The present invention relates to a coffee machine (1) that comprises temperature sensor (5), water flow valve (6), control panel (8), filter (9) and level sensor (14), enables brewing of different types of coffees in standard quality, adjusts temperature, process time and water flow rate parameters during the brewing process of coffee, provides serial, efficient and sustainable production with an industrial scale.

Description

FILTER COFFEE MACHINE PROVIDING INDUSTRIAL SCALE PRODUCTION
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a coffee machine that enables brewing of different types of coffees in standard quality, adjusts temperature, process time and water flow rate parameters during the brewing process of coffee, provides serial, efficient and sustainable production with an industrial scale.
State of the Art
Filter coffee is usually preferred because it is a soft drink coffee product in which the taste and aroma of the coffee is more penetrating. The filter coffee brewing is mainly realized with the steps of adding hot water to the ground coffee and filtering the water over the coffee.
According to the daily requirements, it is used with different equipment such as French press, chemex, filter coffee machine, siphon, v60 etc. for brewing filter coffee. The duration, used product amount, filter temperature values used in the equipment in brewing cause differences in the taste and quality of the coffee.
The coffee machines used in the state of the art enables to brew coffee in a quantity that will only meet the needs in businesses such as cafes and restaurants, and in limited capacity at homes. The brewed coffee machines used in the state of the art are not industrial scale and their production capacity is very limited. The capacity of brewing in a batch is not sufficient for industrial scale brewed coffee and cannot fulfill the demand.
There are important parameters in brewing coffee depending on the coffee types. Parameters such as the type of coffee and appropriate temperature, process durations, flow rate of water, amount of water to be used, and coffee/water ratio are important for the taste and quality of the brewed coffee. These parameters are manually adjusted by the personnel in the production in the state of the art. This situation causes the production not to be made serially and the coffee in each batch cannot be produced with the same quality.
There is a determined process time in each production batch due to the brewing coffee production process depending on the type of coffee and product. A machine that performs brewing according to different coffee and product types and whose parameters can be changed is not available in the state of the art. The personnel is required to learn the duration of brewing and parameters specific to each type of coffee and in addition to this, is required to progress the process with different equipment suitable for production in the existing systems. Also this situation causes a limited production capacity. The processes must be continued at certain speeds and parameters so as to make industrial production.
Since the capacity of existing systems is insufficient, this prevents industrial-scale serial production; the waiting period causes increase in overtime and personnel costs depending on the nature of the process; it also risks the process efficiency and sustainability.
There is a patent application titled "AN ESPRESSO MACHINE" numbered TR 2017/18446 developed for espresso coffee making in the state of the art. This application relates to an espresso machine that operates with high efficiency, saves water and energy saving, can precisely adjust temperature and pressure settings. However, only a machine developed for espresso coffee making is disclosed in this method and this machine is not capable of producing with higher capacity.
On one hand, the essential difference between the production of espresso and filter coffee is that espresso is brewed at a high pressure; on the other hand, water moves slowly brewing between the coffee grains and is filtered into container downwardly by gravity in filter coffee. Therefore, the brewing process of filter coffee is longer and the parameters in its production are different.
As a result, novelty has been required for the inventive filter coffee machine providing industrial scale production, due to the insufficiency of production capacity and the absence of a system that can be able to control the critical parameters in production and the insufficiency of the solutions.
Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention is related to a filter coffee machine providing industrial scale production which fulfills the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
The main aim of the invention is to provide the production of industrial-scale brewed coffee.
Another aim of the invention is to ensure the brewing coffee production suitable for mass production.
Another aim of the invention is to increase production efficiency, process efficiency and to provide capacity increase in the production.
Another aim of the invention is to produce brewed coffee suitable for different production parameters and formulations specifically determined according to the product.
Another aim of the invention is to provide the adjustment of production parameters (temperature, flow rate and time etc.) specific to the products.
Another aim of the invention is to provide manual and automatic adjustment of the parameters.
Another aim of the invention is to provide automatic adjustment of temperature and water level by means of the sensors and control panel.
Another aim of the invention is to provide manual adjustment of the flow rate of the water to be added with the flow valve. Another aim of the invention is to ensure the parameters to be adjusted specifically for the type of product to be brewed.
Another aim of the invention is to produce standard quality and organoleptic coffee on an industrial scale.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the filter coffee machine providing industrial scale production is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created.
The inventive coffee machine (1 ) comprises the following elements;
• at least one water tank cover (2) that prevents foreign substances from entering the water tank (3) and keeps the water clean, and covers the top of the water tank (3),
• at least one sterile water tank (3), in which the heating resistor (4) is located, on which the level sensor (14) and the temperature sensor (5) are located, which contains the water to be used for brewing,
