本申请提供一种信息提示方法,该方法应用于扩展设备。首先,获取主机设备的目标信息。然后将目标信息与预设信息进行比对。若目标信息与预设信息不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。由于当目标信息与预设信息不匹配时,扩展设备无法正常工作,因此,此时,执行第一预设提示操作,从而使得用户可以获取到扩展设备无法正常工作的原因。因此,本申请可以获取到扩展设备无法正常工作的原因。

为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
下面对本申请实施例一提供的信息提示方法进行描述,本申请实施例一所述的各个步骤应用于扩展设备,请参阅附图1,本申请实施例一中的信息提示方法包括:
步骤S101、获取主机设备的目标信息。
在步骤S101中,主机设备包括电脑以及手机等。主机设备的目标信息包括主机设备的目标端口参数以及从主机设备传输至扩展设备的数据等。当目标信息为主机设备的目标端口参数时,可以是主机设备主动将目标端口参数发送给扩展设备。或者,也可以是扩展设备主动采集目标端口参数。本申请在此不做限定。当扩展设备检测到本扩展设备与主机设备连接时,扩展设备获取主机设备的目标信息。
步骤S102、将目标信息与预设信息进行比对。
在步骤S102中,预设信息可以是本扩展设备的各种参数,也可以是外接设备的各种参数。外接设备包括U盘、键盘、鼠标、电源适配器、存储卡以及显示器等。扩展设备可以通过用户手动输入的方式获取预设信息,然后再将预设信息进行存储。应理解,当扩展设备包括显示屏时,扩展设备可以通过扩展设备的显示屏接收用户手动输入的信息。或者,扩展设备也可以通过终端设备上的应用程序或小程序接收用户手动输入的信息。本申请在此不做限定。
扩展设备也可以主动采集预设信息,然后再将预设信息进行存储。当预设信息为外接设备的各种参数时,扩展设备可以在检测到本扩展设备与外接设备连接时采集外接设备的各种参数,然后再将该外接设备的各种参数进行存储。
步骤S103、若目标信息与预设信息不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
在步骤S103中,扩展设备将目标信息与预设信息进行比对后,如果目标信息与预设信息不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。比如,主机设备的端口的USB协议为USB2.0,扩展设备的端口的USB协议为USB3.0。此时,目标信息USB2.0协议与预设信息USB3.0协议不匹配,执行第一预设提示操作。
执行第一预设提示操作包括在扩展设备的显示屏上显示目标信息以及预设信息、以指示灯的形式进行提示、以震动的形式进行提示、以声音的形式进行提示以及通过无线或有线的方式把目标信息与预设信息发送至关联的终端设备等方式。本申请对于第一预设提示操作的方式不做限定。
在一些实施例中,扩展设备在执行第一预设提示操作之后,扩展设备还可根据目标信息与预设信息执行相应的解决操作。
当目标信息与预设信息不匹配时,扩展设备并不停止与主机设备和与外接设备的交互,而是根据目标信息与预设信息执行相应的解决操作。比如,当目标信息USB2.0协议与预设信息USB3.0协议不匹配时,扩展设备在扩展设备的显示屏上显示目标信息USB2.0协议以及预设信息USB3.0协议之后,扩展设备选择按照USB2.0协议与主机设备传输数据。应理解,此时,扩展设备还可在显示屏上显示目前是以USB2.0协议与主机设备传输数据,以便用户获知目前数据传输的情况。又比如,当目标信息为目标视频分辨率参数小于预设视频分辨率参数时,扩展在执行第一预设提示操作之后,直接将目标视频分辨率参数对应的原始视频发送至外接设备。
在另一些实施例中,目标信息包括目标端口参数,预设信息包括扩展设备的预设端口参数;相应地,将目标参数与预设参数进行比对,若目标参数与预设参数不匹配,则执行预设提示操作,包括:识别目标端口参数,并将目标端口参数匹配与预设端口参数进行比对;若目标端口参数与预设端口参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
在本实施例中,目标信息包括主机设备的目标端口参数,主机设备的目标端口参数可以包括主机设备的端口的类型参数、主机设备的端口的USB协议、主机设备的端口的通讯协议以及主机设备的端口的充电协议等。相应地,预设端口参数可以包括扩展设备的各个端口的类型参数、USB协议、通讯协议以及充电协议等。应理解,扩展设备内可存在多种充电协议。
当扩展设备获取到目标端口参数时,识别目标端口参数,并将目标端口参数与预设端口参数进行比对。若目标端口参数与预设端口参数不匹配,则执行预设提示操作。比如,当目标端口参数为第一充电协议,预设端口参数包括至少一种第二充电协议时,扩展设备在获取到第一充电协议后,查找是否存在与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议,如果不存在与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议,则执行第一预设提示操作。
需要说明的是,当不存在与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议时,根据目标信息与预设信息执行相应的解决操作包括:扩展设备可按照预设充电协议确定目标充电电流和目标充电电压,然后根据该目标充电电流和该目标充电电压为主机设备充电。
