本申请涉及照明设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种照明灯具。
随着照明技术的快速发展和生活水平的提高,照明灯具已经与人们的生活密不可分。照明灯具包括家居照明灯具、商业照明灯具、工业照明灯具、道路照明灯具、景观照明灯具、特种照明灯具等。各种照明灯具应用于人们生活的各个地方,为人们的生活提供了便利。随着生活质量的不断提升,人们对照明灯具的结构、性能、外观等提出了更高的要求,这就给照明灯具的设计带来了巨大的考验。
目前食品厂、洁净车间和冷库等洁净室内多用洁净三防灯进行照明,这些场所需要洁净三防灯及安装件防水防尘,且不允许在三防灯及安装件上落灰。目前的洁净三防灯通常包括灯体和端盖,灯体通过端盖进行密封。在具体的安装过程中,由于端盖与灯体密封的特殊要求,端盖会凸起于灯体的安装面,导致洁净三防灯在安装至安装基础后,端盖与安装基础接触,灯体与安装基础之间具有间隙,灰尘较容易落在该间隙中,进而导致在三防灯上容易出现落灰。
发明内容
本申请公开一种照明灯具,能够解决洁净室内的照明灯具上容易落灰的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的。
本申请实施例公开一种照明灯具,包括灯体、端盖和弹性密封部,其中:所述灯体具有沿长度方向设置的两个端部,其中至少一个所述端部与所述端盖密封相连,且所述灯体具有用于将所述照明灯具组装于安装基础的安装面,在垂直于所述安装面的方向上,所述端盖部分延伸超出所述安装面;所述弹性密封部设置于所述安装面,在垂直于所述安装面的方向上,所述弹性密封部延伸超出所述安装面及所述端盖,所述弹性密封部可被所述安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
本申请采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果。
本申请实施例公开的照明灯具中,灯体具有沿长度方向设置的两个端部,其中至少一个端部与端盖密封相连,灯体还具有用于将照明灯具组装于安装基础的安装面,在垂直于安装面的方向上,端盖部分延伸超出安装面,弹性密封部设置于安装面,在垂直于安装面的方向上,弹性密封部延伸超出安装面及端盖,且弹性密封部可被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。此种情况下,在照明灯具组装于安装基础的过程后,安装面与安装基础的表面之间形成的间隙能够被弹性密封部封堵,使得灰尘较难进入到该间隙中,从而使得照明灯具上较难出现落灰,进而能够解决洁净室内的照明灯具上容易落灰的问题。

请参考图1至图7,本申请实施例公开一种照明灯具,所公开的照明灯具包括灯体100、端盖200和弹性密封部300。
其中,灯体100为照明灯具的基础构件,灯体100能够为照明灯具的其他部件提供安装基础,具体地,灯体100具有用于将照明灯具组装于安装基础的安装面110,在照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,安装面110与安装基础的表面相对设置,灯体100背离安装面110的一侧具有出光面,灯体100内通常设置有光源模组,光源模组发出的光线能够通过出光面射出。在本申请实施例中,灯体100具有沿长度方向设置的两个端部130,其中至少一个端部130与端盖200密封相连,防止外部杂质(例如水汽和灰尘等)进入到灯体100内,避免杂质影响照明灯具正常工作。
在垂直于安装面110的方向上,端盖200部分延伸超出安装面110,也就是说,端盖200的部分在垂直于安装面110的方向高于安装面110。可选地,端盖200可以包括内端盖210和外端盖220,灯体100的至少一个端部 130与内端盖210密封相连,内端盖210背离灯体100的一侧开设有安装槽211,外端盖220设置于内端盖210,且外端盖220覆盖安装槽211,以使外端盖220与安装槽211能够围合形成安装空间,该安装空间可以用于安装照明灯具的电源组件,同时,该安装空间与灯体100没有连通,工作人员仅需打开外端盖220便可以维修位于安装空间内的电源组件,无需拆除内端盖210与灯体100的密封结构,因此,在方便工作人员维修照明灯具的同时,不会影响照明灯具的密封性能,从而使得照明灯具的稳定性较高。具体地,在垂直于安装面110的方向上,内端盖210部分延伸超出安装面110。
弹性密封部300设置于安装面110,在垂直于安装面110的方向上,弹性密封部300延伸超出安装面110及端盖200,也就是说,弹性密封部300在垂直于安装面110的方向高于安装面110及端盖200,且弹性密封部300可被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
