插合部342中,随后再通过螺钉将第一插合部331与第二插合部342之间锁紧固定,即实现容置壳34与第一盖板33之间的固定连接。可以理解的,第一盖板33与容置壳34之间先通过铆接的方式实现连接,再通过螺钉固定;由此可以增强第一盖板33与容置壳34之间的连接强度,增强壳体组件3a的强度。
第一插合部331与第二插合部342的连接处还设置有固定环32,固定环32套设于第二插合部342的外部。一方面,固定环32可以填补第二插合部342外部的凹槽结构,使基座单元3的表面平滑过渡。另一方面,固定环32可加强第二插合部342的强度,进而确保第二插合部342与第一插合部331的连接强度。
第一插合部331的中部设置有过线孔331a;第二插合部342也设置有与之连通的过线孔,以方便导线穿过第一盖板33与容置壳34的连接处。
如图6所示,底板31的两个端部分别设置有一卡扣311;第一盖板33的第一插合部331内部设置有与卡扣311匹配的台阶。从而,在第一盖板33盖合于底板31上时,卡扣311可以扣合于第一插合部331内部的台阶上,实现第一盖板33与底板31的预固定。同时,底板31两端的卡扣311与第一盖板33两端台阶的扣合连接,也可对第一盖板33和底板31起到预定位的作用,以便于后续再通过螺钉将第一盖板33和底板31之间锁紧固定。
如图1和图3所示,容置壳34具有一开口端,以便于其它组件安装于容置壳34中。两容置壳34的开口端相背设置。实施例中,壳体组件3a还包括两第二盖板35,两第二盖板35与两容置壳34一一对应设置;第二盖板35用于封闭对应容置壳34的开口端。第二盖板35与容置壳34之间可通过扣合连接、螺钉连接等方式实现固定连接。实施例中,驱动件6安装于容置壳34中。
在另外一些实施例中,基座单元3还可设置成伸缩结构,即基座单元3的壳体组件3a可包括多节伸缩机构;从而,用户可根据自身需要进行调整。
如图1所示,正常使用颈椎牵引装置时,在竖直方向上,牵引单元1位于基座单元3的上方,即牵引单元1设置于基座单元3靠近用户下颌的一侧,以便于牵引单元1在转动时能带动用户的下颌抬起。
再结合图7所示,牵引单元1包括承托件11和第一柔性垫12。承托件11呈类U形结构;当承托件11平放时,由承托件11的中部向两个端部延伸时逐渐翘起;即在y轴方向上,承托件11的两个端部位于其中部的上方;从而使承托件11的中部适应于人体下颌的形状,便于承托件11贴合用户的下颌,并提供相应的支撑作用。第一柔性垫12设置于承托件11靠近人体下颌的一侧,且第一柔性垫12与承托件11中部的形状相匹配。第一柔性垫12与承托件11之间可通过粘接、扣接连接等方式实现固定连接。
实施例中,第一柔性垫12可选用海绵、硅胶、橡胶等柔性垫片中的一种。本实施例中,第一柔性垫12选用海绵;可以理解的,海绵的外侧还可套设一层布料。
牵引单元1的两个端部分别连接于基座单元3的两个端部位置。具体的,承托件11的两个端部分别连接至对应侧的容置壳34上。其中,承托件11的两个端部与对应侧容置壳34的连接方式相同,以下对其进行择一介绍。
如图4、图7至图10所示,承托件11靠近容置壳34的一侧设置有第一连接环111;容置壳34靠近承托件11的一侧设置有对应的第二连接环341,第一连接环111与第二连接环341插合连接。
第一连接环111的外侧壁设置有第一限位凸部111b。第二连接环341的内壁上设置有第二限位凸部341a,第二限位凸部341a的两端部之间形成第一限位凸部111b的行程槽341b。第一连接环111与第二连接环341插合连接时,第一连接环111插入第二连接环341中,且第一限位凸部111b位于行程槽341b中。当牵引单元1转动时,第一限位凸部111b在行程槽341b中转动。当牵引单元1转动到位时,第一限位凸部111b与第二限位凸部341a的一端相抵接。由此,以限制第一限位凸部111b的转动行程,即限制牵引单元1的转动行程,从而避免牵引单元1转动过度而对用户造成伤害。
