腹腔镜手术的针头组及具有该针头组的打结装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术的针头组及打结装置,尤其涉及一种可方便操作的腹腔镜手术的针头组及打结装置。
背景技术
现有腹镜手术于完成后,欲方便于病患体内进行组织缝合线的打结作业,通常会使用如中国台湾发明公告第I551261号「腹腔镜手术的体外打结装置及方法」(以下简称为参考案)的打结装置,来进行手术缝合线的打结作业,而如参考案的打结装置主要先将缝合线套置于一打结组成上,再将该打结组成侧向套入一操控器械前端处,将打结装置由病患身体上的套管口伸入病患体内,经利用缝合针配合缝合线对病患体内的伤口进行缝合后,再利用操控器械控制移动该打结组成,以利用缝合线束紧病患伤口,并形成一固定结,以维持伤口于紧束状态,最后再剪断缝合线,即可完成伤口的缝合作业。
然而,此等如参考案的打结装置在操作及结构上实有下列问题以待改进:
1.现有的打结装置以侧向的方向置入于操控器械上,因此于操控器械的套管上需设置一凹槽状的夹持管身,以供打结组成置入其中,但参考案利用夹持管身的弹性来夹持打结组,其夹持力量不足,容易于操作过程中让打结组成由夹持管身的缺口中脱出,如此会造成操作上的不便,而若为维持打结组成的良好定位,使打结组成不易自操控器械上脱出,则需于套管上设置一可相对套管移动的外套管,但如此将会进一步造成操控器械结构的复杂性。
2.因如参考案的挡片形成于套管上,故其打结装置的打结组成需以侧向的方式组设于操控器械上,且需设外套管来避免打结组成的脱出,故现有的打姞装置的套管整体长度较长,对于精密的微创缝合作业而言,套管长度的增长,将使操作者需花费更多的力气来操作,因此,现有打结装置在结构上实需作进一步的改良。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于提供一腹腔镜手术的针头组及具有该针头组的 打结装置,其中该针头组以轴向的方向套入于操控组成的前端,此除可适当地简化打结装置整体结构的复杂度外,也可适当地缩短打结装置整体的长度,而达到提高打结装置操作的省力性及方便性的目的。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种腹腔镜手术的针头组,其包含有:
一本体,于该本体一端形成有一挡片,另端则凹设有一接槽;以及
一套设轴,该套设轴呈中空管状且固定设置于本体内。
本发明另提供一种具有针头组的打结装置,其包含有:
一操控组成,其包含有:
一握持部,于握持部内轴向凸设有一中心轴,又于握持部形成有一操控槽,该操控槽概呈L形,其具有一横段及一纵段;
一套管,该套管偏心凸设于握持部的一侧面;
一传动机构,该传动机构设置于握持部与套管之中,其包含有一拉杆、一操控件、一扭力弹簧及一弹性件,其中该拉杆可滑动地设置于套管中,其远离握持部的一端形成有一锥状接部,该拉杆异于锥状接部的一端伸入于握持部中,并形成一连接端,该操控件容置于握持部内且可转动且移动地套设于中心轴上,拉杆的连接端与操控件相卡接,该操控件包含有一套设于中心轴上的连接部及一拨动部,该拨动部与连接部一体连接且外露于握持部外侧,该操控件可沿操控槽而相对握持部移动,该扭力弹簧套设于中心轴上,其两端分别抵靠于封塞及操控件,该弹性件容置于套管内而套设于拉杆上,其一端连接于操控件上,另端则抵靠于该拉杆近锥状接部处;以及
一针头组,其包含有:
一本体,于该本体一端形成有一挡片,另端则凹设有一接槽;以及
一套设轴,该套设轴呈中空管状且固定设置于本体内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
通过上述的技术手段,本发明因挡片形成于针头组本体的一端,故故针头组可沿套管轴向的方向套入于套管之中,故于套管上不需另行设置外套管等限制组件,可适当地简化打结装置的结构复杂度并缩短打结装置整体的长度,如此操作者在空间狭小的病患体内,也可省力且方便地操作本发明的打结装置以进行缝合及打结作业,且本发明仅以单一手指拨动操控件的拨动部即可方便操作并控制缝合线打结束紧,故可提高本发明打结装置使用的方使 性及省力性。

本发明提供一种腹腔镜手术的针头组及具有该针头组的打结装置,请配合参看图1至图3,由图中可看到,本发明的打结装置主要包含有一操控组成10及一针头组30,其中该针头组30用以为一缝合线50所穿设与缠绕,而令缝合线50于针头组30前端形成一可紧缩的套圈,该操控组成10可供操作者所持,以操作而控制针头组30将该缝合线50的套圈束紧而形成一固定结,来缝合并固定病患组织的伤口。
该操控组成10主要包含有一握持部12、一套管14及一传动机构20,其中该握持部12呈中空长筒状,其两端可分别设置有一可用以封闭握持部12两端开口的封盖122及封塞124,该套管14凸设于封塞124异于朝向握持部12本体的一侧面,且相对握持部12呈偏心设置,又于该封塞124朝向握持部12本体的一侧面轴向凸设有一与握持部呈同轴设的中心轴126。
