进一步地,抽水管组件包括:抽水管,抽水管朝向内胆的一端设有顶杆,顶杆用于穿过第二通孔将密封球顶起,使密封球与密封槽之间产生间隙;优选地,抽水管组件还包括卡钳,沿抽水管的径向,抽水管的外壁凸起形成环状的台阶结构,抽水管的外壁还设有环形卡槽;卡钳可拆卸地套设于环形卡槽内,用于将抽水管固定在器具输入插座上。
进一步地,封水滑块包括连接部以及设于连接部侧面的多个滑动部,封水滑块通过多个滑动部与进水管的内壁滑动接触;优选地,任意相邻两个滑动部之间设有漏水间隙,连接部朝向内胆的一侧与弹簧相抵、另一侧与密封球固定连接。
进一步地,沿进水管的径向,第二通孔设有突出第二通孔内壁的呈环状的凸起结构,凸起结构的内径小于抽水管的外径,用于在抽水管插入第二通孔时产生形变与抽水管的外壁贴合;凸起结构与第二通孔的内壁平滑过渡;优选地,凸起结构为一个或多个。
进一步地,抽水管组件还包括:出水管;第三密封套,抽水管远离内胆的一端伸入出水管内,抽水管通过第三密封套与出水管密封连接;第三密封套包括管状的密封连接部以及设于密封连接部下端的出水部,出水部包括两个相对设置的出水壁面,沿出水方向,两个出水壁面之间的距离逐渐减小,在出水部的端部形成缝隙状的出水口;优选地,抽水管组件还包括抽水泵,设于出水管上。
进一步地,还包括:漏水帽,漏水帽为一端设有漏水孔的管状金属件;漏水帽套设于进水管外,第二密封套的内壁面与漏水帽的外壁面贴合。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明所提供的一种内胆可分离式液体加热器使用的器具耦合器抽水装置包括对应设置在连接器的进水管和抽水管,在加热器完成加热内胆中的水之后,用户无需提起水壶,即能够使水壶内胆内的水通过进水管组件和抽水管组件向外流出,减少出现倒撒的情况,避免对于儿童、老人和身体不便的使用者,造成烫伤,安全性高。当取出内胆时,器具输入插座与连接器分离,水路断开,且便于接水和清洗。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式及其有益效果作进一步地详细描述。
自动抽水水壶的抽水装置是经过器具耦合器中间的导管,液体从水壶底部直接导流到壶嘴的重要组成部件,此装置具有防倒流机构,当提起内胆时,可将内胆与基座抽水组件分离,内胆液体不会从底部漏出,便于单独清洁壶身或直接接水。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一个实施例提供了一种器具耦合器抽水装置,用于内胆可分离式液体加热器,使液体从水壶底部直接导流到壶嘴等重要组成部件,将水从水壶中导出。
内胆20的底部设有第一通孔23,内胆20的底部设置有加热盘22,第一通孔23用于使内胆20中的水通过设置在内胆20底部的第一通孔23向外流出,加热盘22用于加热内胆20中的水。
器具耦合器抽水装置包括:连接器1、器具输入插座2,连接器1与加热盘22固定连接,连接器1的中央位置设有进水管组件,器具输入插座2与连 接器1插接配合,器具输入座的中央位置设有抽水管组件;具体地,连接器1通过若干个螺栓固定到加热盘22上;连接器1的中央位置设置有一个圆孔,进水管组件设于连接器1的圆孔内,进水管组件靠近内胆20的一端伸入第一通孔23内与内胆20的内部连通,因此内胆20内的液体可以流入进水管组件内,在器具输入插座2的中央位置设有贯穿器具输入插座2的圆孔,抽水管组件设于器具输入插座2的圆孔内,并从圆孔中穿出,器具输入插座2与连接器1插接配合,即内胆20可分离式液体加热器中的水壶放置在连接器1上时,器具输入插座2与连接器1插接,在内胆20置于基体内时抽水管组件的一端插入进水通道内与进水管组件连通,使得水路连通,内胆20内的液体依次通过进水通道、抽水管组件向外流出;相对于传统水壶需要用户提起水壶并倾斜,将水从壶嘴中倒入外部盛水器皿中,本发明的技术方案中,在加热器完成加热内胆20中的水之后,用户无需提起水壶,即能够使水壶内胆20内的水通过进水管组件和抽水管组件向外流出,减少出现倒撒的情况,避免对于儿童、老人和身体不便的使用者,造成烫伤,安全性高。当取出内胆20时,器具输入插座2与连接器1分离,水路断开,且便于接水和清洗。