Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine, a method for manufacturing a packaging bag containing contents, and a packaging bag containing contents.
  • Packaging bags containing food are on the market. Such a packaging bag is called a pouch bag. In order to save the trouble of cooking, some foods can be cooked in a microwave oven while they are still enclosed in the packaging bag without removing the food from the packaging bag. In this packaging bag, a steam vent is formed in the heat welding seal to release steam (internal pressure) generated when heated in a microwave oven to the outside. Foods (contents) that are a mixture of solids and liquids are often enclosed in packaging bags.
  • a self-standing packaging bag called a standing pouch in the packaging bag that encloses food. Since the self-standing packaging bag can be displayed on the display shelf in an upright position, a high display effect can be obtained. Since the self-standing packaging bag can take out food from the upper part of the bag in an upright position, the packaging bag can be used as it is as tableware (container).
  • a steam vent is formed in the backing seal arranged in the center in the direction along the side seal.
  • the center of the packaging bag swells greatly, and the backing seal falls toward the surface of the packaging bag and adheres to it. For this reason, it becomes difficult to open the steam vent, and the internal pressure increases.
  • the internal pressure (opening pressure) when the steam vent is opened is more than double that of the packaging bags of Patent Documents 1 and 3. Therefore, the side seal may be destroyed before the steam vent.

Therefore, the backing seal 120 naturally stands up so as to be separated from the surface 101 from the state of being folded down toward the first end 103 side. Therefore, the consumer pinches the gripping area 115 with, for example, the thumb and index finger of the right hand, and further pinches the side seal 110 on the lower side of the notch 112 with the thumb and index finger of the left hand. Then, by separating both hands in the front-rear direction (moving in opposite directions), the film F can be torn from the notch 112 as a starting point.
  • the backing seal 120 is arranged directly above the gripping area 115 (on the side of the first end 103), the consumer's force (force to cut through the film F) is applied to the opening P (the force to cut through the film F) through the backing seal 120. Description

Vertical bag filling and packaging machine, manufacturing method of packaging bag with contents, packaging bag with contents
The present invention relates to a vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine, a method for manufacturing a packaging bag containing contents, and a packaging bag containing contents.
Packaging bags containing food are on the market.
There is also a self-standing packaging bag called a standing pouch in the packaging bag that encloses food. Since the self-standing packaging bag can be displayed on the display shelf in an upright position, a high display effect can be obtained. Since the self-standing packaging bag can take out food from the upper part of the bag in an upright position, the packaging bag can be used as it is as tableware (container).
特開2018-058603号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2018-058603 特開2005-231722号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-231722 特開2001-206307号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-206307
In the self-standing packaging bag of Patent Document 1, a steam vent is formed in the heat welding seal (vertical seal) at the top. In this packaging bag, the part to be the side seal is opened and the contents are charged (filled). However, since a part of the side seal is also formed at the same time when the vertical seal or the gusset is formed, it is difficult to greatly widen the opening for filling the contents. Therefore, if the content contains a solid substance, the filling time becomes long and the production efficiency decreases.
In the packaging bag of Patent Document 2, a steam vent is formed in the backing seal arranged in the center in the direction along the side seal. When this packaging bag is placed flat in a microwave oven and cooked, the center of the packaging bag swells greatly, and the backing seal falls toward the surface of the packaging bag and adheres to it. For this reason, it becomes difficult to open the steam vent, and the internal pressure increases. The internal pressure (opening pressure) when the steam vent is opened is more than double that of the packaging bags of Patent Documents 1 and 3. Therefore, the side seal may be destroyed before the steam vent.
In the packaging bag of Patent Document 2, when the contents are taken out, the packaging bag is placed in an upright posture and the packaging bag is torn in the direction along the backing seal to form an opening. However, when the packaging bag is placed in an upright position, the contents (liquid level) move to a position higher than the backing seal inside the bag, and the high-temperature contents (liquid) are blown out from the steam vent. There is a risk.
In Patent Document 3, a steam vent is formed in a backing seal (upper end seal) arranged at the end in the direction along the side seal. When this packaging bag is placed flat in a microwave oven and cooked by heating, the center of the packaging bag swells greatly, and the posture of the packaging bag tends to become unstable. Therefore, the vapor vent may move to a position lower than the contents (liquid level) in the bag, and the high temperature contents (liquid) may be blown out from the vapor vent.
According to Patent Document 1-3, if the opening is bent and formed when the packaging bag is torn, the appearance may be deteriorated when the packaging bag is used as it is as a container.
In Patent Document 2, since the backing seal exists in the vicinity of the opening, the opening is easily closed flat and it becomes difficult to take out the contents from the packaging bag. It becomes difficult to remove the contents from the packaging bag using cutlery such as spoons, forks, and chopsticks.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can efficiently enclose even a mixture of solid and liquid contents, and when tearing the packaging bag, it is easy to form a straight opening without bending the opening. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging machine and a method for manufacturing a packaging bag containing contents.

