本申请要求在2020年9月23日提交日本专利局、申请号为2020-159095、发明名称为“服务器设备、服务器管理装置、以及程序”的日本专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。

本申请涉及服务器设备、服务器管理装置、以及非易失性存储介质。
背景技术
近年来,存在一种接收器与终端协作来收发信息的技术,例如,接收器将从网站接收到的信息发送给终端。

发明内容
然而,在如上所述的终端中,画面的尺寸不足的情况较多,用户难以想象显示于终端上的内容的尺寸。因此,可以考虑将终端指定的内容显示于接收器。在这种情况下,不仅期望提供终端指定的内容,还期望提供有利于终端的用户的信息。
因此,本申请所要解决的课题是提供一种,可以将终端上显示的内容和有利于终端的用户的信息一并显示于能够以大于该终端的画面的方式显示的装置的服务器设备、服务器管理装置、以及非易失性存储介质。
本申请实施方式的服务器设备具备:访问信息发送部,根据来自广播接收装置的请求,发送访问信息,该访问信息包含向提供内容的内容提供装置访问的访问目的地和认证码;认证码获取部,获取由内容提供装置发送的所述认证码;对应信息生成部,生成对应信息,该对应信息是将由认证码获取部获取到的认证码所对应的广播接收装置、和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的信息;令牌标记发送部,将基于由认证码获取部获取到的认证码的令牌标记发送给内容提供装置;显示对象信息获取部,获取由内容提供装置发送的令牌标记、基于来自终端的请求的显示对象的内容及广告的访问地址即显示对象的访问目的地;访问目的地发送部,针对与显示图像信息获取部获取到的令牌标记对应的广播接收装置,发送显示对象的访问目的地。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本申请的服务器设备、服务器管理装置、以及非易失性存储介质的实施方式(第一实施方式、第二实施方式、第三实施方式、第四实施方式)详细地进行说明。
第一实施方式
首先,参照图1对第一实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体构成例进行说明。图1是示出第一实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体构成例的概要的图。信息协作系统S具备智能手机1(终端)、电视装置2(广播接收装置)、云服务器3(服务器设备)、载体服务器(Carrier server)4(内容提供装置)、广告测量服务器6。云服务器3可以通过互联网等公共通信线路与电视装置2、载体服务器4通信。此外,智能手机1可以经由基站与载体服务器4、云服务器3无线通信。
智能手机1是电视装置2的用户所具有的信息终端的例子。智能手机1具备通信I/F(InterFace)、声音输入部(麦克风)、传感器组、显示部、图形控制器、触摸面板控制器、CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、存储器、照相机、扬声器等。在第一实施方式中,假设用户进行网上购物、动态图像播放,或者操作电视上的应用程序。
云服务器3是可以经由网络与电视装置2进行收发的服务器设备,所谓云服务器。云服务器3例如还可以为电视装置2的制造商运用的服务器设备。云服务器3基于从电视装置2收集到收看相关的信息(收看信息)的结果,通过网络向电视装置2提供基于收看节目、预约节目的推荐信息、收看节目内容的商品推荐信息等各种服务。
载体服务器4是用于经营互联网上的EC网站(网店)的计算机装置等用于提供内容的服务器设备。载体服务器4是例如EC(Electronic Commerce,电子商务)的平台的服务器设备。载体服务器4成为如下平台:根据用户(消费者)对终端装置(智能手机1等)的操作,经由网络而购买商品、服务。此外,载体服务器4还可以为进行动态图像发布的服务器设备。应该说明的是,载体服务器4例如根据智能手机1的操作,向智能手机1发送商品的图像。载体服务器4预先在云服务器3上登录redirect_uri。
广告测量服务器6是如下服务器设备:将由云服务器3向多个电视装置2显示了广告 的结果、动态图像的收看状况进行统计,或者向请求源提供广告信息。在广告测量服务器6中,存储将广告的访问目的地、广告的种类、以及广告提供对象的用户的信息(例如,用户的喜好信息)建立了对应的信息。
下面,参照图2及后图对信息协作系统S的各个结构详细地进行说明。图2是表示第一实施方式的电视装置2的整体构成例的框图。电视装置2执行对大于智能手机1具备的显示部的视像显示部233的显示控制(详细内容后述)。
如图2所示,电视装置2具备输入端子202、调谐器203a~203g、信号处理部207、图形处理部208、声音处理部209、OSD(On Screen Display)信号生成部210、以及视像处理部211。
输入端子202输入通过地面广播接收天线213接收到的地面数字广播信号。地面数字广播信号经由输入端子202供给到调谐器203a~203g。
调谐器203a~203g是地面数字广播用的调谐器,从输入端子202供给的地面数字广播信号中,对后述的控制部216指示的频道的广播信号进行选台。
但是,电视装置2还可以具有输入端子,该输入端子输入通过BS/CS数字广播接收天线来接收到的数字卫星广播信号。数字卫星广播信号经由该输入端子供给到数字卫星广播用的调谐器。
