进一步的,所述镜面玻璃的透光率为33±5%,反射率为67±5%。
进一步的,所述镜面玻璃为由纳米级磁控溅射法制成的半反玻璃。
进一步的,所述PU保护膜的厚度为0.06mm,PE视窗保护膜、PE静电保护膜的厚度为0.05mm。
进一步的,所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备还包括底部支撑装置,所述底部支撑装置包括镜体和支撑件,所述支撑件与镜体通过连接件可拆卸连接;连接件包括第一连接板和第二连接板,第一连接板设有至少一个第一连接孔,第二连接板设有至少一个第二连接孔;支撑件包括U型刚性件和U型柔性件,U型柔性件内侧与U型刚性件外侧贴合,U型刚性件的两端外侧设有放置第一连接板的放置槽,放置槽内壁设有可与第一连接孔对齐的第一固定孔,通过螺栓穿过第一连接孔后与第一固定孔螺纹配合;镜体底端设有供第二连接板插接的插接孔,镜体侧面设有可与第二连接孔对齐的第二固定孔,通过螺栓穿过第二固定孔后与第二连接孔螺纹配合。
通过采用上述技术方案,将第一连接板放置在放置槽内后通过螺栓固定连接,以及将第二连接板插入插接孔后通过螺栓固定连接,然后将U型柔性件贴合在U型刚性件外壁,使得支撑件的安装与拆卸操作方便,能够灵活改变镜体的放置方式,壁挂时既保证了健身训练过 程中的视觉效果,又方便不同身高的用户灵活调整壁挂高度。
进一步的,所述第一连接板设有第三连接孔,U型柔性件内侧设有可与第三连接孔对齐的第三固定孔,通过螺栓穿过第三连接孔后与第三固定孔螺纹配合。
通过采用上述技术方案,将U型柔性件两端与第一连接板固定连接,能够增强U型柔性件与U型刚性件之间的稳定性。
进一步的,所述U型刚性件外侧设有定位槽,定位槽沿U型刚性件的布设轨迹方向延伸设置,U型柔性件内侧设有可与定位槽插接的定位块。
通过采用上述技术方案,定位块与定位槽配合使得U型柔性件能够快速准确的贴合安装,同时防止U型柔性件相对于U型刚性件侧向滑移,增强了支撑件使用的稳定性。
进一步的,所述U型柔性件底部设有防滑垫片,防滑垫片内置有刚性垫板,所述防滑垫片设有至少一个安装孔,U型刚性件与U型柔性件之间设有与安装孔对齐的垫圈,通过螺栓依次穿过安装孔、U型柔性件、垫圈以及U型刚性件后进行固定。
通过采用上述技术方案,防滑垫片增强了支撑件与地面接触时的摩擦阻力,同时刚性垫板增强了防滑垫片的强度,另外,使得防滑垫片可灵活拆卸与安装,同时对U型刚性件与U型柔性件进行固定,垫圈可防止U型刚性件与U型柔性件相互挤压损坏的情况发生。
本公开还可以进一步设置为:所述镜体侧面设有遮挡槽,第二固定孔的端口位于遮挡槽内,遮挡槽插接有遮挡片。
通过采用上述技术方案,遮挡片插入遮挡槽后能够保持镜体表面的完整性,同时防止灰尘进入遮挡槽。
本公开还可以进一步设置为:所述支撑件与镜体拆卸后,插接孔插接有橡胶塞。
通过采用上述技术方案,橡胶塞与插接孔插接后能够保持镜体表面的完整性,同时防止灰尘进入遮挡槽。
本公开还可以进一步设置为:所述橡胶塞包括插头和衔接板,衔接板与镜体外壁无缝衔接。
通过采用上述技术方案,衔接板与镜体外壁无缝衔接保证了镜体外表形状光滑整齐。
与现有技术相比,本公开具有以下有益效果:镜面玻璃在丝印遮挡的作用下使得镜面玻璃呈现镜面效果,同时显示屏的画面在透光区域呈现显示效果,健身训练过程中无需频繁切换视向,通过显示图像或视频完成对训练动作的指导与学习,有效提高了训练效果,用户体验反应好;摄像头能够实时采集训练用户的动作信息为智能训练提供数据支撑,光感应传感器实时采集感光信息为健身设备智能化启闭提供了判断依据;通过按键板完成对显示内容进行操作,使得镜面玻璃保持干净,提供了镜面效果和显示效果的质量;在镜体倚靠在墙面时, 将安全扣与墙扣套合挂好,避免镜体滑移摔坏的情况发生,增强了镜体使用的安全性。