在照明灯具组装于安装基础的过程中,弹性密封部300首先与安装基础的表面接触,照明灯具继续靠近安装基础的表面,在此过程中,弹性密封部300被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形,直至端盖200与安装基础的表面接触,在端盖200与安装基础的表面接触后,照明灯具较难继续靠近安装基础的表面,此时,安装面110与安装基础的表面之间形成的间隙能够被弹性密封部300封堵,使得灰尘较难进入到该间隙中。
本申请实施例公开的照明灯具中,灯体100具有沿长度方向设置的两个端部130,其中至少一个端部130与端盖200密封相连,灯体100还具有用于将照明灯具组装于安装基础的安装面110,在垂直于安装面110的方向上,端盖200部分延伸超出安装面110,弹性密封部300设置于安装面110,在垂直于安装面110的方向上,弹性密封部300延伸超出安装面110及端盖200,且弹性密封部300可被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。此种情况下,在照明灯具组装于安装基础的过程后,安装面110与安装基础的表面之间形成的间隙(后文中均称为间隙)能够被弹性密封部300封堵,使得灰尘较难 进入到该间隙中,从而使得照明灯具上较难出现落灰,进而能够解决洁净室内的照明灯具上容易落灰的问题。
可选地,弹性密封部300可以具有至少两条沿灯体100的长度方向延伸设置的弹性密封条330,至少两条弹性密封条330中任意一者的两端分别延伸至灯体100的两个端部130,且至少两条弹性密封条330可以间隔设置,弹性密封条330可被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。此方案中,两条弹性密封条330分别封堵在该间隙的两侧,以使两条弹性密封条330更好地封堵该间隙,使得灰尘更难进入到该间隙中,进而使得照明灯具上更难出现落灰。
进一步地,灯体100的两个端部130均可以密封设置有端盖200,即照明灯具具有两个端盖200,两个端部130分别密封连接有端盖200,弹性密封条330的两端分别与两个端盖200相连,此种情况下,两端分别与两个端盖200相连的弹性密封条330能够更好地封堵间隙,以使弹性密封条330对间隙的封堵效果更好,从而使得灰尘更难进入到该间隙中。
具体地,在弹性密封条330的两端分别与两个端盖200相连后,至少两条弹性密封条330与两个端盖200可以围成封闭轮廓,在照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,安装基础、封闭轮廓和安装面110可以围成封闭空间。此种方式无疑能够使得灰尘较难进入到该封闭空间内,以使间隙中较难出现落灰,从而使得照明灯具上较难出现落灰。
在一种可选的实施例中,在第二方向上,安装面110可以具有第一边沿111和第二边沿112,两个弹性密封条330可以分别设置于第一边沿111和第二边沿112,第二方向与灯体100的长度方向垂直。此种情况下,两个弹性密封条330能够封堵在间隙的两侧开口处,避免灰尘落在间隙的两侧开口,以使整个安装面110上较难出现落灰,进一步使间隙中较难出现落灰,从而使得照明灯具上更难出现落灰。
如上文所述,弹性密封部300既要设置于安装面110,还要被安装基础 的表面压迫而产生弹性变形,在弹性变形时可能影响弹性密封部300与安装面110的连接关系,导致弹性密封部300与安装面110分离。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,弹性密封条330可以包括弹性部310和安装部320,弹性部310与安装部320相连,安装部320可以与安装面110相连,在照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,弹性部310与安装基础弹性抵接,弹性部310可被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
在照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,弹性部310被安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形,而安装部320较难不会变形,因此较难影响安装部320与安装面110的连接关系,以使安装部320能够稳定地与安装面110相连,避免安装部320与安装面110分离而导致弹性密封条330不能较好地封堵间隙。
