然而,现有的电控罩器组成是将金属制的电热组件集成在塑料罩体内,这会产生若干缺点。由于电热组件与罩体的材质不同,在多次使用过程中,电热组件加热以及外在环境温差影响,使得塑料罩体会产生热胀冷缩的现象,进而容易造成电热组件的崩坏。再者,现有电控罩器在温度升降上需要较多时间,间接造成女性使用时的时间成本增加,影响之后再次使用的意愿。此外,每次使用完吸乳器之后,相关零件的拆解组装,以及使用完毕后的收纳亦是一大问题。
因此,如何克服上述所提及的现有电动吸乳器的缺点,是目前业界亟需克服的课题。
发明内容
为解决前述现有技术的种种问题,本发明提供一种电动吸乳器接头,包括转接座,包括相互连通的第一接合部、第二接合部与第三接合部,其中该第一接合部具有默认的第一定位点及第二定位点,第二接合部具有第一电性连接部;导管模块,包括:盖体,该盖体内部具有间隔件,该间隔件具有第一通孔、第二通孔及第三通孔,该盖体具有第三定位点;电源线,穿设于该第一通孔,该电源线的一端具有第二电性连接部,该第二电性连接部外露于该第二通孔;中空导管,穿设于该第一通孔,该中空导管的一端与该第三通孔相接合连通。其中,该导管模块通过该第三定位点与该第一定位点相对应的位置与该转接座相接合,再通过该第三定位点与该第二定位点相对应的位置固定于该转接座,并令该第一电性连接部与该第二电性连接部电性连接。
于本发明的一实施例中,该盖体还包括凸伸部,且其中,该第二通孔开设于该凸伸部。
于本发明的一实施例中,该第一电性连接部或第二电性连接部具有弹性结构。
于本发明的一实施例中,该间隔件朝向该转接座的一侧,具有第一凸部,且该第一凸部形成于该第三通孔的周缘。
于本发明的一实施例中,该第一凸部的高度自该第三通孔向外渐低。
于本发明的一实施例中,该第一凸部周围形成有沟槽。
于本发明的一实施例中,该间隔件朝向该转接座的一侧,形成有第二凸部。
于本发明的一实施例中,该第二接合部包括:罩杯本体;加热单元设置于该罩杯本体上并与该第一电性连接部电性连接;以及延伸部,延伸部设置于该加热单元上,该延伸部的顶端具有第四通孔,该第一电性连接部外露于该第四通孔。
于本发明的一实施例中,该延伸部具有一弯折结构。
于本发明的一实施例中,该延伸部的顶端的一侧形成一斜面。
于本发明的一实施例中,该延伸部的顶端具有止挡部,其中,该止挡部设置在该顶端未形成有该斜面的另一侧。
于本发明的一实施例中,该延伸部的顶端具有止挡部。
于本发明的一实施例中,该加热单元可拆卸的设置于该罩杯本体上。
于本发明的一实施例中,该罩杯本体包括第一结合部,该加热单元包括与该第一结合部相接合的第二结合部。
于本发明的一实施例中,该第一结合部包括第一定位部及第二定位部,该第一定位部设置于该罩杯本体朝向该第一接合部与第三接合部的一侧边缘,且该第一定位部由罩杯本体外侧向内长度渐缩,该第二定位部对应的设置于该罩杯本体远离该第一定位部的一侧,且其中,该加热单元为对应该罩杯本体朝向该第一接合部与第三接合部的一侧的罩体结构,该加热单元具有第一开口及周径小于该第一开口的第二开口,该第二结合部为设置于该加热单元的缺口结构,且其中,该第一开口的缺口间距介于该定位槽最长及最短距离之间,该第二开口的缺口间距等于或大于该第二定位部的长度。
于本发明的一实施例中,还提供一种电动吸乳器,包括所述任一实施例的电动吸乳器接头以及集乳瓶,集乳瓶可分离的与该第三接合部相结合。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器还包括隔膜件,设置于该间隔件与该第一接合部之间,并套设在该间隔件的凸部。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器还包括逆止阀,其中该第三接合部具有第三结合部,该逆止阀设置在该第三结合部上。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器还包括主机,该主机包括壳体;泵,设置在该壳体内部,并与该中空导管连接;电源模块,设置在该壳体内部,用以提供该电源线及泵电力;以及控制单元,设置在该壳体,用以控制该泵及该电源模块的运作。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器还包括主机,该主机包括壳体;泵,设置在该壳体内部,并与该中空导管连接;电源模块,设置在该壳体内部,用以提供该加热单元及泵电力;以及控制单元,设置在该壳体,用以控制该加热单元、泵及电源模块的运作。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器的主机还包括显示单元,该显示单元设置在该壳体表面,用以显示该主机的作动状态。
