Description

SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CONDUCT AN INTERACTIVE SURVEY FOR PROVIDING A PLURALITY OF SERVICES
This International Application claims priority from a Patent application filed in India having Patent Application No. 202021042308, filed on September 29, 2020, and titled “SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CONDUCT AN INTERACTIVE SURVEY FOR PROVIDING A PLURALITY OF SERVICES”.
FIELD OF INVENTION
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to interactive service providing platform and more particularly to a system and a method to conduct an interactive survey for providing a plurality of services.
BACKGROUND
Modern society has created a plethora of ways to provide goods and services to customers. However, physical locations continue to be the predominant forums preferred by customers. Whatever the type of business such as housing or commercial property, hotels, travel services, customer services or the like, the customers prefer to interact directly with the providers of the entity or service or want to see the entity or know about the services. From a perspective of customer service at the Brick and Mortar level, there is no mechanism to effectively service the customer based on his profile or preferences.
Conventionally, to avail different kind of services, user has to search separate platforms which is a tedious and time-consuming activity. Also, such platforms do not provide transparency to the users as there is no specific way where a user may check the kind of services or the entity that he is interested in purchasing. Some advance systems provide profiles of the entity or services by listing the features. However, such systems are unable to provide the real experience or view of the entity or the services.
With advancement in the technology, some of the system have been introduced which provides the video-graphic view of the entity or the services which a user wants to avail. However, public access of images, especially images containing human faces raises concerns about privacy. Also, such systems are limited to only certain kind of services or the entities.
Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method to conduct interactive survey for providing a plurality of services to address the aforementioned issue(s).

The face detection submodule (70) is also configured to identify one or more true faces from one or more detected faces by performing skin color analysis. As used herein, the true face is defined as natural human face. The initially detected face regions may include true hits containing faces and false positives that do not actually correspond to faces. To limit the obscuring effects on the false positives, face detection submodule may use verification criteria to verify the detected regions and reject false positives. The face detection submodule (70) is further configured to determine one or more natural skin color regions based on the skin color analysis to eliminate detection of one or more false faces in the one or more regions. As used herein, the false face is defined as a unnatural human face for example a photo of a person hanging on the wall. Consider a non-limiting example where a property dealer uploads a video of a partially constructed house which the property booking module receives for further processing. The property booking module detects one or more extra faces coming in the video for privacy concerns. The detected extra faces are obscured and an interactive survey corresponding to a modified video is prepared whereas the face of the person who is posting the video may not be obscured. Further, the property booking module enables the users to purchase the property by looking at the property and its details in the video. In some conditions, the property booking module also creates a survey report for example in every 6 months where the progress of partially constructed house may be shown with the help of videos.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram representation of an exemplary system (10) of FIG. 1 in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. Considering an example where a property service provider (160) and a user (170) who wants to purchase a property registers with the registration module (40) via a service provider interface (180) and a user interface (190) respectively. When the service provider uploads a video of a under construction building (200), the information collection submodule (60) receives the video (210) of the under construction building. The face detection submodule (70) further detects one or more regions corresponding to one or more faces present in the video. Further, the face detection submodule performs skin color analysis to identify true human faces in the video and eliminate false faces which are not actual faces but considered as false in analysis. Once the true human faces are detected in the video, the face obscuring submodule (80) eliminates a face region of the registered user from the one or more true faces to obtain one or more extra faces. Further, the face obscuring submodule identifies orientation of the one or more extra faces in the one or more natural skin color region and computes a vector field associated with the corresponding one or more extra faces based on identified orientation. The vector field includes direction and extent of motion for each pixel.
Furthermore, the face obscuring submodule performs motion blurring on the one or more extra faces by varying the direction and the extent of motion of the vector field in a predefined direction and amount to obscure identity of faces present in the video. The extra faces are blurred for privacy purposes of the people present in the video. Once the video is secured and modified, the survey preparation submodule (90) prepares an interactive survey which includes a modified video of the under construction building. As a result, the property booking module (150) enables the user to buy the property based on the interactive survey of the under construction building prepared by the survey preparation module. For user’s satisfaction/ trust over the service provider, the service provider provides other apartments numbers as 101, 102, 103, 104, 105. This will help the buyer to gauge how many flats are being sold and which flat to buy. If the buyer is potential, they may also know who are going to be their neighbors as neighbors play a vital role in many lives. And, to see the progress of their under construction property, the survey report generation module (100) generates a survey report (220) for the registered user in every 6 months to show the progress of construction of each part of the building which is under construction.