具体地,安装部320可以粘接在安装面110上。可选地,安装面110可以开设有卡槽120,安装部320可以包括凸块321和连接部322,凸块321可以通过连接部322与弹性部310相连,凸块321能够与卡槽120卡接配合,以使弹性密封部300卡接于安装面110上,方便工作人员进行装配作业,同时,能够方便工作人员更换弹性密封部300,提高照明灯具的可安装性和可维护性。
可选地,弹性部310可以包括本体部311和弹性延伸部312,安装部320与本体部311相连,安装面110可以具有中间区域和环绕中间区域的外缘区域,在垂直且远离于安装面110的方向上,弹性延伸部312自外缘区域向中间区域倾斜延伸,也就是说,弹性延伸部312自安装面110的边缘向内倾斜延伸。此种情况下,自外缘区域向中间区域倾斜延伸的弹性延伸部312被安装基础的表面压迫时所产生的弹性力较大,能够较为紧密地抵接在安装基础的表面,进一步封堵灰尘进入间隙的通道。
弹性密封部300可以为硅胶件,弹性密封部300还可以为橡胶件,可选地,弹性密封部300可以为三元乙丙橡胶件,因为三元乙丙橡胶件具有耐热、 耐老化和耐腐蚀的优点,同时,三元乙丙橡胶件的成本较低,能够降低照明灯具的成本。
如上文所述,端盖200可以包括内端盖210和外端盖220,可选地,内端盖210与外端盖220可拆卸结合,内端盖210可以与灯体100密封相连。此种情况下,工作人员能够多次拆装内端盖210与外端盖220,工作人员仅需打开外端盖220便可以维修位于内端盖210与外端盖220所形成安装空间内的电源组件,无需拆除内端盖210与灯体100的密封结构,因此,在方便工作人员维修照明灯具的同时,不会影响照明灯具的密封性能,从而使得照明灯具的稳定性较高。
具体地,外端盖220可以扣合于内端盖210,此种设置方式方便工作人员打开外端盖220,从而方便工作人员维修位于安装空间内的电源组件,且无需拆除内端盖210与灯体100的密封结构,维修完成后,工作人员也能便捷地安装外端盖220。当然,外端盖220与内端盖210也可以采用其他结合方式,本申请实施例中对此不做限定。
可选地,内端盖210可以通过螺纹连接件与灯体100的端部130相连,此种连接方式可靠,连接稳定性较高,避免因内端盖210与灯体100出现相对晃动而影响内端盖210与灯体100的密封性能。本申请中并不仅限于内端盖210与灯体100通过螺纹连接件连接的方式结合。
进一步地,螺纹连接件位于安装槽211内,在外端盖220安装前或拆卸后,工作人员可以直接安装或拆卸螺纹连接件,方便工作人员进行照明灯具的安装及拆卸。同时,防止螺纹连接件外露在照明灯具之外,从而避免螺纹连接件影响照明灯具的外观。
可选地,外端盖220可以位于安装槽211内,且外端盖220的外表面可以与安装槽211的槽口共面,以使端盖200的外表面较为平整,使得照明灯具的外观较为美观,从而提升用户的使用体验感。
请参考图8至图16,在本申请实施例中,外端盖220与内端盖210可拆 卸结合,具体地,安装槽211内设置有第一结合部212,外端盖220设置有第二结合部221,第一结合部212可与第二结合部221可拆卸配合,以将外端盖220固定于内端盖210,以使外端盖220与安装槽211能够围合形成安装空间,该安装空间可以用于安装电源组件。
本申请实施例公开的照明灯具中,由于灯体100与内端盖210密封相连,且电源组件位于内端盖210与外端盖220形成的安装空间内,因此,该安装空间与灯体100没有连通,工作人员仅需打开外端盖220便可以维修位于安装空间内的电源组件,无需拆除内端盖210与灯体100的密封结构,避免照明灯具每次维修后均需要重新设置密封结构,进而能够解决三防灯维修繁琐不便的问题。
可选地,第一结合部212可以为第一卡接部,第二结合部221可以为第二卡接部,外端盖220可相对安装槽211的槽口沿第一方向和第二方向平行滑动,第一方向与第二方向相反,也就是说,第一方向和第二方向均与安装槽211的槽口平行,在外端盖220沿第一方向或第二方向滑动时,外端盖220平行于安装槽211的槽口滑动。在外端盖220沿第一方向滑动的情况下,外端盖220与内端盖210通过第一结合部212与第二结合部221的卡接配合相连,也可以理解为,第一结合部212与第二结合部221在第一方向上卡接配合,且外端盖220覆盖安装槽211;在外端盖220沿第二方向滑动的情况下,第一结合部212与第二结合部221分离。
在外端盖220需要组装至内端盖210时,工作人员可以推动外端盖220沿第一方向滑动,在外端盖220沿第一方向滑动的过程中,第一结合部212首先与第二结合部221接触,随着外端盖220的继续滑动,直至第一结合部212与第二结合部221卡接配合后,外端盖220停止滑动,此时,外端盖220通过第一结合部212与第二结合部221的卡接配合扣合于内端盖210,且外端盖220覆盖安装槽211。在外端盖220需要与内端盖210需要分离时,也就是从内端盖210上拆卸外端盖220时,工作人员可以推动外端盖220沿第 二方向滑动,在外端盖220沿第二方向滑动后,第一结合部212与第二结合部221分离,此时,外端盖220与内端盖210能够分离,实现从内端盖210上拆卸外端盖220的需求。
