技术领域
本申请涉及智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种AP配网处理方法及装置。
背景技术
在单Wi-Fi的场景下,智能家居常用且可靠的配网方式为AP(访问接入点)配网方式。
在AP配网方式下,终端(比如手机、pad、PC等)与家电设备的AP热点连接,其App将配网信息发送给家电设备的无线模组后,无线模组则将根据该配网信息连接路由。
若App发送的配网信息正确,且无线模组顺利连接上路由,则App会提示配网成功。若App发送的配网信息错误,和/或无线模组无法连接上路由,则App将提示“设备连接超时”。
上述连接失败的提示方式使得用户体验差。原因为无线模组连接路由时将与手机App断开连接,因此用户无法获取失败的详细信息。
因此,如何提出一种方法,能解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,成为了亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本申请实施例提出一种AP配网处理方法,包括:
接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据 所述配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式,并向所述终端发送所述错误码信息,以供所述终端基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法,由于在未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下获取了错误码信息,并且将错误码信息发送给了终端,从而使得终端可以根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,因此解决了现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
在一个实施例中,所述向所述终端发送所述错误码信息,包括:
接收所述终端发送的错误码读取请求后,向所述终端发送所述错误码信息。

确定家电设备处于AP模式,向所述家电设备发送配网信息,以供所述家电设备根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
接收所述家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示;
其中,所述错误码信息是所述家电设备在将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据所述配网信息进行路由连接失败后获取,并将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式后发送的。

需要理解的是,智能家居系统一般由至少一个智能家电设备、至少一个智能终端和云服务器组成。智能家电设备一般经由网关(例如路由器)连接云服务器,智能终端可通过蜂窝网络或WiFi网络等连接云服务器,而与智能家居的无线连接是通过WiFi(802.1协议)。智能家电设备和智能终端位于同一个无线局域网内等,二者之间可以直接进行通讯。
图9为根据本申请实施例的智能家居系统的示意性构成图,如图9所示,智能家居系统可以包括智能洗衣机、云服务器和多个智能手机(图中仅示出了一个智能手机)。智能洗衣机经由路由器与云服务器无线连接,智能终端通过WiFi网络与智能洗衣机无线连接,智能手机与智能洗衣机位于同一个无线局域网内,通过无线局域网连接。
图1为根据本申请实施例的AP配网处理方法的流程示意图。参照图1,本申请实施例提供一种AP配网处理方法,包括:
S110、接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据配网信息进行路由连接;
S120、将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA(Station,站点)模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
S130、将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式,并向终端发送错误码信息,以供终端基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
需要说明的是,上述方法的执行主体可以是家电设备,例如冰箱、空调、洗衣机、干衣机、微波炉、电烤箱、电饭锅、热水器、电视机等。更 具体地,上述方法的执行主体可以是具有无线模组的家电设备。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法,由于在未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下获取了错误码信息,并且将错误码信息发送给了终端,从而使得终端可以根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,因此解决了现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
具体地,当家电设备需要连接路由时,家电设备的无线模组会进入AP模式。此时,终端中安装的相应APP若探测到家电设备进入AP模式,则会与无线模组连接,从而向无线模组发送配网信息。
其中,配网信息可以包括路由的ID、连接路由(Wi-Fi)的密码、配网随机数等。
当无线模组接收到终端发送的配网信息后,则会根据该配网信息,将当前的AP模式切换到STA模式,并断开与APP的连接,以便连接路由,并开始计时。
若在预设时间段内,无线模组无法顺利连接到路由(配网失败),则会获取错误码信息;其中,该错误码信息详细记载了本次配网失败的原因,例如认证失败(密码错误)、接口协议未更新、硬件异常、无法识别Wi-Fi等。
通过在配网失败时获取具体的错误码信息,可以为后续终端提示具体的错误信息提供依据,以便克服现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷。
因此,本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法在配网出现错误时,可以使用户按照终端提示操作即可立即重新配网,而无需重新操作设备进入AP模式,为用户提供了便利性,显著提升了用户体验。