该传动机构20设置于握持部12与套管14之中,其包含有一拉杆22、一操控件24、一扭力弹簧26及一弹性件28,其中该拉杆可滑动地设置于套管中,其远离握持部12的一端形成有一锥状接部222,该拉杆22异于锥状接部222的一端穿过封塞124而伸入于握持部12中,并形成一直径大于拉杆22直径的连接端224,该操控件24容置于握持部12内且可转动且移动地套设于中心轴126上,拉杆22的连接端224与操控件24相卡接,而令拉杆22可为操控件24所带动而相对套管14轴向移动,该操控件24主要包含有一套设于中心轴126上的连接部242及一拨动部2444,该拨动部244与连接部242一体连接且外露于握持部12外侧,于该连接部242上形成有一可供拉杆22的连 接端242于其中滑动的滑槽243,又于握持部12形成有一操控槽13,该操控槽13概呈L形,其具有一横段132及一纵段134,而该操控件24可沿操控槽13而相对握持部12移动,该扭力弹簧26套设于中心轴126上,其两端分别抵靠于封塞124及操控件24,来提供操控件24一横向推力,以提供操控件24一份朝向卡入于操控槽13横段132移动的力量,该弹性件28容置于套管14内而套设于拉杆22上,其一端连接于操控件24的连接部242上,另端则抵靠于该拉杆22近锥状接部222处,该弹性件28可为一压缩弹簧。
请配合参看图4,该针头组30可轴向套入于套管14异于握持部12的一端,该针头组30具有一本体及一套设轴38,该本体一端形成有一挡片31,另端则凹设有一可与拉杆的锥状接部的接槽37,又该套设轴38一固定设置于本体内,该套设轴38呈中空管状,其可供缝合线50穿设其中,其中该针头组30的本体可由一头部32、一身部34及一尾部36所组合而成,其中该挡片31形成于头部32一端,该身部34连接于头部32异于形成挡片31的一端,而尾部36可分离地连接于身部34异于接头部32的一端,且该接槽37形成于尾部36异于与身部34相接的一端,该套设轴38与身部固定连接,其中该头部32可由两半体所成,或该头部32与身部34可连接形成一体,另外于尾部36上纵向形成有数个与接槽37相连通的弹性槽362。
在使用时,本发明打结装置的初始位置,如图1及图3所示,该操控件上的拨动部会因扭力弹簧的弹力而定位于操控槽的横段处,拉杆上的锥状接部则因弹性件的弹力而略凸出于套管一端开口处,此时可通过操控件与操槽横段的相互卡抵,来限制操控件不会相对握持部纵向移动,故可将拉杆保持于此一初始位置。
当欲进行组织缝合时,请配合参看图2及图5至图7,操作者先将连接有缝合针的缝合线50的一端形成套圈,再将该端穿入套设轴38,并固定连接于针头组30的尾部36,再将针组30以尾部36上的接槽37套接于拉杆22的锥状接部222上,并沿套管14将针头组30压入于套管14之中,如图6所示,此时拉杆22会随针头组30的压入套管14而相对套管14及操控件24移动,而使拉杆22的连接端224沿滑槽243移动而卡制于操控件24i的连接部242的后端,并压缩弹性件28,如此即可完成打结装置的准备作业。
然后,操作者即可将连接有缝合线50的打结装置经病患身体上的套管口 伸入病患体内,以缝合线50所连接的缝合针进行组织的缝合作业,待完成缝合作业后,将鏠合针穿过缝合线50上的套圈,然后操作者即可拨动操控件24上的拨动部244,令拨动部244沿操控槽13横段132移动而与纵段134对准,然后纵向拨动拨动部244使操控件24沿操控槽13的纵段134相对握持部12纵向移动,此时可利用操控件24带动拉杆22相对套管14及握持部12移动,并一并带动针头组30的尾部36与身部34分离而相套管14移动,如此即可拉动缝合线50,使缝合线50上的套圈缩小而束紧缝合线50以形成一固定结,以便将受缝合的组织束紧固定,最后,操作者只需放开拨动部244,即可先利用弹性件28的弹力而将操控件24拉回至拨动部244与操控槽13横段132对准的位置,再利用扭力弹簧26的弹力推动操控件24相对中心轴126转动,而使拨动部244沿横段132移动而卡入横段132中,使操控件24转动至初始位置,此时因操控件24的转动,可令拉杆22的连接端224脱离与操控件24连接部242后端相卡制的位置,再通过弹性件28的弹力将拉杆22推动回复至其锥状接部222略凸出套管14开口的位置,如此针头组30将一并退出套管14,由此,操作者即可更换另一套设有缝合线50的针头组30,以进行下次的缝合作业。
因本发明的挡片31形成于针头组30本体的一端,故针头组30可沿套管14轴向的方向套入于套管14之中,且利用拉杆22的连接端224与操控件24的连接部242后端的相互卡制,可令针头组30稳固地设于套管14内,而不会任意地脱出套管14,故于套管14上不需另行设置外套管等限制组件,可适当地简化打结装置的结构复杂度及缩短打结装置整体的长度,如此操作者在空间瘲小的病患体内,也可省力且方地操作本发明的打结装置,故可提高打结装置使用的方使性及省力性。