于本发明的一实施例中,所述电动吸乳器的主机还包括设置在该壳体的侧面的插槽及端口,其中,该插槽用以连通泵与该中空导管,该端口用以电性连接电源模块与该电源线。
通过前述本发明的电动吸乳器接头及具有该接头的电动吸乳器各该组件及其结构的改良,用户可以更为轻松、准确且安全的组装及操作。

以下借由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明亦可借由其他不同的具体实施例加以施行或应用,本说明书中的各项细节亦可基于不同观点与应用,在不悖离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰与变更。
请参阅图1,其为本发明的电动吸乳器接头的结构分解示意图,如图1所示,本发明的电动吸乳器接头包括转接座1及导管模块2。转接座1包括相互连通的第一接合部11、第二接合部12与第三接合部13。于一实施例中,第一接合部11具有默认的第一定位点111及第二定位点112,且第一接合部11可例如为一圆筒状结构,并于其外部周缘设置有第一螺纹113。第二接合部12可具有第一电性连接部121,于一实施例中,第一电性连接部121可例如为金属等具有导电性质的接触端子。
请并同参照图2,导管模块2可包括盖体21、电源线22及中空导管23。盖体21内部可具有间隔件211,间隔件211具有第一通孔2111、第二通孔2112及第三通孔2113,盖体21还可具有第三定位点2114。于一实施例中,盖体21内侧周缘可包括对应第一螺纹113的第二螺纹21a。还可包括凸伸部21b,第二通孔2112可开设于凸伸部21b,于本实施例中,较佳者,凸伸部21b可设置于盖体21相对于第一通孔2111的另一侧,借以避免穿设于第一通孔2111的电源线22及中空导管23与凸伸部21b相互干涉。于一实施例中,间隔件211朝向转接座1的一侧还可具有第一凸部211a,且第一凸部211a可形成于第三通孔2113的周缘,较佳者,于本实施例中,第三通孔2113可开设于盖体21实质中心的位 置,更佳者,第一凸部211a的高度可例如为自第三通孔2113周缘向外高度渐低的锥状或圆台状结构,但不以此为限。于其他实施例中,第一凸部211a周围还可形成有沟槽211b。所述第一凸部211a及沟槽211b结构,将有助于通过气压调节组件产生的气体流动。于又一实施例中,间隔件211朝向转接座1的一侧,更详而言的,盖体21面向并与第一接合部11的一侧,还可形成有第二凸部211c。
电源线22可穿设于第一通孔2111,电源线22的一端具有第二电性连接部221,第二电性连接部221可外露于第二通孔2112,于一实施例中,第二电性连接部221可例如为金属等具有导电性质的接触端子,第二电性连接部221用以与第一电性连接部121电性连接。电源线22相对于具有第二电性连接部221的另一端可连接于电源,借以通过电源线22的第二电性连接部221传导电源至第一接合部11的第一电性连接部121,提供第一接合部11运作所需的电源。较佳者,第一电性连接部121或第二电性连接部221可具有弹性结构,例如弹簧、弹片或其他具有弹性复位功能的组件,以增加第二电性连接部221与第一电性连接部121电性连接的密合度。
中空导管23可穿设于第一通孔2111,中空导管23的一端可与间隔件211的第三通孔2113相接合连通,于一实施例中,中空导管23相对于和第三通孔2113相接合连通的另一端可连接于气压调节组件,借以于盖体21与第一节合部11相结合时,控制调整转接座1及与转接座1接合的其他组件的压力。于一实施例中,较佳者,中空导管23可例如为以具有可挠性的材质所组成,包括但不限于橡胶、硅胶或塑料等单一或复合材质所组成。
于一实施例中,盖体21面向并与第一接合部11结合时,导管模块2可通过盖体21的第三定位点2114先对准第一定位点111的位置并与转接座1的第一接 合部11相接合,接着,再旋转导管模块2,以令盖体21的第三定位点2114与第二定位点112对准,即可使导管模块2固定于转接座1的第一接合部11上,并令第一电性连接部121与第二电性连接部221电性连接。承前所述,可以通过调整第一螺纹113及第二螺纹21a的形状、结构、长度、宽度及角度等,以实现第三定位点2114分别与第一定位点111接合并与第二定位点112对准后,即可令导管模块2与转接座1的第一接合部11稳固的相接合。
