背景技术
营业执照是每一家企业都必须要办理的合法经营执照,也是企业之间合作最基础证照,在企业的经营过程中起到至关重要的作用。
营业执照由国家工商行政管理机关进行签发管理,包括营业执照的正本和副本,其登记事项为:名称、地址、负责人、资金数额、经济成分、经营范围、经营方式、从业人数、经营期限等。在企业经营过程中因为法人变更、地址、经营范围等各种因素变更,需要重新进行营业执照的变更申请。在企业之间互相合作过程中,需要对企业可经营范围、注册资本、经营期限等进行验证才能开展合作。
如果采用扫描件或者照片的方式进行验证,营业执照可能被上传者造假,很难辨别验证结果。如果通过营业执照查询网站查询,由于目前营业执照都是中心化存储存在数据传递过程可能造假的隐患。此外,营业执照办理及变更由各地工商部门负责审核,依靠人员进行处理整体效率偏低。
发明内容

下面结合附图和实施例对本公开作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了可以应用本公开的用于管理营业执照的方法或用于管理营业执照的装置的实施例的示例性系统架构。
本系统主要由以下几部分组成:
1、工商部门终端:包含工商部门认证、管理人员认证、工商信息审核、营业执照签发;
2、企业申请终端:申请人身份认证、申请信息提报、审核结果查看、营业执照查看、营业执照信息变更提交、审核结果查看;
3、企业查询终端:营业执照查询验证;
4、区块链网络:智能合约的生成与执行、执行过程及执行结果区块链写入、营业执照区块链验证查询。可由5G边缘计算主机组成,5G边缘计算主机即为区块链网络的节点。可选地,其它接入区块链网络的终端也可作为区块链网络的节点。
节点A、B、C属于同一个隐私组织。隐私组织内的隐私交易是可见的。节点A、B、C可分别执行相同的隐私交易。用户可通过企业查询终端发起营业执照验证请求,然后由节点A、B、C进行投票表决,确定出隐私交易的结果是否正确。
区块链系统由数据层、网络层、共识层、激励层、合约层和应用层组成。共识层主要封装网络节点(即,共识节点)的各类共识算法。通过共识节点的投票,在很短的时间内完成对交易的验证和确认。对一笔隐私交易,如果有效举证数量达到一定阈值,如超过组织成员数的三分之二的节点能够达成共识,我们就可以认为全网对此也能够达成共识。
需要说明的是,共识节点可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的用于管理营业执照的方法一般由区块链网络的节点(例如5G边缘计算主机)执行,隐私组织内的任何一个节点都可发起营业执照验证请求。相应地,区块链隐私状态的共识装置一般设置于区块链网络的节点中。
应该理解,图1中的工商部门终端、企业申请终端、企业查询终端和5G边缘计算主机的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的工商部门终端、企业申请终端、企业查询终端和5G边缘计算主机。
继续参考图2a,示出了根据本公开的用于管理营业执照的方法的 营业执照申请过程的一个实施例的流程200。该用于管理营业执照的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,响应于从企业申请终端接收到包括企业申请人员的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息的注册请求,通过实名系统对企业申请人员进行身份验证。
在本实施例中,用于管理营业执照的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的区块链网络的任一节点)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式从企业申请人员利用其进行营业执照申请的终端(企业申请终端)接收注册请求。注册请求中可包括企业申请人员的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息。这里的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息是区别于工商管理人员的人脸图像和身份信息,“第一”、“第二”并没有实际意义。实名系统可以是公安系统。通过人脸图像查询公安系统中与该人脸图像匹配的身份信息,将匹配到的身份信息与待验证的身份信息对比,如果一致,则身份验证通过,可允许该用户申请营业执照。如果不一致,则身份验证不通过,则该用户不能申请营业执照。
步骤202,如果企业申请人员的身份验证通过,则获得企业申请人员的公钥和申请权限,并将验证通过的第一身份信息写入区块链网络。
在本实施例中,如果身份验证通过,则企业申请终端可生成公钥和私钥。企业申请终端将公钥上传至区块链,使得每个节点都能获得企业申请人员的公钥。同时,区块链中每个节点都知道企业申请人员具备了申请权限。在区块链中记录验证通过的第一身份信息。
步骤203,响应于接收到经企业申请人员的私钥加密的执照申请请求,使用企业申请人员的公钥解密,并根据执照申请请求中的经营地址将执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员,以供工商管理人员审核并签发营业执照。