本申请实施例公开的照明灯具中,安装槽211内设置有第一结合部212,外端盖220设置有第二结合部221,第一结合部212可与第二结合部221卡接配合,且外端盖220可相对安装槽211的槽口沿第一方向和第二方向平行滑动,第一方向与第二方向相反,在外端盖220沿第一方向滑动的情况下,外端盖220与内端盖210通过第一结合部212与第二结合部221的卡接配合相连,且外端盖220覆盖安装槽211;在外端盖220沿第二方向滑动的情况下,第一结合部212与第二结合部221分离。此种情况下,工作人员仅需推动外端盖220沿第一方向或第二方向滑动,便可以实现外端盖220的安装与拆卸,且由于外端盖220相对安装槽211的槽口沿第一方向和第二方向平行滑动,使得工作人员仅需施加推力,无需较多的操作过程,更不用借助工具来辅助,便能够安装或拆卸外端盖220,从而方便工作人员拆装外端盖220,进而能够解决照明灯具拆装不便的问题。
为了进一步方便工作人员拆装外端盖220,可选地,安装槽211的槽口可以倾斜设置,即安装槽211的槽口不平行于竖直方向,也不垂直于竖直方向,安装槽211的槽口倾斜设置后,外端盖220在拆装时倾斜滑动,便于工作人员施加推动力,以使工作人员能够较为轻松地拆装外端盖220,从而能够进一步方便工作人员拆装外端盖220。需要说明的是,竖直方向为重力方向。
具体的,在第一方向上,安装槽211的槽口可以向着靠近灯体100的方向倾斜设置。在该照明灯具安装至安装基础后,在工作人员拆装外端盖220时,此种倾斜设置的方式能够使得工作人员直接观察外端盖220与内端盖210的分离情况,且能够直观看到工作人员手动驱动的位置,从而方便工作人员操作。
如上文所述,安装槽211内设置有第一结合部212,外端盖220设置有第二结合部221,第一结合部212可与第二结合部221卡接配合,以使外端盖220通过第一结合部212与第二结合部221的卡接配合扣合于内端盖210。可选地,第一结合部212可以包括自安装槽211的内侧壁或底壁向第二方向延伸的第一延伸部2121;外端盖220可以包括本体部222和第二结合部221,第二结合部221可以包括自本体部222向着内端盖210延伸的第二延伸部2211,和自第二延伸部2211向第一方向延伸的第三延伸部2212;第一延伸部2121背离外端盖220的一侧和第三延伸部2212朝向本体部222的一侧中,一者可以设置有第一凸起2122或凹槽2123,另一者可以设置有第二凸起2213,且第三延伸部2212与本体部222能够形成滑动槽223。
在外端盖220需要组装至内端盖210时,工作人员可以推动外端盖220沿第一方向滑动,在外端盖220沿第一方向滑动的过程中,第一延伸部2121沿第二方向伸入滑动槽223内,且第一延伸部2121与滑动槽223滑动配合,随着外端盖220的继续滑动,第二凸起2213与第一凸起2122或凹槽2123卡接配合,此时,外端盖220停止滑动,外端盖220通过第二凸起2213与第一凸起2122或凹槽2123的卡接配合扣合于内端盖210。在外端盖220需要与内端盖210需要分离时,也就是从内端盖210上拆卸外端盖220时,工作人员可以推动外端盖220沿第二方向滑动,此时,第一延伸部2121与滑动槽223滑动配合,且第一延伸部2121沿第一方向逐渐滑出滑动槽223,随着外端盖220的继续滑动,第二凸起2213与第一凸起2122或凹槽2123分离,外端盖220与内端盖210能够分离,实现从内端盖210上拆卸外端盖220的需求。
此种第一结合部212和第二结合部221的结构均较为简单,且卡接可靠,同时,在拆装过程中,滑动槽223能够对第一延伸部2121起到导向的作用,以使外端盖220在安装后的位置较为准确。
为了使外端盖220能够较为可靠地扣合于内端盖210,避免外端盖220 从内端盖210上掉落。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,第一结合部212和第二结合部221的数量可以均为多个,且多个第一结合部212与多个第二结合部221可以一一对应地设置。多个第一结合部212和第二结合部221卡接后,无疑能够使外端盖220能够较为可靠地扣合于内端盖210,以使外端盖220与内端盖210连接可靠,避免外端盖220从内端盖210上掉落。
进一步地,第一结合部212的数量可以为三个,三个第一结合部212可以成三角形分布。此种分布方式能够使得第一结合部212分布较为均匀,从而使得外端盖220所受到的力较为均匀,同时,有三角形具有稳定性,因此,三角形分布的第一结合部212在与相对应的第二结合部221卡接口,能够进一步使得外端盖220可靠地扣合于内端盖210,以使外端盖220与内端盖210连接更加可靠。