信号处理部207根据从调谐器203a~203g供给的广播信号,对包含数字的视像信号以及声音信号在内的广播信号进行解调。此外,信号处理部207对数字广播信号包含的视像信号,选择性地实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到图形处理部208。此外,信号处理部207对数字广播信号包含的声音信号,选择性地实施期望的数字信号处理并输出到声音处理部209。
信号处理部207连接有多个外部输入端子214a~214d。这些外部输入端子214a~214d可以从作为外部装置的一例的DVD(Digital Versatile Disk,数字光驱)录像机等,输入模拟的视像信号以及声音信号。信号处理部207将从外部输入端子214a~214d输入的模拟的视像信号以及声音信号进行数字化。此外,信号处理部207对进行了数字化的视像信号实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到图形处理部208。此外,信号处理部207对进行了数字化的声音信号实施规定的数字信号处理并输出到声音处理部209。
图形处理部208对从信号处理部207供给的数字的视像信号,重叠OSD信号生成部210中生成的OSD信号并输出到视像处理部211。图形处理部208还可以将从信号处理部207供给的数字的视像信号以及在OSD信号生成部210中生成的OSD信号中的任一者输出到视像处理部211。
视像处理部211将从图形处理部208输入的数字的视像信号或OSD信号,转换为可以在视像显示部233的显示画面中显示的格式的模拟的视像信号或OSD信号,并且输出到视像显示部233。视像显示部233例如是LCD或OLED显示器等。
声音处理部209将从信号处理部207输入的数字的声音信号转换为在扬声器215中可播放的格式的模拟的声音信号并输出到扬声器215。
电视装置2还具备控制部216、卡片固定器(Card holder)217、各种接口218~221、以及亮度传感器230。控制部216具备CPU216a、ROM216b、RAM216c、以及非易失性存储器216d。
控制部216集中控制地面数字广播信号以及数字卫星广播信号等广播信号的接收动 作等电视装置2的各种动作。此外,控制部216根据来自操作部222的操作信息、或经由受光部223而从遥控器238输入的操作信息,控制电视装置2的各部。
CPU216a通过执行存储于ROM216b中的程序,控制电视装置2整体的动作。ROM216b主要存储有CPU216a执行的程序。RAM216c在CPU216a执行程序时提供作业分区。非易失性存储器216d存储有电视装置2的各种设定信息以及控制信息等。
控制部216经由卡片I/F225,连接到存储卡234可装卸的卡片固定器217。由此控制部216经由卡片I/F225可以在安装于卡片固定器217的存储卡234之间收发各种信息。
控制部216经由通信I/F218与LAN端子226连接。由此,控制部216经由通信I/F218,可以与连接于LAN端子226的上述的中继装置400或LAN对应HDD(Hard Disk Drive,硬盘驱动器)等外部装置收发各种信息。但是,通信I/F218还可以构成为能够通过无线来连接到中继装置400等外部装置。
控制部216经由HDMI(注册商标)(High-Definition Multimedia Interface,高清多媒体接口)I/F221连接到HDMI端子227。由此,控制部216经由HDMI I/F221,可以与连接到HDMI端子227的外部装置收发各种信息。
控制部216经由USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)I/F219与USB端子228连接。由此,控制部216经由USB I/F219可以与连接到USB端子228上的具备USB HDD等的存储器装置237收发各种信息。
存储器装置237构成为,例如具备HDD、SSD(Solid State Drive,固态硬盘)等,将电视装置2接收的数字信号作为录像数据进行记录。但是,存储器装置237还可以内置于电视装置2。
图3是表示第一实施方式的电视装置2的部分构成例的框图。电视装置2具备存储部241(图2的ROM216b、RAM216c、以及非易失性存储器216d、存储器装置237)、发送部242、获取部243、显示控制部244,其中,发送部242、获取部243、显示控制部244是作为存储于存储部241的程序被CPU216a执行的结果而生成的功能模块儿。
发送部242将各种信息发送给外部装置。获取部243从外部装置获取各种信息,或者读取存储于存储部241的各种信息。
显示控制部244执行将各种信息显示于视像显示部233的显示处理。显示控制部244例如根据来自智能手机1的图像显示请求,将图像显示于视像显示部233(详细内容后述)。
图4是表示第一实施方式的云服务器3的整体构成例的框图。如图4所示,云服务器3具备通信I/F301、操作部302、CPU303、内存304、以及存储器装置305。
通信I/F301是用于外部装置之间的通信的接口。操作部302具有键盘、鼠标等输入设备、显示器等显示设备。
存储器装置305例如具备HDD、SSD等,存储各种信息。CPU303通过执行各种程序,从而控制云服务器3的各个组件。内存304具备ROM、RAM等,存储基于CPU303的各种演算处理中使用的各种程序以及各种数据等。
图5是表示第一实施方式的云服务器3的部分构成例的框图。云服务器3具备存储部311(内存304、存储器装置305)、获取部312、发送部313、生成部314,其中,获取部312、发送部313、生成部314是作为存储于存储部311的程序被CPU303执行的结果而生成的功能模块儿。