[First Embodiment: Film packaging bag 100]
1 to 3 are views showing a film packaging bag 100 containing contents according to the first embodiment. 1 is a front view, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state before cooking, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state during cooking.
The film packaging bag (pillow-shaped packaging bag) 100 is a so-called pillow bag, and is formed by heat-welding (heat-sealing) a strip-shaped film F. The film packaging bag 100 is filled with the contents X such as food.
In the film packaging bag 100, the contents X are not taken out and are cooked by heating in a microwave oven or the like with the contents X enclosed.
The direction along the side seal 110 of the film packaging bag 100 is called the longitudinal direction (first direction).
The direction along the backing seal 120 of the film packaging bag 100 (the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction) is referred to as the lateral direction (second direction).
The direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction is called the thickness direction (third direction).
The film packaging bag 100 is bag-made by the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 described later, and at the same time, the content X is filled.
The film F is a laminated film in which a high-strength film such as nylon or polyester is laminated. In the film F, various films are laminated so that the inner surfaces are welded to each other but the outer surfaces are not welded to each other.
The film packaging bag 100 has a length in the longitudinal direction, for example, 200 mm, and a length in the lateral direction, for example, 150 mm. The length of the film packaging bag 100 in the thickness direction varies depending on the type of the content X and the like, and is, for example, 10 to 30 mm.
The film packaging bag 100 is filled with the content X so as not to contain air. The ratio of the filling amount of the content X to the full filling capacity (maximum filling amount) of the film packaging bag 100 is, for example, 50 to 80%.
The film packaging bag 100 has side seals 110 at both ends in the lateral direction. The side seal 110 extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction in the film packaging bag 100. The width (seal width) of the side seal 110 is, for example, 12 mm.
The film F is folded back at both ends (first end 103 and second end 104) of the film packaging bag 100 in the longitudinal direction (outer folding with the inner surfaces of the film F facing each other). The first end 103 and the second end 104 are also referred to as folded ends.
The film packaging bag 100 has a backing seal 120 on the surface 101. The backing seal 120 extends over the entire length in the lateral direction. The width (seal width) of the backing seal 120 is, for example, 10 mm.
The backing seal 120 is arranged on the side of the first end 103 (between the center C and the first end 103) with respect to the center C in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, the backing seal 120 is arranged at a position of 10 to 90 mm from the first end 103 to the second end 104 side.
In particular, the backing seal 120 is arranged substantially in the middle between the center C in the longitudinal direction and the first end 103. Specifically, the backing seal 120 is arranged at a position of 40 to 60 mm from the first end 103 to the second end 104 side. For example, the backing seal 120 is arranged at a position of 50 mm from the first end 103 to the second end 104 side.
Both ends of the backing seal 120 are connected to the side seal 110, respectively. The backing seal 120 is folded down toward the first end 103 side. Since the back seal 120 is not welded to the side seal 110, it can be erected away from the surface 101.
A notch (opening notch) 112 for tearing is provided on the 103 side of the first end of the side seal 110. The notch 112 is arranged on the second end 104 side of the backing seal 120. The notch 112 is arranged within a range of about 10 to 12 mm from the backing seal 120 to the second end 104 side.
The film F is torn from the notch 112 as a starting point, and the first end 103 side of the film packaging bag 100 is cut off along the lateral direction. By cutting the film packaging bag 100 along the lateral direction, an opening P (see FIG. 9) is formed in the film packaging bag 100.
When forming the opening P, the portion above the notch 112 may be completely cut off, or a part (side portion) of the film packaging bag 100 may be cut off without cutting off the portion above the notch 112. You can just tear it apart.
A gripping region 115 for gripping the film packaging bag 100 after cooking is provided on the first end 103 side of the side seal 110. The grip area 115 is arranged between the notch 112 and the backing seal 120. The backing seal 120, the gripping area 115, and the notch 112 are arranged in close proximity to each other in the longitudinal direction (first direction) with almost no gap.
The gripping area 115 is instructed (set) by printing a part of the side seal 110. The gripping region 115 is arranged directly below the backing seal 120 (on the side of the second end 104). The gripping area 115 is set in a range of about 0 to 10 mm from the backing seal 120 to the second end 104 side. A part of the gripping area 115 (on the side of the first end 103) may be set so as to overlap the backing seal 120. The width of the grip area 115 may be formed larger than the width of the other side seal 110.
