Exemplarily, when it is determined that there is unread prompt information in the terminal device, the terminal device may first detect whether the user is using the terminal device. When it is detected that the user is using the terminal device, the terminal device can obtain the user's gaze path within the first preset duration (ie, the first gaze path described in the claims, hereinafter referred to as the first gaze path), and can obtain the gaze path of the user within the first preset time period (ie, the first gaze path described in the claims, hereinafter referred to as the first gaze path), and can The first gaze path is used to determine whether the user notices the prompt information. Optionally, the terminal device may determine whether the user is using the terminal device according to the screen lock state of the terminal device. For example, when the terminal device is in an unlocked state, the terminal device may determine that the user is using the terminal device. Optionally, the terminal device may determine whether the user is using the terminal device according to the screen state of the display interface and the user image captured by the front camera of the terminal device. For example, when the terminal device is in a bright screen state and a complete face or complete facial features can be recognized from the user image collected by the front camera, the terminal device can determine that the user is using the terminal device. Optionally, the terminal device may also determine whether the user is using the terminal device according to motion data detected by sensors such as a gyroscope in the terminal device. For example, when motion data detected by a sensor such as a gyroscope in the terminal device determines that the terminal device is in a motion state, the terminal device may determine by default that the user is not currently using the terminal device.
In this embodiment of the present application, the first preset duration may be set by the user, or may be set by default by the terminal device, and the first preset duration may be calculated from when the user is using the terminal device. For example, the terminal device may set the first preset duration to any value such as 30 seconds by default. For a terminal device that is in a locked screen state after displaying the prompt information, the terminal device can start to calculate the first preset duration from when the unlocking operation is detected. At this time, the user's first gaze path within the first preset duration can be The user's gaze path within 30 seconds after the end device is unlocked. The first gaze path may be the user's gaze path in the display interface, that is, the terminal device may determine the gaze path composed of the user's gaze positions in the display interface within the 30 seconds as the first gaze path.
It should be noted that the terminal device can, for all unread prompt information (including prompt information that has been displayed again and prompt information that has not been displayed again), when detecting that the user has not noticed the prompt information, the prompt information The information is displayed again. Alternatively, the terminal device may display only the unread prompt information that has not been displayed again, and display the prompt information again when it is detected that the user has not noticed the prompt information. That is, when the terminal device determines that there is unread prompt information in the terminal device, the terminal device may first determine whether the terminal device has displayed the prompt information again. When it is determined that the prompt information has been displayed again by the terminal device, the terminal device can no longer detect whether the user notices the prompt information, and does not display the prompt information again.
It should be understood that when the first gaze path of the user within the first preset time period does not include the display position of the prompt information in the display interface, the terminal device may determine that the user has not noticed the prompt information, and the terminal device may use the preset The method intelligently displays the prompt information again, so as to attract the user's attention to the prompt information, so as to check the information in time. When the user's first gaze path within the first preset duration includes the display position of the prompt information in the display interface, the terminal device may determine that the user has noticed the prompt information, and at this time, the terminal device may not display the prompt information again. .
For example, in a scenario where the terminal device has unread short messages, when the first gaze path obtained by the terminal device does not include the display position of the application identifier corresponding to the short message application in the status bar, and does not include the location of the application icon corresponding to the short message application When the display position is displayed, the terminal device can determine that the user has not noticed the prompt information. For example, when the first gaze path acquired by the terminal device includes the location where the application icon corresponding to the short message application is located, the terminal device may determine that the user has noticed the prompt information. Alternatively, when the first gaze path acquired by the terminal device includes the display position where the application identifier corresponding to the short message application in the status bar is located, the terminal device may determine that the user has noticed the prompt information.
Understandably, people who do notice something often require a certain amount of gaze time, and they may not actually notice it if they only swipe over it for a short period of time. In this embodiment of the present application, a second preset duration may be set in advance, so as to determine whether the user really notices the prompt information according to whether the user's gaze duration in the display position reaches the second preset duration, so as to determine whether to display the prompt information again , to improve the accuracy of the prompt information displayed again, and reduce the possibility of users missing the information. Wherein, the second preset duration is the minimum time required for people to really notice something, and the second preset duration may be set by default by the terminal device, or may be set by the user. For example, when a relevant technical person shows according to an experimental study that the minimum time required for people to really notice a certain thing is 500 milliseconds, the terminal device may set the second preset duration to be 500 milliseconds by default. For example, the user can set the second preset duration by himself according to the minimum time (for example, an arbitrary value such as 600 milliseconds or 400 milliseconds) required to actually notice a certain thing.