请参阅图3,其用以显示本发明的电动吸乳器接头的转接座结构另一实施例的分解示意图。如图3所示,本发明的电动吸乳器接头的第二接合部12还可包括罩杯本体122、加热单元123及延伸部124。于一实施例中,加热单元123可设置于罩杯本体122上并与第一电性连接部121电性连接。于本实施例中,延伸部124可设置于加热单元123上,延伸部124的顶端具有第四通孔125,第一电性连接部121可外露于第四通孔125,借以与第二电性连接部221电性连接。于另一实施例中,较佳者,延伸部124可具有一弯折结构,更佳者,延伸部124的顶端124的一侧形成一斜面126,斜面126的结构,可于。于另一实施例中,延伸部124的顶端124还可具有止挡部127。尤佳者,延伸部124的顶端124可具有止挡部127,止挡部127可设置在顶端124未形成有斜面126的另一侧。
承前所述,于一实施例中,第一电性连接部121或第二电性连接部221可通过所述弹簧、弹片或其他具有弹性复位功能的组件,分别突出于第四通孔125或第二通孔2112。导管模块2通过盖体21的第三定位点2114对准第一定位点111的位置并与转接座1的第一接合部11相接合后,旋转导管模块2时,借由斜面126的结构,可令盖体21的第三定位点2114与第二定位点112对准的过程中,逐渐压缩第一电性连接部121或第二电性连接部221,即可更顺利的使导管 模块2固定于转接座1的第一接合部11上,并令第一电性连接部121与第二电性连接部221电性连接。承前所述,于第二通孔2112开设于凸伸部21b的实施例中,所述止挡部127可通过限制凸伸部21b的位置,令第二电性连接部221准确的与第一电性连接部121电性连接,不至于因使用者过度的旋转盖体21,造成第二电性连接部221准确的与第一电性连接部121无法准确的电性连接,或是造成盖体21或第一接合部11的形变或损坏。
请再参阅图3,于另一实施例中,加热单元123可拆卸的设置于罩杯本体122上并与第一电性连接部121电性连接。于本实施例中,罩杯本体122还可包括第一结合部1221,加热单元123包括与第一结合部1221相接合的第二结合部1231。较佳者,第一结合部1221还可包括第一定位部1221a及第二定位部1221b,第一定位部1221a可设置于罩杯本体122朝向第一接合部11与第三接合部13的一侧边缘,且第一定位部1221a由罩杯本体122外侧向内长度渐缩,第二定位部1221b可对应的设置于罩杯本体122远离第一定位部1221a的一侧,加热单元123可为对应罩杯本体122朝向第一接合部11与第三接合部13的一侧的罩体结构。于一实施例中,加热单元123可具有第一开口123a及周径小于第一开口的第二开口123b,第二结合部1231可为设置于加热单元123的缺口结构,较佳者,第一开口123a的缺口间距介于定位槽1221a最长及最短距离之间,第二开口123b的缺口间距等于或大于第二定位部1221b的长度,如图3所示,加热单元123可通过第二结合部1231所形成的缺口结构,跨接于罩杯本体122,并通过第一开口123a的缺口卡接于第一定位部1221a,第二开口的缺口123b卡接于第二定位部1221b,达到定位及固接的效果。
请再参阅图1,其用以显示本发明的电动吸乳器,如图1所示,本发明的电 动吸乳器除包括所述各该电动吸乳器接头实施例的组件及结构外,还包括可分离的与第三接合部13相结合的集乳瓶3。
于一实施例中,本发明的电动吸乳器还可包括隔膜件4,隔膜件4可设置于间隔件211与第一接合部11之间,较佳者,隔膜件4可套设在间隔件的凸部211c。如图1所示,隔膜件4可为一凹部结构,当其套设在凸部211c时,可与间隔件211之间形成一容置气体的空间。
于另一实施例中,本发明的电动吸乳器还包括逆止阀5,于本实施例中,第三接合部13还可具有第三结合部131,逆止阀5则可设置在第三结合部131上,于本实施例中,第三结合部131可例如为环体结构,而逆止阀5则可为周径略大于第三结合部131的环体结构,以令逆止阀5套设固定于第三结合部131。