在另一些实施例中,扩展设备还可以获取外接设备的端口参数,并将外接设备的端口参数与预设端口参数进行比对,若外接设备的端口参数与预设端口参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。外接设备的端口参数包括外接设备的端口的类型参数、USB协议、通讯协议以及充电协议等。
比如,当电源适配器(外接设备)与扩展设备连接时,扩展设备还需要将第二充电协议与电源适配器的第三充电协议进行比对,若不存在与第三充电协议匹配的第二充电协议,扩展设备执行第一预设提示操作。需要说明的是,当不存在与第三充电协议匹配的第二充电协议,存在与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议时,根据目标信息与预设信息执行相应的解决操作包括:扩展设备可根据与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议将从电源适配器获取到的充电电流和充电电压转换为目标充电电流和目标充电电压,最后再根据目标充电电流和目标充电电压为主机设备供电。
此外,由于预设端口参数包括至少一种第二充电协议。因此,当电源适配器的第三充电协议与主机设备的第一充电协议不匹配时,有可能出现与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议和与第三充电协议匹配的第二充电协议不相同的情况。此时,根据与第一充电协议匹配的第二充电协议,扩展设备可以将与第三充电协议匹配的第二充电协议的充电电压和充电电流转换为目标充电电流和目标充电电压,再根据目标充电电流和目标充电电压为主机设备供电。
在另一些实施例中,目标信息包括目标视频参数,预设信息包括预设视频参数;相应地,将目标参数与预设参数进行比对,若目标参数与预设参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作,包括:将各个目标视频参数与预设视频参数进行比对;若目标视频参数与预设视频参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
在本实施例中,目标视频参数可以是主机设备将目标视频参数对应的原始视频发送给扩展设备后,扩展设备对原始视频进行解析得到。或者,也可以是主机设备将目标视频参数和目标视频参数对应的原始视频一起发送给扩展设备,扩展设备从而获取到目标视频参数。对于目标视频参数的获取方式本申请在此不做限定。
预设视频参数为外接设备的参数,比如,显示器的分辨率参数以及显示器支持的视频格式参数等。当扩展设备获取到目标视频参数后,将各个目标视频参数与预设视频参数进行比对,若目标视频参数与预设视频参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
比如,当目标视频参数包括目标视频格式参数以及目标视频分辨率参数,预设视频参数包括预设视频格式参数以及预设视频分辨率参数时,将目标视频格式参数与预设视频格式参数进行比对,将目标视频分辨率参数与预设视频分辨率参数进行比对。若目标视频格式参数与预设视频格式参数不匹配和/或目标视频分辨率参数与预设视频分辨率参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
在另一些实施例中,目标视频参数包括目标视频格式参数,预设视频参数包括预设视频格式参数;相应地,根据目标信息与预设信息执行相应的解决操作包括:将目标视频格式参数转换为预设视频格式参数,得到包含预设视频格式参数的目标视频,将目标视频传输至外接设备。
由于当目标视频格式参数与预设视频格式参数不匹配时,外接设备无法显示目标视频格式参数对应的原始视频。因此,当目标视频格式参数与预设视频格式参数不匹配时,扩展设备在执行第一预设提示操作后,扩展设备可以将目标视频格式参数转换为预设视频格式参数,得到包含预设视频格式参数的目标视频,然后再将目标视频传输至外接设备,从而使得外接设备可以显示该原始视频。
需要说明的是,当外接设备为显示器时,预设视频参数还可包括显示器的尺寸、显示器的生产商、显示器的类型以及显示器的生产日期等参数。
在另一些实施例中,目标信息包括主机设备的最大输出功率,预设信息包括各个外接设备的总功率。扩展设备获取到各个外接设备的总功率之后,将各个外接设备的总功率与主机设备的最大输出功率进行比对,若将各个外接设备的总功率大于主机设备的最大输出功率,则执行第一预设提示操作。
在本实施例中,在扩展设备执行第一预设提示操作之后,用户可以了解到目前外接设备的总功率大于主机设备的最大输出功率。此时,用户可以减少外接设备的数量,从而减少主机设备承载的外接设备,进而对主机设备进行保护。
在另一些实施例中,本申请还包括:采集工作温度值;若工作温度值大于预设阈值时,执行第二预设提示操作。
由于扩展设备在工作时,会出现发热现象。当扩展设备发热严重时,会影响扩展设备的正常工作。因此,在扩展设备工作时,扩展设备采集本身的工作温度值,如果工作温度值大于预设阈值,执行第二预设提示操作,从而使得用户可以了解到扩展设备的工作温度值已超过预设阈值。需要说明的是,第二预设提示操作可以与第一预设提示操作相同,也可以与第一预设提示操作不相同,本申请在此不做限定。