The backing seal 120 is provided with a steam port (steam venting portion) 125. The steam port 125 is arranged in the center in the lateral direction. The steam port 125 opens when the film packaging bag 100 is heated in a microwave oven. The steam port 125 opens as the internal pressure of the film packaging bag 100 increases. Specifically, when steam is generated from the content X, the internal pressure of the film packaging bag 100 rises and stress is concentrated on a part of the backing seal 120. Then, the seal (heat welding) of this part is broken, and the steam port 125 opens.
The steam port 125 may be opened by the consumer by tearing a part of the backing seal 120 or the like.
The content X is a solid (solid), liquid or a mixture of liquid and solid. The liquid also includes a paste body and a gel body. The content X is, for example, food, soup and ingredients (meat, vegetables, noodles), water, rice, and the like. The content X is, for example, pork soup, meat potato, motsuni, pork kakuni, simmered dish, and soup.
Since the film packaging bag 100 is a pillow bag, the film packaging bag 100 is smoothly and efficiently filled even when the content X contains a large solid substance.
As described above, in the film packaging bag 100, the contents X are not taken out and are cooked by heating in a microwave oven or the like with the contents X enclosed. The film packaging bag 100 is laid flat when the content X is cooked. The film packaging bag 100 is laid flat with the side (surface 101) of the backing seal 120 facing upward.
When the content X is cooked, the film packaging bag 100 swells due to an increase in internal pressure. In particular, the thickness near the center of the film packaging bag 100 is significantly increased (the front surface 101 and the back surface 102 are greatly curved).
When the film packaging bag 100 swells, the backing seal 120 also bends. However, since the backing seal 120 is arranged on the first end 103 side of the center C in the longitudinal direction, the curvature is smaller (the curvature is smaller) than in the vicinity of the center. Therefore, the backing seal 120 naturally stands up so as to be separated from the surface 101 from the state of being folded down toward the first end 103 side. As a result, internal pressure is likely to be applied to the steam port 125. Then, the steam port 125 smoothly opens and steam is ejected without the internal pressure of the film packaging bag 100 rising excessively.
The film packaging bag 100 can be cooked in a flat state even when the content X contains a large amount of liquid.
As described above, the film packaging bag 100 is placed flat with the surface 101 facing upward, and when the content X is cooked, steam is generated from the content X and the film packaging bag 100 swells due to an increase in internal pressure.
When the film packaging bag 100 swells, the posture of the film packaging bag 100 becomes unstable. In particular, the film packaging bag 100 tends to tip over (rotate) in the lateral direction. However, since the side seal 110 protrudes in the lateral direction of the film packaging bag 100, it functions as a stopper for preventing the film packaging bag 100 from tipping over in the lateral direction. Then, steam collects on the surface 101 side of the film packaging bag 100, and the steam port 125 of the backing seal 120 opens. The steam is ejected upward from the steam port 125.
Therefore, even if the content X is cooked by heating with the film packaging bag 100 placed flat, the content X (particularly liquid) is unlikely to spill out from the steam port 125.
Even when the content X contains a small amount of liquid, it is preferable that the content X heats the film packaging bag 100 in a flat state. For example, when the content X is a solid, a paste, or a gel.
When the film packaging bag 100 is placed horizontally, the contents X expand in the horizontal direction, and the thickness of the film packaging bag 100 becomes thin. Therefore, heat is easily transferred to the content X, and the heating time of the content X can be shortened.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents is being opened.
The film packaging bag 100 is held by the consumer in an upright posture when forming the opening P for taking out the contents X. The film packaging bag 100 is gripped so that the first end 103 side faces upward. Since the high temperature content X is enclosed in the film packaging bag 100, the film packaging bag 100 is gripped by pinching the gripping region 115 of the side seal 110 with a finger.
When the film packaging bag 100 with the steam port 125 opened is placed in an upright position, the content X (liquid level) is filled so as to be located below the backing seal 120. Preferably, the content X is filled so as to be located below the notch 112 when the film packaging bag 100 is placed in an upright position.
When the consumer pinches the grip area 115 with his / her fingers to support the film packaging bag 100, the finger touches the back sticker seal 120, and the back sticker seal 120 (steam port 125) faces upward (first end 103 side). become. Therefore, the high temperature content X (particularly the liquid) does not leak from the steam port 125, and burns can be avoided.
The side seal 110 is provided with a notch 112 directly below the grip region 115 (on the side of the second end 104).
At this time, since the backing seal 120 is arranged directly above the gripping area 115 (on the side of the first end 103), the consumer's force (force to cut through the film F) is applied to the opening P (the force to cut through the film F) through the backing seal 120. Efficiently transmitted to the tip of the crevice). This is because when the consumer pinches the grip area 115 with fingers (for example, the thumb and index finger of the right hand), the end of the backing seal 120 in the lateral direction is inevitably pinched. This is because the backing seal 120 is harder than the film F itself because the films F are heat-welded to each other.