在正常佩戴使用中,行程槽341b限制牵引单元1的转动行程可对应于,牵引单元1由水平面以下-10°转动至水平面以上30°的角度范围。其中,牵引单元1转动至水平面以上的最大角度可设置成30°,以避免超过人体的承受范围;由此,使牵引单元1带动用户的下颌向上转动的角度适应人体的承受范围,避免在牵引过程中对人体造成伤害;牵引单元1位于水平面以下的转动角度不作具体限制,只需不妨碍牵引单元1向上转动即可。
在另外一些实施例中,牵引单元1转动至水平面以上的角度还可相应的设置成25°、26°等其它角度;行程槽341b的位置及路径长度根据牵引单元1的转动角度适应性调整即可。
本实施例中,颈椎牵引装置包括两驱动件6,两驱动件6分设于两容置壳34中,两驱动件6与承托件11的两端一一对应连接,两驱动件6同步驱动承托件11转动,即两驱动件6同步驱动牵引单元1转动。两驱动件6的安装方式,及两驱动件6与承托件11的连接方式相同,以下对其进行择一介绍。
驱动件6固定安装于容置壳34中;驱动件6的输出轴61伸出容置壳与承托件11上的第一连接环111连接。具体的,输出轴61的横截面呈非圆形,输出轴61靠近第一连接环111的一端套设有轴套38,轴套38内部设置有与输出轴61匹配的非圆形孔,以便于输出轴61穿过;从而,输出轴61带动轴套38同步转动。轴套38的外形横截面也呈非圆形;相应的,第一连接环111的内部设置有非圆形的连接孔111a,连接孔111a与轴套38外形相匹配;轴套38嵌设于第一连接环111内。输出轴61带动轴套38同步转动的同时,带动第一连接环111同步转动,进而带动牵引单元1转动。
实施例中,输出轴61插入第一连接环111的一端可通过螺钉等结构限位第一连接环111中;可以理解的,螺钉的一端与输出轴61固定连接,另一端限位于承托件11远离容置壳34的一侧,从而避免承托件11与容置壳34之间分离。
在另外一些实施例中,颈椎牵引装置可包括一个驱动件6,驱动件6与牵引单元1的一端部连接,从而由驱动件6带动牵引单元1转动。
如图1、图12和图13所示,支撑单元2与牵引单元1相对设置,在颈椎牵引的过程中,支撑单元2用于给用户的后颈部提供支撑作用。在z轴方向上,支撑单元2呈弧形结构,支撑单元2的中部向远离牵引单元1的方向凹陷。在y轴方向上,支撑单元2也呈弧形结构,支撑单元2在中部向靠近牵引单元1的方向凸出设置。从而,使得支撑单元2可以包覆在用户的后颈部,使支撑单元2与用户的后颈部相贴合,以提供较大面积的支撑。
如图12和图13所示,支撑单元2包括支撑组件21和第二柔性垫22,支撑组件21形成支撑单元2的形状结构基础;同时,支撑组件21使支撑单元2具备支撑强度。第二柔性垫22设置于支撑组件21靠近牵引单元1的一侧,即第二柔性垫22设置于支撑组件21贴近用户后颈部的一侧,以提高用户的舒适度。
第二柔性垫22可选用海绵、硅胶、橡胶等柔性垫。本实施例中,第二柔性垫22选用海绵;可以理解的,第二柔性垫22的外侧还设置有一层布料。
支撑组件21包括第一支撑板211和第二支撑板212,第一支撑板211和第二支撑板212相贴合设置。第一支撑板211上设置有滑槽211a和安装槽211b,安装槽211b与滑槽211a连通设置。在z轴方向上,滑槽211a贯穿第一支撑板211设置;安装槽211b设置于第一支撑板211的中部,且安装槽211b沿x轴方向延伸设置。
在另外一些实施例中,支撑单元2还可设置成可上下伸缩的结构。可以理解的,支撑单元2包括上下两部分支撑结构,位于下方的支撑结构可用户支撑用户的后颈部,位于上方的支撑结构可用于支撑用户的后脑部,商量两部分支撑结构时间可通过伸缩杆实现伸缩连接。从而可由用户根据自身的身体尺寸进行调节,以给用户提供更好的使用体验。