在本实施例中,注册完成的企业申请人员可通过与企业申请人员的终端相连的节点向区块链提交执照申请请求。该执照申请请求经企业申请人员的私钥加密。节点接收到执照申请请求后使用公钥解密,如果解密成功,则说明该执照申请请求是来自注册通过的企业申请人 员。将解密成功的执照申请请求在区块链中广播,工商管理人员终端通过每个节点都能获取到执照申请请求。如果执照申请请求解密失败,则丢弃。执照申请请求可包括申请材料,例如,经营范围、经营地址等。不同的工商管理人员负责的辖区不同,需要根据经营地址找到负责处理该执照申请请求的工商管理人员进行审批。
在工商管理人员审批之前,需要对工商管理人员进行注册。工商管理人员的注册过程可包括:响应于从工商部门终端接收到包括工商管理人员的第二人脸图像和第二身份信息的第二注册请求,广播通知工商管理部门对工商管理人员进行身份验证。响应于从工商部门终端接收到工商管理人员的身份验证通过的消息,则获取工商管理人员的公钥及管理权限,并将验证通过的第二身份信息写入区块链网络。工商管理人员的注册过程与企业申请人员的注册过程基本相同。区别主要在于是由工商管理部门对工商管理人员进行身份验证。由工商管理部门的负责人进行验证,核实工商管理人员的身份。此外,负责人还可将管理权限写入区块链网络,例如,工商管理人员A负责海淀区的申请,工商管理人员B负责西城区的申请等。
步骤204,响应于接收到工商部门终端发送的经工商管理人员的私钥加密的营业执照信息,使用工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将营业执照信息写入区块链网络。
在本实施例中,具有相应管理权限的工商管理人员会对执照申请请求中的申请材料进行人工审核。如果符合申请条件,则工商管理人员签发营业执照,并通过工商管理人员的私钥加密后,由工商部门终端上传到区块链网络。区块链网络的节点使用工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将营业执照信息写入区块链网络。之后,可通过区块链中任意的节点进行查询。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,如果执照申请请求不符合申请条件,则工商管理人员驳回申请,并将驳回申请上传到区块链网络,驳回申请中可包括驳回理由。区块链网络的节点使用工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将驳回申请写入区块链网络。之后,可通过区块链网络中任意的节点进行查询。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:区块链网络响应于从工商部门终端接收到包括第三人脸图像和第三身份信息的工商管理人员的审批请求,将第三人脸图像和第三身份信息分别与区块链网络中预先存储的工商管理人员的人脸图像和身份信息进行匹配;如果匹配成功,则匹配到的公钥及管理权限分配给发起审批请求的工商管理人员使用。工商管理人员在审批之前需要进行身份验证。只有人脸图像和身份信息与注册成功的工商人员的相关信息吻合才能授予审批权限。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,管理权限包括管辖区域,以及该方法还包括:如果执照申请请求中的经营地址不在管辖区域内,则广播通知工商管理部门更换工商管理人员进行审批。不再某工商管理人员的管辖区域范围内的申请,其不具备审批权限,需广播通知相关人员来认领。
继续参见图2b,图2b是根据本实施例的用于管理营业执照的方法的营业执照申请场景的一个示意图。具体过程如下:
1、工商管理人员注册:工商管理人员通过工商部门终端进行身份注册,注册时需要提交个人信息及进行人脸识别验证,将认证信息提交至5G平台,提交后由对应工商管理部门管理人员进行审核验证,验证通过后获得公私钥及管理权限,并将身份信息写入区块链网络;
2、企业申请个人实名注册认证:需要申请营业执照的个人通过企业申请终端进行实名信息注册并进行人脸识别验证,将认证信息提交至5G平台,注册后通过实名系统进行验证,验证通过后注册成功,获得公私钥及系统申请权限,并将身份信息写入区块链网络;
3、企业申请人员提交营业执照申请所需材料,提交记录及材料通过区块链网络进行同步,根据提交信息中所在的经营地址分配到对应的工商管理部门;
4、工商管理部门管理人员通过身份验证后,进行审核操作,审核通过并签发营业执照,审核通过的营业执照信息写入区块链网络网络。
继续参考图3a,示出了根据本公开的用于管理营业执照的方法的 营业执照变更过程的一个实施例的流程300。该用于管理营业执照的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,接收工商部门终端发送的营业执照的变更条件。
在本实施例中,用于管理营业执照的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的区块链网络的节点)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式从工商管理人员利用其进行营业执照审批的终端(工商部门终端)接收营业执照的变更条件。满足变更条件才允许变更营业执照,例如,注册地址变化才能变更营业地址等。工商部门终端将变更条件写入区块链网络。
