Dispositif de ventilation et d'éclairage comprenant un ensemble de ventilation (10) et un ensemble de guidage de lumière (20) ; l'ensemble de ventilation (10) comprenant un cylindre de guidage d'air et d'aération (11) et un cylindre de ventilation (12) ; l'ensemble de guidage de lumière (20) comprenant un écran anti-pluie à éclairage (21) et une conduite de guidage de lumière (22) ; sur le même axe, l'ensemble de ventilation (10) étant gainé sur la périphérie de l'ensemble de guidage de lumière (20) ; un vide d'aération ou de ventilation (25) étant réservé entre la surface de paroi interne de l'ensemble de ventilation (10) et la surface de paroi externe de l'ensemble de guidage de lumière (20) ; et le cylindre de guidage d'air et d'aération (11) présentant des fonctions de guidage d'écoulement et d'évacuation d'air. Le dispositif peut obtenir à la fois une aération à l'aide d'une énergie éolienne naturelle et un éclairage à l'aide de la lumière naturelle, et peut obtenir également un éclairage et une aération auxiliaires électriques, il ne comporte pas d'éléments rotatifs, et il ne requiert pas de dispositif supplémentaire de suivi de la direction de vent, présentant ainsi une structure simple, de faibles coûts, une longue durée de vie, une absence de bruits et une haute efficacité de ventilation. Le dispositif peut être utilisé dans certains emplacements dans une structure requérant une aération et un éclairage ou une ventilation et une dissipation de la chaleur.
