通常,用户可以在电子设备的通知栏中查阅并回复电子设备接收到的多个应用的消息。在相关技术中,假设用户需要回复电子设备接收到的多个应用(例如应用1和应用2)的消息(例如消息1和消息2),则用户可以先触发电子设备显示通知栏,再对该通知栏中的消息1进行输入,以在该消息1对应的应用1的界面中回复该消息1,然后用户可以再次触发电子设备显示通知栏,并对消息2进行输入,以在该消息2对应的应用2的界面中回复该消息2。
然而,由于用户需要触发电子设备在通知栏和消息对应的多个应用的界面间来回切换,才可以回复电子设备接收到的多个应用的消息,因此,在回复多个应用的消息的过程中,用户的操作比较繁琐且耗时。
如此,导致电子设备回复消息的效率较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种消息回复方法、装置和电子设备,能够解决电子设备回复消息的效率较低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种消息回复方法,该方法包括:在接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,接收用户的第一输入;一个联系人对应至少一个消息,M、N为大于1的整数;响应于第一输入,显示K个标识,一个标识指示一个联系人,K为大于1的整数;接收用户的第二输入;响应于第二输入,将回复消息发送至K个标识中的目标标识指示的目标联系人的电子设备;其中,目标标识为K个标识中的至少一个标识。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种消息回复装置,该消息回复装置包括:接收模块、显示模块和发送模块。其中,接收模块,用于在接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,接收用户的第一输入;一个联系人对应至少一个消息,M、N为大于1的整数。显示模块,用于响应于接收模块接收的第一输入,显示K个标识,一个标识指示一个联系人,K为大于1的整数。上述接收模块,还用于接收用户的第二输入。发送模块,用于响应于接收模块接收的第二输入,将回复消息发送至K个标识中的目标标识指示的目标联系人的电子设备;其中,目标标识为K个标识中的至少一个标识。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所 述处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的方法的步骤。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供了一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的方法的步骤。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如第一方面所述的方法。
在本申请实施例中,在电子设备接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,电子设备可以根据用户的第一输入,显示该N个联系人对应的K个标识(一个标识指示一个联系人),并根据用户的第二输入,将回复消息发送至该K个标识中的目标标识(即K个标识中的至少一个标识)指示的联系人的电子设备。由于在电子设备接收到M个消息的情况下,电子设备可以根据用户的第一输入,显示该M个消息的所有联系人对应的所有标识,从而用户可以对所有标识中,至少一个联系人对应的至少一个标识进行输入,以使得电子设备可以直接将回复消息发送至至少一个联系人的电子设备,而无需用户在通知栏和聊天消息对应的多个应用的界面间来回切换,因此,可以简化用户的操作、且减少耗时,提升电子设备回复消息的效率。

下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法进行详细地说明。
本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法可以应用于用户回复多个应用对应的消息的场景。
针对用户回复多个用户的消息的场景,假设用户1需要回复电子设备1接收到的多个应用(例如应用1和应用2)的消息(例如用户2的聊天消息1和用户3的聊天消息2),用户1可以先触发电子设备1显示通知栏(该通知栏中包含用户2的聊天消息1和用户3的聊天消息2),再点击该用户2的聊天消息1,以使得电子设备1可以将通知栏切换至应用1中用户2的聊天会话窗口界面1,从而用户1可以在该聊天会话窗口界面1中,回复用户2的聊天消息1,以使得电子设备1可以将回复消息发送至用户2的电子设备2;然后,用户1可以再次触发电子设备1显示通知栏,再点击该用户3的聊天消息2,以使得电子设备1可以将通知栏切换至应用2中用户3的聊天会话窗口界面2,从而用户1可以在该聊天会话窗口界面2中,回复用户3的聊天消息2,以使得电子设备1可以将回复消息发送至用户3的电子设备3。然而,由于用户1需要触发电子设备1在通知栏和聊天消息对应的多个应用的界面间来回切换,才可以回复电子设备接收到的多个应用的聊天消息,因此用户1的操作比较繁琐。在本申请实施例中,在接收到用户2的聊天消息1和用户3的聊天消息2的情况下,用户1可以对电子设备1的显示屏进行输入,以使得电子设备1可以在电子设备1当前显示的界面上悬浮显示N个消息会话窗口(每个消息会话窗口中分别显示有一个联系人的所有消息),从而用户1可以在该N个消息会话窗口中,显示有用户2的聊天消息1的消息会话窗口中,回复用户2的聊天消息1,以使得电子设备1可以将回复消息发送至用户2的电子设备2;然后,用户1可以再在该N个消息会话窗口中,显示有用户3的聊天消息2的消息会话窗口中,回复用户3的聊天消息2,以使得电子设备1可以将回复消息发送至用户3的电子设备3;即用户1无需触发电子设备1在通知栏和应用1的界面间、通知栏和应用2的界面间来回切换,因此简化了用户1的操作、且缩短了耗时。
