本发明涉及DPM码识别设备领域,特别涉及复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术。
背景技术
DPM是一种特殊的标识制作技术,而并不是一种条码标准,一般称之为“直接零部件标识”,该技术可以实现直接在零部件表面上做标识,而不需要纸张、标签一类的标识载体,而复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术则是对DPM码进行定位和识读的一种系统技术;现有的复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术不能够较好的完成DPM码在复杂背景下的定位,定位不够精确,其次,对DPM码识别的结果不够准确,为此,我们提出复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术,包括技术服务器,所述技术服务器包括多级定位模块和识读调节模块,所述技术服务器的终端设置有信号接收与传输模块,所述多级定位模块包括初步定位模块、二次定位模块和最终定位模块,所述信号接收与传输模块的终端设置有用户使用终端和管理员控制终端,所述识读调节模块包括初步识读模块、二次识读模块和最终确定模块。
优选的,所述多级定位模块与技术服务器之间为互相连接,所述识读调节模块与技术服务器和多级定位模块之间均为互相连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:有利于多级定位模块对DPM码位置的定位。
优选的,所述信号接收与传输模块与技术服务器之间为导电连接,所述用户使用终端与信号接收与传输模块之间为导电连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术,通过设置有初步定位模块、二次定位模块与最终定位模块,用户通过用户使用终端模块向信号接收与传输模块发送DPM码,技术服务器将DPM码发送给多级定位模块,由初步定位模块完成复杂背景下的DPM码位置的定位,二次定位模块定位完成对DPM码的二次定位,最后由最终定位模块完成对DPM码的定位,定位的准确性效果较好,通过设置有初步识读模块、二次识读模块与最终确定模块,在多级定位模块完成对DPM码的最终定位后,经由初步识读模块开始完成对DPM码的初步识读,二次识读模块随后完成二次识读,最后经由最终确定模块完成识别比对确定最终识读结果,识读的结果较为准确,使用的效果较好。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术,包括技术服务器1,技术服务器1包括多级定位模块2和识读调节模块4,技术服务器1的终端设置有信号接收与传输模块3,多级定位模块2包括初步定位模块5、二次定位模块6和最终定位模块7,信号接收与传输模块3的终端设置有用户使用终端8和管理员控制终端9,识读调节模块4包括初步识读模块10、二次识读模块11和最终确定模块12。
多级定位模块2与技术服务器1之间为互相连接,识读调节模块4与技术服务器1和多级定位模块2之间均为互相连接,有利于多级定位模块2对DPM码位置的定位。
信号接收与传输模块3与技术服务器1之间为导电连接,用户使用终端8与信号接收与传输模块3之间为导电连接,有利于信号接收与传输模块3与技术服务器1之间的信号传输。
管理员控制终端9与信号接收与传输模块3之间为导电连接,初步定位模块5与多级定位模块2之间为互相连接,管理员控制终端9向技术服务器1发送和接收相关数据。
二次定位模块6与多级定位模块2和初步定位模块5之间为互相连接,最终定位模块7与多级定位模块2、初步定位模块5和二次定位模块6之间均为互相连接,有利于多级定位模块2的多级定位效果,从而提高定位的准确性效果。
初步识读模块10与识读调节模块4之间为互相连接,二次识读模块11与识读调节模块4和初步识读模块10之间均为互相连接,最终确定模块12与识读调节模块4、初步识读模块10和二次识读模块11之间均为互相连接,有利于最终确定模块12与识读调节模块4、初步识读模块10和二次识读模块11之间的连接性效果。
需要说明的是,本发明为复杂背景下DPM码定位与识读技术,用户通过用户使用终端8模块向信号接收与传输模块3发送DPM码,技术服务器1将DPM码发送给多级定位模块2,由初步定位模块5完成复杂背景下的DPM码位置的定位,二次定位模块6定位完成对DPM码的二次定位,最后由最终定位模块7完成对DPM码的定位,定位的准确性效果较好,在多级定位模块2完成对DPM码的最终定位后,经由初步识读模块10开始完成对DPM码的初步识读,二次识读模块11随后完成二次识读,最后经由最终确定模块12完成识别比对确定最终识读结果,识读的结果较为准确,实用性效果较强。