步骤302,根据变更条件生成智能合约。
在本实施例中,执行主体能够根据变更条件生成智能合约。智能合约与传统的纸质合约类似,只是用计算机语言来描述,通过计算机执行,可以在没有第三方信任的情况下进行可信的合约触发和执行。
步骤303,响应于从企业申请终端接收到营业执照变更请求,进行身份验证。
在本实施例中,如果接收到来自企业申请终端的营业执照变更请求,则可通过人脸认证或短信认证等方式确定申请变更的人是不是营业执照的持有人。只有持有人才有权变更。
步骤304,如果身份验证通过,则通知企业申请终端提交变更材料。
在本实施例中,如果身份验证通过,则可向企业申请终端发送企业申请终端提交变更材料的通知。
步骤305,根据预设的智能合约对变更材料进行验证,得到验证结果。
在本实施例中,如果变更材料符合智能合约的要求,则可进行变更。
步骤306,若验证结果为通过,则记录营业执照变更内容,并将变更后的内容和验证结果写入区块链网络。
在本实施例中,智能合约可自动进行审核和验证,无需工商人员手工核验。区块链的节点可直接将变更后的内容和验证结果写入区块 链网络。这样任何终端可通过区块链网络中的各节点可查询变更后的营业执照。
步骤307,若验证结果为不通过,则将验证结果写入区块链网络。
在本实施例中,如果未审批通过变更,则验证结果为驳回申请,驳回申请中可包括驳回理由,将驳回申请写入区块链网络。可供企业申请终端通过区块链网络的节点查找。
继续参见图3b,图3b是根据本实施例的用于管理营业执照的方法的营业执照变更场景的一个示意图。具体过程如下:
1、工商管理人员根据各类营业执照变更的要求,将变更条件写入5G边缘计算主机,5G边缘计算主机根据条件自动生成智能合约。
2、企业变更申请人员首先进行智能身份认证,包括人脸认证、短信认证等方式,获得发起变更权限;
3、根据营业执照需要变更的内容提交相关材料,资料提交后对应节点的5G边缘计算主机,根据智能合约进行审核和验证;
4、验证结果通过后记录营业执照变更内容并将内容和验证结果写入区块链中,返回给企业申请终端供提交者查验结果。
继续参考图4a,示出了根据本公开的用于管理营业执照的方法的营业执照查询过程的一个实施例的流程400。该用于管理营业执照的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,响应于从企业查询终端接收到包括营业执照的编码和待验证信息的营业执照验证请求,本地节点将营业执照的编码对应的营业执照信息与待验证信息进行比对,得到交易状态,并写入区块链网络。
在本实施例中,用于管理营业执照的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的区块链网络的任一节点)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式从企业人员利用其进行营业执照验证的终端接收营业执照验证请求。营业执照验证请求可包括营业执照的编码和待验证信息。待验证信息为营业执照上的内容。如果查询者怀疑法人的真实性,可输入营业执照的编码和法人的身份证号进行查询。每个节点都存储了工商管理人员签发的营业执照。每个节点都将营业执照的编码对应的营业执 照信息与待验证信息进行比对,得到交易状态。交易状态可以是成功或失败。由于有的节点的数据可能被篡改,因此需要区块链网络内的所有节点分别进行验证,然后达成共识。
步骤402,对交易状态进行签名后打包成举证交易广播至区块链网络。
在本实施例中,区块链网络的每个节点使用持有的私钥对交易状态进行签名,将该交易状态、交易状态的签名以及必要的信息打包成一笔交易,广播至区块链网络。
步骤403,接收并执行其它节点的举证交易,得到举证信息并进行统计。
在本实施例中,每个节点都在签发举证交易,将交易广播至区块链网络。交易最终经过共识之后,会包含在区块中。每个节点都执行区块中的一系列交易,从而得到举证信息。举证交易被区块链网络打包执行后,检查具体的举证信息的正确性(例如,检查高度、签名等信息是否合理),若举证信息有效则会在所有节点上记录相应的举证信息,若举证信息无效则记录相关信息,后续可以对发起无效的举证的节点进行惩罚。例如,目前最新区块的高度是100,而某节点广播的高度是110,则说明该节点异常,其结果不能作为参考。还要记录该节点相关信息,以便进一步排查。
步骤404,根据统计结果确定营业执照的验证结果并反馈给企业查询终端。
在本实施例中,当区块的有效举证数量达到一定阈值后(通常是超过组织成员数的三分之二),即认为区块的交易状态得到了共识安全保证,该交易状态在该区块链网络的节点之间是一致的。各节点可以据此判断区块中的交易的执行结果的正确性。不需要等到所有节点反馈交易状态,只要已经收到的交易状态相同的值达到一定阈值后,就认为交易状态得到了共识安全保证。可确定出营业执照的验证结果。例如,如果超过三分之二的节点判断出验证通过,则最终结果为验证通过,并反馈给企业查询终端。否则,最终结果为验证失败,反馈给企业查询终端。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,进行统计包括:检查举证信息的有效性;若举证信息有效,则在所有节点上记录相应的举证信息。举证信息的有效性可通过高度、哈希信息等验证。例如,接收到的其它节点的高度在区块链网络中不存在,则说明异常。如果接收到的哈希信息的长度超出预期则也说明其它节点异常。如果有效,则记录有效信息以用于后续的投票统计。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,进行统计包括:若举证信息无效,则丢弃发起无效举证的节点并记录相关信息。如果接收到的举证信息无效,则说明发送该举证信息的节点异常。丢弃它发送的结果,不进行统计。记录该节点的信息、异常时的上报的高度、隐私状态等相关信息。