Specifically, when the terminal device determines that the user's first gaze path within the first preset duration includes the display position of the prompt information in the display interface, the terminal device may further acquire the user's gaze duration at the display position, and determine the gaze duration The size relationship with the second preset duration. When the gaze duration is less than the second preset duration, the terminal device may determine that the user may just scan the prompt information without actually paying attention to the prompt information. When the gaze duration is greater than or equal to the second preset duration, the terminal device may determine that the user has indeed noticed the prompt information.
In this embodiment of the present application, the terminal device may obtain the user's gaze position in the display interface within the first preset time period by using the gaze technology, and may obtain the user's first gaze path within the first preset time period according to the gaze position.
Optionally, the gaze technology may be a gaze technology based on eye tracking, wherein the eye tracking may be performed based on a face image collected by a camera. That is, the terminal device can obtain the face image of the user through the front camera, and can perform eye positioning analysis on the obtained face image to determine the eye region of the user. Then, eyeball analysis can be performed on the eye area to determine the pupil position of the left eye and the pupil position of the right eye, and the line of sight direction of the left eye can be determined according to the pupil position of the left eye, and the right eye can be determined according to the pupil position of the right eye. direction of sight. Finally, the intersection of the gaze direction of the left eye and the gaze direction of the right eye can be determined as the gaze position of the user. Therefore, the first gaze path of the user in the first preset time period can be obtained according to the gaze positions at each moment in the first preset time period.
It should be understood that the information received by the terminal device may include some information that the user may not want to view, such as advertisement push information. In this embodiment of the present application, the terminal device may only display the prompt information again for the important information that the user wants to view in time. When it is determined that there is unread prompt information in the terminal device, the terminal device can first obtain the information type corresponding to the prompt information, and when the information type is the target type, the terminal device can obtain the first gaze path of the user within the first preset duration , so as to determine whether the user notices the prompt information according to the first gaze path. The target type is the information type corresponding to the preset important information. The important information can be at least one of short message information, WeChat information, email information, and incoming call information corresponding to the target contact, or it can be the content push information corresponding to the target application or the target account in the target application, etc., or it can be The prompt information corresponding to the target system function or target application function. The prompt information corresponding to the target system function or the target application function can be the highlighted display of the target system function or the target application function by the terminal device. The target system function can be a system update or newly added function in the terminal device, and the target application function can be Updated or added functions for applications in terminal devices. Here, the important information may be customized by the user, or may be determined by the terminal device by default based on the user's historical behavior data.
In this embodiment of the present application, the function of redisplaying the prompt information (hereinafter referred to as the prompt review function) may be an optional function in the terminal device. The reminder corresponding to the review function is used to customize the settings of important information in the review management interface.
Exemplarily, the terminal device may display an icon and/or a menu bar of the prompt review function, so as to provide the user with the prompt review function of the terminal device manually enabled. For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 4 , the terminal device may display an icon prompting the review function in the shortcut control interface, and the shortcut control interface may also include conventional functions such as WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile data, automatic rotation, and brightness. , which is used to implement shortcut operations of WLAN, Bluetooth, mobile data, auto-rotate and other related functions. The menu bar corresponding to each associated information item. The user can turn on the on/off key of the menu bar corresponding to the target contact to set all the information corresponding to the target contact as important information, that is, set all the information sent by the target contact as important information; or turn on the target contact The key of the menu bar corresponding to the target information item in the person is to determine the information related to the target information item in the target contact as important information, that is, all the information corresponding to the target information item sent by the target contact is Set as important information. Wherein, the target contact may be at least one of all contacts, the target information item may be at least one of all information items in the target contact, and all information items may include short message information, phone information, WeChat information, email information, WeChat information Information items such as blog information.
