作为本发明进一步的方案:所述开口的底部设有沥水筛网,所述清洁机构位于所述沥水筛网的上方,所述清洁腔的底部设有出水斗,所述出水斗与所述沥水筛网相连;所述清洁机构包括两个清洗槽,所述清洗槽的底部均设有喷头;所述电动水泵的进水口设有第一进水管与所述清洗箱的清洁液腔相连,所述电动水泵的出水口设有第一出水管与靠近所述柜门的清洗槽相连,所述第一进水管上设有第二进水管与所述清洗箱的清水腔相连,所述第一出水管上设有第二出水管与远离所述柜门的清洗槽相连。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述清洁液腔的顶部安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端通过联轴器与第二转轴驱动连接,所述第二转轴转动安装在所述清洁液腔的内部,所述第二转轴上固定有搅拌桨。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述双重消毒机构包括热风机和紫外线消毒灯,所述热风机安装在所述沥水筛网的下方,所述热风机的出风口设有出风管;所述紫外线消毒灯安装在所述干燥消毒腔的内壁上;所述干燥消毒腔的顶部设有出气管,所述出气管内安装有单向膜。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述推出机构包括第二自动伸缩杆,所述第二自动伸缩杆固定在所述开口的内壁上,所述第二自动伸缩杆的顶部固定有推板;所述自动翻开机构包括翻板,所述翻板的顶部铰接在所述柜体正面开设的出口上,所述翻板上固定有连接杆,所述连接杆的顶部铰接有第二液压伸缩推臂,所述第二液压伸缩推臂的另一端铰接在所述出口的上方;所述翻板的上方嵌有红外传感器,所述第二自动伸缩杆和第二液压伸缩推臂基于红外传感器接收到信息被控制启动。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该多功能医用消毒装置,能针对重复性使用的医疗用品进行消毒处理,对用品进行清洁、清洁、高温和紫外线消毒等多道工序,能保证去除用品表面的细菌和病毒等,同时考虑到现有技术中的医疗消毒柜均需要医务人员手动打开柜体,手套或手部肌肤上容易沾染细菌和病毒,再接触到消毒好的医疗用品又会重复造成污染的问题,特别设置有推出机构和自动翻开机构,针对消毒好的医疗用品,当需要使用时,可自动打开柜体并将医疗用品推出,避免了交叉感染的问题,严格保证了医疗用品消毒后无菌状态。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实现进行详细描述。
实施例1 如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种多功能医用消毒装置,所述消毒装置包括柜体1,所述柜体1的底部安装有转动杆4,所述转动杆4的底部通过车轮架5安装有车轮6,所述柜体1的内部开设有开口2,所述开口2的顶部安装有柜门3,所述开口2的内部通过自动移动机构与消毒收纳机构相连;所述开口2的内部设有清洁腔和干燥消毒腔,所述清洁腔和干燥消毒腔之间设有伸缩隔板23;所述清洁腔的内部设有清洁机构,所述清洁机构与所述柜体1顶部的清洗箱24通过电动水泵28相连,所述干燥消毒腔的内部设有双重消毒机构;所述干燥消毒腔的内壁上安装有推出机构,所述推出机构与所述柜体1正面上的自动翻开机构相对应。
该多功能医用消毒装置,能针对重复性使用的医疗用品进行消毒处理,对用品进行清洁、清洁、高温和紫外线消毒等多道工序,能保证去除用品表面的细菌和病毒等,同时考虑到现有技术中的医疗消毒柜均需要医务人员手动打开柜体1,手套或手部肌肤上容易沾染细菌和病毒,再接触到消毒好的医疗用品又会重复造成污染的问题,特别设置有推出机构和自动翻开机构,针对消毒好的医疗用品,当需要使用时,可自动打开柜体1并将医疗用品推出,避免了交叉感染的问题,严格保证了医疗用品消毒后无菌状态。
在使用时,利用消毒收纳机构收纳需要消毒的医疗用品,再将自动移动机构和消毒收纳机构相结合,启动自动移动机构,即可带动医疗用品在开口2内移动,并可依次经过清洁腔和干燥消毒腔,将柜门3关闭,并启动电动水泵28,首先通过清洗箱24和清洁机构对医疗用品进行清洗处理,随后启动双重消毒机构,对医疗用品进行干燥和消毒,处理完成后的医疗用品留在柜体1的内部,当医务人员无接触启动自动翻开机构时,医疗用品即可在推出机构的作用下自动推出。