存储部311存储由CPU303执行的程序、DB(Data Base,数据库)。在此,用图6对 DB的数据结构例进行说明。如图6所示,在DB中存储包含TVID、认证码、载体服务器ID、令牌标记(token)在内的信息。应该说明的是,在DB中除了TVID还可以具有与该TVID对应的电视装置2的属性信息(电视的型号等)。
TVID是识别电视装置2的信息。认证码是用于获取后述的令牌标记所需的码。载体服务器ID是识别载体服务器4的信息。令牌标记是用于认证的信息。返回到图5,获取部312从外部装置获取各种信息。发送部313向外部装置发送各种信息。生成部314对DB执行信息的生成动作。此外,生成部314生成对从外部装置获取到的信息进行了编辑的信息。
接着,对信息协作系统S的各个结构的处理的流程进行说明。图7是表示第一实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体处理的流程图。在此,将如下场景作为开始:用户操作电视装置2的遥控器等,在所谓门户(Portal)画面(用于与EC网站等协作的画面),用户指定想与智能手机1协作的EC网站。应该说明的是,图7所示的智能手机1的处理还可以通过安装在智能手机1的应用程序来执行。
关于电视装置2,如上所述,当用户指定EC网站时,在步骤S1中,电视装置2的发送部242将该EC网站的信息(例如,EC网站的ID、EC网站的URL等)、作为电视装置2的标识符的TVID发送给云服务器3。如此,发送部242将与载体服务器4相关的信息发送给云服务器3,其中,该载体服务器4是提供EC网站中的图像的内容提供装置。
云服务器3的获取部312从电视装置2获取EC网站的信息、TVID。云服务器3的生成部314生成认证码,将包含上述TVID、作为识别上述EC网站的载体服务器4的信息的载体服务器ID、认证码在内的信息存储于存储部311的DB。此外,生成部314QR码(注册商标),该QR码是基于该认证码、作为上述EC网站的访问目的地的URL来生成的二维码。应该说明的是,QR码是一个例子,也可以是其它显示信息。即,还可以为能够传输该认证码、EC网站的访问目的地信息的其它形式的显示信息。上述认证码还可以包含用于辨别制造商的部分和用于辨别电视装置2的部分。
在步骤S2中,云服务器3的发送部313将上述QR码发送给请求源的电视装置2。根据来自电视装置2的请求,发送包含成为向EC网站的访问目的地的URL和认证码在内的QR码。
电视装置2的获取部243从云服务器3获取QR码。如此,电视装置2的获取部243获取成为访问信息的QR码,所述QR码是基于认证码、作为上述EC网站的访问目的地的URL生成的码。电视装置2的显示控制部244将该QR码显示于视像显示部233。如此,显示控制部244显示输出QR码。
在步骤S3中,智能手机1通过基于拍摄手段等实现的QR码读取功能来读取显示于视像显示部233的QR码。由此,智能手机1获取EC网站的URL以及认证码。在步骤S4中,当智能手机1获取EC网站的URL以及认证码时,基于该URL而访问载体服务器4,并且发送认证码。
载体服务器4当从智能手机1获取认证码时,在步骤S5中,将该认证码与用于识别载体服务器4的信息一起发送给云服务器3,进行认证请求。此外,云服务器3的获取部312获取该认证码和用于识别载体服务器4的信息。如此,云服务器3的获取部312获取从载体服务器4发送的认证码。
云服务器3的生成部314参照存储部311的DB,通过判断是否存在由获取部312获 取到的用于识别载体服务器4的信息以及与认证码对应的信息来进行认证。生成部314参照存储部311的DB,在存在由获取部312获取到的用于识别载体服务器4的信息以及与认证码对应的信息的情况下,通过公知技术,生成令牌标记。此外,生成部314进一步将上述令牌标记与上述DB中的由获取部312获取到的用于识别载体服务器4的信息以及具有认证码的信息建立对应。在进一步将上述令牌标记与由上述获取部312获取到的用于识别载体服务器4的信息以及具有认证码的信息建立了对应的信息中,还包含请求源的电视装置2的TVID。
因此,生成部314生成将上述认证码对应的电视装置2与基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的对应信息。
在步骤S6中,云服务器3的发送部313将由生成部314生成的令牌标记发送给载体服务器4。如此,发送部313将基于认证码的令牌标记发送给载体服务器4。载体服务器4保持有将该令牌标记与认证码的发送源即智能手机1的用户ID建立了对应的信息。
在步骤S7中,智能手机1登录载体服务器4,访问EC网站。由此,智能手机1显示EC网站画面。在此,智能手机1的用户针对该EC网站画面中的规定的链接地址,选择表示电视显示请求的指示。在步骤S8中,智能手机1根据该选择,将链接地址的URL发送给载体服务器4,从而进行电视显示请求(TV显示请求)。载体服务器4从智能手机1获取电视显示请求,并且获取图像显示对象的URL。
在步骤S9中,载体服务器4将与请求源的智能手机1对应的令牌标记和图像显示对象的URL发送给云服务器3,并且请求显示。此外,载体服务器4在该请求显示时进一步向云服务器3发送表示显示对象的图像的种类的内容ID(ContentID)、和表示广告的种类的广告种类信息。载体服务器4预先存储有ContentID的列表信息、广告种类信息的列表信息,从这些列表信息中,将与显示对象的图像对应的ContentID和广告种类信息发送给云服务器3。

返回到图7,在步骤S9中,云服务器3的获取部312获取由载体服务器4发送的令牌标记、URL、ContentID、广告种类信息。如此,获取部312获取由载体服务器4发送的令牌标记、基于来自智能手机1的请求的显示对象的图像的访问目的地的URL、广告相关的信息(ContentID或广告种类信息)。