Therefore, the opening P is formed straight along the backing seal 120. The opening P is formed substantially parallel to the backing seal 120 without bending downward in the middle. As a result, there is no risk of the contents X spilling from the opening P during opening and causing burns.
When the content X (liquid level) is filled so as to be located below the notch 112, the portion above the notch 112 is completely cut off without spilling the content X, and the opening P is opened. Can be formed. As a result, the content X can be satisfactorily taken out from the opening P without causing burns.
When the content X is filled up to just below the backing seal 120, the film packaging bag 100 is tilted from the upright position to form the opening P. For example, the film packaging bag 100 is tilted so that the notch 112 on the right side is above the notch 112 on the left side, and the content X is moved below the notch 112 on the right side (the content X is moved below the notch 112 on the left side). Move it upwards). Then, the side portion of the film packaging bag 100 is cut from the notch 112 on the right side to form the opening P without spilling the content X. As a result, the content X can be satisfactorily taken out from the opening P without causing burns.

[Vertical bag making filling and packaging machine 1]

<Filling part 40>
The filling unit 40 charges (fills) the content X inside the tube film Fc. The filling unit 40 includes a nozzle and a liquid feed pump (both not shown). The pipe portion 12 of the bag making guide 10 described above is also included in the filling portion 40.
The nozzle is arranged along the central axis J of the bag making guide 10. The nozzle is inserted through the pipe portion 12 and protrudes from above and below the pipe portion 12. The nozzle discharges a liquid or a fluid (content X) downward. The liquid feed pump transports the contents X (liquid or fluid) toward the upper part of the nozzle.
The pipe portion 12 has a funnel-shaped hopper 13 at the upper end. A solid substance (content X) is charged into the hopper 13. The solid matter passes between the pipe portion 12 and the nozzle and falls downward.
The amount (filling amount) of the content X charged into the tube film Fc is set (adjusted) to a predetermined amount. Specifically, when the film packaging bag 100 in which the content X is enclosed is placed in an upright posture with the first end 103 facing upward, it is on the lower side (second end 104 side) of the backing seal 120. ) Is set so that the content X is located. Preferably, when the film packaging bag 100 is placed in an upright position, the content X is set to be located below the notch 112. Specifically, the content X is set to be located on the lower side of the backing seal 120 by about 12 mm or more.
The ratio (filling rate) of the filling amount of the content X to the full filling capacity (maximum filling amount) of the film packaging bag 100 varies depending on the type of the content X and the like (for example, the water content). The filling rate of the content X is, for example, 50 to 80%.

<Correcting part 50>
The straightening portion 50 is arranged directly below the filling portion 40. The straightening section 50 includes a shigoki roller 52 and a straightening plate 54.
The guide needle 14 attached to the lower end of the pipe portion 12 described above is also included in the straightening portion 50.
The shigoki rollers 52 are a pair of driven rollers, and are arranged in the front-rear direction with the tube film Fc interposed therebetween.
The shigoki roller 52 sandwiches the tube film Fc into which the content X is charged from the front-rear direction and seals the tube film Fc in the left-right direction. The shigoki roller 52 squeezes the tube film Fc to divide the contents X up and down, and brings the films F into close contact with each other. As a result, the tube film Fc is filled with only the content X without enclosing air.
The shigoki roller 52 continues to sandwich the tube film Fc when the film transporting portion transports the tube film Fc downward. The shigoki roller 52 handles the tube film Fc relatively upward.
The straightening plate 54 is arranged directly below the shigoki roller 52. The straightening plate 54 is arranged between the shigoki roller 52 and the side seal portion 60.
The straightening plate 54 is a pair of flat plates that face in the front-rear direction and extend in the left-right direction. The straightening plate 54 is arranged in the front-rear direction with the tube film Fc interposed therebetween. As the straightening plate 54, for example, a plate having a sponge attached to the inner surface side is used.
The straightening plate 54 presses the tube film Fc into which the content X is charged from the front-rear direction. The straightening plate 54 sandwiches the tube film Fc to which the content X is charged and swells in the front-rear direction, and returns (shrinks) the tube film Fc to a predetermined thickness. The straightening plate 54 straightens the shape of the tube film Fc.
When the straightening plate 54 corrects the shape of the tube film Fc, the content X is pushed up above the shigoki roller 52. Then, the air contained in the content X moves above the shigoki roller 52.
As a result, the straightening plate 54 keeps the amount of the contents X filled in the tube film Fc (film packaging bag 100) constant.
<Side seal part 60>

The cutter portion 70 is built in the side seal portion 60. The cutter portion 70 extends in the left-right direction.
The cutter portion 70 includes a cutter 72 and a cutter receiving groove (not shown). The cutter 72 is provided in the heater bar 62 on the front side, and the cutter receiving groove is provided in the heater bar 62 on the rear side.