另外,与现有技术相比,本公开还具有以下有益效果:将第一连接板放置在放置槽内后通过螺栓固定连接,以及将第二连接板插入插接孔后通过螺栓固定连接,然后将U型柔性件贴合在U型刚性件外壁,使得支撑件的安装与拆卸操作方便,能够灵活改变镜体的放置方式,壁挂时既保证了健身训练过程中的视觉效果,又方便不同身高的用户灵活调整壁挂高度;将U型柔性件两端与第一连接板固定连接,能够增强U型柔性件与U型刚性件之间的稳定性;定位块与定位槽配合使得U型柔性件能够快速准确的贴合安装,同时防止U型柔性件相对于U型刚性件侧向滑移,增强了支撑件使用的稳定性;防滑垫片增强了支撑件与地面接触时的摩擦阻力,同时刚性垫板增强了防滑垫片的强度。

实施例:一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,如图1与图4所示,包括镜体101,镜体101正面设有镜面玻璃102,镜面玻璃102背面设有上部位预留有空白区的丝印,镜面玻璃102上部位形成对应的透光区域103,镜体101内设有与透光区域103正对齐贴合的显示屏111;镜体101内设有主控制器110,镜面玻璃102背面设有位于透光区域103上方的光感应传感器105以及位于透光区域103下方的摄像头104,摄像头104、光感应传感器105的输出端与主控制器110的输入端连接,主控制器110的输出端与显示屏111的输入端连接,摄像头104的启闭响应于光感应传感器105输出的光感信号。镜面玻璃102丝印遮挡的作用下使得镜面玻璃102呈现镜面效果,同时显示屏111的画面在透光区域103呈现显示效果,健身训练过程中无需频繁切换视向,通过显示图像或视频完成对训练动作的指导与学习,有效提高了训练效果,用户体验反应好;摄像头104能够实时采集训练用户的动作信息为智能训练提供数据支撑,光感应传感器105实时采集感光信息为健身设备智能化启闭提供了判断依据。
在本实施例中,摄像头104、光感应传感器105对应的安装孔不做退镀处理,从镜面玻璃102正面看不到两个孔。
在本实施例中,镜面玻璃102为由纳米级磁控溅射法制成的半反玻璃。镜面玻璃102的透光率为33±5%,反射率为67±5%。
在本实施例中,镜面玻璃102的正面依次贴有PU保护膜、PE静电保护膜,镜面玻璃102背面的透光区域103贴有PE视窗保护膜,镜面玻璃102的背面贴有PE静电保护膜。PU保护膜的厚度为0.06mm,PE视窗保护膜、PE静电保护膜的厚度为0.05mm。
如图3所示,镜体101侧面设有由加键、减键、电源键组成的按键板109,按键板109的输出端与主控制器110的输入端连接。通过按键板109完成对显示内容进行操作,使得镜面玻璃102保持干净,提供了镜面效果和显示效果的质量。
如图2所示,镜体101背面的上部位水平设置有防滑条106。在镜体101倚靠在墙面时,防滑条106与墙面接触,即减小了镜面的摩擦损耗,同时增强了镜体101放置的稳定性。
如图2所示,镜体101背面的上部位设有安全扣108。在镜体101倚靠在墙面时,将安全扣108与墙扣套合挂好,避免镜体101滑移摔坏的情况发生,增强了镜体101使用的安全性。
如图2所示,镜体101背面的下部位设有电源接口112,电源接口112倾斜向下设置。镜体101与电源线连接时,电源线倾斜向上与电源接口112进行连接,即使得电源线的连接与拆卸操作方便,又使得连接处的电源线能够与地面接触。
如图2所示,镜体101背面设有两个竖向设置的加强槽107,加强槽107能够增强镜体101的强度。
工作原理:镜面玻璃102在丝印遮挡的作用下使得镜面玻璃102呈现镜面效果,同时显示屏111的画面在透光区域103呈现显示效果,健身训练过程中无需频繁切换视向,通过显示图像或视频完成对训练动作的指导与学习,有效提高了训练效果,用户体验反应好;摄像头104能够实时采集训练用户的动作信息为智能训练提供数据支撑,光感应传感器105实时采集感光信息为健身设备智能化启闭提供了判断依据。