第一实施方式的云服务器3生成将认证码所对应的电视装置2与基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的对应信息,从载体服务器4获取基于该令牌标记和来自智能手机1的请求的显示对象的图像的访问目的地、与广告相关的信息。云服务器3从广告测量服务器6获取基于该广告相关的信息的广告信息,生成基于图像的访问目的地和广告信息的新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息,向电视装置2通知新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息,从而在电视装置2中不仅显示与智能手机1的请求对应的图像,还显示广告。由此,云服务器3在能够比智能手机1的画面更大地显示的电视装置2上不仅可以显示基于智能手机1的请求的图像,还可以进一步显示广告。
此外,电视装置2输出包含向载体服务器4访问的访问目的地、认证码在内的访问信息,从云服务器3获取基于来自智能手机1的请求的显示对象的图像以及广告的访问目的地,将该图像以及广告显示于视像显示部233。由此,电视装置2在能够比智能手机1的画面更大地显示的视像显示部233上能够显示基于智能手机1的请求的图像以及广告。
第二实施方式
第二实施方式的信息协作系统S与第一实施方式不同,按照每个电视装置2的制造商,云服务器3不同。即,第二实施方式的信息协作系统S具有多个云服务器3。
在此,对第二实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体构成例进行说明。图9是表示第二实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体构成例的概要的图。应该说明的是,对与第一实施方式相同的结构标注相同的附图标记并省略说明。如图9所示,信息协作系统S具有多个云服务器3(云服务器3a、云服务器3b)。云服务器3b可以与该云服务器3b相关的制造商的未图示的电视即电视装置2连接。
2是电视。
3是云服务器。云服务器3例如是电视制造商的服务器,该电视制造商制造电视装置2,并且根据从电视装置2收集到收看信息的结果,经由网络向电视装置2提供收看节目、预约节目推荐、基于收看节目内容的商品推荐等各种服务。应该说明的是,云服务器3并不限定于制造商进行管理的云服务器,还可以是其它云服务器。
此外,5是综合云服务器。综合云服务器5是用于综合多个电视制造商的云服务器3而与电子商务(EC)连接的电视装置的制造商的制造商共通网站的服务器。信息协作系统S具有经由网络可与该多个云服务器3收发信息的综合云服务器5(服务器管理装置)。此外, 综合云服务器5还可以经由网络与广告测量服务器6收发信息,该广告测量服务器6用于进行统计广告显示了的结果的测量处理、提供广告信息。该综合云服务器5是联合各个制造商的云服务器。即,综合云服务器5是综合多个电视制造商的云服务器3而与载体服务器4连接的服务器。综合云服务器5向载体服务器4发布客户端凭据(Client credentials)(client_id、client_secret)。
应该说明的是,综合云服务器5还可以综合管理除了制造商以外进行管理的云服务器3。
此外,在云服务器3与综合云服务器5之间预先规定有设置于x-api-key的随机机密。在综合云服务器5与载体服务器4之间传递的x-api-key成为pass-key。
4是载体服务器。载体服务器4是EC的平台的服务器等。作为用户即消费者,成为用于购买商品、服务的平台的服务器为载体服务器4。载体服务器4与第一实施方式相同地可以为进行动态图像发布的服务器设备。此外,载体服务器4使redirect_uri预先登录到综合云服务器5。
1050是用户终端。用户终端1050是具有用于连接电视装置2与用户终端1050的应用程序和照相机等光学读取装置的终端。作为用户终端1050的一个例子,适用智能手机1。在第一实施方式中,虽然说明为用户终端1050是智能手机1,但并不限定于智能手机。用户终端1050只要是PC、平板终端等满足状况的条件的设备即可。此外,这些终端可以替换第一实施方式中表示的智能手机。
图10是表示第二实施方式的综合云服务器5的整体构成例的框图。如图10所示,综合云服务器5具备通信I/F501、操作部502、CPU503、内存504、以及存储器(storage)装置505。
通信I/F501是用于与外部装置通信的接口。操作部502具有键盘、鼠标等输入设备和显示器等显示设备。
存储器装置505具备例如HDD、SSD等,存储各种信息。CPU503通过执行各种程序来控制综合云服务器5的各个组件。内存504具备ROM、RAM等,存储用于CPU503的各种运算处理的各种程序以及各种数据等。
图11是表示第二实施方式的综合云服务器5的部分构成例的框图。综合云服务器5具备存储部511(内存504、存储器装置505)、获取部512、发送部513、生成部514,其中,获取部512、发送部513、生成部514是作为存储于存储部511的程序被CPU503执行的结果而生成的功能模块儿。
存储部511存储由CPU503执行的程序、DB(Data Base)。
获取部512从外部装置获取各种信息。发送部513向外部装置发送各种信息。生成部514对DB执行信息的生成动作。此外,生成部514生成对从外部装置获取到的信息进行了编辑的信息。