其次,本发明的打结装置在操作时,操作者仅需以姆指拨动操控件24上拨动部244,即可方便地操控该打结装置作动,待完成打结作业后,仅需放开拨动部244,即可利用扭力弹簧26及弹性件28的弹力,使操控件24及拉杆22等组件回复至初始位置,以进行下次的缝合打结作业,故本发明的打结装置易于操作。
由上述内容可知,不同的修改及改变可在不脱离本发明实质的精神及新颖概念的范围下加以达成,并且本发明揭露的特定实施例并非用以限制本发 明,此一揭露内容包含落入所附的申请专利范围的范畴下的所有修改。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种腹腔镜手术的针头组,其特征在于,包含有:
    一本体,于该本体一端形成有一挡片,另端则凹设有一接槽;以及
    一套设轴,该套设轴呈中空管状且固定设置于本体内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的腹腔镜手术的针头组,其特征在于,该本体由一头部、一身部及一尾部所组合而成,该挡片形成于头部一端,该身部连接于头部异于形成挡片的一端,而尾部可分离地连接于身部异于接头部的一端,且该接槽形成于尾部异于与身部相接的一端,该套设轴与身部固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的腹腔镜手术的针头组,其特征在于,该头部由两半体所成。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的腹腔镜手术的针头组,其特征在于,该头部与身部可连接形成一体。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的腹腔镜手术的针头组,其特征在于,于尾部上纵向形成有数个与接槽相连通的弹性槽。
  6. 一种具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一操控组成,其包含有:
    一握持部,于握持部内轴向凸设有一中心轴,又于握持部形成有一操控槽,该操控槽概呈L形,其具有一横段及一纵段;
    一套管,该套管偏心凸设于握持部的一侧面;
    一传动机构,该传动机构设置于握持部与套管之中,其包含有一拉杆、一操控件、一扭力弹簧及一弹性件,其中该拉杆可滑动地设置于套管中,其远离握持部的一端形成有一锥状接部,该拉杆异于锥状接部的一端伸入于握持部中,并形成一连接端,该操控件容置于握持部内且可转动且移动地套设于中心轴上,拉杆的连接端与操控件相卡接,该操控件包含有一套设于中心轴上的连接部及一拨动部,该拨动部与连接部一体连接且外露于握持部外侧,该操控件可沿操控槽而相对握持部移动,该扭力弹簧套设于中心轴上,其两端分别抵靠于封塞及操控件,该弹性件容置于套管内而套设于拉杆上,其一端连接于操控件上,另端则抵靠于该拉杆近锥状接部处;以及
    一针头组,其包含有:
    一本体,于该本体一端形成有一挡片,另端则凹设有一接槽;以及
    一套设轴,该套设轴呈中空管状且固定设置于本体内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,该握持部呈中空长筒状,于该握持部两端分别设置有分别封密握持部两端开口的封盖及封塞,该中心轴凸设于封塞朝向握持部本体的一侧面。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,于该操控件的连接部上形成有一可供拉杆的连接端于其中滑动的滑槽。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,该本体由一头部、一身部及一尾部所组合而成,该挡片形成于头部一端,该身部连接于头部异于形成挡片的一端,而尾部可分离地连接于身部异于接头部的一端,且该接槽形成于尾部异于与身部相接的一端,该套设轴与身部固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,该头部由两半体所成。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,该头部与身部可连接形成一体。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,于尾部上纵向形成有数个与接槽相连通的弹性槽。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的具有针头组的打结装置,其特征在于,于尾部上纵向形成有数个与接槽相连通的弹性槽。