继续参见图4b,图4b是根据本实施例的用于管理营业执照的方法的营业执照查询场景的一个示意图。具体过程如下:
1、企业查询终端,通过验证企业输入的营业执照编码及提供的需要验证的信息,通过5G边缘计算主机同步到区块链网络中;
2、周围节点接收到此信息后,对营业执照编码对应的营业执照信息进行比对,若比对成功则更新交易状态为成功,失败则更新交易状态为失败;
3、根据共识机制,最终交易会被打包到区块;
4、对于每个节点而言,通过共识后进行区块打包时,会进行交易的判断,判断交易是否正确,通过共识最终网络判断为正确则反馈企业查询终端为正确;如果判断交易失败则返回为失败。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种用于管理营业执照的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的用于管理营业执照的装置500包括:注册单元501、存储单元502、分配单元503和发布单元504。其中,注册单元501,被配置成响应于从企业申请终端接收到包括企业申请人员的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息的注册请求,通过实名系统对企业申请人员进行身份验证;存储单元502,被配置成如果企业申请人 员的身份验证通过,则获得企业申请人员的公钥和申请权限,并将验证通过的第一身份信息写入区块链网络;分配单元503,被配置成响应于接收到经企业申请人员的私钥加密的执照申请请求,使用企业申请人员的公钥解密,并根据执照申请请求中的经营地址将执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员,以供工商管理人员审核并签发营业执照;发布单元504,被配置成响应于接收到工商部门终端发送的经工商管理人员的私钥加密的营业执照信息,使用工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将营业执照信息写入区块链网络。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,注册单元501进一步被配置成:在根据执照申请请求中的经营地址将执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员之前,响应于从工商部门终端接收到包括工商管理人员的第二人脸图像和第二身份信息的第二注册请求,广播通知工商管理部门对工商管理人员进行身份验证;存储单元进一步被配置成响应于从工商部门终端接收到工商管理人员的身份验证通过的消息,则获取工商管理人员的公钥及管理权限,并将验证通过的第二身份信息写入区块链网络。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还包括变更单元(附图中未示出),被配置成:响应于从企业申请终端接收到营业执照变更请求,进行身份验证;如果身份验证通过,则通知企业申请终端提交变更材料。根据预设的智能合约对变更材料进行验证,得到验证结果;若验证结果为通过,则记录营业执照变更内容,并将变更后的内容和验证结果写入区块链网络。

下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的实施例的电子设备(例如图1中的工商部门终端、企业申请终端、企业查询终端或5G 边缘计算主机)600的结构示意图。图6示出的工商部门终端、企业申请终端、企业查询终端或5G边缘计算主机仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于管理营业执照的方法,包括:
    响应于从企业申请终端接收到包括企业申请人员的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息的注册请求,通过实名系统对所述企业申请人员进行身份验证;
    如果所述企业申请人员的身份验证通过,则获得所述企业申请人员的公钥和申请权限,并将验证通过的所述第一身份信息写入区块链网络;
    响应于接收到经所述企业申请人员的私钥加密的执照申请请求,使用所述企业申请人员的公钥解密,并根据所述执照申请请求中的经营地址将所述执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员,以供所述工商管理人员审核并签发营业执照;