需要说明的是,上述预设时间可以是例如3s、5s、10s等,其具体的大小可以根据实际需要进行调整,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
在一个实施例中,该预设时间段采用了动态调整的方式。
例如,当无线模组第一次尝试连接路由时,预设时间段的大小可以是3s;当无线模组第二次尝试连接路由时(第一次尝试连接路由失败之后进 行的又一次尝试),预设时间段的大小可以是5s;而当无线模组第三次尝试连接路由时(在连续两次尝试连接路由失败之后进行的再一次尝试),预设时间段的大小则可以变为10s,以此类推,直到预设时间段的大小达到阈值,例如13s。即,预设时间是递增的:与当前路由连接对应的预设时间段长于与前次路由连接对应的预设时间段。
可选地,预设时间段可以呈阶梯递增,梯度可以为例如2s。具体地,当无线模组第一次尝试连接路由时,预设时间段的大小可以是1s;当无线模组第二次尝试连接路由时,预设时间段的大小可以是3s;而当无线模组第三次尝试连接路由时,预设时间段的大小则可以变为5s,以此类推,直到预设时间段的大小达到阈值,例如11s。
当然,预设时间段还可以是(呈阶梯)递减的,其具体递减方式与上述的(呈阶梯)递增方式相反,本申请实施例对此不再赘述。
通过设置预设时间段,一方面给与了路由连接充分的时间,在正常情况下保证与路由的正常连接。另一方面,节约了路由连接故障时的耗时,提高了连接效率,使得用户体验进一步提高。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S130之前,该方法还包括:
将工作模式从当前的STA模式切换至AP配网模式。
当模组将当前的STA模式切换到AP模式后,终端即可再次与无线模组连接,从而确定家电设备的本次AP配网失败的原因。
因此,通过在向终端发送错误码信息之前,将工作模式从当前的STA模式切换至AP模式,一方面可以为终端确定家电设备的AP配网是否成功提供依据,另一方面可以确定向终端发送错误码信息的时机,从而提高了效率并节约了资源。
具体地,当无线模组判断路由连接失败(即预设时间段内未连接到路由)时,则会根据该判断结果获取本次路由连接失败的错误码信息,并将当前的STA模式切回到AP模式从而与终端的APP重新连接。
在一个实施例中,向终端发送错误码信息包括:
接收终端发送的错误码读取请求后,向终端发送错误码信息。
可以理解的是,当无线模组接收到终端发送的错误码读取请求,即表明终端已经判断出本次家电设备的AP配网失败,因而发送错误码读取请 求以获取错误码信息。
因此,通过在接收终端发送的错误码读取请求后才向终端发送错误码信息,可以确保在正确的时机发送错误码信息,从而提高了效率并节约了资源。
具体地,终端的APP与无线模组重新连接后,则会向无线模组发送错误码读取请求。
无线模组接收到终端发送的错误码读取请求后,则会向终端的APP发送错误码信息,以供终端根据错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户采取进一步地行动。例如,重新输入密码、更新接口协议、重启Wi-Fi路由器等。
可选地,在一个实施例中,家电设备的无线模组将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式,并基于错误码信息修改其SSID(例如改为原SSID+错误码),使得终端在扫描SSID的过程中得到错误信息,而无需与家电设备之间建立连接。
在上文所述的使终端获取错误码信息的方式中,终端如果采用与家电设备之间建立连接的方式获取错误码,则会暂时性的断网。另外,在S110步骤中,终端断开与家电设备的连接后,通常会再次连接路由器。如果以与家电设备之间建立连接的方式获取错误码,则需要多次连接断开,会浪费较多时间。
因此,采用该方式可以在保证获取错误码信息的同时,节省家电设备与终端建立和断开连接的时间,进一步提高了用户的体验。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,在步骤S110之前,该方法还包括:
S100、广播AP的SSID信息,以使终端获取该SSID信息。
具体地,如上文所述,在接收终端发送的配网信息时,无线模组处于AP模式。在该模式下,无线模组会广播AP的SSID信息,以使终端获取该SSID信息。
终端则可以根据该SSID信息,确定家电设备的无线模组在连接路由后是否切换回AP模式,从而判断家电设备的AP配网是否成功。
通过使终端获取AP的SSID信息,并根据该SSID信息判断家电设备的AP配网是否成功,可以保证判断结果的精确性。从而极大降低了本申 请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法对于AP配网是否成功的误判率。
图2为根据本申请实施例的AP配网处理方法的流程示意图。参照图2,本申请实施例还提供一种AP配网处理方法,包括:
S210、确定家电设备处于AP模式,向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息进行路由连接;
S220、接收家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示;
其中,错误码信息是家电设备在将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败后获取,并将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式后发送的。
需要说明的是,上述方法的执行主体可以是终端,例如智能手机、便携式计算机、平板计算机、个人计算机、可穿戴装置等。更具体地,执行主体可以通过其安装的相应APP来执行上述方法。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法,由于在家电设备未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下获取了错误码信息,并且根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,从而立即重新配网而无需重新操作设备进入AP模式,为用户提供了便利性,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