The cutter portion 70 cuts the side seal 110 formed on the tube film Fc over the entire length in the left-right direction. As a result, the film packaging bag 100 is cut off from the tube film Fc.
The vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 creates a film packaging bag 100 and fills the content X in the film packaging bag 100. Since the film packaging bag 100 is a pillow bag, for example, even when the content X contains a solid substance having a diameter of about 30 mm, the film packaging bag 100 can be smoothly and efficiently filled with the content X. ..
In particular, the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 can continuously manufacture a film packaging bag 100 containing contents in which the backing seal 120 is arranged between the center C in the longitudinal direction and the first end 103.
The sailor unit 11 is arranged (set) at a position (posture) rotated clockwise and counterclockwise by 90 ° from the front (front of the device) with respect to the central axis J (see FIG. 7). Along with this, the installation angle of the carry-in rotation direction changing portion 90 (first roller 91, second roller 92) is changed.
For example, when the sailor unit 11 is arranged at a position (posture) rotated 30 ° clockwise from the front of the device, the first roller 91 is rotated 15 ° clockwise from the back of the device, the second roller 92. Is placed at a position further rotated 15 ° clockwise from the back of the device.
For example, when the sailor unit 11 is arranged at a position (posture) rotated by 60 ° clockwise from the front of the device, the first roller 91 is rotated by 30 ° clockwise from the back of the device, the second roller 92. Is placed at a position further rotated 30 ° clockwise from the back of the device.
In this way, the first roller 91 and the second roller 92 are arranged so as to intersect each other at an angle obtained by evenly dividing the rotation angle around the central axis J of the sailor portion 11 by the number of rollers (2).
As shown in FIG. 7, the rotation angle of the sailor portion 11 around the central axis J is preferably in the range of 20 ° to 75 ° clockwise or counterclockwise from the front of the apparatus. Further, a range of 40 ° to 60 ° is preferable. In particular, 45 ° to 55 ° is preferable.
The rotation angle around the central axis J of the sailor portion 11 is adjusted to set the position of the backing seal 120 in the first direction. Then, when the film packaging bag 100 is placed in an upright position with the first end 103 facing upward, the content X is positioned below the backing seal 120 (second end 104 side). ..
Preferably, the position of the backing seal 120 in the first direction is set so that the content X is located below the notch 112 when the film packaging bag 100 is placed in an upright position.
The positions of the backing seal 120 and the notch 112 in the first direction may be adjusted according to the filling amount of the content X, and conversely, the positions of the backing seal 120 and the notch 112 in the first direction may be adjusted. , The filling amount (filling rate) of the content X may be adjusted.
FIG. 8 is a front view showing the sailor portion 11T of the twist sailor.
As the sailor portion 11 of the bag making guide 10, a sailor portion 11T, which is also called a twist sailor, may be used.
The upstream side (flat plate-shaped portion) of the sailor portion 11T of the twist sailor faces directly behind the vertical bag-making filling / packaging machine 1 (the back surface of the device). On the other hand, the front surface of the sailor portion 11T is not the front surface of the vertical bag-making filling / packaging machine 1, but faces diagonally forward to the left (position rotated by 45 ° from the front to the left side). When a twist sailor (sailor unit 11T) is used, the carry-in rotation direction changing unit 90 becomes unnecessary.
[Manufacturing method of film packaging bag 100 containing contents]
Next, a process of manufacturing the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents by using the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 will be described.
The steps for manufacturing the content-containing film packaging bag 100 include a bag making guide step S1, a film transfer step S2, a backing sealing step S3 (side sealing step S6), a content filling step S4, a straightening step S5, and a side sealing step S6 ( The backing sealing step S3) and the bag body cutting step S7 are repeated in this order.
<Bag making guide process S1>
The bag-making guide step S1 is a step in which the bag-making guide 10 folds the strip-shaped film F into a tube shape.
The bag making guide 10 is in close contact with the film F supplied from the film supply unit 5, and the film F is folded into a tube shape.
The bag making guide 10 changes the transport direction from the front direction to the downward direction, and holds the tube-shaped film F (tube film Fc) in a state of being suspended downward. The side edges of the film F are in close contact with each other on the front left side (obliquely forward) of the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1.
<Film transfer process S2>
The film transport step S2 is a step in which the film transport unit (not shown) intermittently transports the tubular film F (tube film Fc).
The film transport unit rotates a plurality of transport rollers to transport the tube film Fc downward. The intermittent transfer amount (film transfer amount) of the tube film Fc by the film transfer unit is the same as the length (for example, 150 mm) in the lateral direction of the film packaging bag 100.
<Back pasting seal process S3>
The backing seal step S3 is a step of forming the backing seal 120 on the film F in which the backing sealing portion 30 is folded into a tube shape.