一种镜面健身设备的底部支撑装置,如图1及5-7所示,包括镜体101和支撑件201,支撑件201与镜体101通过连接件301可拆卸连接。连接件301包括第一连接板302和第二连接板303,第一连接板302设有两个第一连接孔304,第二连接板303设有两个第二连接孔305。支撑件201包括U型刚性件202和U型柔性件206,U型柔性件206内侧与U型刚性件202外侧贴合,U型刚性件202的两端外侧设有放置第一连接板302的放置槽204,放置槽204内壁设有可与第一连接孔304对齐的第一固定孔205,通过螺栓穿过第一连接孔304后与第一固定孔205螺纹配合。镜体101底端设有供第二连接板303插接的插接孔152,镜体101侧面设有可与第二连接孔305对齐的第二固定孔153,通过螺栓穿过第二固定孔153后与第二连接孔305螺纹配合。将第一连接板302放置在放置槽204内后通过螺栓固定连接,以及将第二连接板303插入插接孔152后通过螺栓固定连接,然后将U型柔性件206贴合在U型刚性件202外壁,使得支撑件201的安装与拆卸操作方便,能够灵活改变镜体101的放置方式,壁挂时既保证了健身训练过程中的视觉效果,又方便不同身高的用户灵活调整壁挂高度。
如图6与图7所示,第一连接板302设有第三连接孔306,U型柔性件206内侧设有可 与第三连接孔306对齐的第三固定孔208,通过螺栓穿过第三连接孔306后与第三固定孔208螺纹配合。将U型柔性件206两端与第一连接板302固定连接,能够增强U型柔性件206与U型刚性件202之间的稳定性。
如图6所示,U型刚性件202外侧设有定位槽203,定位槽203沿U型刚性件202的布设轨迹方向延伸设置,U型柔性件206内侧设有可与定位槽203插接的定位块207。定位块207与定位槽203配合使得U型柔性件206能够快速准确的贴合安装,同时防止U型柔性件206相对于U型刚性件202侧向滑移,增强了支撑件201使用的稳定性。
如图6所示,U型柔性件206底部设有防滑垫片209,防滑垫片209内置有刚性垫板210。防滑垫片209增强了支撑件201与地面接触时的摩擦阻力,同时刚性垫板210增强了防滑垫片209的强度。
如图6所示,防滑垫片209间隔设置有安装孔211,U型刚性件202与U型柔性件206之间设有与安装孔211对齐的垫圈212,通过螺栓依次穿过安装孔211、U型柔性件206、垫圈212以及U型刚性件202后进行固定。使得防滑垫片209可灵活拆卸与安装,同时对U型刚性件202与U型柔性件206进行固定,垫圈212可防止U型刚性件202与U型柔性件206相互挤压损坏的情况发生。
如图5所示,镜体101侧面设有遮挡槽154,第二固定孔153的端口位于遮挡槽154内,遮挡槽154插接有遮挡片155。遮挡片155插入遮挡槽154后能够保持镜体101表面的完整性,同时防止灰尘进入遮挡槽154。
如图5所示,支撑件201与镜体101拆卸后,插接孔152插接有橡胶塞156。橡胶塞156与插接孔152插接后能够保持镜体101表面的完整性,同时防止灰尘进入遮挡槽154。
如图5所示,橡胶塞156包括插头157和衔接板158,衔接板158与镜体101外壁无缝衔接。衔接板158与镜体101外壁无缝衔接保证了镜体101外表形状光滑整齐。
工作原理:将第一连接板302放置在放置槽204内后通过螺栓固定连接,以及将第二连接板303插入插接孔152后通过螺栓固定连接,然后将U型柔性件206贴合在U型刚性件202外壁,使得支撑件201的安装与拆卸操作方便,能够灵活改变镜体101的放置方式,壁挂时既保证了健身训练过程中的视觉效果,又方便不同身高的用户灵活调整壁挂高度。

  1. 一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,包括镜体(101),其中,所述镜体(101)正面设有镜面玻璃(102),镜面玻璃(102)背面设有上部位预留有空白区的丝印,镜面玻璃(102)上部位形成对应的透光区域(103),镜体(101)内设有与透光区域(103)正对齐贴合的显示屏(111);镜体(101)内设有主控制器(110),镜面玻璃(102)背面设有位于透光区域(103)上方的光感应传感器(105)以及位于透光区域(103)下方的摄像头(104),摄像头(104