For example, after the terminal device detects that the user clicks or touches the Jack shown in (d) in FIG. 5 , the terminal device can display the setting details page corresponding to Jack as shown in (e) in FIG. 5 , and the setting details page can be Displays the menu bar corresponding to Jack, and can also display the menu bar corresponding to each information item such as WeChat, SMS, phone, and email corresponding to Jack. As shown in (e) of FIG. 5 , when the user turns on the on/off key 504 of the menu bar corresponding to Jack, the terminal device can send all the information (which may include short message information, phone information, WeChat information, mail information, etc.) sent by Jack. ) are identified as important information. That is, for any information in the terminal device that has not been checked in time, when the terminal device detects that the user has not noticed the prompt information corresponding to the information, it can first determine whether the information is the information sent by Jack. When it is determined that the information is the information sent by Jack, the terminal device may display the prompt information again in a preset manner. When it is determined that the information is not the information sent by Jack, the terminal device may not display the prompt information again. As shown in (f) in FIG. 5 , when the user turns on the switch key 505 of the menu bar corresponding to WeChat in Jack and the switch key 506 of the menu bar corresponding to the phone, the terminal device can store all WeChat information corresponding to Jack and all Caller information is determined to be important information. That is, for any information in the terminal device that has not been checked in time, when the terminal device detects that the user has not noticed the prompt information corresponding to the information, it can first determine whether the information is WeChat information or incoming call information corresponding to Jack. When it is determined that the information is the WeChat information sent by Jack or the incoming call information called by Jack, the terminal device may display the prompt information again in a preset manner. When it is determined that the information is not the WeChat information sent by Jack, or is not the incoming call information called by Jack, the terminal device may not display the prompt information again.
In another example, when the prompt review function of the terminal device is enabled, the terminal device may provide a prompt review management interface as shown in (a) in FIG. 6 , for providing the user with custom settings for important information. The prompt review management interface may include a selected information column 601, a candidate information column 602, and an add control 603 for adding new important information. The selected information bar 601 is used to display important information that the user has set. Exemplarily, the terminal device may perform default settings of important information according to the user's historical behavior data. For example, the terminal device can obtain the WeChat information exchanged in the terminal device in the last week or one month, and can classify the contacts corresponding to the WeChat information. Then, a target contact whose information quantity of WeChat information is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold can be obtained, and the WeChat information corresponding to the target contact can be determined as important information. Alternatively, the top N target contacts with the largest amount of WeChat information may be obtained, and the WeChat information corresponding to the N target contacts may be determined as important information, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. Similarly, the terminal device can also perform default settings for important information according to the phone information, short message information, email information, etc. that the terminal device has exchanged in the last week or month.
Exemplarily, the terminal device may perform default settings of important information according to the type of information. Optionally, the terminal device may determine non-advertising short message information/mail information/WeChat information as important information, and/or may determine non-advertising sales phone information as important information. For example, the terminal device may extract keywords from the received short message information/mail information/WeChat information, and may determine whether the information is advertisement information according to whether the extracted keywords contain advertisement promotion keywords. When the information is not advertisement information, the terminal device can determine the information as important information, and can display the prompt information corresponding to the information again when detecting that the user does not notice the prompt information corresponding to the information.
Exemplarily, the terminal device can default all the information received by the terminal device as important information, that is, for any information received by the terminal device, when the terminal device detects that the user has not noticed the prompt information, it can The prompt message is displayed again.
In this embodiment of the present application, the preset manner for redisplaying the prompt information may be one or more of the following: (1) displaying the application icon with dynamic effects; (2) changing the icon size and/or icon color of the application icon; ( 3) Voice playback prompt information; (4) Display prompt information in the form of a banner or a pop-up window at a preset position.

Optionally, when the user needs to perform related operations on the display interface (for example, operations such as games, video viewing, reading, etc.), in order to reduce the interference of the display of the prompt information on the current operation of the user, the terminal device can dynamically determine (4) according to the actual situation. ) to display the prompt information again without affecting the current operation of the user to improve the user experience. Specifically, the terminal device can first detect the operation position of the operation that the user needs to perform on the display interface and the user's current gaze position in the display interface, and can determine any position in the display interface except the operation position and the gaze position is the preset position in (4). Wherein, the gaze position can be obtained through the above-mentioned gaze technology, and details are not described herein again.