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,进水管组件包括:进水管3、封水滑块5、第一密封套6、第二密封套7、弹簧4,具体地,如图6所示,进水管3朝向内胆20的一端与内胆20的内部连通,进水管3靠近内胆20一端的内壁、外壁分别沿进水管3的径向延伸形成第一支撑部31、第二支撑部32,封水滑块5可滑动地设于进水管3内,第一密封套6内嵌于进水管3内,且第一密封套6位于进水管3背离内胆20的一端,沿进水管3的轴线方向第一密封套6设有第二通孔61,第二通孔61朝向封水滑块5的一端形成与封水滑块5配合的密封槽611,封水滑块5朝向第一密封套6的一端固定设置有密封球53,第二通孔61的密封槽611为与密封球53的球面配合的球形面凹槽,弹簧4的一端与第一支撑部31相抵、另一端与封水滑块5相抵,详细地,当连接器1与器具输入插座2处于分离状态时,第一支撑部31用于为弹簧4提供支撑,一方面限定弹簧4的位置,另一方面为弹簧4提供支持力,在密封球53的重力作用以及弹簧4推动作用下,封水滑块5向第一密封套6移动,使密封球53与密封槽611相抵,从而将第二通孔61封堵,避免内胆20与基座分离时内胆20内的水通过进水组件漏出。
如图6所示,在第一支撑部31上设有四个通孔,以便内胆内胆的水通过 通孔流入进水管3内。
密封球53设置为球形,密封槽611也设置为球形面的凹槽,使密封球53与密封槽611相抵时具有较大的接触面积,提高了密封性能。
密封球53为不锈钢球,一方面不锈钢球的材质密度大,不锈钢球重力外加弹簧4向下的弹力,使密封球53与密封槽611之间的封水效果更好;另一方面,不锈钢球的球面光滑,第一密封槽611采用橡胶或硅胶等弹性较好的材料,使不锈钢球与密封槽611的贴合更加紧密,且不锈钢球安全不生锈。
第二密封套7呈环状,第二密封套7的外壁面与第一通孔23的内壁相抵,第二密封套7的内壁面与进水管3的外壁相抵,从而将进水管3与内胆20的连接位置密封,避免内胆20内的液体从第一通孔23与进水管3的管壁之间的缝隙处漏出。
进一步地,如图3所示,第二密封套7的两端均沿进水管3的径向凸起分别形成环状的第一密封部71、第二密封部72,内胆20被夹持在第一密封部71和密封部之间,且沿进水管3的轴向第二密封部72的两侧分别与内胆20的底部、第二支撑部32相抵,以进一步提高进水管3与内胆20连接的密封性,详细地,加热盘22上还设有环状凹槽,在第二密封部72上设有与环状凹槽对应的环状凸起,环状凸起伸入环状凹槽内,以提高第二密封套7的密封性。
如图3所示,抽水管组件具体包括:抽水管9、出水管8、第三密封套81、卡钳93,如图5所示,沿抽水管9的径向,抽水管9的外壁凸起形成环状的台阶结构91,台阶结构91包括第一台阶911、第二台阶912,在抽水管9径向上设置有环形卡槽92、卡钳93与环形卡槽92卡接连接,卡钳93与环形卡槽92可拆卸的相连。器具输入插座2上设有与抽水管9配合的安装部21,第二台阶912、卡钳93分别与安装部21的两侧相抵,从而通过第二台阶912、卡钳93与安装部21的配合限制抽水管9相对于器具输入插座2的移动,从而将抽水管9固定在器具输入插座2上,其中,抽水管9朝向内胆20的一端设有顶杆94,连接器1与器具输入插座2插接时,抽水管9插入第一通孔23内与进水管3连通,且顶杆94穿过第二通孔61将密封球53顶起,使密封球53与密封槽611之间产生间隙,从而使得内胆20内的水经过进水管3、密封球53与密封槽611之间的间隙流入抽水管9内,从而实现内胆20内的水向外排出。
如图5所示,顶杆94包括两个间隔设置的与抽水管相连的连接板941以及连接两个连接板的顶板942,两个间隔设置的连接板941的目的在于能够使进水管3内的水通过两个连接板941之间的间隔流入抽水管9内。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,沿进水管3的径向第二通孔61设有至少两个突出第二通孔61内壁的呈环状的凸起结构612,凸起结构612的内径小于抽水管9的外径,当抽水管9插入第二通孔61时,由于凸起结构612的内径小于抽水管9的外径,凸起结构612受到挤压,使凸起结构612产生形变并与抽水管9的外壁贴合,因此使的凸起结构612与抽水管9之间形成一个环状的密封区域,从而提高抽水管9与进水管3之间的密封性,避免液体从抽水管9与进水管3之间的连接间隙漏出。
