- the smart mirror can detect whether the image contains a face region through a face detection algorithm or a face key point detection algorithm, and detect whether the image contains a hand region through a hand detection algorithm or a hand key point detection algorithm.
- the face key point detection algorithm is used to detect the image, and the key point information of the face area can be obtained, for example, the information of the 68 key points in the face area shown in Figure 5a, including the eyes, mouth, nose, face Contour the key points at these positions, and by extracting the key points, the facial contour can be outlined. Referring to Figure 5b, the key points of the face and hands are shown.
- the target image features are features related to the hand region and the face region.
- the target image features contained in the image are further extracted, and the target image features are features related to the hand area and the face area. Since the motion of the hand region relative to the face region is to be analyzed, the features related to the hand region and the face region are extracted here.

- the multi-frame images are images generated in chronological order during the skin care process.
- a skin care process corresponds to a skin care action.
- information such as skin care actions can be obtained, which can reflect the integrity of the skin care process to a certain extent. For example, if the user forgets to apply eye cream, the completeness of the output skin care process will indicate the omission of this skin care action; or, the completeness of the output skin care process does not include this skin care action, and the user can determine the application of the skin care action according to the completeness of the output. The omission of this skin care action of eye cream.
- the user should first apply a toner/softening lotion on the face by patting/using a cotton pad/using a beauty egg, etc., and then apply eye cream under the eyes and eyelids with the finger pads. Anti-aging, and finally apply facial essence, lotion, cream, sunscreen and isolation for whitening, among which, sunscreen and isolation are mainly applied during the day. Since the actions of washing face and applying toner/softening lotion are similar to those of applying lotion or cream, they are all massages on the facial area. Therefore, the action of applying water and cream can be defined as skin care action A, and the action of applying eye cream can be defined as skin care action A. It is defined as skin care action B, and the complete skin care process corresponds to: skin care action A-skin care action B-skin care action A.
- the smart mirror can output the completeness of the skin care process through the display screen, that is, display the completeness of the skin care process, so that the user can understand the skin care process based on the completeness, and then improve or improve it. Improve.
- the smart mirror when it does not have a display function, it can display the completeness of the skin care process through other electronic devices that communicate with it and have a display function. At this time, the smart mirror sends the output integrity of the skin care process to other electronic devices (ie, the second electronic device), and the other electronic devices display.

当不同帧图像之间手部关键点与面部关键点的相对位置距离改变,确定不同帧图像之间手部相对面部存在位移;

手部关键点和面部关键点的欧氏距离;
手部关键点和面部关键点的曼哈顿距离;
手部关键点和面部关键点的相对位移;
光流特征;
①回到第一步:清洁;
护肤动作A:80分;
