为了减小在转动螺杆21时,支撑脚2与地面之间产生的摩擦力,参照图2,在螺杆21与支撑脚2之间设置连接块5,连接块5的顶部与螺杆21固定连接。连接块5的底壁上设置有插杆51,插杆51沿竖直方向设置。插杆51顶端与连接块5固定连接,底端设置有限位块52,限位块52呈圆柱型。支撑脚2的顶壁上设置有插槽22,插槽22沿竖直方向延伸,插槽22的底部设置有限位槽23。插槽22与限位槽23均呈圆柱型且同轴设置,插槽22的孔径小于限位槽23的孔径。插杆51与插槽22卡嵌配合,限位块52与限位槽23卡嵌配合,并且插杆51与限位块52能够分别在插槽22和限位块52内自转。插杆51和限位块52能够使连接块5绕自身轴心旋转,并且相对于支撑脚2的竖直位置不变。通过旋动连接块5使螺杆21随连接块5转动,螺杆21通过螺纹孔41与撑杆4发生相对位移,从而改变螺杆21伸出撑杆4的长度,进而方便调整升降装置。
为了进一步减小在转动螺杆21时产生的不必要的摩擦力,参照图2,在限位块52的圆周侧壁上设置有滑槽53,滑槽53沿限位块52的周向设置,在本实施例中,滑槽53的截面为半圆形。滑槽53内设置有第一滚珠54,第一滚珠54能够在滑槽53内滑动。第一滚珠54部分伸出滑槽53且伸出滑槽53的部分与限位槽23的侧壁接触。当转动连接块5时,插杆51和限位块52分别在插槽22和限位槽23中转动,第一滚珠54将滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦力,从而方便转动连接块5。
参照图2,底板1内设置有空腔12,空腔12内设置有连接板13,底板1的底壁上 设置有穿孔14,穿孔14与空腔12相通,连接板13与滚轮3通过穿孔14固定连接。连接板13的顶壁上滚动设置有第二滚珠15,第二滚珠15与空腔12的顶壁接触,减小了转动滚轮3转动时连接板13与空腔12侧壁之间的摩擦力。在滚轮3与地面接触时,可以利用连接板13与空腔12之间的转动结构调整底板1移动的方向,从而方便搬运饲料槽。
本实施例的实施原理为:转动螺杆21使其相对于撑杆4向下移动,此时底板1升高,滚轮3远离地面,支撑脚2与地面相抵接,从而固定底板1的位置,令静力触探底板支撑装置的搬运更加稳定。转动螺杆21使其相对于撑杆4向上移动,此时底板1下降,滚轮3与地面接触,支撑脚2处于悬空状态,从而方便借助滚轮3移动饲料槽。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,包括底板(1),所述底板(1)顶部设置有用于盛放饲料的料盘(7),其特征在于:所述底板(1)底壁四角处均设置有支撑脚(2),所述支撑脚(2)与底板(1)的底壁之间设置有升降装置;所述底板(1)底壁四角处还设置有滚轮(3),所述升降装置升高底板(1)时,所述滚轮(3)远离地面,所述升降装置降低底板(1)时,所述滚轮(3)与地面接触;所述底板的底壁上挂有铃铛(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括设置在底板(1)底壁上的撑杆(4),所述撑杆(4)底壁上沿撑杆(4)的轴向设置有螺纹孔(41),所述支撑脚(2)的顶壁上设置有螺杆(21),所述螺杆(21)与螺纹孔(41)螺纹配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述螺杆(21)与支撑脚(2)之间设置有连接块(5),所述连接块(5)的顶部与螺杆(21)固定连接,所述连接块(5)的底部与支撑脚(2)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述支撑脚(2)的顶壁上沿竖直方向设置有插槽(22),所述插槽(22)远离连接块(5)的一端同轴设置有限位槽(23),所述限位槽(23)与插槽(22)均呈圆柱型,所述插槽(22)的孔径小于限位槽(23)的孔径;所述连接块(5)底壁上沿竖直方向设置有插杆(51),所述插杆(51)远离连接块(5)的一端设置有限位块(52),所述插杆(51)与插槽(22)卡嵌配合,所述限位块(52)与限位槽(23)卡嵌配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述限位块(52)的圆周侧壁上沿周向设置有滑槽(53),所述滑槽(53)内设置有第一滚珠(54),所述第一滚珠(54)与限位槽(23)的侧壁接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述支撑脚(2)呈圆台型,所述支撑脚(2)底壁面积大于顶壁面积。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于:所述滚轮(3)可转动连接在底板(1)上;所述底板(1)内设置有空腔(12),所述空腔(12)内设置有连接板(13),所述底板(1)的底壁上设置有穿孔(14),所述穿孔(14)与空腔(12)相通,所述连接板(13)与滚轮(3)通过穿孔(14)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种方便移动的养殖场禽类饲料槽,其特征在于: 所述连接板(13)的顶壁上滚动设置有第二滚珠(15),所述第二滚珠(15)与空腔(12)的顶壁接触。