实施例中,支撑单元2通过连接单元4连接于基座单元3上。具体的,支撑单元2安装于连接单元4上;连接单元4的一端与基座单元3的一端部铰接,连接单元4的另一端与基座单元3的另一端部卡扣连接。从而,使用中,可打开连接单元4与基座单元3的卡扣连接处,将颈椎牵引装置戴在用户的颈部位置后,再将连接单元4与基座单元3进行扣合连接,以对颈椎牵引装置进行固定。
如图2、图3、图11、图14至图16所示,连接单元4包括第一连接带41、第二连接带42和调节旋钮43。调节旋钮43转动安装于安装槽211b中。第一连接带41的一端与基座单元3铰接;第一连接带41的另一端插合于滑槽211a中并与调节旋钮43啮合连接。第二连接带42的一端与基座单元3卡扣连接;第二连接带42的另一端插合于滑槽211a中并与调节旋钮43啮合连接。
具体的,第一连接带41的一端设置有第一连接部411;基座单元3的一容置壳34上设置有对应的第三连接部36。第一连接部411与第三连接部36之间通过转轴(图中未示出)转动连接,转轴沿y轴方向延伸设置。从而,使连接单元4可相对于基座单元3的一端部转动,即带动支撑单元2相对于基座单元3转动。
第一连接带41伸入滑槽211a的一段设置有第一避让槽413,第一避让槽413的一侧壁上设置有第一齿条部412,第一齿条部412沿第一连接带41的长度方向延伸设置。
调节旋钮43插入安装槽211b的一端固定连接有齿轮44,齿轮44穿过第一避让槽413设置,第一齿条部412与齿轮44啮合连接。
第二连接带42的一端设置有第二连接部421;相应的,基座单元3的另一容置壳34上设置有第四连接部37。第二连接部421呈凸起卡块结构,第四连接部37呈卡合卡块的孔状结构,从而实现第二连接部421与第四连接部37之间的卡扣连接。使用中,将颈椎牵引装置佩戴在用户的颈部时,可将第二连接部421与第四连接部37打开,转动支撑单元2,使支撑单元2与牵引单元1之间的空间打开,以便于将用户的颈部放入其中;将颈椎牵引装置佩戴到位后,再将第二连接部421与第四连接部37扣合连接。当需要拆下颈椎牵引装置时,用户只需要按压第二连接部421,使第二连接部421从第四连接部37中弹出即可打开支撑单元2与牵引单元1之间的空间。由此,可便于用户穿戴或拆下颈椎牵引装置,方便用户的操作。
第二连接带42伸入滑槽211a的一段设置第二避让槽423,第二避让槽423的一侧壁上设置有第二齿条部422;第二连接带42与第一连接带41贴合设置。齿轮44远离调节旋钮43的一端延伸至第二避让槽423中,并与第二齿条部422啮合连接。
实施例中,在正常使用状态下,在y轴方向上,第一齿条部412和第二齿条部422分设于齿轮44的上下两侧。从而,通过调节旋钮43带动齿轮44转动,可实现第一连接带41和第二连接带42相向或相背移动,即驱使第一连接部411和第二连接部421之间相互靠近或远离,从而实现连接单元4长度的调节,进而适应不同体型的用户需要。使用中,用户可根据需要调整连接单元4的长度,以使支撑单元2可以贴合后颈部设置。
实施例中,支撑单元2上还设置有加热片(图中未示出),加热片用于对用户的颈部做热疗。具体的,加热片设置于支撑组件21靠近第二柔性垫22的一侧;且加热片对应于第二柔性垫22与颈部的贴合处设置。
加热片可设置有多个加热档位,用户可根据需要进行调节。示例性,加热片可以设置三个档位;第一挡,加热片的温度可以控制在40℃;第二挡,加热片的温度可以控制在45 ℃;第三挡,加热片的温度可以控制在50℃;用户可根据自身的情况来进行选择调节。
在另外一些实施例中,支撑单元2上还可设置有磁疗片,可以为用户提供磁疗;磁疗片可设置于支撑组件21靠近第二柔性垫22的一侧;且磁疗片对应于第二柔性垫22与后颈部的贴合处设置。