在另一些实施例中,在若工作温度值大于预设阈值时,执行第二预设提示操作之后,包括:接收关闭指令;根据关闭指令执行关闭操作。
当工作温度值大于预设阈值时,用户可关闭扩展设备的一些功能,降低扩展设备的功耗,从而降低扩展设备的工作温度。因此,当用户通过扩展设备的第二预设提示操作了解到工作温度值大于预设阈值时,用户可以根据实际情况对扩展设备发送关闭指令。扩展设备接收到关闭指令后,再根据关闭指令执行关闭操作,以便扩展设备的正常工作不会受到影响。比如,当主机设备的电量充足时,用户可以发出扩展设备的充电功能的关闭指令,扩展设备接收到该关闭指令后,再关闭自身的充电功能。
需要说明的是,扩展设备可以通过扩展设备上的显示屏接收关闭指令。或者,扩展设备也可以通过终端设备上的应用程序或小程序接收关闭指令。本申请在此不做限定。
在另一些实施例中,当工作温度值大于预设阈值时,扩展设备也可以自动执行预设关闭操作。应理解,预设关闭操作可以包括至少一个。当预设关闭操作包括两个或两个以上时,可以设置预设关闭操作之间的优先级,此时,扩展设备可先执行优先级高的预设关闭操作。执行后,若工作温度还大于预设阈值,扩展设备再执行优先级低的预设关闭操作。
需要说明的是,扩展设备还可采集扩展设备的各个接口的连接状态信息,然后将连接状态信息告知用户,从而使得用户可以了解扩展设备与主机设备的连接状态以及扩展设备与外接设备的连接状态。比如,扩展设备可以将读卡器接口的卡插入和拔出的状态在扩展设备的显示屏上进行显示。
需要说明的是,扩展设备还可以根据采集的本身的各种参数评估本身的性能。比如,扩展设备可以根据扩展设备的各种接口传输数据的速度以及扩展设备的工作温度值评估本身的性能。从而使得用户不需要借助其他的设备也可实现对扩展设备的性能的评估。
综上所述,本申请提供一种信息提示方法,该方法应用于扩展设备。首先,获取主机设备的目标信息。然后将目标信息与预设信息进行比对。若目标信息与预设信息不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。由于当目标信息与预设信息不匹配时,扩展设备无法正常工作,因此,此时,执行第一预设提示操作,从而使得用户可以获取到扩展设备无法正常工作的原因。因此,本申请的技术方案可以使用户获取到扩展设备无法正常工作的原因。
应理解,上述方法实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

图3是本申请实施例三提供的扩展设备的示意图。如图3所示,该实施例的扩展设备300包括:处理器301、存储器302以及存储在上述存储器302中并可在上述处理器301上运行的计算机程序303。上述处理器301执行上述计算机程序303时实现上述各个方法实施例中的步骤。或者,上述处理器301执行上述计算机程序303时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能。
示例性的,上述计算机程序303可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,上述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在上述存储器302中,并由上述处理器301执行,以完成本申请。上述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,该指令段用于描述上述计算机程序303在上述扩展设备300中的执行过程。例如,上述计算机程序303可以被获取模块、比对模块以及第一执行模块,各模块具体功能如下:
获取主机设备的目标信息;

上述扩展设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器301、存储器302。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3仅仅是扩展设备300的示例,并不构成对扩展设备300的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如上述扩展设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器301可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其它通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其它可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件插件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
上述存储器302可以是上述扩展设备300的内部存储单元,例如扩展设备300的硬盘或内存。上述存储器302也可以是上述扩展设备300的外部存储设备,例如上述扩展设备300上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card, SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital, SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,上述存储器302还可以既包括上述扩展设备300的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。上述存储器302用于存储上述计算机程序以及上述扩展设备所需的其它程序和数据。上述存储器302还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。