The backing sealing step S3 is performed when the film F is stopped. The backing sealing step S3 is performed at a timing different from that of the film transporting step S2. The side sealing step S6 is performed at the same time as the backing sealing step S3.
The backing seal portion 30 heat-welds the side edges of the film F inserted between the pair of heater bars 31. Then, the film transport portion transports the tube film Fc downward, so that the backing seal 120 is continuously formed without a gap.
<Content filling step S4>
The content filling step S4 is a step in which the filling portion 40 puts the content X into the inside of the tube film Fc. The filling unit 40 performs so-called two-part filling. The filling unit 40 discharges a liquid (content X) from a nozzle (not shown). A solid substance (content X) is charged between the pipe portion 12 and the nozzle. As a result, the content X containing the liquid and the solid is supplied to the inside of the tube film Fc.
The amount (filling amount) of the content X charged into the tube film Fc is set (adjusted) to a predetermined amount. Specifically, when the film packaging bag 100 in which the content X is enclosed is placed in an upright posture with the first end 103 facing upward, the content X is a backing seal 120 (preferably a notch 112). It is set to be on the lower side (second end 104 side). The ratio of the filling amount of the content X to the full filling capacity (maximum filling amount) of the film packaging bag 100 is, for example, 50 to 80%.
<Correction step S5>
The straightening step S5 is a step in which the straightening portion 50 sandwiches and handles the tube film Fc into which the content X is charged from the front-rear direction.
When the tube film Fc is sufficiently filled with the content X, the straightening portion 50 presses the tube film Fc from the front-back direction by the pair of straightening plates 54. As a result, the content X filled in the bottom of the tube film Fc is pushed up. The straightening plate 54 straightens the tube film Fc (film packaging bag 100) filled with the content X and expanded to a certain thickness.
When the straightening plate 54 corrects the shape of the tube film Fc, the content X is pushed up above the shigoki roller 52, and the air contained in the content X moves above the shigoki roller 52. As a result, the content X containing no air is arranged (filled) on the lower side of the tube film Fc.
Then, the straightening portion 50 squeezes the tube film Fc from the front-back direction by a pair of shigoki rollers 52. The straightening section 50 brings the pair of shigoki rollers 52 into close contact with each other to sandwich the shigoki rollers 52, and divides the content X in the vertical direction.
As a result, the tube film Fc is sealed, and a bag body filled with only the content X (a film packaging bag 100 whose upper end is unsealed) appears directly under the shigoki roller 52.
When the pair of shigoki rollers 52 are in close contact with each other, the straightening plate 54 is separated from the tube film Fc. The pair of shigoki rollers 52 seal the tube film Fc until the side sealing step S6 is completed.
By going through the straightening step S5, the content X is airlessly filled in the film packaging bag 100. The reason why the content X is airlessly filled is to enhance the effectiveness (sterilization efficiency) of the heat sterilization treatment of the content X performed after the production of the film packaging bag 100 containing the content. This is to prevent the steam port 125 from opening during the heat sterilization treatment.
<Side sealing process S6>
The side seal step S6 is a step in which the side seal portion 60 forms the side seal 110 on the tube film Fc (the film packaging bag 100 whose upper end is unsealed).
The side seal portion 60 heat-welds the tube film Fc in the left-right direction by the heater bar 62 to form the side seal 110.
When the side seal 110 is formed, the tube film Fc is sealed, and the lowermost end thereof becomes the film packaging bag 100. The film packaging bag 100 is suspended from the lower end of the tube film Fc.
<Bag body cutting step S7>
The bag body cutting step S7 is a step in which the cutter portion 70 cuts off the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents from the tube film Fc.
The cutter portion 70 cuts the side seal 110 on the upper side of the film packaging bag 100 in the left-right direction by the cutter 72 built in the heater bar 62. The side seal 110 is cut by the cutter 72 so as to be divided into two in the vertical direction. As a result, the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents is separated from the lower end of the tube film Fc.
This completes the process of manufacturing the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents.
The vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 repeats the process of manufacturing the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents. As a result, the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 continuously manufactures a plurality of film packaging bags 100 containing contents.
In this method of manufacturing a packaging bag containing contents, a film packaging bag 100 is made and the contents X are filled in the film packaging bag 100. Since the film packaging bag 100 is a pillow bag, for example, even when the content X contains a solid substance having a diameter of about 30 mm, the film packaging bag 100 can be smoothly and efficiently filled with the content X. ..
In particular, according to this method for manufacturing a package containing contents, it is possible to continuously manufacture a film packaging bag 100 containing contents in which the backing seal 120 is arranged between the center C in the longitudinal direction and the first end 103. ..
[Second embodiment: film packaging bag 200]
9A and 9B are views showing the film packaging bag 200 containing the contents according to the second embodiment, which are (a) a perspective view of an upright posture and (b) a perspective view of a state after opening. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 9 shows a case where the filling amount of the content X is small.