如图2所示,本发明实施例中,所述消毒收纳机构包括清洗框7,所述清洗框7的底部连接有底托8,所述清洗框7的侧壁上开设有定位孔9,所述定位孔9与所述自动移动机构相连接。
将需要消毒的医疗用品收纳放置在底托8上,清洗框7能防止医疗用品在移动时滑动,通过自动移动机构与定位孔9相连接,启动自动移动机构后即可带动医疗用品在开口2内进行移动,从而依次经过清洁和消毒。
如图3~4所示,本发明实施例中,所述自动移动机构包括第一电机10,所述第一电机10安装在所述柜体1的外侧,所述第一电机10的输出轴通过联轴器与第一转轴11驱动连接,所述第一转轴11转动安装在所述柜体1内壁上开设在滑槽中;所述第一转轴11上以螺纹连接方式安装有滑块12,所述滑块12的顶部固定有定位固定组件。
利用定位固定组件固定消毒收纳机构,启动第一电机10,第一电机10带动第一转轴11在滑槽内转动,从而带动滑块12在滑槽内移动,利用滑槽内的定位固定组件带动医疗用品在开口2内移动,进行程度化的清洁消毒。
进一步的,所述定位固定组件包括第一自动伸缩杆13,所述第一自动伸缩杆13的一端与滑块12固定连接,所述第一自动伸缩杆13的顶部对称铰接有两个定位杆14,所述定位杆14的内壁上铰接安装有第一液压伸缩推臂15;所述定位杆14卡装在所述定位孔9中。
根据消毒收纳机构的位置启动第一自动伸缩杆13伸长,通过第一自动伸缩杆13带动定位杆14伸进定位孔9中,并启动第一液压伸缩推臂15伸长,第一液压伸缩推臂15带动两个定位杆14伸展开,从而利用第一液压伸缩推臂15将定位杆14卡在定位孔9中从而对消毒收纳机构进行固定。
如图5所示,本发明实施例中,所述开口2的底部设有沥水筛网22,所述清洁机构位于所述沥水筛网22的上方,所述清洁腔的底部设有出水斗35,所述出水斗35与所述沥水筛网22相连;所述清洁机构包括两个清洗槽33,所述清洗槽33的底部均设有喷头34;所述电动水泵28的进水口设有第一进水管29与所述清洗箱24的清洁液腔相连,所述电动水泵28的出水口设有第一出水管31与靠近所述柜门3的清洗槽33相连,所述第一进水管29上设有第二进水管30与所述清洗箱24的清水腔相连,所述第一出水管31上设有第二出水管32与远离所述柜门3的清洗槽33相连。
将清洗箱24分隔成清洁液腔和清水腔,第一进水管29、第二进水管30、第一出水管31和第二出水管32上分别安装有阀门,当消毒收纳机构依次经过两个清洗槽33时,依次打开第一进水管29、第一出水管31以及第二进水管30、第二出水管32上的阀门,防止液体混淆,通过电动水泵28将清洗箱24内的液体泵出,再传输到清洗槽33中,依次利用清洁液和清水对医疗用品进行冲洗,以去除表面的细菌和病毒,清洁污水顺着底托8从出水斗35排出。
进一步的,所述清洁液腔的顶部安装有第二电机25,所述第二电机25的输出端通过联轴器与第二转轴26驱动连接,所述第二转轴26转动安装在所述清洁液腔的内部,所述第二转轴26上固定有搅拌桨27。
启动第二电机25,第二电机25即可带动第二转轴26在清洁液腔的内部转动,从而利用推板17对清洁液腔中的物料进行搅拌混合,能防止稀释不均匀。
进一步的,所述双重消毒机构包括热风机36和紫外线消毒灯38,所述热风机36安装在所述沥水筛网22的下方,所述热风机36的出风口设有出风管37;所述紫外线消毒灯38安装在所述干燥消毒腔的内壁上;所述干燥消毒腔的顶部设有出气管39,所述出气管39内安装有单向膜40。
分别启动热风机36和紫外线消毒灯38,热风机36将高温空气通过热风机36吹向清洗完成后的医疗用品中,不仅能烘干用品表面的水分,还能进行高温消毒,水分通过单向膜40排出,紫外线消毒灯38能持续对开口2内部的医疗用品进行消毒处理,保证了医疗用品无菌。
实施例2 如图1和图3所示,本发明提供的再一个实施例中,所述推出机构包括第二自动伸缩杆16,所述第二自动伸缩杆16固定在所述开口2的内壁上,所述第二自动伸缩杆16的顶部固定有推板17;所述自动翻开机构包括翻板18,所述翻板18的顶部铰接在所述柜体1正面开设的出口上,所述翻板18上固定有连接杆21,所述连接杆21的顶部铰接有第二液压伸缩推臂20,所述第二液压伸缩推臂20的另一端铰接在所述出口的上方;所述翻板18的上方嵌有红外传感器19,所述第二自动伸缩杆16和第二液压伸缩推臂20基于红外传感器19接收到信息被控制启动。
