Abstract

L'invention concerne un tampon nettoyant pour la peau comprenant un substrat fibreux traité avec une lotion nettoyante pour la peau. La lotion nettoyante pour la peau comprend un tensioactif ou un mélange de tensioactifs comprenant au moins un tensioactif ayant une valeur HLB (équilibre hydrophile-lipophile) d'au moins 6,5 et inférieure ou égale à 16, de préférence de 7 à 12, et au moins une huile. Le tampon nettoyant pour la peau a une faible teneur en eau, inférieure à 12 % en poids. Au contact de l'eau, la lotion nettoyante pour la peau forme une émulsion efficace pour éliminer une large gamme de types de maquillage de la peau, y compris ceux ayant des quantités plus importantes de composants hydrophobes (huileux).