本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法,图1示出了本申请实施例提供的一种消息回复方法的流程图。如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法可以包括下述的步骤101至步骤104。
步骤101、在接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,消息回复装置接收用户的第一输入。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在用户使用消息回复装置的过程中,若消息回复装置接收到N个联系人的M个消息,则消息回复装置可以采用预设提示方式提示用户,从而用户可以对消息回复装置进行第一输入。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述预设提示方式可以包括以下至少一项:响铃提示方式、振动提示方式和显示提示窗口提示方式。
本申请实施例中,针对N个联系人中的每个联系人,一个联系人对应至少一个消息,M、N为大于1的整数。

举例说明,以消息回复装置为手机为例进行说明。如图2中的(A)所示,在接收到N个联系人的M个消息(例如联系人1的消息、联系人2的消息、联系人3的消 息和联系人4的消息)的情况下,手机显示提示窗口(例如窗口10),从而用户可以对该窗口10进行第一输入;如图2中的(B)所示,在用户进行第一输入之后,手机可以根据M个消息对应的应用的应用名称,将M个消息分为Q个消息组(例如消息组1和消息组2),该消息组1中包括一个应用(例如应用a)对应的所有消息(例如联系人1的消息和联系人2的消息),该消息组2中包括一个应用(例如应用b)对应的所有消息(例如联系人3的消息和联系人4的消息),从而消息回复装置可以根据消息组1包括的消息的联系人(即联系人1和联系人2),生成两个标识(例如标识11和标识12),并以层叠的形式显示该标识11和标识12,再根据消息组2包括的消息的联系人(即联系人3和联系人4),生成两个标识(例如标识13和标识14),并以层叠的形式显示该标识13和标识14。
可以理解,针对Q个消息组中的每个消息组,一个消息组对应的至少一个标识,可以包括至少一个层级,每个层级对应一个标识,该至少一个层级的排列顺序,是基于至少一个应用对应的所有消息的接收时间信息确定的。
举例说明,如图3所示,假设一个消息组对应至少一个标识(例如标识19、标识20、标识21和标识22),该标识19指示的联系人的消息的接收时间信息、与当前系统时间信息的差值为时间信息1,该标识20指示的联系人的消息的接收时间信息、与当前系统时间信息的差值为时间信息2,该标识21指示的联系人的消息的接收时间信息、与当前系统时间信息的差值为时间信息3,该标识22指示的联系人的消息的接收时间信息、与当前系统时间信息的差值为时间信息4,该时间信息4<时间信息3<时间信息2<时间信息1,则消息回复装置可以将该标识22确定为至少一个层级中的第一层级,将该标识21确定为至少一个层级中的第二层级,将该标识20确定为至少一个层级中的第三层级,将该标识19确定为至少一个层级中的第四层级。
又示例性地,假设第一输入的输入类型为点击输入,第一输入的输入对象为提示窗口中的显示对象(例如下述实施例中的联系人标识),则消息回复装置可以根据用户对显示对象的点击输入,从N个联系人中,确定出与该显示对象对应的K个联系人,并根据该K个联系人的消息,生成K个标识,以显示K个标识。
可以理解,N≥K。
举例说明,如图4中的(A)所示,在接收到N个联系人的M个消息(例如联系人5的消息和联系人6的消息)的情况下,手机显示提示窗口(例如窗口23),该窗口23中包括N个显示对象(例如显示对象24和显示对象25),从而用户可以对该显示对象24进行第一输入;如图4中的(B)所示,在用户进行第一输入之后,手机可以从N个联系人中,确定出与该显示对象24对应的K个联系人(即联系人5),并根据该联系人5,显示K个标识(例如标识26)。

本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法,在消息回复装置接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,消息回复装置可以根据用户的第一输入,显示该N个联系人对应的K个标识(一个标识指示一个联系人),并根据用户的第二输入,将回复消息发送至该K个标识中的目标标识(即K个标识中的至少一个标识)指示的联系人的消息回复装置。由于在消息回复装置接收到M个消息的情况下,消息回复装置可以根据用户的第一输入,显示该M个消息的所有联系人对应的所有标识,从而用户可以对所有标识中,至少一个联系人对应的至少一个标识进行输入,以使得消息回复装置可以直接将回复消息发送至至少一个联系人的消息回复装置,而无需用户在通知栏和聊天消息对应的多个应用的界面间来回切换,因此,可以简化用户的操作、且减少耗时,提升消息回复装置回复消息的效率。
