Description

DISINFECTION DEVICE WITH UVC LIGHT OF TENNIS BALL AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS
Technical Field
This invention relates to a UVC light disinfection device for tennis balls and similar products that provide comfortable sterilization of small-sized balls frequently used in tennis and pelota matches, training.
Known Status of Art
As is known, the ball is one of the equipment frequently used in sports competitions. After regular use, many bacterias, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms can be contaminated on the surface of the balls. This contamination can occur from floor to ball, from person to ball, or from any living creature to the ball. Since the player frequently touches the surface of the ball during a sports competition, he can contaminate the microorganism to his body without realizing. For this reason, the surface of the ball must be cleaned. In the present method, this cleaning process is carried out by wiping the surface of the ball with a towel by spraying the disinfectant liquid. However, the fact that the function of wiping the balls continuously during long working periods is tiring and the manual wiping process does not occur homogeneously on the ball cannot create an effective cleaning process.
In the utility model application numbered CN207286609U, "Ball disinfection storage device of sports equipment" is explained. The aim of the invention is to provide sterilization of the ball used as sports equipment. For this purpose, the invention includes a sterilization storage device, disinfection chamber, a dryer, a chassis and a storage box.
In the invention described above, the sterilization process is provided by oxygen ions and micro-ozone. There are also heating, drying and ventilation processes for this process. This system, which contains very costly parts for the sterilization of the ball, is also very difficult to perform the disinfection process of the ball on time during the match.
As a result, a new technology, which can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, provides effective cleaning without leaving a dead angle on the surface of the ball, performs the cleaning process quick, is practical, easy to use, does not require frequent maintenance, portable, does not require the use of any chemicals, and has a low cost.
Definition of the Invention
This invention is a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, provides effective cleaning without leaving a dead angle on the surface of the ball, performs the cleaning process quick, is practical, easy to use, does not require frequent maintenance, portable, does not require the use of any chemicals, and has a low cost.
Our invention can sterilize the balls belonging to sports branches such as tennis and pelota played with small size balls, thanks to the UVC light source. The ball left from the inlet part of the device with a pipe-like structure comes out from the outlet part of the body and this process takes place in a short time such as 3-4 seconds, so the disinfection of the balls can be performed during the match.
Since our invention has a structure that can be positioned on the human body, it can be moved to the desired place and eliminates problems such as taking up space. The UVC light source is placed in the body without leaving any dead angle. When it is desired to change the light sources in the system, the covers on the body can be removed quickly and change can be made.
It is easy to install thanks to the easy fixing of the parts that make up the invention to each other, and the costs are low due to the short installation time. Besides, the invention has a solid structure. Explanation of the Figures
The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood and appreciated, but it is not intended to limit the invention to these particular embodiments. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents that may be included within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