In one example, the terminal device may obtain the position of the click or touch performed by the user in the display interface before the prompt information is displayed again, and may determine the operation position of the user in the display interface according to the obtained position. For example, the acquired position may be determined as the operation position of the user in the display interface, or the position corresponding to the smallest area (such as the smallest rectangular area or the smallest circular area, etc.) in the display interface including the acquired position may be determined It is the operation position of the user in the display interface.
In another example, the terminal device may determine the operation position of the user in the display interface according to the position corresponding to the relevant operation of the application in the display interface. For example, in a game application, the terminal device may determine the position of the click or touch operation in the game in the display interface as the operation position of the user in the display interface. For example, in a video application, the terminal device can determine the position in the display interface of the user's click or touch operation in the video application to search, select the next item, select the previous item, send a comment, etc. as the user's position on the display interface. in the operating position.
Optionally, the terminal device may dynamically determine the preset position in the above (4) in combination with the default setting and the actual situation. Specifically, the terminal device may set the preset position by default. When displaying the prompt information in the way of (4), the terminal device can first detect the operation position of the operation that the user needs to perform in the display interface and the user's current gaze position in the display interface, and determine the preset position and the operation position. Whether there is an overlap between the positions, and determining whether there is an overlap between the preset position and the gaze position. When there is no overlap between the preset position and the operation position, and there is no overlap between the preset position and the gaze position, the terminal device may determine the preset position as the preset described in (4) Position, that is, the terminal device can display prompt information in the form of a banner or a pop-up window at a preset position set by default. When there is an overlap between the preset position and the operation position, or there is an overlap between the preset position and the gaze position, the terminal device can adjust the preset position according to the operation position and the gaze position, and can adjust the adjustment The latter preset position is determined as the preset position described in (4). Specifically, the terminal device can determine any position in the display interface that does not overlap with the operation position and the gaze position as the adjusted preset position, that is, the terminal device can display the display as shown in (b) of FIG. 7 . The prompt information is displayed again at positions other than the operation position 702 and the gaze position 701 in the interface by means of a banner or a pop-up window, which reduces the interference of the display of the prompt information on the user's current operation and improves the user experience.
In an example, in order to increase the possibility of the user noticing the prompt information, the terminal device may determine the preset position in the above (4) according to the current gaze position of the user in the display interface. Specifically, the terminal device can detect the user's current gaze position in the display interface, and can determine the user's gaze position in the display interface or a position near the gaze position as a preset position, so as to display prompt information through a banner or a pop-up window At the position where the user is currently looking, the possibility of the prompt information being noticed by the user is increased.
In this embodiment of the present application, in order to increase the possibility of the user noticing the prompt information and thus to check the information in time, the terminal device may also use at least one of the above (1) to (4) to display the prompt information for the first time.
Exemplarily, in the scenario where the prompt information is displayed for the first time using the method in (4), the terminal device may first detect the user's current operating position and gaze position in the display interface, and determine the prompt information set in the terminal device. Whether there is an overlap between the preset position displayed for the first time and the operation position, and whether there is an overlap between the preset position and the gaze position is determined. When there is no overlap between the preset position and the operation position, and there is no overlap between the preset position and the gaze position, the terminal device may prompt at the preset position by means of a banner or a pop-up window The first display of information. When there is an overlap between the preset position and the operation position, or there is an overlap between the preset position and the gaze position, the terminal device may display any position in the display interface except the operation position and the gaze position. The prompt information is displayed for the first time in the form of a banner or a pop-up window at a position, so as to perform the prompt information for the first time on the basis of not interfering with the current operation of the user, thereby improving the user experience.
Exemplarily, in the scenario in which the prompt information is displayed for the first time using the method in (4), the terminal device may first determine the information type of the prompt information, and when the information type is not the target type, the target type is the one corresponding to the important information. When the information type of the prompt information is selected, that is, when the prompt information is not the prompt information corresponding to important information, the terminal device can obtain the current operation position and gaze position of the user in the display interface. Then, the terminal device can display the prompt information for the first time in the form of a banner or a pop-up window at any position in the display interface except the operation position and the staring position, so as to perform non-important information on the basis of not interfering with the user's operation. The first display of the prompt message. When the information type is the target type, that is, when the prompt information is prompt information corresponding to important information, the terminal device can acquire the user's gaze position in the display interface. Then, the terminal device can display the prompt information for the first time in the form of a banner or a pop-up window at the staring position or a position near the staring position, so as to attract the user's attention to the prompt information, so as to check the information in time.