具体地,终端的APP在探测到家电设备的无线模组进入到AP模式时,则会与无线模组连接,并向无线模组发送配网信息,以便家电设备的无线模组可以根据该配网信息连接路由。
其中,配网信息可以包括路由的ID、连接路由(Wi-Fi)的密码、配网随机数等。
当家电设备的无线模组根据配网信息进行路由连接时,会从当前的AP模式切换到STA模式,并断开与APP的连接。此时,APP便无法实时知晓路由连接的具体情况。
对此,在一个实施例中,当家电设备的无线模组从当前的AP模式切换到STA模式,并断开与APP的连接后,APP则会立即判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由。
具体地,在该实施例中,APP判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由可以 包括:
根据从云端查询到的家电设备未上线的确定结果,基于家电设备的AP的SSID信息来扫描AP热点,以确定家电设备是否切换回AP模式。
当家电设备的无线模组断开与APP的连接后,APP则会首先在云端查询家电设备是否上线,若该家电设备成功上线,则表明路由连接成功。
若家电设备未成功上线,则表明路由连接失败。因此,APP则会进一步基于家电设备的AP的SSID信息来扫描AP热点,以确定家电设备是否切换回AP模式。
可以理解的是,当家电设备的路由连接失败时,无线模组就会将当前的STA模式切回到AP模式。
因此,若APP通过扫描周围的AP热点,并判断出周围的AP热点的SSID信息中有与该家电设备的AP的SSID信息相匹配的,则可以确定该家电设备已经切换回AP模式,从而可以确定配网失败。
通过家电设备是否上线以及家电设备是否重回AP模式的双重判定,可以保证对家电设备的路由连接失败的判定的准确度,从而极大提高了本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法的实用性。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S220之前,该方法还包括:
向家电设备发送错误码读取请求。
由以上可知,当确定家电设备重新切换至AP模式时,即可以确定家电设备的本次AP配网失败。
因此,在确定家电设备重新切换至AP模式后,向家电设备发送错误码读取请求,可以确保在正确的时机获取错误码信息,从而提高了效率并节约了资源。
家电设备在接收到错误码读取请求后,会反馈错误码信息。该错误码信息详细记载了本次配网失败的原因,例如认证失败(密码错误)、接口协议未更新、硬件异常、无法识别Wi-Fi等。
相应地,在一个实施例中,在步骤S210之前,该方法还可以包括:
S200、获取家电设备广播的AP的SSID信息。

进一步地,在另一个实施例中,APP会根据预设周期来判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由。
可以理解的是,当家电设备断开与APP的连接后但未成功上线时,会有如下两种可能:
1、家电设备的无线模组正在连接路由;或
2、路由连接失败。
当家电设备正在连接路由时,APP就判断路由连接是否成功会带来资源的浪费。因此,在该实施例中,APP会根据预设周期来判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由,从而减少资源浪费。
例如,该预设周期可以是3s。具体地,当家电设备断开与APP的连接后,APP即开始计时,并在3s之后判断路由连接是否成功,若本次的判断结果为否,则APP可以再在间隔3s之后判断路由连接是否成功;以此类推,直到达到预设周期的数量上限,该数量上限可以为例如4次。
当然,预设周期的大小以及预设数量上限的具体值可以根据实际情况进行调整,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
可选地,在另一个实施例中,APP判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由的时机,可以与上述预设时间对应。
例如,当上述预设时间为3s、5s、10s时,则APP会在家电设备断开与APP的连接后的3s、5s、10s时判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由,直到家电设备成功连接到路由,或家电设备放弃路由连接(重新回到AP模式)。
再例如,当上述预设时间的大小为1s,且呈阶梯递增,梯度为2s时,则APP也可以在家电设备断开与APP的连接后的1s、3s、5s时判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由,直到家电设备成功连接到路由,或家电设备放弃路由连接。
由以上可知,通过使APP根据预设周期来判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由,或者使APP根据与上述预设时间对应地来判断家电设备是否成功连接到路由,可以显著避免在家电设备的无线模组正在连接路由时进行判断的资源浪费。
进一步地,当终端的APP判断家电设备未成功连接路由后,即可与重回AP模式的无线模组重新连接,从而可以向无线模组发送错误码读取请求,以便获取错误码信息。
在获取到错误码信息之后,终端的APP则可以根据错误码信息,提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户采取进一步地行动。例如,重新输入密码、更新接口协议、重启Wi-Fi路由器等。
具体地,APP提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因的形式可以是文字提示、画面提示、语音提示、灯光提示等。本申请实施例对此不做限定。
图3为根据本申请实施例的AP配网处理方法的流程示意图。参照图3,在上述各实施例的基础上,本申请还提供一种AP配网处理方法,包括:
S310、终端向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息连接路由;
S320、家电设备确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息并发送给终端;