接着,对第二实施方式的信息协作系统S的各个结构的处理的流程进行说明。在第一实施方式中叙述了云服务器3的如下情况,从测量服务器6获取基于广告相关的信息的广告信息,生成基于图像的访问目的地和广告信息的新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息。在第二实施方式中,综合云服务器5生成基于图像的访问目的地和广告信息的新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息。图12是表示第二实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体处理的流程图。
图12所示的流程图也是用户通过操作电视装置2的遥控器等,在所谓门户画面上, 开始由用户指定想与智能手机1协作的EC网站、动态图像的场景。应该说明的是,云服务器3生成的认证码以及令牌标记包含对制造商进行识别的信息。即,云服务器3将识别本装置的信息包含于认证码以及令牌标记。
此外,由于图12的步骤S21与图7的步骤S1相同,因此省略说明。在步骤S22中,URL认证码从云服务器3发送到电视装置2。URL认证码2010是包含用于确定载体服务器4的URL信息、用于进行载体服务器4与云服务器3之间的认证的认证码在内的信息。认证码可以包含用于辨别电视装置2的制造商的部分和用于辨别电视装置2的部分。此外,认证码中所包含的用于辨别电视装置2的部分为随机的值。此外,云服务器3还可以将该值发送给电视装置2的时刻作为存储部311的DB的信息而建立对应。

当电视装置2的获取部243从云服务器3获取URL认证码2010时,显示控制部244将该URL认证码2010的内容在视像显示部233中作为光学图像或视像而显示输出。应该说明的是,显示控制部244中的显示形态是QR码、条形码、文本等,只要能够将上述URL认证码2010中包含的信息以光学的方式作为图像或视像显示输出即可。此外,虽然在第一实施方式中以QR码进行说明,但与本实施方式同样地并不限定于QR码。
此外,与图7的步骤S3同样地,在步骤S23中,用户终端1050根据通过摄像手段来光学地摄像的图像信息,通过URL认证码读取功能,读取在视像显示部233上光学地显示的URL认证码2011的信息。由此,用户终端1050获取EC网站的URL以及认证码。该认证码部分是附时限认证码且如下构成。

具体而言,云服务器3的发送部313将OAuth2的Token Response作为令牌标记2030发送给综合云服务器5。该响应的OAuth2Access Token Response如下构成。

综合云服务器5的获取部512获取令牌标记2030。然后,在步骤S29中,综合云服务器5将令牌标记2030作为令牌标记2031发送给载体服务器4,载体服务器4获取令牌标记2031。应该说明的是,云服务器3的发送部313还可以直接向载体服务器4发送令牌标记。
载体服务器4保持有将令牌标记2031与认证码的发送源的用户终端1050的用户ID 建立了对应的信息。

在步骤S36中,用户终端1050通过应用程序的启动,向载体服务器4提供的服务进行服务登录。由此,智能手机1显示EC网站画面。该应用程序输出的EC网站画面上,还输出用于连接电视装置2的按键。应该说明的是,在步骤S37中,载体服务器4根据步骤S36的登录,向用户终端1050发送设备信息2070。这里说的设备信息2070是指,密钥2051中包含的设备ID、用户ID、型号名称中的任1个、2个或3个的组合。
智能手机1的用户对于EC网站画面的链接地址,选择用于连接电视装置2的按键。在步骤S38中,用户终端1050根据该选择,将链接地址的URL发送给载体服务器4,从而发送电视显示请求(TV显示请求2071)。

在步骤S40中,综合云服务器5的获取部512将ContentID或广告种类信息发送给广告测量服务器6,并且进行广告请求。广告测量服务器6获取ContentID或广告种类信息,并且接收广告请求。在步骤S41中,广告测量服务器6基于获取到的Content ID或广告种类信息而生成广告信息,将该广告信息发送给云服务器3。综合云服务器5的获取部512获取该广告信息。如此,综合云服务器5的获取部512获取基于ContentID或广告种类信 息的广告信息。

在步骤S46中,电视装置2根据显示请求启动浏览器,由onLoad、onClick的Event等执行javascript(注册商标),将显示对象的URL地址的图像以及广告显示输出。此外,电视装置2将用于识别服务、用户、TV制造商、显示出的广告的显示操作结果通知2080通知给广告测量服务器6。广告测量服务器6对云服务器3向多个电视装置2显示了广告的结果进行统计。基于该统计结果,制造商或综合云服务器5、或广告测量服务器6的所有者向拥有载体服务器4的电子商务的平台请求广告宣传费。
用户终端1050的应用程序基于步骤S47中的操作指令2090,能够对电视装置2的画面进行操作。根据来自用户终端1050的操作向载体服务器4发送操作指令2090。
在步骤S48中,载体服务器4基于在步骤S47中发送的操作指令2090,将包含共通键码(Key code)在内的操作指令2091发送给综合云服务器5。共通键码是与电视操作遥控器操作按键对应地构成的指令。有数字、十字光标、音量/频道/电源、颜色键、功能键、媒体控件、制造商特定的指令。该制造商特定的指令是指,用于各个制造商单独动作的指令。即,制造商特定指令是指,由各个制造商设定的、制造商单独的动作用指令。共通键码是除了制造商特定的指令以外用于在制造商之间进行共通的操作的键码。

电视装置2基于操作指令2093对显示于电视装置2的视像显示部233的图像进行操作。此外,在步骤S52中,电视装置2将用于识别操作指令的操作结果通知2081通知给广告测量服务器6。