进一步地,如图4所示,凸起结构612与第二通孔61的内壁平滑过渡,以减小抽水管9插入第二通孔61时的阻力。
具体地,第二通孔61上的凸起结构612可以被设置为2个、3个或4个等,通过设置多个凸起结构612,使第二密封套7与抽水管9之间形成多个环状的密封区域提高密封性。
进一步地,如图7所示,封水滑块5包括连接部51以及设于连接部51侧面的多个滑动部52,封水滑块5通过多个滑动部52与进水管3的内壁滑动接触,设置多个滑动部52的目的在于限制弹簧4的位置,使弹簧4在伸缩之间的状态转换下,始终位于多个滑动部52之间,与连接部51相抵。
其中,任意相邻两个滑动部52之间设有漏水间隙,便于进水管3一端内的水从漏水间隙流向进水管3的另一端,具体地,连接部51朝向内胆20的一侧与弹簧4相抵、另一侧与密封球53固定连接。
进一步地,如图3和图5所示,抽水管组件还包括:出水管8、第三密封套81、抽水泵,抽水管9远离内胆20的一端伸入出水管8内,抽水管9通过第三密封套81与出水管8密封连接。抽水泵,设于出水管8上;其中,连接器1与器具输入插座2插接时,抽水泵开启状态下,抽水泵抽水,抽水管9内的水向出水管8的方向流动,由于抽水管9与进水管3连通,因此使得进水管3内产生负压,从而使内胆20内的液体向外流出。
如图8所示,第三密封套81包括管状的密封连接部811以及设于密封连接部下端的出水部812,出水部812包括两个相对设置的出水壁面8121,沿出水方向,两个出水壁面8121之间的距离逐渐减小,在出水部812的端部形 成缝隙状的出水口8122,以防止出水管8内的水倒流入抽水管9内。
第一密封套6、第二密封套7、第三密封套81采用橡胶材料制成,橡胶密封套采用橡胶材料,故具有密封性、防滑性和弹性的特点。
在一个具体的实施例中,在连接器1的圆孔内设有卡槽,在进水管3的外壁上对应连接器1的圆孔内的卡槽设有呈凸起状的卡扣,通过卡扣与卡槽的配合实现进水管3与连接器1的卡接。
且在器具输入插座2的圆孔内设有卡槽,在抽水管9的外壁上对应器具输入插座2的圆孔内的卡槽设有呈凸起状的卡扣,通过卡扣与卡槽的配合实现器具输入插座2与抽水管9的卡接。
如图1和图2所示,器具耦合器抽水装置还包括:漏水帽201,漏水帽201为一端设有漏水孔211的管状金属件,漏水帽201套设于进水管3外,第二密封套7的内壁面与漏水帽201的外壁面贴合。通过设置漏水帽201,一方面使内胆20的底部更加美观、另一方面,通过设置若干个漏水孔211,可以避免内胆20底部的较大的水垢或固体颗粒随液体流入进水管3或抽水管9内部,造成堵塞。
可选地,漏水帽201上多个漏水孔211密集排布使漏水帽201呈网格状。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明所提供的一种内胆可分离式液体加热器使用的器具耦合器抽水装置包括对应设置在连接器的进水管和抽水管,工作时,进水管插入内胆,在加热器完成加热内胆中的水之后,用户无需提起水壶,即能够使水壶内胆内的水通过进水管组件和抽水管组件向外流出,减少出现倒撒的情况,避免对于儿童、老人和身体不便的使用者,造成烫伤,安全性高。当取出水壶时,器具输入插座与连接器分离,水路断开。
在本发明中,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明的具体含义。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种器具耦合器抽水装置,用于内胆可分离式液体加热器,所述内胆的底部设有第一通孔,其特征在于,包括:进水管组件和抽水管组件;所述进水管组件通过所述第一通孔与所述内胆的内部连通;所述抽水管组件用于匹配所述进水管组件,与所述进水管组件连通时抽取所述内胆中的液体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述进水管组件包括进水管和封水滑块;所述进水管朝向所述内胆的一端与所述内胆的内部连通;所述封水滑块可滑动地设于所述进水管内,用于密封所述进水管背离所述内胆一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述进水管组件