S330、终端基于错误码进行连接错误提示。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理方法,由于在未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下记录了错误码信息,并且使终端获取到了该错误码信息,从而使得终端可以根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,因此解决了现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
在步骤S310之前,该方法还包括:
S300、终端获取家电设备广播的AP的SSID信息。
具体地,参照图4,终端的相应APP会在发送配网信息之前,获取无线模组广播的AP的SSID信息。
当家电设备需要进行AP配网时,其无线模组会切换到AP模式。在该模式下,终端的APP则可以与无线模组连接,从而向无线模组发送配网信息,以使无线模组连接路由。
无线模组接收到配网信息后,会将当前的AP模式切换到STA模式,并断开与APP的连接,以便连接路由。
在预设时间段内,若无线模组未能成功连接到路由,则会获取错误码信息。并将当前的STA模式切换回AP模式。
当无线模组从AP模式切换到STA模式后,APP即与无线模组断开连接。此时,APP会在云端查询家电设备是否上线,若未上线,则说明家电设备可能未成功连接路由。因此APP会扫描周围的AP热点,并根据之前获取的家电设备的AP的SSID信息,判断家电设备是否从STA模式切换回AP模式。
若是,则说明家电设备本次连接路由失败,APP即可在无线模组重回AP模式的情况下,与无线模组再次连接。进而,APP向无线模组发送错误码读取请求。
无线模组收到APP发送的错误码读取请求后,即向APP反馈其获取的错误码信息。APP获取错误码信息后,即可根据该错误码信息,提示用户AP配网失败的原因。
图5为根据本申请实施例的AP配网处理装置的结构示意图,参照图5,本申请实施例还提供一种AP配网处理装置,包括路由模块510、确定模块520以及反馈模块530。
路由模块510用于接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据配网信息进行路由连接;
确定模块520用于将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
反馈模块530用于将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式,并向终端发送错误码信息,以供终端基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理装置,由于在未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下获取了错误码信息,并且将错误码信息发送给了终端,从而使得终端可以根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,因此解决了现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
图6为根据本申请实施例的AP配网处理装置的结构示意图,参照图6,本申请实施例还提供一种AP配网处理装置,包括发送模块610以及提 示模块620。
发送模块610用于确定家电设备处于AP模式,向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息进行路由连接;
提示模块620用于接收家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示;
其中,错误码信息是家电设备在将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败后获取,并将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式后发送的。
本申请实施例提供的AP配网处理装置,由于在家电设备未连接到路由(配网失败)的情况下获取了错误码信息,并且根据该错误码信息提示用户AP配网失败的具体原因,以便用户根据失败原因采取相应的操作,因此解决了现有技术中存在的用户无法获取AP配网失败的详细信息的缺陷,提高了用户体验、并为家电设备的售后、维修等问题提供了指导意见。
图7示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图7所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)710、通信接口(communication interface)720、存储器(memory)730和总线(bus)740,其中,处理器710,通信接口720,存储器730通过总线740完成相互间的通信。处理器710可以调用存储器730中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法:
接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据配网信息进行路由连接;
将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式,并向终端发送错误码信息,以供终端基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
图8示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图8所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)810、通信接口(communication interface)820、存储器(memory)830和总线(bus)840,其中,处理器810,通信接口820,存储器830通过总线840完成相互间的通信。处理器810可以调用存储器830中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法:
确定家电设备处于AP模式,向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息进行路由连接;
接收家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
