Description
本实用新型涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种智能手表。
可穿戴设备是指可直接穿在身上,或者可整合到用户的衣服或者配件的一种便携式设备。目前,可穿戴设备的主流产品包括以手腕为支撑的Watch类(包括智能手表、腕带等)、以脚为支撑的Shoes类(包括鞋、袜子等)、以头部为支撑的Glass(包括眼镜、头盔等)。
其中,Watch类可穿戴设备受欢迎程度最高,包括智能手环、运动智能手表等。然而,这类可穿戴设备无法实时调节听音感受,通话私密性较差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种智能手表,它实时调节听音感受,保证通话的私密性。

为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
参阅图1和图2,本实用新型一实施例提供的智能手表,包括表带10、具有扬声器单元21的手表主体20、扬声器箱30及陀螺仪40。手表主体20连接于表带10;手表主体20设有第一出声口2221,扬声器单元21通过第一出声口2221能够向外辐射声音。扬声器箱30连接于表带10;扬声器箱30包括具有收容空间的外壳31及收容于收容空间的发声单体32,外壳31设有第二出声口311,发声单体32能够通过第二出声口311向外辐射声音。陀螺仪40电连接于扬声器单元21及发声单元,用于感应第一出声口2221及第二出声口311的方向。
上述智能手表,通过增加扬声器箱30及陀螺仪40,陀螺仪40电连接扬声器箱30的发声单体32及手表主体20的扬声器单元21,在使用该智能手表的过程中,陀螺仪40实时感应手表主体20的第一出声口2221及扬声器箱30的第二出声口311的方向,通过音效算法得到最佳的听音感受及私密性。当用户远离手表主体20的第一出声口2221时,手表主体20的扬声器单元21音量降低,而扬声器箱30的发声单体32以正常的音量通过第二出声口311向外辐射声音。当用户远离扬声器箱30的第二出声口311时,扬声器箱30的发声单体32音量降低,而手表主体20的扬声器单元21以正常音量通过第一出声口2221向外辐射声音。如此,可实时调节听音感受,同时保证通话的私密性。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,发声单体32电连接于手表主体20的内部电路,并接入与扬声器单元21的同一信号源。通过在表带10外增加扬声器箱30,扬声器箱30的发声单体32电连接于手表主体20的内部电路,并接入与扬声器单元21的同一信号源,如此手表主体20的扬声器单元21与扬声器箱30的发声单体32为同一声源,这样该智能手表便可实现立体声效果,从而提高声音播放的清晰度和可懂度。
应当理解的是,扬声器箱30的发声单体32电连接于手表主体20的内部电路,例如发声单体32电连接手表主体20的电池,这样手表主体20可为发声单体32的正常工作提供所需的电能。另外,需要说明的是,上述扬声器箱30的结构并非改进点,其具体结构可参照现有技术,故在此不做详细说明。
在一个实施例中,参阅图2和图6,扬声器箱30还包括柔性电路板33。发声单体32通过柔性电路板33电连接手表主体20的内部电路,并接入与扬声器单元21的同一信号源。具体地,柔性电路板33的一端电连接发声单体32,另一端电连接手表主体20的内部电路,并将发声单体32接入扬声器单元21的同一信号源。应当理解的是,柔性电路板33起到连接作用,扬声器箱30的发声单体32均通过柔性电路板33来导通电路。如此,柔性电路板33能够更好地实现扬声器箱30的发声单体32与手表主体20的电连接,从而使得该智能手表具有更好的声学性能。另外,由于柔性电路板33具有重量轻、厚度薄的特点,这样可减轻智能手表的重量,减少智能手表的体积。
在另一个实施例中,参阅图4和图8,扬声器箱30还包括焊线34。扬声器箱30的发声单体32通过焊线34电连接于手表主体20的内部电路,并将扬声器箱30的发声单体32接入与扬声器单元21的同一信号源。具体地,焊线34的一端电连接发声单体32,另一端电连接手表主体20的内部电路,并将发声单体32接入扬声器单元21的同一信号源。如此,也可实现扬声器箱30的发声单体32与手表主体20的电路导通,这也是可行的方案。
在一个实施例中,参阅图2和图4,扬声器箱30的外壳31沿表带10长度方向延伸的面为侧部,第二出声口311设于外壳31的侧部。如此,一方面,扬声器箱30的发声单体32可通过侧部的第二出声口311向外辐射声音,并与手表主体20的扬声器单元21配合,使得该智能手表实现立体声效果;另一方面,由于第二出声口311设于扬声器箱30的侧部,这样可有效地减少水、灰尘等外界物质从第二出声口311进入手表主体20的几率,从而有效地延长该智能手表的使用寿命。
进一步地,手表主体20沿表带10长度方向延伸的面为手表主体20的侧部。第一出声口2221设有手表主体20的侧部,第一出声口2221与第二出声口311位于智能手表的同一侧。如此,手表主体20的扬声器单元21及扬声器箱30的发声单体32向外辐射声音的方向相同,使得智能手表的侧部具有更好的立体声效果。当然,在其它实施例中,扬声器箱30的第二出声口311也可与手表主体20的第一出声口2221相对设置,这也是可行的方案。