本申请实施例中,上述预设提示方式包括显示提示窗口提示方式,即在接收到联系人的消息的情况下,消息回复装置可以显示提示窗口,该提示窗口中显示有该消息对应的应用的应用标识,从而用户可以快速地查看该消息对应的应用标识。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述M个消息为X个应用中的消息,一个应用对应M个消息中的至少一个消息。具体的,结合图1,如图5所示,在上述步骤101之前,本申请实施例提供的消息回复方法还可以包括下述的步骤201。

举例说明,如图6所示,在接收到M个消息的情况下,手机显示第一窗口(例如窗口27),该第一窗口显示X个应用的应用标识(例如应用标识28和应用标识29),该应用标识28为M个消息对应的一个应用(例如应用a)的应用标识,该应用标识29为M个消息对应的另一个应用(例如应用b)的应用标识。
进一步可选地,在本申请的一种可能的实现方式中,消息回复装置可以分别检测M个消息,以获取该M个消息对应的X个应用的应用名称,从而消息回复装置可以根据该X个应用的应用名称,生成该X个应用的应用标识,以在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识,以显示第一窗口。
进一步可选地,在本申请的另一种可能的实现方式中,消息回复装置可以分别检测M个消息,以获取该M个消息对应的X个应用的应用名称,和目标消息的目标联系人的联系人名称,从而消息回复装置可以根据该X个应用的应用名称,生成该X个应用的应用标识,并根据该目标联系人的联系人名称,生成该目标联系人的联系人标识,以在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标联系人的联系人标识,以显示第一窗口。

进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,消息回复装置可以先在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识,然后根据用户对该第一窗口的调整输入,在调整后的第一窗口的显示尺寸大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,再在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标联系人的联系人标识;或者,消息回复装置可以在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标联系人的联系人标识。
本申请实施例中,由于消息回复装置在接收到消息的情况下,可以显示第一窗口,从而用户可以根据X个应用的应用标识(或者,X个应用的应用标识以及目标联系人的联系人标识),确认消息回复装置接收到的消息中是否存在用户想要回复的消息,因此可以提升用户的使用体验,如此可以提升消息回复装置的使用便捷性。
下面将举例描述,消息回复装置如何在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识,再在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标联系人的联系人标识。

步骤201c、消息回复装置响应于第三输入,在侧边区域显示第一窗口,并在移动后的第一窗口中添加目标联系人的联系人标识。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,消息回复装置可以调整第一窗口的显示尺寸,并在侧边区域中,按照调整后的显示尺寸显示第一窗口,以及在移动后的第一窗口中添加目标联系人的联系人标识。

举例说明,如图7中的(A)所示,在接收到M个消息的情况下,手机在目标区域(例如区域30)显示第一窗口(例如窗口31),该窗口31中显示X个应用的应用标识(例如应用标识32和应用标识33),该应用标识32为M个消息对应的一个应用(应用a)的应用标识,该应用标识33为M个消息对应的另一个应用(应用b)的应用标识,目标应用包括该应用a和该应用b,从而用户可以进行第三输入;如图7中的(B)所示,在用户进行第三输入之后,手机可以在侧边区域(例如区域34)显示窗口31,并在移动后的窗口31中添加目标联系人的联系人标识(例如联系人标识35、联系人标识36和联系人标识37),并根据区域34的区域位置,将当前显示的界面中显示内容(例如内容38)向左侧移动。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,在消息回复装置在移动后的第一窗口中添加目标联系人的联系人标识之后,消息回复装置可以显示调整控件,从而用户可以对该调整控件进行输入,以使得消息回复装置可以将第一窗口移动至显示屏的除侧边区域外的其他侧边区域。
本申请实施例中,若用户想要在第一窗口中显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标消息的目标联系人的联系人标识,则可以对消息回复装置进行拖动输入,以使得消息回复装置可以将第一窗口移动至显示屏的侧边区域,并在第一窗口中添加目标消息的目 标联系人的联系人标识。
本申请实施例中,由于消息回复装置在接收到消息的情况下,可以先在目标区域显示第一窗口,并根据用户用于移动第一窗口的第三输入,在第一窗口中添加目标联系人的联系人标识,从而用户可以根据目标联系人的联系人标识(和/或X个应用的应用标识),确认消息回复装置接收到的消息中是否存在用户想要回复的消息,因此可以提升用户的使用体验,如此可以提升消息回复装置的使用便捷性。
下面将举例说明,第一窗口是如何显示X个应用的应用标识以及目标消息的目标联系人的联系人标识的。