此外,上述的存储器中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
进一步地,本申请实施例公开一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法实施例所提供的方法,例如包括:
接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据配网信息进行路由连接;
将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式,并向终端发送错误码信息,以供终端基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
或者,
确定家电设备处于AP模式,向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息进行路由连接;
接收家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各实施例提供的传输方法,例如包括:
接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据配网信息进行路由连接;
将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
将工作模式由STA模式切换为AP模式,并向终端发送错误码信息, 以供终端基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
或者,
确定家电设备处于AP模式,向家电设备发送配网信息,以供家电设备根据配网信息进行路由连接;
接收家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种AP配网处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
    将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式,确定在预设时间段内根据所述配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
    将所述工作模式由所述STA模式切换为所述AP模式,并向所述终端发送所述错误码信息,以供所述终端基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的AP配网处理方法,其特征在于,所述向所述终端发送所述错误码信息,包括:
    接收所述终端发送的错误码读取请求后,向所述终端发送所述错误码信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的AP配网处理方法,其特征在于,在所述接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据所述配网信息进行路由连接之前还包括:
    广播AP的SSID信息,以使所述终端获取所述SSID信息。
  4. 一种AP配网处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定家电设备处于AP模式,向所述家电设备发送配网信息,以供所述家电设备根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
    接收所述家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示;
    其中,所述错误码信息是所述家电设备在将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据所述配网信息进行路由连接失败后获取,并将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式后发送的。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的AP配网处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述家电设备发送的错误码信息之前,还包括:
    向所述家电设备发送错误码读取请求。
  6. 一种AP配网处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    路由模块,用于接收终端发送的配网信息,并根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
    确定模块,用于将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据所述配网信息进行路由连接失败,获取错误码信息;
    反馈模块,用于将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式,并向所述终端发送所述错误码信息,以供所述终端基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示。
  7. 一种AP配网处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于确定家电设备处于AP模式,向所述家电设备发送配网信息,以供所述家电设备根据所述配网信息进行路由连接;
    提示模块,用于接收所述家电设备发送的错误码信息,基于所述错误码信息进行连接错误提示;
    其中,所述错误码信息是所述家电设备在将工作模式由AP模式切换为STA模式后,确定在预设时间段内根据所述配网信息进行路由连接失败后获取,并将所述工作模式由STA模式切换为所述AP模式后发送的。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至3任一项所述的AP配网处理方法的步骤。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求4或5所述的AP配网处理方法的步骤。
  10. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的AP配网处理方法,或实现如权利要求4或5所述的AP配网处理方法。