具体到本实施例中,参阅图1和图3,扬声器箱30设有一个,一个扬声器箱30设于手表主体20的端部。第二出声口311设于扬声器箱30的侧部,第一出声口2221设于手表主体20的侧部,且第二出声口311与第一出声口2221位于智能手表的同一侧。如此,在保证该智能手表具有立体声效果的同时,可减少扬声器箱30的数量,降低成本。
在另一个实施例中,参阅图5和图7,扬声器箱30的外壳31背离表带10的面为顶部,第二出声口311设于外壳31的顶部。如此,扬声器箱30的发声单体32可通过顶部的第二出声口311向外辐射声音,并与手表主体20的扬声器单元21配合,使得该智能手表实现立体声效果。
进一步地,参阅图5和图7,手表主体20的侧部设有第一出声口2221;第二出声口311设于扬声器箱30的顶部。如此,可实现立体声的效果,同时还可保证通话的私密性。
具体到本实施例中,参阅图5和图7,扬声器箱30设有一个,一个扬声器箱30设于手表主体20的端部。第一出声口2221设于手表主体20的侧部,第二出声口311设于扬声器箱30的顶部。如此,一方面,表带10设有一个扬声器箱30,这样在保证该智能手表具有立体声效果的同时,可减少扬声器箱30的数量,降低成本;另一方面,保证通话的私密性。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,扬声器单元21具有第一出音口211,第一出音口211与第一出声口2221对应设置。如此,可通过第一出声口2221向外辐射声音;另外,还可增加声音的指向性,达到很好的声音定位效果,从而具有各声源的方位感和分布感。
需要说明的是,第一出音口211与第一出声口2221对应设置,可以理解为扬声器单元21的第一出音口211朝向第一出声口2221,且第一出音口211与第一出声口2221重合,或者投影于第一出声口2221所在面的第一出音口211与第一出声口2221重合。例如,在本实施例中,扬声器单元21设于第一出声口2221,并与第一出声口2221的壁连接,扬声器单元21的第一出音口211朝手表主体20的外部设置。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,发声单体32具有第二出音口321,第二出音口321与外壳31的第二出声口311对应设置。如此,可增加声音的指向性,达到很好的声音定位效果,从而具有各声源的方位感和分布感。
需要说明的是,第二出声口311与第二出音口321对应设置,可以理解为发声单体32的第二出音口321朝向外壳31的第二出声口311设置,且第二出声口311与第二出音口321重合,或者投影于第二出声口311所在面的第二出音口321与第二出声口311重合。例如,在本实施例中,发声单体32设于外壳31的第二出声口311,并与第二出声口311的壁连接,发声单体32的第二出音口321朝向扬声器箱30的外部设置。
在一个实施例中,智能手表还包括第一隔网及第二隔网。第一隔网对应设于第一出声口2221,第二隔网对应设于第二出声口311。如此,在不影响扬声器单元21及发声单体32向外辐射声音的基础上,可防止外界物质分别从第一出声口2221及第二出声口311进入手表主体20及扬声器箱30内,避免外界物质对手表主体20及扬声器箱30的部件性能产生影响,延长智能手表的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,参阅图4、图6和图8,手表主体20包括表壳22、设于表壳22内的电路板23及与电路板23电连接的显示屏24、电池和扬声器单元21。可以理解为,显示屏24设于表壳22的顶部。如此,电池为电路板23、显示屏24及扬声器单元21的正常工作提供所需的电能;另外,通过设置显示屏24,可对时间等信息进行显示。当然,手表主体20还可设置摄像头,摄像头与显示屏24电连接,这样提高摄像头及显示屏24的配合,可进行视频通话等。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1,扬声器箱30连接于表带10。进一步地,智能手表还包括紧固件。扬声器箱30的底部对应设有与紧固件适配的连接孔,紧固件穿设在连接孔,从而将扬声器箱30固定安装在表带10。当然,在其它实施例中,扬声器箱30也可胶粘在表带10,或者扬声器箱30焊接在表带10等。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1,表带10为弹性带,弹性带的两端分别连接于手表主体20的相对两侧。具体地,弹性带的两端分别采用超声波焊接的方式固定于手表主体20的相对两侧。由于弹性带较柔软且富有弹性,这样便于将智能手表戴在手腕,同时智能手表质量轻,佩戴舒适感强。
可选地,表带10为热塑性弹性体,例如表带10的材质为热塑性硫化硅胶等。需要说明的是,表带10的具体材质可根据实际需求进行调整,在此不限定表带10的具体材质。
在另一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,表带10的两端分别可转动地连接于手表主体20的相对两侧。如此,一方面,有利于快速且轻松地将该智能智能手表戴在手腕,使用更灵活;另一方面,由于表带10可相对手表主体20转动,这样在穿戴该智能智能手表时,可调整表带10,使表带10更好地贴合在手腕。