上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种消息回复方法,所述方法包括:
    在接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,接收用户的第一输入;一个联系人对应至少一个消息,M、N为大于1的整数;
    响应于所述第一输入,显示K个标识,一个标识指示一个联系人,K为大于1的整数;
    接收用户的第二输入;
    响应于所述第二输入,将回复消息发送至所述K个标识中的目标标识指示的目标联系人的电子设备;
    其中,所述目标标识为所述K个标识中的至少一个标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述M个消息为X个应用中的消息,一个应用对应所述M个消息中的至少一个消息;
    所述接收第一输入之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示第一窗口;
    其中,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识;或者,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识以及目标消息的目标联系人的联系人标识;
    所述目标消息为:所述M个消息中所述X个应用的目标应用对应的消息;X为大于1的整数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述显示第一窗口,包括:
    在显示屏的目标区域显示第一窗口,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识;
    接收用户用于将所述第一窗口移动至所述显示屏的侧边区域的第三输入;
    响应于所述第三输入,在所述侧边区域显示所述第一窗口,并在移动后的所述第一窗口中添加所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    其中,所述目标区域为所述显示屏的侧边区域以外的其他区域。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述显示第一窗口,包括:
    按照应用数量X,将所述第一窗口划分为Y个第一显示区域,Y为大于1的整数;
    在所述Y个第一显示区域上,显示所述X个应用的应用标识和所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    其中,任一第一显示区域内显示:所述X个应用中的至少一个应用的应用标识,或者,所述X个应用中的至少一个应用的应用标识及所述至少一个应用对应的消息的联系人的联系人标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在X大于Y的情况下,所述在所述Y个第一显示区域上,显示所述X个应用的应用标识和所述目标联系人的联系人标识之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述Y个第一显示区域中的Y-1个第一显示区域上,显示第一内容,并在剩余第一显示区域上显示第二内容;
    接收用户在所述剩余第一显示区域上的第四输入;
    响应于所述第四输入,更新显示所述第二内容;
    其中,所述目标应用为所述Y-1个应用;
    所述第一内容包括:所述X个应用中的Y-1个应用的应用标识以及所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    所述第二内容包括:所述X个应用中除所述Y-1个应用以外的其他应用的应用标识;
    更新显示的所述第二内容包括:所述其他应用的应用标识,以及所述M个消息中所述其他应用对应消息的联系人的联系人标识。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述显示K个标识,包括:
    显示所述K个标识以及文字输入框;
    所述接收用户的第二输入,包括:
    在用户在所述文字输入框输入消息内容的情况下,接收用户对所述文字输入框的拖动输入;
    其中,所述目标标识为:所述K个标识中,所述拖动输入的拖动轨迹经过的标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述K个标识为K个会话窗口;
    所述将回复消息发送至所述K个标识中的目标标识指示的目标联系人的电子设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述K个会话窗口中的目标会话窗口中,添加所述回复消息的消息内容。
  8. 一种消息回复装置,所述消息回复装置包括:接收模块、显示模块和发送模块;
    所述接收模块,用于在接收到N个联系人的M个消息的情况下,接收用户的第一输入;一个联系人对应至少一个消息,M、N为大于1的整数;
    所述显示模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第一输入,显示K个标识,一个标识指示一个联系人,K为大于1的整数;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户的第二输入;
    所述发送模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第二输入,将回复消息发送至所述K个标识中的目标标识指示的目标联系人的消息回复装置;