• at least one heating resistance (4) that provides thermal energy so as to obtain the adjusted temperature and ensures the heating of the water contained in the water tank (3),
• at least one temperature sensor (5) that shows the temperature value of the water in the water tank (3) and provides the temperature values to be defined,
• at least one water flow valve (6) that provides the water to be discharged from the water tank (3) on the filter (9) and provides to adjust the water flow rate manually,
• at least one water flow head (7) that provides equal distribution of water on the product on the filter (9), • at least one control panel (8) that provides adjustment of the temperature value and temperature value range, adjustment of the amount of water to be transferred to the filter (9) and the duration of the coffee's contact with water; provides the formation and definition of different temperature, water level and process time values according to different coffee types; contains a key or a button or a touch screen thereon; ensures the coffee machine (1 ) to be switched on and off and to adjust the temperature, water level and process time,
• at least one filter (9) that provides the air bubbles to occur after the coffee interacts with water, is the part where the coffee and water come into contact,
• at least one product tank (10) that contains the final product interacting with water and filtering down from the filter (9),
• a support leg (11 ) on which the coffee machine (1) is located and ensures that the coffee machine (1 ) remains balanced,
• at least one product transfer line and valve (12) that is located on the product tank (10) and allows the transfer of the final product,
• a fixing apparatus (13) that ensures the coffee machine (1 ) to be fixed on the support leg (11 ) in the position where it is located,
• at least one level sensor (14) that is located on the water tank (3) and indicates the level of the water located within the water tank (3) and allows to adjust the contact time of the coffee with water.
The coffee machine (1 ) enables brewing of different types of coffees in standard quality, provides serial, efficient and sustainable production with an industrial scale.
In a preferred embodiment of the coffee machine (1 ), it has a capacity of brewing 100 liters of coffee.
The water tank cover (2) prevents foreign substances from entering the water tank (3) and keeps the water clean. The water tank (3) is the section where the water to be used for brewing is contained. There is a heating resistor (4) in the water tank (3) and there is a level sensor (14) and a temperature sensor (5) thereon.
The heating resistance (4) provides thermal energy so as to obtain the adjusted temperature and ensures the heating of the water contained in the water tank (3).
The temperature sensor (5) indicates the temperature value of the water in the water tank (3). The temperature sensor (5) provides to define the temperature values to be used in coffee brewing.
The water flow valve (6) provides the water to be discharged from the water tank (3) on the filter (9) and provides to adjust the water flow rate.
The water flow valve (6) provides to adjust the water flow rate manually.
The water flow head (7) provides equal distribution of water on the product on the filter (9).
The control panel (8) is an electronic device that contains key or button or touch screen thereon, ensures the coffee machine (1 ) to be switched on and off and to adjust the temperature, water level and process time.
At least one control panel (8) that provides adjustment of the temperature value and temperature value range, adjustment of the amount of water to be transferred to the filter (9) and the duration of the coffee's contact with water. The control panel (8) enables the formation and definition of different temperature, water amount and process time according to different types of coffee.
The filter (9) provides the air bubbles to occur after the coffee interacts with water, is the part where the coffee and water come into contact. Filter (9) is a conical sieve.
The product tank (10) is the tank where the final product interacts with water and filters down from the filter (9). In a preferred embodiment of the invention; the water tank (3) temperature is 95 ± 2 °C, the product tank (10) temperature is 85 ± 2 °C. These temperature values are adjusted by means of the sensor (5) and the control panel (8) and followed by the same.
The support leg (11 ) is the support section on which the coffee machine (1 ) is located and ensures that the coffee machine (1 ) remains balanced.
The product transfer line and valve (12) is located on the product tank (10) and allows the transfer of the final product.
The final product in the product tank (10) is transferred to the system to be used for filling by means of the product transfer line and valve (12).
The fixing apparatus (13) ensures the coffee machine (1) to be fixed on the support leg (11 ) in the position where it is located.
The level sensor (14) is located on the water tank (3) and indicates the level of the water located within the water tank (3). The level sensor (14) allows adjusting the contact time of the coffee with water.
The basic operating principle of the coffee machine (1 ) for the production of brewed coffee is as follows:
The water filled into the water tank (3) up to a certain level is heated up to the temperature determined specifically for the coffee to be used with the heating resistor (4) and the temperature is kept constant throughout the process by the value defined in the temperature sensor (5).
The heated water is transferred to the coffee on the filter (9) by means of the hot water flow head (7) via the water transfer valve (6). The flow rate and process time, which are determined specifically in accordance with the type of coffee to be processed, are manually adjusted from the water flow valve (6) and digitally controlled by means of the level sensor (14).
The water transfer valve (6) and the specially designed hot water flow head (7) provide advantages in controlling the process time, temperature and flow rate in accordance with the type of coffee and product formulation.
The hot water flow head (7) is such that it also provides the contact of coffee type on the filter (9) with the water at the optimum level. The processed product that passes through the filter (9) is collected in the product tank (10). The processed product is taken to the filling process by means of the product transfer line and valve (12).

