La presente invención se relaciona con el desarrollo de un sistema de ensamble múltiple para ser usados en muebles, sin la necesidad de herramientas ni acciones complicadas de ensamble, que mediante un par de componentes conectores que son colocados cada uno previamente en las partes, elementos o piezas que conforman el mueble a ensamblar, dos o mas piezas, permite su alineación y anclaje, siendo un componente instalado previamente en una parte del mueble a ensamblar una ranura en forma de herradura que funciona de elemento de alineación receptor y como elemento de retención y el otro componente conector también previamente instalado en la otra parte del mueble a ensamblar una pija o soporte para lograr el ensamble en el primer conector colocado en la otra pieza o parte del mueble.

La presente invención se relaciona con el desarrollo de un ensamble múltiple sus herrajes, conectores y sus componentes para montar, alinear y asegurar de forma especifica un sistema de muebles listos para ensamblar y fácil de empacar y transportar que cumple con las cualidades de hermeticidad y no requiere el lOuso de herramientas ni la aplicación de fuerza importante o habilidades especiales.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
La mayoría de los muebles cuentan con piezas manufacturadas que tienen la 15cualidad de dar hermeticidad al producto final y que tradicionalmente tienen una primera estructura base que comprende asiento, respaldo y en su caso descansa brazos y posteriormente se coloca el acolchonamiento y la cubierta por tapicería, contando con una geometría definida por las expectativas de mercado, que cumplen con las cualidades de diseño escogido y buscando reducir al 0mínimo los espacios visibles entre sus partes.

La presente invención se relaciona con el desarrollo de un sistema de ensamble para ser usado en muebles. El ensamble permitiría abatir características de 0difícil armado con un sistema sencillo de ensamble a base de conectores y herrajes, que permite el ajuste de las piezas a ensamblar de forma fácil, invirtiendo poco tiempo y esfuerzo físico en el proceso. De igual forma esta invención al generar varios elementos, componentes o partes individuales cada uno ya terminado es decir acolchonado y tapizado de forma individual, genera un mueble listo para ensamblar por el propio usuario final que es fácil de transportar.

5En la presente inversión el conector (1) comprende una ranura en forma de herradura de alineación receptora como elemento de retención y el conector (2) que es en si una pija o soporte de ensamble, que mediante un solo movimiento de deslizamiento de arriba hacia abajo de la parte, elemento, componente o pieza menor del mueble sobre la otra parte de mayor tamaño del mueble, Oelemento o componente mayor para realiza finalmente el anclaje y alineación de las piezas, elementos o partes del mueble y por lo tanto el peso de la propia parte, elemento o componente menor del mueble, mantiene a este en su lugar mediante el conector (2) y una vez ensamblado no puede retirarse pues queda atrapado en el conector (1) mediante la conformación de su atrape interno. 5En la presente invención los distintos conectores (1) y (2) son de un material platico o polímero duro del tamaño que permite el contacto entre ambos y a su vez impiden que la pieza, elemento o componente pueda rasgar o dañar a la otra pieza del mueble a ensamblar, parte o elemento, estando debidamente integrados a cada pieza, parte o elemento a que corresponde cada conector. 0En la presente invención las piezas, elementos o componentes que la conforman pueden empacarse en cajas que comprendan diversas secciones acorde a su armado y en los espacios muertos que se pudieran generar en dichas cajas, se pudieran colocar incluso elementos como cojines o complementos del propio mueble que no requieran ser ensamblados pero si formen parte del propio mueble.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN.
A la vista de las comentadas figuras puede observarse como el producto esta constituido o compuesto por 2 o más piezas según las características del propio 0mueble y que éstas piezas se pueden unir por un ensamble simple, por el contacto entre las secciones que conformen las piezas conectores (1) y (2), que puede ser estándares sin importar las dimensiones de las piezas, elementos o partes del mueble a ensamblarse.

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Un sistema de ensamble múltiple para muebles caracterizado por que comprende por lo menos un par de componentes conectores, uno que es una
Sranura en forma de herradura y que funciona de elemento de alineación receptor y como elemento de retención y otro conector que es en si una pija o soporte para lograr el ensamble en el primer conector, ambos conectores que son cada uno ensamblado previamente en las parte, elemento o pieza que conforma el mueble a ensamblar. 0
2.- Un articulo de mueble listo para ensamblar que se compone o se forma con dos o más elementos, componentes o partes individuales del mueble cada uno ya terminado es decir acolchonado y tapizado de forma individual, mismas partes que por lo tanto son fácil de empacar, trasportar y colocar en su destino5final, para generar finalmente un mueble listo para ensamblar, gracias a su ensamble por medio de los conectores según la reivindicación uno.
3.- Un sistema de ensamble múltiple para muebles caracterizado por que mediante un solo movimiento de deslizamiento de arriba hacia abajo de la parte,0elemento o componente menor o pieza del mueble a ensamblar sobre la parte, elemento o componente mayor del mueble a ensamblar, se realiza para el anclaje y alineación de las piezas, elementos o partes del mueble final.

4.- Un ensamble múltiple para muebles de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los componentes sean manufacturados de un plástico o polímero duro que permita el roce entre los conectores y que previamente estén Sinstalados en los elementos, partes o piezas del mueble a ensamblar y que impide el desgarro o daño alas propias partes del mueble. 0 5 0