    其中,所述目标标识为所述K个标识中的至少一个标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的消息回复装置,其中,所述M个消息为X个应用中的消息,一个应用对应所述M个消息中的至少一个消息;
    所述显示模块,还用于显示第一窗口;
    其中,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识;或者,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识以及目标消息的目标联系人的联系人标识;
    所述目标消息为:所述M个消息中所述X个应用的目标应用对应的消息;X为大于1的整数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的消息回复装置,其中,所述显示模块,具体用于在显示屏的目标区域显示第一窗口,所述第一窗口显示所述X个应用的应用标识;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户用于将所述第一窗口移动至所述显示屏的侧边区域的第三输入;
    所述显示模块,具体用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第三输入,在所述侧边区域显示所述第一窗口;
    所述消息回复装置还包括:添加模块;
    所述添加模块,用于在移动后的所述第一窗口中添加所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    其中,所述目标区域为所述显示屏的侧边区域以外的其他区域。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的消息回复装置,其中,所述消息回复装置还包括:划分模块;
    所述划分模块,用于按照应用数量X,将所述第一窗口划分为Y个第一显示区域,Y为大于1的整数;
    所述显示模块,具体用于在所述划分模块划分的所述Y个第一显示区域上,显示所述X个应用的应用标识和所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    其中,任一第一显示区域内显示:所述X个应用中的至少一个应用的应用标识,或者,所述X个应用中的至少一个应用的应用标识及所述至少一个应用对应的消息的联系人的联系人标识。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的消息回复装置,其中,X大于Y;
    所述显示模块,还用于在所述Y个第一显示区域中的Y-1个第一显示区域上,显示第一内容,并在剩余第一显示区域上显示第二内容;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户在所述剩余第一显示区域上的第四输入;
    所述消息回复装置还包括:更新模块;
    所述更新模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第四输入,更新显示所述第二内容;
    其中,所述目标应用为所述Y-1个应用;
    所述第一内容包括:所述X个应用中的Y-1个应用的应用标识以及所述目标联系人的联系人标识;
    所述第二内容包括:所述X个应用中除所述Y-1个应用以外的其他应用的应用标识;
    更新显示的所述第二内容包括:所述其他应用的应用标识,以及所述M个消息中所述其他应用对应消息的联系人的联系人标识。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的消息回复装置,其中,所述显示模块,具体用于显示所述K个标识以及文字输入框;
    所述接收模块,具体用于在用户在所述显示模块显示的所述文字输入框输入消息内容的情况下,接收用户对所述文字输入框的拖动输入;
    其中,所述目标标识为:所述K个标识中,所述拖动输入的拖动轨迹经过的标识。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的消息回复装置,其中,所述K个标识为N个会话窗口;
    所述消息回复装置还包括:添加模块;
    所述添加模块,用于在所述K个会话窗口中的目标会话窗口中,添加所述回复消息的消息内容。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息回复方法的步骤。
  16. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令 被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息回复方法的步骤。
  17. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息回复方法的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被存储在非易失的存储介质中,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息回复方法的步骤。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括所述电子设备被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息回复方法的步骤。