The same parts and the like as the film packaging bag 100 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The film packaging bag 200 includes a bottom gusset 150 in which the film F is double-folded (M-shaped) at the second end 104. The bottom gusset 150 comprises a front bottom flap 151 and a rear bottom flap 152. The front bottom flap 151 and the back bottom flap 152 have the same lengths L1 and L2 in the longitudinal direction (for example, 20 mm to 30 mm).
Both ends of the front bottom flap 151 and the rear bottom flap 152 in the lateral direction (lateral direction) are not welded to each other. Therefore, by bending the front bottom flap 151 and the rear bottom flap 152 in the front-rear direction, the film packaging bag 200 can be formed into an inverted T shape when viewed from the side. As a result, the bottom gusset 150 can be set to the bottom (downward), and the film packaging bag 200 can be stably made to stand on its own.
Therefore, the film packaging bag 200 can be displayed in an independent state. Further, the film packaging bag 200 can heat and cook the contents X in a microwave oven or a water bath in a self-supporting state.
When the film packaging bag 200 is made to stand on its own, the position of the backing seal 120 is arranged so as to be on the first end side of the content X (liquid level). As a result, even if the content X is cooked in a self-supporting state, the steam port 125 is located above the content X (on the side of the first end 103), so that the content X does not spill out from the steam port 125. ..
When the content X contains a large amount of liquid, it is preferable to heat the film packaging bag 200 in a self-supporting state. As a result, the liquid of the content X is less likely to spill out from the opening P (steam port 125). When the film packaging bag 200 is made to stand on its own, the liquid of the content X is easily convected. When the content X is water and rice, the water (hot water) and rice convection, and the rice is heated without spots. This enables good rice cooking.
The film packaging bag 200 can be used as a deep container as it is by cutting off the 103 side of the first end. It is not necessary to take out the content X from the film packaging bag 200 and serve it on a plate. The film packaging bag 200 with the first end 103 side cut off is allowed to stand on the table and used as tableware. As a result, the burden of washing dishes after meals can be significantly reduced.
Since the backing seal 120 is arranged above the center in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), the opening P of the film packaging bag 200 is formed at a high position. Therefore, the film packaging bag 200 can be used as deep and large-capacity tableware (bowl, bowl, bowl).
In the film packaging bag 200, the force of tearing the film F of the consumer is transmitted to the tip of the crevice of the opening P via the backing seal 120. Therefore, the opening P is formed straight along the backing seal 120. Therefore, the film packaging bag 200 has a good appearance after opening and can be suitably used as tableware.
In the film packaging bag 200, the backing seal 120 is also cut off when the opening P is formed. Therefore, when the film packaging bag 200 is used as tableware, the opening port P can be kept wide open. Therefore, it becomes easy to take out the content X from the film packaging bag 200 by using cutlery such as a spoon, a fork, and chopsticks.
[Third Embodiment: film packaging bag 300]
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a film packaging bag 300 containing contents according to a third embodiment, in which (a) a perspective view of an upright posture and (b) a schematic side view of a state during cooking. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 10A shows a case where the filling amount of the content X is small.
The same parts as those of the film packaging bags 100 and 200 are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
The film packaging bag 300 includes a bottom gusset 150 at the second end 104. In the bottom gusset 150, the length L1 of the front bottom flap 151 is large (long) and the length L2 of the rear bottom flap 152 is small (short) in the longitudinal direction. For example, the length L1 of the front bottom flap 151 is 30 mm, and the length L2 of the rear bottom flap 152 is 20 mm.
When the film packaging bag 300 is placed flat and the contents X are cooked by heating, the film packaging bag 300 swells due to an increase in internal pressure. At this time, the front bottom flap 151 has a large bulge, but the rear bottom flap 152 has a small bulge. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the film packaging bag 300 from tilting toward the front side in the longitudinal direction and lowering the first end 103 side. Therefore, when the steam port 125 of the backing seal 120 is opened, it is difficult for the contents X (particularly liquid) to spill out from the steam port 125.
[Fourth Embodiment: Film packaging bag 400]
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a film packaging bag 400 containing contents according to a fourth embodiment, in which (a) a perspective view of an upright posture and (b) a schematic side view of a state during cooking. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 11A shows a case where the filling amount of the content X is small.
The same parts as those of the film packaging bags 100 to 300 are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
The film packaging bag 400 includes a top gusset 160 at the first end 103 in addition to the bottom gusset 150. The heavenly gusset 160 is composed of an anterior flap 161 and an acquired flap 162.