)、光感应传感器(105)的输出端与主控制器(110)的输入端连接,主控制器(110)的输出端与显示屏(111)的输入端连接,摄像头(104)的启闭响应于光感应传感器(105)输出的光感信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述镜体(101)侧面设有由加键、减键、电源键组成的按键板(109),按键板(109)的输出端与主控制器(110)的输入端连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述镜面玻璃(102)的正面依次贴有PU保护膜、PE静电保护膜,镜面玻璃(102)背面的透光区域(103)贴有PE视窗保护膜,镜面玻璃(102)的背面贴有PE静电保护膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述镜体(101)背面的上部位水平设置有防滑条(106),所述镜体(101)背面的上部位设有安全扣(108),所述镜体(101)背面的下部位设有电源接口(112),电源接口(112)倾斜向下设置,所述镜体(101)背面设有至少一个竖向设置的加强槽(107)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述镜面玻璃(102)的透光率为33±5%,反射率为67±5%。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述镜面玻璃(102)为由纳米级磁控溅射法制成的半反玻璃。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,还包括底部支撑装置,所述底部支撑装置包括镜体(101)和支撑件(201),所述支撑件(201)与镜体(101)通过连接件(301)可拆卸连接;连接件(301)包括第一连接板(302)和第二连接板(303),第一连接板(302)设有至少一个第一连接孔(304),第二连接板(303)设有至少一个第二连接孔(305);支撑件(201)包括U型刚性件(202)和U型柔性件(206),U型柔性件(206)内侧与U型刚性件(202)外侧贴合,U型刚性件(202)的两端外侧设有放置第一连接板(302)的放置槽(204),放置槽(204)内壁设有可与第一连接孔(304)对齐的第一固定孔(205),通过螺栓穿过第一连接孔(304)后与第一固定孔(205)螺纹配合;镜体(101)底端设有供第二连接板(303)插接的插接孔(152),镜体(101)侧面设有可与第二连接孔(305)对齐的第二固定孔(153),通过螺栓穿过第二固定孔(153)后与第二连接孔(305)螺纹配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述第一连接板(302)设 有第三连接孔(306),U型柔性件(206)内侧设有可与第三连接孔(306)对齐的第三固定孔(208),通过螺栓穿过第三连接孔(306)后与第三固定孔(208)螺纹配合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述U型刚性件(202)外侧设有定位槽(203),定位槽(203)沿U型刚性件(202)的布设轨迹方向延伸设置,U型柔性件(206)内侧设有可与定位槽(203)插接的定位块(207)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种智能一体化镜面健身设备,其中,所述U型柔性件(206)底部设有防滑垫片(209),防滑垫片(209)内置有刚性垫板(210),所述防滑垫片(209)设有至少一个安装孔(211),U型刚性件(202)与U型柔性件(206)之间设有与安装孔(211)对齐的垫圈(212),通过螺栓依次穿过安装孔(211)、U型柔性件(206)、垫圈(212)以及U型刚性件(202)后进行固定。