虽然图12所示的流程图是综合多个制造商而向平台的载体服务器4访问的处理的说明,但如第一实施方式的云服务器3,还可以为制造商单独地向载体服务器4访问。这时,云服务器3成为组合了综合云服务器5的动作的服务器。这时省略云服务器3与综合云服务器5之间的信息的处理。
综合云服务器5从载体服务器4获取认证码,向基于认证码来确定出的发送目的地的云服务器3发送该认证码,从载体服务器4获取令牌标记、显示对象的图像的访问目的地、广告相关的信息。综合云服务器5从广告测量服务器6获取基于该广告相关的信息的广告信息,生成基于图像的访问目的地和广告信息的新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息,向电视装置2通知新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息,从而不仅能够在电视装置2上显示与智能手机1的请求相应的图像,还能够显示广告。
此外,第二实施方式的云服务器3生成将与认证码对应的电视装置2、和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的对应信息,从综合云服务器5获取基于该令牌标记和来自智能 手机1的请求的显示对象的图像以及广告的访问目的地。通过向电视装置2通知显示对象的图像以及广告的访问目的地的信息,从而不仅能够在电视装置2上显示与智能手机1的请求相应的图像,还能够显示广告。
第三实施方式
在第三实施方式的信息协作系统S中,第二实施方式的综合云服务器5从电视装置2获取设定信息,使用该设定信息,生成基于图像的访问目的地和广告信息的新的显示对象的访问目的地的信息。
在此,对第三实施方式的信息协作系统S中的各个结构的处理的流程进行说明。图13是表示第三实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体处理的流程图。对与第二实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体处理共通的部分省略说明,以与第二实施方式不同的处理为中心进行说明。
在步骤S61中,根据从遥控器238等输入的操作信息,当输入设定信息时,电视装置2向云服务器3发送设定信息2100。
在此,使用图14对设定信息进行说明。图14是表示设定信息的输入画面的例子的图。如图14所示,电视装置2接收面板种类、收看年龄设定、重叠(Overlay)广告布局、关注领域、特定的广告块、以及电视录像预约关键词的设定。
在面板种类中,接收电视装置2的面板的种类的输入。在收看年龄设定中,接收收看的用户的年龄的输入。在重叠广告布局中,接收表示显示广告的区域的信息的输入。在关注领域中,接收用户关注的领域的输入。在特定的广告块中,接收想拒绝显示的广告的类别、关键词的输入。在电视录像预约关键词中,接收录像预约对象的内容的关键词的输入。
返回到图13,在步骤S61中,电视装置2在经由图14所示的设定信息的输入画面而输入设定信息时,将设定信息2100发送给云服务器3。云服务器3的获取部312获取该设定信息2100。然后,在步骤S62中,云服务器3的发送部313将与设定信息2100相同的内容的设定信息2101发送给综合云服务器5。综合云服务器5的获取部512获取该设定信息2101。如此,综合云服务器5的获取部512获取电视装置2的设定信息。
此外,在步骤S40中,综合云服务器5的获取部512不仅将ContentID或广告种类信息发送给广告测量服务器6,还将设定信息的“关注领域”、“特定的广告块”、以及“电视录像预约关键词”(即,与用户的爱好相关的信息)发送给广告测量服务器6,同时还可以进行广告请求。
在该情况下,广告测量服务器6除了ContentID或广告种类信息,还将基于设定信息的广告信息发送给综合云服务器5。
在步骤S42中,综合云服务器5的生成部514生成包含基于设定信息的布局相关的信息(重叠广告布局)的配置的信息在内的、成为显示对象的访问目的地的新的URL。如此,综合云服务器5的生成部514生成基于设定信息的显示对象的访问目的地。
第三实施方式的综合云服务器5获取电视装置2的设定信息,生成基于设定信息的显示对象的访问目的地。这时,综合云服务器5能够以电视装置2的用户的期望的形式(布局等)提供广告。
应该说明的是,虽然在第三实施方式中对综合云服务器5生成基于设定信息的布局相关的信息的、成为显示对象的访问目的地的新的URL的情况进行叙述,但也可以为,云服务器3生成基于设定信息的布局相关的信息的、成为显示对象的访问目的地的新的URL。
第四实施方式
第四实施方式的信息协作系统S与第一实施方式~第三实施方式不同,不是从智能手机等用户终端进行显示请求,而是从电视装置2进行显示请求。
在此,对第四实施方式的信息协作系统S的各个结构的处理的流程进行说明。图15是表示第四实施方式的信息协作系统S的整体处理的流程图。
在从电视装置2进行显示数据请求之前,进行在各个装置之间确立信任关系的处理。首先,进行在云服务器3与综合云服务器5之间确立信任关系的处理(步骤S71)。确立该信任关系的处理是用于实现在相互装置之间收发数据、接收请求的处理,可以通过公知的技术实现。
此外,在综合云服务器5与广告测量服务器6之间也可以进行确立信任关系的处理(步骤S72),在载体服务器4与综合云服务器5之间也可以进行确立信任关系的处理(步骤S73),在电视装置2与云服务器3之间也可以进行确立信任关系的处理(步骤S74)。应该说明的是,步骤S71~步骤S74的处理的顺序也可以不同。