请并同参阅图4及图5,于又一实施例中,本发明的电动吸乳器还包括主机6,该主机包括壳体61、泵62、电源模块63及控制单元64。壳体61用以泵62、电源模块63及控制单元64,其材质可例如但不限定为塑料、塑钢、金属或其他单一或复合材质所组成。泵62设置在壳体61内部,并与中空导管23连接,承前所述,泵62可通过中空导管23与间隔件211的第三通孔2113相接合连通。电源模块63设置在壳体61内部,用以提供与电源线22电性连接的加热单元123及泵62所需的电力。于一实施例中,电源模块63可例如但不限定于一次性或可重还充放电的电池单元,用以通过电源线22传输给加热单元123或泵62的工作电源,电源模块63也可以为连接市电或其他外部电源,并转换成可通过电源线22传输给加热单元123或泵62的工作电源的变压器。控制单元64设置在壳体61,用以控制加热单元123、泵62及该电源模块63的运作模式,例如开启或关闭加热单元123或泵62,调整加热单元123或泵62的强度,设定加热单元123 或泵62的工作时间或周期,开启或关闭电源模块63,控制电源模块63的充电状态等等。
于再一实施例中,主机6还可包括显示单元65,显示单元65可设置在壳体61的表面,用以显示主机6的作动状态,可例如但不限定于加热单元123或泵62的启闭状态、加热单元123或泵62目前的强度、加热单元123或泵62的工作时间或周期,或电源模块63的启闭或充放电状态等等。于一实施例中,显示单元65可例如为发光二极管单元所组成者,亦可为各种型态的液晶屏幕,但不以此为限。
于另一实施例中,主机6还可包括设置在壳体61侧面的插槽66及端口67,其中,插槽66可用以连通泵62与中空导管23,端口67用以电性连接电源模块63与电源线22。于一实施例中,插槽66可例如但不限为一中空圆柱状管体,其管径小于中空导管23的孔径,使中空导管23套设于插槽66,并维持气密效果。端口67可例如但不限为USB type-c、micro USB或mini USB等规格的端口,电源线22形成有第二电性连接部221的另一端,则可为对应该端口67的连接端子。
承前所述,所述隔膜件4可设置于间隔件211与第一接合部11之间,较佳者,隔膜件4可套设在间隔件的凸部211c。如图1所示,隔膜件4可为一凹部结构,当其套设在凸部211c时,可与间隔件211之间形成一容置气体的空间,可阻隔第三通孔2113与第一结合部11之间的空气流通。因此,当使用者将罩杯本体122贴附于乳房时,可通过控制单元64调整泵62的吸力。当泵62与中空导管23连接并产生吸力时,实际上是抽取盖体2及间隔件211与隔膜件6之间的空气,并借由间隔件211的形变,间接使得转接座1内部产生压力变化。借由隔膜件6产生周期性收缩膨胀的形变,导致转接座1腔体内的压力改变,进而产 生吸力刺激乳房而吸取乳汁。所汲取的乳汁经由罩杯本体122进到转接座1的空间。当隔膜件6在持续收缩膨胀时,第二凸部211c及/或第一凸部211a与沟槽211b的结构,会让隔膜件6于收缩时不会完全覆盖住第三通孔2113,防止形成真空气密的状态。此外,由于隔膜件6的阻隔作用,可避免乳汁经由第三通孔2113进到中空导管23,而是会经由第三接合部13的开孔进到集乳瓶3中储存。较佳者,于本发明的电动吸乳器包括逆止阀5的实施例中,逆止阀5可与第三接合部13相结合。于本实施例中,乳汁通过第三接合部13的开孔后,接着会通过逆止阀5。逆止阀5可防止进到集乳瓶3的乳汁再被吸力吸回第一结合部11或第二结合部12,造成污染或机械损坏。
通过前述本发明的电动吸乳器接头及具有该接头的电动吸乳器各该组件及其结构的改良,用户可以更为轻松、准确且安全的组装及操作。
借由以上较佳具体实施例的描述,本领域具有通常知识者当可更加清楚本发明的特征与精神,惟上述实施例仅为说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用以限制本发明。因此,任何对上述实施例进行的修改及变化仍不脱离本发明的精神,且本发明的权利范围应如权利要求书所列。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,所述电动吸乳器接头包括:
    转接座,包括相互连通的第一接合部、第二接合部与第三接合部,其中该第一接合部具有默认的第一定位点及第二定位点,第二接合部具有第一电性连接部;
    导管模块,包括:
    盖体,该盖体内部具有间隔件,该间隔件具有第一通孔、第二通孔及第三通孔,该盖体具有第三定位点;
    电源线,穿设于该第一通孔,该电源线的一端具有第二电性连接部,该第二电性连接部外露于该第二通孔;
    中空导管,穿设于该第一通孔,该中空导管的一端与该第三通孔相接合连通,