在工作人员推动外端盖220沿第一方向或第二方向滑动的过程中,工作人员可能将外端盖220压变形或压碎。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,安装槽211的底壁可以设置有第一支撑部213,外端盖220可以设置有第二支撑部225,在外端盖220与内端盖210相连的情况下,第一支撑部213和第二支撑部225相抵接。在工作人员推动外端盖220沿第一方向或第二方向滑动的过程中,第一支撑部213和第二支撑部225支撑外端盖220,避免工作人员可能将外端盖220压变形或压碎,从而提高照明灯具的可靠性。
外端盖220通常通过注塑成型,且为板状,此种结构的外端盖220容易变形,为了防止此种结构的外端盖220容易变形,可选地,外端盖220可以设置有加强筋224,加强筋224能够加强外端盖220的强度,避免外端盖220容易变形,从而使得外端盖220能够紧凑地安装至内端盖210,且较好地覆盖安装槽211。
进一步地,加强筋224可以位于外端盖220朝向内端盖210的一侧,避免加强筋224外露在照明灯具之外,以使照明灯具的外观较为美观,从而提升用户体验。

Claims (20)
- 一种照明灯具,其中,包括灯体(100)、端盖(200)和弹性密封部(300),其中:所述灯体(100)具有沿长度方向设置的两个端部(130),其中至少一个所述端部(130)与所述端盖(200)密封相连,且所述灯体(100)具有用于将所述照明灯具组装于安装基础的安装面(110),在垂直于所述安装面(110)的方向上,所述端盖(200)部分延伸超出所述安装面(110);所述弹性密封部(300)设置于所述安装面(110),在垂直于所述安装面(110)的方向上,所述弹性密封部(300)延伸超出所述安装面(110)及所述端盖(200),所述弹性密封部(300)可被所述安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述弹性密封部(300)具有至少两条沿所述灯体(100)的长度方向延伸设置的弹性密封条(330),至少两条所述弹性密封条(330)中任意一者的两端分别延伸至所述灯体(100)的两个所述端部(130),且至少两条所述弹性密封条(330)间隔设置,所述弹性密封条(330)可被所述安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,所述灯体(100)的两个所述端部(130)均密封设置有所述端盖(200),所述弹性密封条(330)的两端分别与两个所述端盖(200)相连。
- 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯具,其中,至少两条所述弹性密封条(330)与两个所述端盖(200)围成封闭轮廓,在所述照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,所述安装基础、所述封闭轮廓和所述安装面(110)围成封闭空间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,所述弹性密封条(330)包括弹性部(310)和安装部(320),所述弹性部(310)与所述安装部(320)相连,所述安装部(320)与所述安装面(110)相连,在所述照明灯具组装于安装基础的情况下,所述弹性部(310)与所述安装基础弹性抵接,所述弹 性部(310)可被所述安装基础的表面压迫而产生弹性变形。
- 根据权利要求5所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装面(110)开设有卡槽(120),所述安装部(320)包括凸块(321)和连接部(322),所述凸块(321)通过所述连接部(322)与所述弹性部(310)相连,所述凸块(321)与所述卡槽(120)卡接配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的照明灯具,其中,所述弹性部(310)包括本体部(311)和弹性延伸部(312),所述安装部(320)与所述本体部(311)相连,所述安装面(110)具有中间区域和环绕所述中间区域的外缘区域,在垂直且远离于所述安装面(110)的方向上,所述弹性延伸部(312)自所述外缘区域向所述中间区域倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,在第二方向上,所述安装面(110)具有第一边沿(111)和第二边沿(112),两个所述弹性密封条(330)分别设置于所述第一边沿(111)和所述第二边沿(112),所述第二方向与所述灯体(100)的长度方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述端盖(200)包括内端盖(210)和与所述内端盖(210)可拆卸结合的外端盖(220),所述内端盖(210)与所述灯体(100)密封相连。