还包括第一密封套,所述第一密封套设于所述进水管背离所述内胆的一端,所述第一密封套内嵌于所述进水管内;沿所述进水管的轴线方向所述第一密封套设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔朝向所述封水滑块的一端形成与所述封水滑块配合的密封槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述封水滑块朝向所述第一密封套的一端固定设置有密封球;所述第二通孔的密封槽为与所述密封球的球面配合的球形面凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述密封球为不锈钢球。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述进水管靠近所述内胆一端的内壁、外壁分别沿所述进水管的径向延伸形成第一支撑部、第二支撑部;所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端与所述第一支撑部相抵、另一端与所述封水滑块相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述进水管组件还包括第二密封套,所述第二密封套呈环状,所述第二密封套的外壁面与所述第一通孔的内壁相抵,所述第二密封套的内壁面与所述进水管的外壁相抵;所述第二密封套的两端均沿所述进水管的径向凸起分别形成环状的第一密封部、第二密封部;所述内胆被夹持在第一密封部和密封部之间,且沿所述进水管的轴向所述第二密封部的两侧分别与所述内胆的底部、所述第二支撑部相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述抽水 管组件包括抽水管,所述抽水管朝向所述内胆的一端设有顶杆,所述顶杆用于穿过所述第二通孔将所述密封球顶起,使所述密封球与所述密封槽之间产生间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述抽水管组件还包括卡钳,沿所述抽水管的径向,所述抽水管的外壁凸起形成环状的台阶结构,所述抽水管的外壁还设有环形卡槽;所述卡钳可拆卸地套设于所述环形卡槽内,用于将所述抽水管固定在器具输入插座上。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述封水滑块包括连接部以及设于所述连接部侧面的多个滑动部,所述封水滑块通过多个所述滑动部与所述进水管的内壁滑动接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:任意相邻两个滑动部之间设有漏水间隙,所述连接部朝向内胆的一侧与弹簧相抵、另一侧与所述密封球固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:沿所述进水管的径向,所述第二通孔设有突出所述第二通孔内壁的呈环状的凸起结构,所述凸起结构的内径小于所述抽水管的外径,用于在所述抽水管插入所述第二通孔时产生形变与所述抽水管的外壁贴合;所述凸起结构与所述第二通孔的内壁平滑过渡。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述凸起结构为一个或多个。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述抽水管组件还包括出水管和第三密封套;所述抽水管远离所述内胆的一端伸入所述出水管内,所述抽水管通过所述第三密封套与所述出水管密封连接;所述第三密封套包括管状的密封连接部以及设于所述密封连接部下端的出水部,所述出水部包括两个相对设置的出水壁面,沿出水方向,两个所述出水壁面之间的距离逐渐减小,在所述出水部的端部形成缝隙状的出水口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:所述抽水管组件还包括抽水泵,设于所述出水管上。
  16. 根据权利要求7所述的器具耦合器抽水装置,其特征在于:还包括漏水帽,所述漏水帽为一端设有漏水孔的管状金属件;所述漏水帽套设于所述进水管外,所述第二密封套的内壁面与所述漏水帽的外壁面贴合。