    响应于接收到所述工商部门终端发送的经所述工商管理人员的私钥加密的营业执照信息,使用所述工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将所述营业执照信息写入区块链网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在根据所述执照申请请求中的经营地址将所述执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员之前,所述方法还包括:
    响应于从工商部门终端接收到包括工商管理人员的第二人脸图像和第二身份信息的第二注册请求,广播通知工商管理部门对所述工商管理人员进行身份验证;
    响应于从工商部门终端接收到所述工商管理人员的身份验证通过的消息,则获取所述工商管理人员的公钥及管理权限,并将验证通过的第二身份信息写入区块链网络。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于从企业申请终端接收到营业执照变更请求,进行身份验证;
    如果身份验证通过,则通知所述企业申请终端提交变更材料;
    根据预设的智能合约对所述变更材料进行验证,得到验证结果;
    若所述验证结果为通过,则记录营业执照变更内容,并将变更后的内容和验证结果写入区块链网络。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若所述验证结果为不通过,则将所述验证结果写入区块链网络。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在根据预设的智能合约对所述变更材料进行验证之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述工商部门终端发送的营业执照的变更条件;
    根据所述变更条件生成智能合约。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于从企业查询终端接收到包括营业执照的编码和待验证信息的营业执照验证请求,本地节点将所述营业执照的编码对应的营业执照信息与待验证信息进行比对,得到交易状态,并写入区块链网络;
    对所述交易状态进行签名后打包成举证交易广播至区块链网络;
    接收并执行其它节点的举证交易,得到举证信息并进行统计;
    根据统计结果确定所述营业执照的验证结果并反馈给所述企业查询终端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于从工商部门终端接收到包括第三人脸图像和第三身份信息的工商管理人员的审批请求,将所述第三人脸图像和所述第三身份信息分别与区块链网络中预先存储的工商管理人员的人脸图像和身份信息进行匹配;
    如果匹配成功,则将匹配到的公钥及管理权限分配给发起审批请求的工商管理人员使用。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述管理权限包括管辖区域,以及所述方法还包括:
    如果所述执照申请请求中的经营地址不在所述管辖区域内,则广播通知工商管理部门更换工商管理人员进行审批。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若所述执照申请请求不符合申请条件,则工商管理人员通过所述工商部门终端将驳回申请通过私钥加密后上传到区块链网络;
    区块链网络的节点使用工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将所述驳回申请写入区块链网络。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述进行统计包括:
    检查举证信息的有效性;
    若举证信息有效,则在所有节点上记录相应的举证信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述进行统计还包括:
    若举证信息无效,则丢弃发起无效举证的节点并记录相关信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述区块链由5G边缘计算主机组成。
  13. 一种用于管理营业执照的装置,包括:
    注册单元,被配置成响应于从企业申请终端接收到包括企业申请人员的第一人脸图像和第一身份信息的注册请求,通过实名系统对所述企业申请人员进行身份验证;
    存储单元,被配置成如果所述企业申请人员的身份验证通过,则获得所述企业申请人员的公钥和申请权限,并将验证通过的所述第一身份信息写入区块链网络;
    分配单元,被配置成响应于接收到经所述企业申请人员的私钥加密的执照申请请求,使用所述企业申请人员的公钥解密,并根据所述 执照申请请求中的经营地址将所述执照申请请求分配给具有管理权限的工商管理人员,以供所述工商管理人员审核并签发营业执照;
    发布单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述工商部门终端发送的经所述工商管理人员的私钥加密的营业执照信息,使用所述工商管理人员的公钥解密,并将所述营业执照信息写入区块链网络。
  14. 一种用于管理营业执照的电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法。
