Description

Software for ordering products needed for pharmacies from pharmaceutical companies
Description:
FIELD GF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to a Windows software can be installed by pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies by which pharmacies can choose their desired pharmaceutical company and after viewing the details of the products of that pharmaceutical company, they can place the orders from that pharmaceutical company.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical problems and invention goals:
In the traditional way of ordering drugs, pharmaceutical companies have to send people to pharmacies to get orders, which is a time-consuming and costly task for pharmaceutical companies, but with the software system provided by me, pharmacies will be able to easily buy the drugs and items they needed from pharmaceutical companies.
In the traditional way, pharmacies have to ask for changes in the price and inventory of drugs by phone from pharmaceutical companies, which leads to frequent and tedious phone calls for pharmacists, but with the software system created by me, pharmacies will be able to easily view price changes and changes in inventory of drugs and other items by selecting the desired pharmaceutical company.
In the traditional way, pharmaceutical companies send their agents to pharmacies once or twice a week for a short period of time, and pharmacies have to place their orders in this short period of time, but with the software system created by me. Pharmacies will be able to place their orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week (7/24) whenever they want.
In the traditional way, a number of profiteers (sometimes the company's own staff) buy the drugs at a low price from pharmaceutical companies and sell it on the black market to drug traffickers, which leads to an increase in drug trafficking in the country, but with the implementation of this software, this system will solve this problem because the sales list of pharmaceutical companies will be registered in the system. In fact, with the implementation of this invention, pharmaceutical companies can only sell drugs to pharmacies, and drug trafficking interfaces will be eliminated.
Because this system is an online business, it is more financially transparent, because all transactions are recorded in the system, so the probability of tax evasion is very low, but in the traditional way, due to low financial transparency, there is a possibility of tax evasion.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The general operation of the invention is that by creating a system (Windows software), pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies across the country enter the system and become members of the software system in the "sign up" section; Then they enter the software through the username and password from the "Login" section. After entering their respective panel, pharmacies will see the list of products of the desired pharmaceutical company in a section by selecting the "desired pharmaceutical company", which will select the desired number according to the conditions of the products. The total amount in terms of the amount for the entire order of pharmacies appears that pharmacies can send the order directly to the pharmaceutical company by clicking the "Send Order" button, or by clicking the "Draft" button, save the order as a draft and that Send or delete at any time. Pharmaceutical companies, after entering their respective panels, enter information about their products in the "Products" section and can even edit the information of a product or remove a product from the list, in the "Order Management" section. Also, pharmaceutical companies will have access to orders by paying a fee of one percent (1%) of the total amount of the order (it is not possible to view orders without paying a fee); For example, if a pharmacy has placed an order of five thousand dollars, a fee of fifty dollars will be requested. Also, after paying the commission, the pharmaceutical companies can print the orders in a section called "Output" or save the orders as a PDF file.

Clear and precise expression of software benefits:
The most important advantage of this invention is that pharmacies have access to the list of items and goods of pharmaceutical companies 24 hours a day, seven days a week (7/24) and can place their orders whenever they want, if in the traditional way Representatives of pharmaceutical companies visit the pharmacy once or at most twice a week, and pharmacies have to place their orders at this limited time.
Another advantage of this invention is that pharmacies have to make many contacts with pharmaceutical companies to be aware of changes in the price of goods or the inventory of pharmaceutical items, but with the implementation of this invention, pharmacies by choosing the desired pharmaceutical company can easily be announced from the changes of the prices and inventory of items.
Another advantage of this software is informing about "market deficit drugs", which with the implementation of this invention, there is no need to inform through social networks or phone calls by pharmaceutical companies, and pharmaceutical companies can enter " market deficit drugs and goods" when it is available in their list of goods for pharmacies to view by selecting the relevant pharmaceutical company. Another advantage is the availability and constant viewing of the list of items and goods of the pharmaceutical companies by the pharmacy, which will increase the purchase rate of pharmacies and increase the sales of pharmaceutical companies, which will lead to an increase in the production of pharmaceutical items.
How to implement the software.
This program consists of four sections due to the need to be widely available and available online to users (pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies) in any part of the country.
The first part of this project is implemented using Web Api 2 technology in the web platform, which provides an Api to the program under Windows that can be used to perform the main operations for calling and recording information.
The second part of the project is actually the under Windows client program, which is implemented with #C programming language and WPF technology. The reason for using WPF is the existence of many libraries to create a beautiful and user-friendly graphical environment, as well as the up-to-dateness of this technology.
The third part is the project database, which was created using SQL Server 2012, and all its tables and data were purchased and copied to the host.
The fourth part is a class Library subproject whose output is a DLL file. This section contains classes that define the communication structure between the other sections and its task is to fill the gap that has been created between the previous sections.
All the above sections are coded using Visual Studio 2019 software and .NET Framework 4.5.2.
Program Codes (#C)
In this software, #C is used for program logic and Xaml is used for program user interface. This software consists of four layers.
(Codes are provided in four separate files) which include:
App: There are software codes.
Model Database: There is a layer through which the software layer can interact with the web layer.
Tables: Interface code (contains a series of classes that can be used as interfaces for other sections)
Web Api: There are codes that perform the main operation that is to be performed on the bank and all requests are sent to it (such as logging in, ordering items, showing items, etc.)
