控制装置1还包括有壳体3,以及设置在壳体3上的电路板4、锂电池5、显示屏6和按键组件;电动摆臂组件也设置在壳体3上;锂电池5、显示屏6、按键组件和驱动装置8分别与电路板4电连接;优选的,锂电池5为锂电池。
具体的,按键组件包括有开关按键、重量输入键和时间输入键等。
具体的,摆臂7的翻转范围为0°-130°。本领域的技术人员应当知道,摆臂7的翻转范围还可以根据实际需要来进行调整。
具体的,摆臂7包括有摆杆71和打击头72;摆杆71的一端连接驱动装置 8,摆杆71的另一端连接打击头72。通过以上设置能够让驱动装置8方便地驱动摆臂7进行翻转,具体在使用时,驱动装置8驱动摆臂7进行翻转,促使打击头72向下转动,最后使得打击头72打击到出水萃取键101,以达到按动出水萃取键101的目的。为了使得摆臂7翻转时更稳定,摆杆71的一端与驱动装置8之间还连接有一减速器。
具体的,壳体3包括有面盖31、主壳体32和底盖33;面盖31和底盖33分别安装在主壳体32的上端和下端,具体的,面盖31和底盖33分别与主壳体32卡合;显示屏6设置在面盖31的一视窗35中,电路板4、锂电池5、摆臂7和驱动装置8均设置在主壳体32内,在主壳体32上设有一用于供摆臂7穿出的穿孔36。
具体的,控制装置1还包括有盖设在显示屏6上的且与面盖31连接的镜片37。通过设置镜片37能够对显示屏6进行保护,例如有防尘和防水等功能。
具体的,在壳体3的底部还连接有一底座34;底座34与壳体3可拆卸连接。具体的,壳体3与底座34扣合;在壳体3上设有一卡扣部38,在底座34上设有与卡扣部38对应的卡扣槽39。通过设置底座34能够在使用时方便拆装控制装置1。
优选的,卡扣部38和卡扣槽39分别位于壳体3和底座34的一侧;在壳体3和底座34的另一侧上分别设有第一连接部40和第二连接部41,第一连接部40与第二连接部41之间通过紧固件42连接。在本实施例中,紧固件42为螺栓;卡扣部38设置的底盖33上。以上设置能够让控制装置1与底座34之间形成两层连接结构,增加了稳定性,即通过以上设置能够更好地固定好控制装置1和底座34,防止它们在使用时出现松动。
结合图1-图3,下面介绍该自动启停装置的详细使用原理,以便了解本实 用新型:
首先,将底座34通过双面胶等工具固定在电控型意式咖啡机100的按键面板上。然后将组装好的控制装置1扣合在底座34上且将紧固件42连接好第一连接部40和第二连接部41,并通过角度的调整保证摆臂7在翻转过程中可按动到电控型意式咖啡机100上的出水萃取键101。将电子秤2放置在电控型意式咖啡机100的冲煮头102的下方,并将电子秤2与控制装置1蓝牙连接。在需要冲泡咖啡时,将装有粉状咖啡豆的手柄104扣在冲煮头102的底部,并将咖啡杯103放置在电子秤2上;按动控制装置1上的重量输入按键,输入目标重量,例如输入目标重量30克,目标重量确认后,按动控制装置1上的启动按键51,控制装置1通过蓝牙发送去皮信息给电子秤2,并将电子秤2上的咖啡杯103去皮归零,电子秤2显示的重量归零,紧接着电路板4驱动驱动装置8,使摆臂7向下翻转并按动出水萃取键101一下然后复位,这样就可以启动萃取,水快速穿过粉状咖啡豆以实现萃取咖啡液,咖啡液装进咖啡杯103内。在冲泡的过程中,电子秤2持续对萃取出的咖啡液的重量进行称重并不断将数据反馈到控制装置1显示和运算处理数据,当咖啡液的重量达到控制装置1设置的目标重量后,电子秤2将信号反馈到电路板4,电路板4再次驱动驱动装置8,使摆臂7再次向下翻转并按动出水萃取键101一下然后复位,这时电控型意式咖啡机100停止出水实现停止萃取。通过上述步骤从而完成了一次咖啡的冲泡。
当然,在使用时,人们还可以在控制装置1上按动时间输入按键,输入目标时间,例如输入目标时间15秒,目标时间确认后,按动控制装置1上的启动按键51,接着电路板4驱动驱动装置8,使摆臂7向下翻转并按动出水萃取键101一下然后复位,这样就可以启动萃取,水快速穿过粉状咖啡豆以实现萃取咖啡液,咖啡液装进咖啡杯103内。当控制装置1上的目标时间到达后,电路板4 再次驱动驱动装置8,使电路板4再次向下翻转并打击出水萃取键101一下然后复位,这时电控型意式咖啡机100停止出水实现停止萃取。通过上述步骤也完成了一次咖啡冲泡,但此种操作模式并没有电子秤2与控制装置1之间的配合。
另外,本实用新型还提供有一种电控型意式咖啡机,其包括有上述的自动启停装置。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变形不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    该自动启停装置用于安装在电控型意式咖啡机上,且该自动启停装置包括有控制装置和电子秤;所述控制装置用于按动所述电控型意式咖啡机上的出水萃取键,以实现所述电控型意式咖啡机的启动和停止萃取;所述电子秤用于对所述电控型意式咖啡机萃取出来的咖啡液进行持续称重;所述电子秤与所述控制装置之间无线连接且相互配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制装置包括有电动摆臂组件;所述电动摆臂组件包括有摆臂和驱动装置;所述驱动装置通过驱动所述摆臂上下翻转来按动所述出水萃取键。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制装置还包括有壳体,以及设置在所述壳体上的电路板、锂电池、显示屏和按键组件;所述电动摆臂组件也设置在所述壳体上;所述锂电池、所述显示屏、所述按键组件和所述驱动装置分别与所述电路板电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述摆臂的翻转范围为0°-130°。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述摆臂包括有摆杆和打击头;所述摆杆的一端连接所述驱动装置,所述摆杆的另一端连接所述打击头。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述壳体包括有面盖、主壳体和底盖;所述面盖和所述底盖分别安装在所述主壳体的上端和下端;所述显示屏设置在所述面盖的一视窗中,所述电路板、所述锂电池、所述摆臂和所述驱动装置均设置在所述主壳体内,在所述主壳体上设有一用于供所述摆臂穿出的穿孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制装置还包括有一盖设在所述显示屏上的且与所述面盖连接的镜片。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    在所述壳体的底部还连接有一底座;所述底座与所述壳体可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述壳体与所述底座扣合;在所述壳体上设有一卡扣部,在所述底座上设有与所述卡扣部对应的卡扣槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述卡扣部和所述卡扣槽分别位于所述壳体和所述底座的一侧;在所述壳体和所述底座的另一侧上分别设有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间通过紧固件连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自动启停装置,其特征在于:
    所述控制装置与所述电子秤之间通过蓝牙连接。
  12. 一种电控型意式咖啡机,其特征在于:
    包括有权利要求1-11任一项所述的自动启停装置。