进一步地,参阅图1和图2,手表主体20设有第一安装孔2211及第二安装孔2212,第一安装孔2211与第二安装孔2212分别设于手表主体20相对两侧。表带10的一端设有第一转轴,第一转轴可转动地设于手表主体20的第一安装孔2211。表带10的另一端设有第二转轴,第二转轴可转动地设于手表主体20的第二安装孔2212。如此,可实现手表主体20与表带10的可转动连接,从而便于穿戴该智能智能手表,使用更灵活,同时还可灵活地调整表带10,使表更好地贴合在手腕。
可选地,表带10为腕带链体,腕带链体为一链状结构。具体地,腕带链体包括多个链单体,相邻两个链单体依次连接成链状;腕带链体的两端分别连接于手表主体20的相对两侧,围成封闭环状结构。进一步地,腕带链体可具有一定程度的可绕性,使其能够绕成环形,以缠绕在用户的手臂,实现智能智能手表与人体的绑定。或者,表带10为皮带。
当然,在其它实施例中,也可在手表主体20的相对两侧设置第一转轴及第二转轴,表带10的两端对应设有第一安装孔2211及第二安装孔2212。手表主体20的第一转轴可转动地设于表带10的第一安装孔2211内,手表主体20的第二转轴可转动地设于表带10的第二安装孔2212内,如此也可实现手表主体20与表带10的可转动连接。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,手表主体20的表壳22为分体式结构。具体地,表壳22包括基座221及具有开口的壳体222,壳体222可连接于基座221,并与基座221围设形成收容腔,扬声器单元21设于收容腔内。如此,便可形成上述的手表主体20。相比于一体式手表主体20,本实施例的手表主体20能够拆装,便于维修或更换智能手表。
具体地,采用胶黏接的方式将壳体222的底部连接于基座221。或者,基座221设有第一卡接部,壳体222对应设有第二卡接部,通过第一卡接部及第二卡接部的配合实现基座221与壳体222的可拆卸连接。当然,在其它实施例中,也可通过超声波焊接的方式将壳体222的底部连接于基座221。需要说明的是,基座221与壳体222的连接方式多种多样,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,扬声器单元21及扬声器箱30的发声单体32为动圈式扬声器、MEMS扬声器和动圈的至少一种。需要说明的是,扬声器单元21及扬声器箱30的发声单体32可为上述的其中一种,但也不限于上述列举的扬声器类型,只要能够发出声音即可。另外,扬声器单元21及扬声器箱30的发声单体32为现有产品,故在本实用新型中不再详述扬声器单元21及扬声器箱30的发声单体32的具体结构。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表包括:表带;具有扬声器单元的手表主体,连接于所述表带;所述手表主体设有第一出声口,所述扬声器单元通过所述第一出声口能够向外辐射声音;扬声器箱,连接于所述表带;所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的外壳及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述外壳设有第二出声口,所述发声单体能够通过所述第二出声口向外辐射声音;及陀螺仪,电连接于所述扬声器单元及发声单元。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述发声单体电连接于所述手表主体的内部电路,并接入与所述扬声器单元的同一信号源。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端电连接发声单体,另一端电连接所述手表主体的内部电路,并将所述发声单体接入与所述扬声器单元的同一信号源;或,所述扬声器箱还包括焊线,所述焊线的一端电连接发声单体,另一端电连接所述手表主体的内部电路,并将所述发声单体接入与所述扬声器单元的同一信号源。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱的外壳沿所述表带长度方向延伸的面为侧部,所述第二出声口设于所述外壳的侧部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述手表主体沿所述表带长度方向延伸的面为所述手表主体的侧部,所述第一出声口设于所述手表主体的侧部,且所述第一出声口与第二出声口位于智能手表的同一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱的外壳背离所述表带的面为顶部,所述第二出声口设于所述外壳的顶部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述手表主体沿所述表带长度方向延伸的面为所述手表主体的侧部,所述第一出声口设于所述手表主体的侧部。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述扬声器单元具有第一出音口,所述第一出音口与所述手表主体的第一出声口对应设置。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述发声单体具有第二出音口,所述第二出音口与所述扬声器箱的第二出声口对应设置。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述手表主体包括表壳、设于所述表壳内的电路板及与所述电路板电连接的显示屏、电池和扬声器单元。