In this embodiment of the present application, in the process of acquiring the first gaze path of the user within the first preset duration, when the terminal device detects that the user's attention is not on the display interface or detects that the user is in a daze on the display interface, the terminal The device can first display recall information to remind the user to recall or awaken the user's attention. Then, the prompt information is displayed, thereby increasing the possibility of the user noticing the prompt information. Wherein, the terminal device can display the recall information by performing dynamic effect display on the display interface, and/or performing voice broadcast, etc.
Specifically, when the user uses the terminal device, the terminal device can obtain the user's gaze path within a third preset time period (that is, the second gaze path described in the claims, hereinafter referred to as the second gaze path) through the gaze technology. . When none of the gaze positions included in the second gaze path are on the display interface, the terminal device may determine that the user's current attention is not on the display interface, and the terminal device may display recall information to recall the user's attention to the display interface. For example, as shown in FIG. 8 , the terminal device may display cartoon characters in a dynamic effect, and prompt the user through voice playback of the cartoon characters, so as to recall the user's attention to the display interface. When the gaze position included in the second gaze path is the same position in the display interface, the terminal device can determine that the user is currently in a distracted state, and the terminal device can display recall information to prompt the user to wake up the user's distracted state. The third preset duration may be set by default by the terminal device, or may be set by the user. For example, the terminal device may set the third preset duration to be 10 seconds by default.
In this embodiment of the present application, in the process of redisplaying the prompt information, when the terminal device detects that the user is reading the content, the terminal device can also obtain the user's reading position in real time through the staring technology. When the reading position is the end position in the display interface, the terminal device can automatically perform a page turning action, so as to improve the user's reading convenience and user experience. The page turning direction corresponding to the page turning action may be consistent with the user's reading habit. For example, when the terminal device determines by analyzing the user's historical reading data that the user is accustomed to turning pages to the left, when the terminal device performs an automatic page-turning operation, it can turn to the left as shown in (a) in FIG. 9 . conduct. For example, when the terminal device determines by analyzing the user's historical reading data that the user is accustomed to turning pages to the right, when the terminal device performs an automatic page turning operation, it can turn rightwards as shown in (b) of FIG. 9 . way to proceed. For example, when the terminal device determines by analyzing the user's historical reading data that the user is accustomed to turning pages upwards, the terminal device may perform the automatic page turning operation in the manner of turning upwards. For example, when the terminal device determines by analyzing the user's historical reading data that the user is accustomed to page down, when the terminal device performs the automatic page turning operation, it may be performed in a down-turning manner.
In an example, during the process of the user reading the content, the terminal device can also obtain the reading position of the user in real time through the gaze technology, and monitor the moment when the user stops reading. When monitoring that the user stops reading, the terminal device may record the reading position corresponding to the moment when the user stops reading. Subsequently, when the terminal device detects that the user restarts reading, the terminal device can mark the recorded reading position to remind the user of the reading position at the end of the last reading, so as to facilitate the user to continue subsequent reading and improve the reading efficiency. Among them, stopping reading can be stopped reading when the user actively or passively exits the reading application, or can be stopped when the reading application is switched to running in the background, or can be stopped when the user's eyes leave the display interface, etc. . The terminal device can mark the reading position by changing the content display effect at the recorded reading position, and/or by inserting a specific icon at the recorded reading position. Here, changing the display effect of the content at the reading position may be changing one or more of the font, text size, color, etc. of the content at the reading position. The specific icon may be any icon, eg, a finger icon, a bookmark icon, and the like. For example, as shown in (c) of FIG. 9 , the terminal device can mark the reading position by inserting a finger icon at the recorded reading position.
Exemplarily, the terminal device may determine whether the user leaves the display interface and stops reading by using a gaze technique or an image captured by a front camera of the terminal device. For example, when the terminal device detects through the staring technology that the gaze position included in the user's gaze path within the fourth preset duration is not on the display interface, the terminal device may determine that the user is currently leaving the display interface, and at this time the terminal device may determine that the user stops reading. For example, when the terminal device determines that there is no complete face in the image by analyzing the image collected by the front camera, the terminal device may determine that the user is currently leaving the display interface, and at this time the terminal device may determine that the user stops reading.