接着,与图13的步骤S61相同地,电视装置2当输入设定信息时,将该设定信息发送给云服务器3(步骤S75)。云服务器3的获取部312获取该设定信息。然后,与图13的步骤S62相同地,云服务器3的发送部313将设定信息发送给综合云服务器5(步骤S76)。如此,综合云服务器5的获取部512获取电视装置2的设定信息。
电视装置2根据从遥控器238等输入的操作信息,当接收规定的内容的显示指示时,将表示成为显示对象的内容的信息发送给云服务器3,并且进行显示数据请求(步骤S77)。云服务器3接收该显示数据请求,云服务器3将该显示数据请求发送给综合云服务器5(步骤S78)。综合云服务器5接收该显示数据请求,向载体服务器4进行显示数据请求(步骤S79)。
载体服务器4将包含显示数据请求中包含的表示成为显示对象的内容的信息对应的内容的链接地址的URL、ContentID、以及广告种类信息在内的信息发送给综合云服务器5,综合云服务器5的获取部512获取由载体服务器4发送的URL、ContentID、广告种类信息(步骤S80)。如此,获取部512获取由载体服务器4发送的显示对象的内容的访问目的地的URL、广告相关的信息(ContentID或广告种类信息)。
在步骤S81中,获取部512将ContentID或广告种类信息发送给广告测量服务器6,并且进行广告请求。广告测量服务器6获取ContentID或广告种类信息,并且接收广告请求。在步骤S82中,广告测量服务器6生成基于获取到的ContentID或广告种类信息的广告信息,将该广告信息发送给综合云服务器5。
在步骤S83中,生成部514基于由载体服务器4发送的显示对象的内容的访问目的地的URL、从广告测量服务器6获取到的广告信息,生成成为上述内容以及广告的访问目的地的显示对象的访问目的地的新的URL。如此,生成部514不仅插入由载体服务器4发送的显示对象的内容,还插入广告的信息。
在步骤S84中,综合云服务器5向云服务器3发送成为显示对象的访问目的地的新的URL,并且进行显示请求,云服务器3向电视装置2发送该新的URL,并且进行显示请求(步骤S85)。
电视装置2的获取部243获取显示对象的访问目的地的URL。此外,电视装置2的发送部242基于该URL进行访问,从而获取部243获取显示对象的内容和广告。然后, 电视装置2的显示控制部244将由获取部243获取到的图像和广告显示于视像显示部233(步骤S86)。
在第四实施方式中,根据来自电视装置2的显示请求,不仅可以显示该显示请求相关的内容,还可以显示该内容对应的广告。
应该说明的是,本实施方式的各个装置(用户终端1050、电视装置2、云服务器3、载体服务器4、综合云服务器5、广告测量服务器6)中执行的程序可以以可安装的形式或可执行的形式的文件,存储于CD(Compact Disc)-ROM(Read Only Memory)、软盘(FD)、CD-R(Recordable)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk)等计算机装置中可读取的存储介质中来提供。此外,也可以将该程序经由互联网等网络提供或分配。
虽然对本申请的几个实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式是作为例子提出的方式,并非限定申请的范围。例如,上述实施方式的电视装置还可以为,如机顶盒、录像机,不具备显示手段,具备向外部的显示装置输出视像信号的接收器功能的电子装置。此外,这些新的实施方式可以以其它各种方式实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围内,可以进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式、其变形包含在申请的范围、主旨中,并且包含在与权利要求书中记载的发明等同的范围内。
例如,在用户终端中显示的图像图标中,对于可以在电视装置上放大显示的图像图标,在其图像图标上或者附近设置用于指示向电视装置放大显示的按键。或者将其可放大显示的图像图标改变颜色、形状和显示形态,以便能够与其它不可放大显示的图像图标进行识别。此外,还可以在从用户终端向电视装置指示了放大显示时,或者在电视装置中的显示处理时,经由用户终端或电视装置进行声音通知。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种服务器设备,其中,所述服务器设备具备:
    访问信息发送部,其根据来自广播接收装置的请求,发送访问信息,所述访问信息包含向提供内容的内容提供装置访问的访问目的地和认证码;
    认证码获取部,其获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述认证码;
    对应信息生成部,其生成对应信息,所述对应信息是将由所述认证码获取部获取到的认证码所对应的广播接收装置和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的信息;
    令牌标记发送部,其向所述内容提供装置发送基于由所述认证码获取部获取到的认证码的令牌标记;
    显示对象信息获取部,其获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述令牌标记、和基于来自终端的请求的显示对象的内容及广告的访问目的地即显示对象的访问目的地;以及
    访问目的地发送部,其针对与所述显示对象信息获取部获取到的令牌标记对应的广播接收装置,发送所述显示对象的访问目的地。
