市场上的定时插座,目前主要有智能插座(wifi控制)、电子式定时插座、机械式定时插座这几种。智能插座成本高,操作复杂,同时需要借助网络才能操作;电子式定时插座操作繁琐,大部分用户无法轻松操作;机械式定时插座,定时不精准,而且在工作过程中也会出现杂音;有些机械式定时插座还容易出现操作失误损坏定时插座的问题,而且所有的智能插座、电子式定时插座,在停止输出电源后,本身还带有功耗,造成了不必要的浪费。

本实用新型实施例提供一种调时插座,包括:
外壳:为一容置空腔,包括第一插座通孔、第二插座通孔和插座口;
主控电路板:安装在所述外壳的容置空腔内;
按压开关组件:一端与所述主控电路板电连接,另一端穿过所述第二插座通孔裸露在所述外壳之外,以供用户按压后断开或开启电源;
插座组件:与所述按压开关组件和所述主控电路板连接,外置插座通过所述插座口与所述按压开关组件连接进行供电;
调时旋转开关;一端与所述主控电路板电连接,另一端穿过所述第一插座通孔裸露在所述外壳之外,以供用户旋转以调节所述按压开关组件通电时长。

在一实施例中,所述连接架34包括保护所述火线端子31、零线端子32和地线端子33的保护门341和弹簧342,所述保护门341设置有两个,分别用于容置所述火线端子31、零线端子32和地线端子33,所述弹簧342夹持在两个保护门之间,以弹性调节两个个保护门之间的距离。
在一实施例中,还包括USB电源板60,所述USB电源板60容置在所述外壳10内,所述外壳10上设置有USB接口14,以通过所述USB接口14连接所述USB电源板60进行供电,通过该USB接口14,可采用带USB的数据线给手机、平板或者其他的移动设备进行充电。
在一实施例中,还包括支撑架70,支撑架70设置在容置腔内, 用于支撑所述主控电路板20、连接架34和USB电源板60。
在一实施例中,请参阅图5,所述主控电路板20上的调时电路,调时电路包括调时芯片U2,第一电阻R1、第二电阻R2、第三电阻R3、第四电阻R4、第五电阻R5、第六电阻R6、第七电阻R7、第八电阻R8、第九电阻R9、第十电阻R10、第十一电阻R11、第一电容C1、第二电容C2、第三电容C3、第四电阻C4、三极管Q4、电阻JP、第一二极管D1、第二二极管D2、第一稳压管ZD1、第二稳压管ZD2和LED灯,调时芯片U2有10个引脚,其中,第二引脚、第三引脚、第七引脚和第八引脚分别连接调节器42的四个档位J2、J3、J4和J1,通过控制四个档位插座的导通和闭合来选择连通信号,从而产生不同的控制信号,在调时芯片U2中设置针对四种信号分别映射不同的控制时间段,以分别控制插座的通断时长。按压开关SW1的按压两端一端连接火线端子AC-L端,另一端连接电磁线圈L,即电池线圈51,电磁线圈L的一端连接接地端子L-和三极管Q4的集电极,另一端分别连接第一二极管D1的第一端、第二二极管D2的第一端和第一电阻R1的第一端,第一电阻R1的第二端连接调时芯片U2的第九引脚,第一二极管D1的第二端分别连接第二电阻R2的第一端和第十电阻R10的第一端,第二电阻的第二端连接第三电阻R3的第一端,第三电阻R3的第二端连接第四电阻R4,第十电阻R10的第二端分别连接第二电阻R2的第二端、第三电阻R3的第一端和第九电阻R9的第一端,第九电阻R9的第二端分别连接第三电阻R3的第二端、第四电阻R4的第一端和第十一电阻R11的第一端,第十一电阻R11的第二端分别连接调时芯片U2的第一引脚、第四电容C4的第一端和第四电阻R4的第二端,第四电容C4的第二端连接调时芯片C4的第十引脚和接地端,第四电阻R4的第二端分别连接第七电阻R7第一端、第二电容C2的第一端和第一稳压管ZD1的第二端,第七电阻R7的第二端接地,第二电容C2的第二端接地,第一稳压管ZD1的第一端接地。第二二极管D2的第二端连接第六电阻R6的第一端,第六电阻R6的第二端连接第五电阻R5的第一端,第五电阻R5的第二端分 别连接第一电容C1的第一端、第二稳压管ZD2的第二端和LED灯的第一端,第二稳压管ZD2的第一端接地,第一电容C1的第二端接地,LED灯的第二端连接调时芯片U2的第五引脚,调时芯片U2的第九引脚分别连接第八电阻R8的第二端,第八电阻R8的第一端分别连接第三电容C3的第一端和三极管的基极,第三电容C3的第二端接地,三极管的发射集接地。电阻JR的第一端连接零线端子AC-N,电阻JR的第二端接地。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种调时插座,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳:为一容置空腔,包括第一插座通孔、第二插座通孔和插座口;
    主控电路板:安装在所述外壳的容置空腔内;
    按压开关组件:一端与所述主控电路板电连接,另一端穿过所述第二插座通孔裸露在所述外壳之外,以供用户按压后断开或开启电源;
    插座组件:与所述按压开关组件和所述主控电路板连接,外置插座通过所述插座口与所述按压开关组件连接进行供电;
    调时旋转开关;一端与所述主控电路板电连接,另一端穿过所述第一插座通孔裸露在所述外壳之外,以供用户旋转以调节所述按压开关组件通电时长。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的调时插座,其特征在于,还包括电源指示灯,所述电源指示灯与所述主控电路板连接,以根据所述插座组件的供电状态进行指示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的调时插座,其特征在于,所述按压开关组件包括按压开关和电磁线圈,所述电磁线圈一端与所述主控电路板连接,另一端与所述按压开关连接,所述电磁线圈内部有磁芯,电磁线圈在通电的时候产生磁场,磁场激励磁芯快速弹出,顶开所述按压开关的一端,所述按压开关断电。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的调时插座,其特征在于,所述插座组件包括火线端子、零线端子、地线端子和连接架,所述火线端子、零线端子和地线端子分别架设在所述连接架上,所述外置插座穿过所述插座口与所述连接架,并分别与火线端子、零线端子和地线端子连接以进行供电。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的调时插座,其特征在于,所述外壳远离所述插座口的一侧还设置有第三通孔,所述火线端子、零线端子、地线端子的延伸端分别通过第三通孔延伸出所述外壳以插接在外部 插座上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的调时插座,其特征在于,所述连接架包括保护所述火线端子、零线端子和地线端子的保护门和弹簧,所述保护门设置有两个,分别用于容置所述火线端子、零线端子和地线端子,所述弹簧夹持在两个保护门之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的调时插座,其特征在于,还包括USB电源板,所述USB电源板容置在所述外壳内,所述外壳上设置有USB接口,以通过所述USB接口连接所述USB电源板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的调时插座,其特征在于,所述主控电路板上包括调时电路,所述调时电路与所述调时旋转开关和所述按压开关组件连接。