Claims

CLAIMS A coffee machine (1 ) that enables brewing of different types of coffees in standard quality, provides serial, efficient and sustainable production with an industrial scale, characterized in that, it comprises the following;
• at least one sterile water tank (3) which contains the water to be used for brewing,
• at least one heating resistance (4) that provides thermal energy so as to obtain the adjusted temperature and ensures the heating of the water contained in the water tank (3),
• at least one temperature sensor (5) that shows the temperature value of the water in the water tank (3) and provides the temperature values to be defined,
• at least one water flow valve (6) that provides the water to be discharged from the water tank (3) on the filter (9) and provides to adjust the water flow rate manually,
• at least one water flow head (7) that provides equal distribution of water on the product on the filter (9),
• at least one control panel (8) that ensures the coffee machine (1 ) to be switched on and off and to adjust the temperature, water level and process time,
• a filter (9) that provides the air bubbles to occur after the coffee interacts with water, is the part where the coffee and water come into contact,
• at least one product tank (10) that contains the final product interacting with water and filtering down from the filter (9),
• at least one level sensor (14) that indicates the level of the water located within the water tank (3) and allows to adjust the contact time of the coffee with water. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one control panel (8) that provides the formation and definition of different temperature, water level and process time values according to different coffee types.
3. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one water tank cover (2) that prevents foreign substances from entering the water tank (3) and keeps the water clean.
4. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one sterile water tank (3), in which the heating resistor (4) is located, on which the level sensor (14) and the temperature sensor (5) are located, which contains the water to be used for brewing.

Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one control panel (8) that provides adjustment of the temperature value and temperature value range, adjustment of the amount of water to be transferred to the filter (9) and the duration of the coffee's contact with water.
6. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one control panel (8) that has key or button or touchscreen thereon.
7. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; said filter (9) is a conical sieve.
8. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises a support leg (11 ) on which the coffee machine (1 ) is located and ensures that the coffee machine (1 ) remains balanced.
9. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one product transfer line and valve (12) that is located on the product tank (10) and allows the transfer of the final product.
10. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises a fixing apparatus (13) that ensures the coffee machine (1 ) to be fixed on the support leg (11 ) in the position where it is located.
11. Coffee machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one level sensor (14) that is located on the water tank (3).