  2. 一种服务器管理装置,其能够与多个权利要求1所述的服务器设备进行收发,其中,所述服务器管理装置具备:
    认证码获取部,其从所述内容提供装置获取所述认证码;
    认证码发送部,其向基于所述认证码而确定出的发送目的地的服务器设备发送该认证码;
    显示内容信息获取部,其从所述内容提供装置获取所述令牌标记、显示对象的内容的访问目的地、以及与所述广告相关的信息;
    广告信息获取部,其获取基于由所述显示内容信息获取部获取到的与所述广告相关的信息的广告信息;
    访问目的地生成部,其基于由所述显示内容信息获取部获取到的显示对象的内容的访问目的地、和由所述广告信息获取部获取到的广告信息,生成所述显示对象的内容、所述广告信息所表示的广告的访问目的地即显示对象的访问目的地;以及
    显示内容信息发送部,其向发送目的地的服务器设备发送该令牌标记、所述显示对象的访问目的地。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的服务器管理装置,其中,
    所述服务器管理装置还具备设定信息获取部,该设定信息获取部获取所述广播接收装置的设定信息,
    所述访问目的地生成部进一步基于由所述设定信息获取部获取到的设定信息,生成所述显示对象的访问目的地。
  4. 一种服务器设备,其中,所述服务器设备具备:
    访问信息发送部,其根据来自广播接收装置的请求,发送访问信息,该访问信息包含向提供内容的内容提供装置访问的访问目的地和认证码;
    认证码获取部,其获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述认证码;
    对应信息生成部,其生成对应信息,该对应信息是将由所述认证码获取部获取到的认证码所对应的广播接收装置、和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的信息;
    令牌标记发送部,其向所述内容提供装置发送基于由所述认证码获取部获取到的认证 码的令牌标记;
    显示内容信息获取部,其获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述令牌标记、基于来自终端的请求的显示对象的内容的访问目的地、以及与广告相关的信息;
    广告信息获取部,其获取基于由所述显示内容信息获取部获取到的与所述广告相关的信息的广告信息;
    访问目的地生成部,其基于由所述显示内容信息获取部获取到的显示对象的内容的访问目的地、由所述广告信息获取部获取到的广告信息,生成所述显示对象的内容、所述广告信息所表示的广告的访问目的地即显示对象的访问目的地;以及
    访问目的地发送部,其针对与所述显示内容信息获取部获取到的令牌标记对应的广播接收装置,发送所述显示对象的访问目的地。
  5. 一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令使作为服务器设备的计算机执行如下步骤:
    访问信息发送步骤,根据来自广播接收装置的请求,发送访问信息,该访问信息包含向提供内容的内容提供装置访问的访问目的地和认证码;
    认证码获取步骤,获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述认证码;
    对应信息生成步骤,生成对应信息,该对应信息是将所述认证码获取步骤中获取到的认证码所对应的广播接收装置、和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的信息;
    令牌标记发送步骤,向所述内容提供装置发送基于在所述认证码获取步骤中获取到的认证码的令牌标记;
    显示对象信息获取步骤,获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述令牌标记、基于来自终端的请求的显示对象的内容及广告的访问目的地即显示对象的访问目的地;以及
    访问目的地发送步骤,针对与所述显示对象信息获取步骤中获取到的令牌标记对应的广播接收装置,发送所述显示对象的访问目的地。
  6. 一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令使作为服务器设备的计算机执行如下步骤:
    访问信息发送步骤,根据来自广播接收装置的请求,发送访问信息,该访问信息包含向提供内容的内容提供装置访问的访问目的地和认证码;
    认证码获取步骤,获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述认证码;
    对应信息生成步骤,生成对应信息,该对应信息是将所述认证码获取步骤中获取到的认证码所对应的广播接收装置、和基于该认证码的令牌标记建立了对应的信息;
    令牌标记发送步骤,向所述内容提供装置发送基于所述认证码获取步骤中获取到的认证码的令牌标记;
    显示内容信息获取步骤,获取由所述内容提供装置发送的所述令牌标记、基于来自终端的请求的显示对象的内容的访问目的地、以及与广告相关的信息;
    广告信息获取步骤,获取基于所述显示内容信息获取步骤中获取到的与所述广告相关的信息的广告信息;
    访问目的地生成步骤,基于所述显示内容信息获取步骤中获取到的显示对象的内容的访问目的地、所述广告信息获取步骤中获取到的广告信息,生成所述显示对象的内容、所述广告信息所表示的广告的访问目的地即显示对象的访问目的地;以及
    访问目的地发送步骤,针对与所述显示内容信息获取步骤中获取到的令牌标记对应的 广播接收装置,发送所述显示对象的访问目的地。