The anterior flap 161 and the acquired flap 162 have the same lengths L3 and L4 in the longitudinal direction (for example, 20 mm to 30 mm). Both ends of the anterior flap 161 and the acquired flap 162 in the lateral direction (lateral direction) are not welded to each other. Therefore, by bending the front bottom flap 151 and the rear bottom flap 152 in the front-rear direction, the upper portion of the film packaging bag 400 can be formed into a T-shape when viewed from the side.
Further, the longitudinal length L2 of the rear bottom flap 152 and the longitudinal length L4 of the acquired flap 162 are the same.
When the film packaging bag 400 is placed flat and the contents X are cooked by heating, the film packaging bag 400 swells due to an increase in internal pressure. At this time, the bulges of the rear bottom flap 152 of the bottom gusset 150 and the posterior flap 162 of the heaven gusset 160 are almost the same. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the film packaging bag 400 from tilting toward the front side in the longitudinal direction and lowering the first end 103 side. Therefore, when the steam port 125 of the backing seal 120 is opened, it is difficult for the contents X (particularly liquid) to spill out from the steam port 125.
The lengths of the rear bottom flap 152 of the bottom gusset 150 and the posterior flap 162 of the heaven gusset 160 may be the same, and the lengths of the front bottom flap 151 and the front heaven flap 161 are arbitrary.
[Fifth Embodiment: Film packaging bag 500]
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a film packaging bag 500 containing contents according to a fifth embodiment, in which (a) a perspective view of an upright posture and (b) a schematic side view of a state during cooking. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 12A shows a case where the filling amount of the content X is small.
The same parts as those of the film packaging bags 100 to 400 are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
The film packaging bag 500 includes a bottom gusset 150 and a top gusset 160. In the bottom gusset 150, the length L1 of the front bottom flap 151 is large (long) and the length L2 of the rear bottom flap 152 is small (short) in the longitudinal direction.
On the other hand, in the heaven gusset 160, the length L3 of the anterior flap 161 is small (short) and the length L4 of the posterior flap 162 is large (long) in the longitudinal direction. For example, the front bottom flap 151 and the acquired flap 162 are 30 mm, and the rear bottom flap 152 and the acquired flap 161 are 20 mm.
When the film packaging bag 500 is placed flat and the contents X are cooked by heating, the film packaging bag 500 swells due to an increase in internal pressure.
At this time, the bulge of the rear flap 162 of the heaven gusset 160 is smaller than the bulge of the rear bottom flap 152 of the bottom gusset 150. Therefore, the film packaging bag 400 is tilted to the rear side in the longitudinal direction, and the first end 103 side is raised. Therefore, when the steam port 125 of the backing seal 120 is opened, it is difficult for the contents X (particularly liquid) to spill out from the steam port 125.
The length of the rear bottom flap 152 of the bottom gusset 150 may be smaller than the length of the posterior flap 162 of the ceiling gusset 160, and the lengths of the front bottom flap 151 and the front ceiling flap 161 are arbitrary.
FIG. 13 is a schematic plan view showing the top gusset forming portion 81 and the bottom gusset forming portion 82.
In order to manufacture the film packaging bags 200 to 500, the vertical bag-making filling and packaging machine 1 includes a top gusset forming portion 81 and a bottom gusset forming portion 82 in place of the pair of guide needles 14. That is, in the method for manufacturing the film packaging bag 100 containing the contents, a top gusset forming step and a bottom gusset forming step are performed immediately after the bag making guide step and the backing seal step.
The vertical bag-making filling / packaging machine 1 may include a guide needle 14 and a bottom gusset forming portion 82.
The top gusset forming portion 81 and the bottom gusset forming portion 82 include two guide needles 83 and 84 and one film folding plate 85, respectively.
The two guide needles 83 and 84 are arranged in place of the one guide needle 14. The guide needle 83 is arranged on the front side, and the guide needle 84 is arranged on the rear side. The guide needles 83 and 84 press the inner surface of the tube film Fc toward the outside (direction away from the central axis J).
The film folding plate 85 is arranged between the guide needles 83 and 84, and presses the outer surface of the tube film Fc toward the inside (direction toward the central axis J). The film folding plate 85 projects inward from the guide needles 83 and 84.
As a result, the sides of the tube film Fc are folded into an M shape. The M-shaped folded portion of the tube film Fc is heat-welded by the side seal portion 60, so that the bottom gusset 150 and the top gusset 160 are formed on the first end 103 and the second end 104 of the film packaging bag 100. To.
The top gusset forming portion 81 and the bottom gusset forming portion 82 can arbitrarily set the arrangement of the guide needles 83 and 84 and the film folding plate 85, respectively. As a result, the top gusset forming portion 81 and the bottom gusset forming portion 82 can arbitrarily adjust the lengths of the front bottom flap 151, the back bottom flap 152, the front ceiling flaps 161, and the back ceiling flap 162 in the longitudinal direction.