可以理解的,如图3所示,颈椎牵引装置还设置有主控制板8,主控制板8固定设置于基座单元3的壳体组件3a内。加热片和驱动件6均电连接主控制板8,由主控制板8控制颈椎牵引装置的动作。
其中,主控制板8可控制加热片档位的调节。主控制板8可以控制驱动件6的动作行程,从而避免驱动件6带动牵引单元1转动过度,进一步确保颈椎牵引装置的使用安全。驱动件6可选用具有自锁功能的电机,当动作到位后实现自锁。主控制板8上可相应的设置有控制器和存储器,以对颈椎牵引装置的工作进行调节控制。
如图14所示,第一连接带41的一侧设置有过线槽414,且过线槽414延伸至第一连接部411位置处。从而,方便导线由基座单元3中引出后沿着过线槽414引入支撑单元2中,并与加热片电连接。同时,可避免连接单元4在伸缩或转动时出现绞线的问题。
可选地,主控制板8上还设置急停按键5。使用中,在牵引过程中,如果用户感觉到不适时,用户可直接通过急停按键5停止颈椎牵引装置的动作。
壳体组件3a内还设置有电源7,电源7与主控制板8电连接,从而为颈椎牵引装置的工作提供电能。
实施例中,电源7可选用可充电电池;相应的,主控制板8上设置有充电接口81,以便于给电源7充电。实施例中,主控制板8上还可设置有指示灯组71,用于显示电源7的电量。指示灯组71靠近壳体组件3a设置,相应的,壳体组件3a上设置有透光部,以便于指示灯组71的光线向外透出,便于用户查看。可选地,指示灯组71可包括两种黄色和绿色两种颜色的LED灯,当指示灯组71显示黄色时可用于提醒用户进行充电;当显示绿色时,可表示电源7的电量充足。
在另外一些实施例中,指示灯组71也可包括红色、黄色和绿色三种颜色的LED灯;当指示灯组71显示黄色时可用于提醒用户进行充电;当显示红色时,可表示电源7的电量极低,提醒用户尽快充电;当显示绿色时,可表示电源7的电量充足。
如图17所示,实施例中,颈椎牵引装置还配设有遥控器9,遥控器9和主控制板8上均设置有相应的通信单元,以便于遥控器9与主控制板8之间进行通信。从而,可通过遥控器9来控制颈椎牵引装置的工作。
在一些实施例中通信单元可包括蓝牙、wifi等无线通信方式中的一种或多种。
实施例中,遥控器9上设置有显示区91、温度键92、急停键93和牵引按键94;显示区91可用于显示颈椎牵引装置的工作参数,例如加热片的加热温度。温度键92可用于加热片档位的调节。用户可通过牵引按键94来控制颈椎牵引装置的牵引动作;示例性,当用户按“+”时,颈椎牵引装置启动,驱动件6带动牵引单元1向靠近支撑单元2的方向转动;当用户按“—”时,主控制板8控制驱动件6工作,带动牵引单元1向远离支撑单元2的方向转动复位。
在一些实施例中,用户还可通过牵引按键94对牵引单元1的转动角度进行微调。示例性,用户可通过双击“+”来启动驱动件6带动牵引单元1进行牵引动作,用户可通过单击“+”控制驱动件6带动牵引单元1向靠近支撑单元2的方向微调较小的角度,以满足用户的牵引需要。同样,用户可通过双击“—”来启动驱动件6带动牵引单元1复位,用户可通过单击“—”控制驱动件6带动牵引单元1向远离支撑单元2的方向微调较小的角度,以满足用户的牵引需要,提高用户的使用舒适度,避免对用户造成伤害。其中,微调角度的大小可以设置成±0.5°、±1°等较小的角度,该微调角度可在颈椎牵引装置生产过程中进行设定,以避免用户自行设定成不合理的转动角度。可以理解的,驱动件6带动牵引单元1转动的角度也可在颈椎牵引装置生产过程中进行设定,避免用户自行设定成不合理的转动角度而对人体造成伤害。
实施例中,颈椎牵引装置还包括压力检测组件(图中未示出),用于检测牵引单元1施加于用户的牵引力大小;压力检测组件与主控制板8电连接;压力检测组件检测到的压力值可显示于遥控器9上的显示区,以便于用户查看。