  1. 一种信息提示方法,其特征在于,应用于扩展设备,包括:
    获取主机设备的目标信息;
    将所述目标信息与预设信息进行比对;
    若所述目标信息与所述预设信息不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息包括所述主机设备的目标端口参数,所述预设信息包括扩展设备的预设端口参数;
    相应地,所述将所述目标参数与预设参数进行比对,若所述目标参数与所述预设参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作,包括:
    识别所述目标端口参数,并将所述目标端口参数与所述预设端口参数进行比对;
    若所述目标端口参数与所述预设端口参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息包括目标视频参数,所述预设信息包括预设视频参数;

  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,在所述则执行第一预设提示操作之后,还包括:
    根据所述目标信息与所述预设信息执行相应的解决操作。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,所述目标视频参数包括目标视频格式参数,所述预设视频参数包括预设视频格式参数;
    相应地,所述根据所述目标信息与所述预设信息执行相应的解决操作包括:
    将所述目标视频格式参数转换为所述预设视频格式参数,得到包含所述预设视频格式参数的目标视频;
    将所述目标视频传输至外接设备。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    采集工作温度值;
    若所述工作温度值大于预设阈值时,执行第二预设提示操作。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的信息提示方法,其特征在于,在所述若所述工作温度值大于预设阈值时,执行第二预设提示操作之后,包括:
    接收关闭指令;
    根据所述关闭指令执行关闭操作。
  8. 一种信息提示装置,其特征在于,应用于扩展设备,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取主机设备的目标信息;
    比对模块,用于将所述目标信息与预设信息进行比对;
    第一执行模块,用于若所述目标信息与所述预设信息不匹配,则执行预设提示操作。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信息提示装置,其特征在于,所述目标信息包括所述主机设备的目标端口参数,所述预设信息包括扩展设备的预设端口参数;
    相应地,比对模块用于执行:
    识别目标端口参数,并将目标端口参数与预设端口参数进行比对;
    第一执行模块用于执行:
    若目标端口参数与预设端口参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的信息提示装置,其特征在于,所述目标信息包括目标视频参数,所述预设信息包括预设视频参数;
    相应地,比对模块用于执行:
    将各个目标视频参数与所述预设视频参数进行比对;
    第一执行模块用于执行:
    若目标视频参数与预设视频参数不匹配,则执行第一预设提示操作。
  11. 如权利要求8-10任一项所述的信息提示装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    解决操作执行模块,用于根据所述目标信息与所述预设信息执行相应的解决操作。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的信息提示装置,其特征在于,所述目标视频参数包括目标视频格式参数,所述预设视频参数包括预设视频格式参数;
    相应地,所述解决操作执行模块包括:
    转换单元,用于将所述目标视频格式参数转换为所述预设视频格式参数,得到包含所述预设视频格式参数的目标视频;
    发送单元,用于将所述目标视频传输至外接设备。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的信息提示装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    温度采集模块,用于采集工作温度值;
    第二执行模块,用于若所述工作温度值大于预设阈值时,执行第二预设提示操作。
  14. 一种扩展设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