    其中,该导管模块通过该第三定位点与该第一定位点相对应的位置与该转接座相接合,再通过该第三定位点与该第二定位点相对应的位置固定于该转接座,并令该第一电性连接部与该第二电性连接部电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该盖体还包括凸伸部,且其中,该第二通孔开设于该凸伸部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该第一电性连接部或第二电性连接部具有弹性结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该间隔件朝向该转接座的一侧具有第一凸部,该间隔件朝向该转接座的一侧,形成有第二凸部,其中,该第一凸部形成于该第三通孔的周缘,且该第一凸部的高度自该第三通孔向外渐低,且该第一凸部周围形成有沟槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该第二接合部包括:
    罩杯本体;
    加热单元,可拆卸的设置于该罩杯本体上并与该第一电性连接部电性连接;以及
    延伸部,设置于该加热单元上,该延伸部的顶端具有第四通孔,该第一电性连接部外露于该第四通孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该延伸部具有一弯折结构,该延伸部的顶端的一侧形成一斜面,且其中,该止挡部设置在该顶端未形成有该斜面的另一侧,该延伸部的顶端具有止挡部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该罩杯本体包括第一结合部,该加热单元包括与该第一结合部相接合的第二结合部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电动吸乳器接头,其特征在于,该第一结合部包括第一定位部及第二定位部,该第一定位部设置于该罩杯本体朝向该第一接合部与第三接合部的一侧边缘,且该第一定位部由罩杯本体外侧向内长度渐缩,该第二定位部对应的设置于该罩杯本体远离该第一定位部的一侧,且其中,该加热单元为对应该罩杯本体朝向该第一接合部与第三接合部的一侧的罩体结构,该加热单元具有第一开口及周径小于该第一开口的第二开口,该第二结合部为设置于该加热单元的缺口结构,且其中,该第一开口的缺口间距介于该定位槽最长及最短距离之间,该第二开口的缺口间距等于或大于该第二定位部的长度。
  9. 一种电动吸乳器,其特征在于,所述电动吸乳器包括:
    权利要求1至4项其中任一项的电动吸乳器接头;
    集乳瓶,可分离的与该第三接合部相结合;
    隔膜件,设置于该间隔件与该第一接合部之间,并套设在该间隔件的凸部;以及
    逆止阀,其中该第三接合部具有第三结合部,该逆止阀设置在该第三结合部上。
  10. 一种电动吸乳器,其特征在于,所述电动吸乳器包括:
    权利要求5至8项其中任一项的电动吸乳器接头;
    集乳瓶,可分离的与该第三接合部相结合;
    隔膜件,设置于该间隔件与该第一接合部之间,并套设在该间隔件的凸部;以及
    逆止阀,其中该第三接合部具有第三结合部,该逆止阀设置在该第三结合部上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电动吸乳器,其特征在于,所述电动吸乳器还包括主机,该主机包括:
    壳体;
    泵,设置在该壳体内部,并与该中空导管连接;
    电源模块,设置在该壳体内部,用以提供该电源线及泵电力;
    控制单元,设置在该壳体,用以控制该泵及该电源模块的运作;以及
    显示单元,该显示单元设置在该壳体表面,用以显示该主机的作动状态。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的电动吸乳器,其特征在于,所述电动吸乳器还包括主机,该主机包括:
    壳体;
    泵,设置在该壳体内部,并与该中空导管连接;
    电源模块,设置在该壳体内部,用以提供该加热单元及泵电力;
    控制单元,设置在该壳体,用以控制该加热单元、泵及电源模块的运作;以及
    显示单元,该显示单元设置在该壳体表面,用以显示该主机的作动状态。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的电动吸乳器,其特征在于,该主机还包括设置在该壳体的侧面的插槽及端口,其中,该插槽用以连通泵与该中空导管,该端口用以电性连接电源模块与该电源线。