压力检测组件设置于支撑单元2和牵引单元1中的至少一处;可以理解的,压力检测组件位于支撑单元2与后脑部接触的位置和/或位于牵引单元1与下颌接触的部位,以便于压力检测组件准确感应到牵引力的大小。本实施例中,压力检测组件设置于支撑单元2上,支撑单元2与后脑部的接触位置定义为受力区23。
在一些具体的实施例中,压力检测组件包括至少四个压力传感器,压力传感器在支撑单元2的受力区23均匀分布,从而便于压力检测组件准确检测到牵引单元1施加于用户的牵引力。示例性,压力检测组件可包括四个、五个、六个、八个、九个、十个等数量的压力传感器。
当然,在另外一些实施例中,压力检测组件还可包括一个、两个、三个等数量的压力传感器。压力传感器在支撑单元2的受力区23呈非均匀分布。
当压力检测组件检测到牵引力达到预设牵引力时,主控制板8可控制驱动件6停止动作,从而避免牵引单元1牵引过度而给用户造成伤害。
预设牵引力可根据用户的可承受能力进行设定,其中预设牵引力可换算成相应的预设牵引重量;预设牵引重量可以设置成用户体重的1/12~1/5。示例性的,对于体重在50kg左右的用户,其可承受的牵引重量为4.25kg~10kg,因此,颈椎牵引装置的预设牵引力可设置在41.65N至98N,预设牵引力最大可设置成98N。实施例中,预设牵引重量最大可设置成20kg,相应的预设牵引力最大可设置成196N,从而避免超出人体承受极限。可以理解的,本申请中提到的用户体重为健康的体重。预设牵引力可在颈椎牵引装置生产中根据用户需要进行设定,用户使用中无需自行调节。
使用中,用户将颈椎牵引装置佩戴在脖颈周围,使支撑单元2对应后颈部,牵引单元1对应下颌。可通过遥控器9上的“+”按键控制驱动件6启动,由驱动件6带动牵引单元1逐渐向支撑单元2的方向转动;期间,牵引单元1逐渐接触用户下颌,并带动下颌逐渐抬起。当牵引单元1转动到预设角度时,主控制板8控制驱动件6停止动作,使用户的脖颈维持在牵引位置。随后,用户可通过遥控器9上的“—”按键,来控制驱动件6带动牵引单元1反向转动复位,以释放用户的下颌。
当然,在一些实施例中,可以在主控制板8中预设牵引单元1在牵引位置的停留时间,达到预设时间后主控制板8控制驱动件6自动反向转动,以使牵引单元1反向转动复位,释放用户的下颌。其中,预设时间可以根据一般用户的人体情况进行设定,当然也可根据用户需要进行定制;示例性的,预设时间可以设置成25s、30s等时间长度。使用中,用户可通过颈椎牵引装置进行多次牵引动作,以实现较好的牵引效果。
综上可知,本申请提供的颈椎牵引装置在对用户进行颈椎牵引时,可通过牵引单元1与基座单元3连接处的机械限位、驱动件6的自锁功能以及压力检测组件的检测三重保障来限制牵引单元1超过预设位置,在给用户提供颈椎牵引的同时,可有效避免颈椎牵引装置对用户牵引过度,避免对用户造成伤害,确保用户的使用安全。本申请提供的颈椎牵引仪具有智能、轻型、便携的特点,便于患者居家使用或户外使用。同时,本申请提供的颈椎牵引仪可服务于以下几类颈椎病患者:
一、长期低头伏案工作造成颈椎酸痛、颈椎曲度变直、反曲的患者;
二、颈部酸痛、手臂麻木、神经根受压的患者;
三、部分四肢僵硬、步履蹒跚、脊髓受压的患者;
四、环枢椎半脱位(即落枕)的患者;
五、颈椎病手术后需固定治疗的患者。
以上仅为本申请的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,包括基座单元、牵引单元、支撑单元和至少一驱动件;
    其中,所述牵引单元转动安装于所述基座单元上,所述牵引单元用于支撑用户的下颌;
    所述支撑单元连接于所述基座单元上,且所述支撑单元与所述牵引单元相对设置;所述支撑单元用于支撑用户的后颈部;