- 根据权利要求9所述的照明灯具,其中,所述外端盖(220)扣合于所述内端盖(210),所述外端盖(220)设置有加强筋(224)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的照明灯具,其中,所述内端盖(210)通过螺纹连接件与所述灯体(100)的所述端部(130)相连。
- 根据权利要求9所述的照明灯具,其中,所述内端盖(210)背离所述灯体(100)的一侧开设有安装槽(211),所述外端盖(220)位于所述安装槽(211)内,且所述外端盖(220)的外表面与所述安装槽(211)的槽口共面。
- 根据权利要求12所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装槽(211)内设 置有第一结合部(212),所述外端盖(220)设置有第二结合部(221),所述第一结合部(212)可与所述第二结合部(221)可拆卸配合,以将所述外端盖(220)固定于所述内端盖(210),且所述外端盖(220)与所述安装槽(211)围合形成安装空间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一结合部(212)为第一卡接部,所述第二结合部(221)为第二卡接部,且所述外端盖(220)可相对所述安装槽(211)的槽口沿第一方向和第二方向平行滑动,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反,在所述外端盖(220)沿所述第一方向滑动的情况下,所述外端盖(220)与所述内端盖(210)通过所述第一结合部(212)与所述第二结合部(221)的卡接配合相连,且所述外端盖(220)覆盖所述安装槽(211);在所述外端盖(220)沿所述第二方向滑动的情况下,所述第一结合部(212)与所述第二结合部(221)分离。
- 根据权利要求14所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装槽(211)的槽口倾斜设置;在所述第一方向上,所述安装槽(211)的槽口向着靠近所述灯体(100)的方向倾斜设置。
- 根据权利要求14所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一结合部(212)包括自所述安装槽(211)的内侧壁或底壁向所述第二方向延伸的第一延伸部(2121);所述外端盖(220)包括本体部(222)和所述第二结合部(221),所述第二结合部(221)包括自所述本体部(222)向着所述内端盖(210)延伸的第二延伸部(2211),和自所述第二延伸部(2211)向所述第一方向延伸的第三延伸部(2212);所述第一延伸部(2121)背离所述外端盖(220)的一侧和所述第三延伸部(2212)朝向所述本体部(222)的一侧中,一者设置有第一凸起(2122)或凹槽(2123),另一者设置有第二凸起(2213),且所述第三延伸部(2212) 与所述本体部(222)形成滑动槽(223);所述第一延伸部(2121)沿所述第二方向伸入所述滑动槽(223)并使所述第二凸起(2213)与所述第一凸起(2122)或所述凹槽(2123)卡接配合,所述第一延伸部(2121)与所述滑动槽(223)滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求14所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一结合部(212)和所述第二结合部(221)的数量均为多个,且多个所述第一结合部(212)与多个所述第二结合部(221)一一对应地设置。
- 根据权利要求14所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装槽(211)的底壁设置有第一支撑部(213),所述外端盖(220)设置有第二支撑部(225),在所述外端盖(220)与所述内端盖(210)相连的情况下,所述第一支撑部(213)和所述第二支撑部(225)相抵接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其中,所述加强筋(224)位于所述外端盖(220)朝向所述内端盖(210)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述弹性密封部(300)为三元乙丙橡胶件。