    所述驱动件用于驱使所述牵引单元转动,以使所述牵引单元转向或远离所述支撑单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述颈椎牵引装置包括两所述驱动件,两所述驱动件分设于所述基座单元的两端;
    两所述驱动件分别与所述牵引单元的两端一一对应连接,两所述驱动件用于同步驱动所述牵引单元转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述牵引单元上设置有用于连接所述基座单元的第一连接环,所述第一连接环的外壁设置有第一限位凸部;
    所述基座单元设置有对应的第二连接环,所述第二连接环内壁设置有第二限位凸部;
    所述第一连接环插接于所述第二连接环中,所述第二限位凸部用于限制所述第一限位凸部的转动行程,以限制所述牵引单元的转动行程。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述牵引单元和所述支撑单元中至少有其一设置有压力检测组件,所述压力检测组件用于检测所述牵引单元对用户的牵引力大小。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述压力检测组件包括至少一个压力传感器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元上还设置有磁疗片,所述磁疗片靠近所述支撑单元贴近用户后颈部的一侧设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元上还设置有加热片,所述加热片靠近所述支撑单元贴近用户后颈部的一侧设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,在所述牵引单元贴近用户的一侧设置有第一柔性垫,在所述支撑单元贴近用户的一侧设置有第二柔性垫,在所述基座单元贴近用户的一侧设置有第三柔性垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元通过连接单元与所述基座单元连接,所述支撑单元安装于所述连接单元上;所述连接单元一端与所述基座单元铰接,所述连接单元另一端与所述基座单元卡扣连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述连接单元包括第一连接带、第二连接带和调节旋钮;所述调节旋钮转动安装于所述支撑单元上;
    所述第一连接带的一端与所述基座单元铰接,所述第一连接带的另一端插入所述支撑单元中与所述调节旋钮啮合连接;
    所述第二连接带的一端与所述基座单元卡扣连接,所述第二连接带的另一端插入所述支撑单元中与所述调节旋钮啮合连接;
    所述调节旋钮转动时驱使所述第一连接带与所述第二连接带相向或相背移动,以使所述连接单元的长度延长或缩短。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述牵引单元还包括承托件,所述第一柔性垫设置于所述承托件靠近人体下颌的一侧,且所述第一柔性垫与所述承托件中部的形状相匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述支撑单元还包括连接所述基座单元的支撑组件,所述第二柔性垫设置于所述支撑组件靠近所述牵引单元的一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板相贴合设置,所述第一支撑板上设置有滑槽和安装槽,所述安装槽与所述滑槽连通设置。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的颈椎牵引装置,其特征在于,所述基座单元还包括壳体组件,所述第三柔性垫连接所述壳体组件。