红外传感器19能接收到人体靠近的信息,当需要取样医疗用品时,医护人员只需靠近19,控制器即可控制启动第二自动伸缩杆16和第二液压伸缩推臂20,利用推板17将医疗用品推出,通过第二液压伸缩推臂20和连接杆21将翻板18打开,医务人员无需接触柜体1的外壁和把手等部件,也就无需再对手部进行消毒处理,减少了感染的途径。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多功能医用消毒装置,所述消毒装置包括柜体(1),所述柜体(1)的底部安装有转动杆(4),所述转动杆(4)的底部通过车轮架(5)安装有车轮(6),所述柜体(1)的内部开设有开口(2),所述开口(2)的顶部安装有柜门(3),其特征在于,所述开口(2)的内部通过自动移动机构与消毒收纳机构相连;所述开口(2)的内部设有清洁腔和干燥消毒腔,所述清洁腔和干燥消毒腔之间设有伸缩隔板(23);所述清洁腔的内部设有清洁机构,所述清洁机构与所述柜体(1)顶部的清洗箱(24)通过电动水泵(28)相连,所述干燥消毒腔的内部设有双重消毒机构;所述干燥消毒腔的内壁上安装有推出机构,所述推出机构与所述柜体(1)正面上的自动翻开机构相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述消毒收纳机构包括清洗框(7),所述清洗框(7)的底部连接有底托(8),所述清洗框(7)的侧壁上开设有定位孔(9),所述定位孔(9)与所述自动移动机构相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述自动移动机构包括第一电机(10),所述第一电机(10)安装在所述柜体(1)的外侧,所述第一电机(10)的输出轴通过联轴器与第一转轴(11)驱动连接,所述第一转轴(11)转动安装在所述柜体(1)内壁上开设在滑槽中;所述第一转轴(11)上以螺纹连接方式安装有滑块(12),所述滑块(12)的顶部固定有定位固定组件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述定位固定组件包括第一自动伸缩杆(13),所述第一自动伸缩杆(13)的一端与滑块(12)固定连接,所述第一自动伸缩杆(13)的顶部对称铰接有两个定位杆(14),所述定位杆(14)的内壁上铰接安装有第一液压伸缩推臂(15);所述定位杆(14)卡装在所述定位孔(9)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述开口(2)的底部设有沥水筛网(22),所述清洁机构位于所述沥水筛网(22)的上方,所述清洁腔的底部设有出水斗(35),所述出水斗(35)与所述沥水筛网(22)相连;所述清洁机构包括两个清洗槽(33),所述清洗槽(33)的底部均设有喷头(34);所述电动水泵(28)的进水口设有第一进水管(29)与所述清洗箱(24)的清洁液腔相连,所述电动水泵(28)的出水口设有第一出水管(31)与靠近所述柜门(3)的清洗槽(33)相连,所述第一进水管(29)上设有第二进水管(30)与所述清洗箱(24)的清水腔相连,所述第一出水管(31)上设有第二出水管(32)与远离所述柜门(3)的清洗槽(33)相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述清洁液腔的顶部安装有第二电机(25),所述第二电机(25)的输出端通过联轴器与第二转轴(26)驱动连接,所述第二转轴(26)转动安装在所述清洁液腔的内部,所述第二转轴(26)上固定有搅拌桨(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述双重消毒机构包括热风机(36)和紫外线消毒灯(38),所述热风机(36)安装在所述沥水筛网(22)的下方,所述热风机(36)的出风口设有出风管(37);所述紫外线消毒灯(38)安装在所述干燥消毒腔的内壁上;所述干燥消毒腔的顶部设有出气管(39),所述出气管(39)内安装有单向膜(40)。
  8. 在此处键入权利要求项8。根据权利要求1所述的多功能医用消毒装置,其特征在于,所述推出机构包括第二自动伸缩杆(16),所述第二自动伸缩杆(16)固定在所述开口(2)的内壁上,所述第二自动伸缩杆(16)的顶部固定有推板(17);所述自动翻开机构包括翻板(18),所述翻板(18)的顶部铰接在所述柜体(1)正面开设的出口上,所述翻板(18)上固定有连接杆(21),所述连接杆(21)的顶部铰接有第二液压伸缩推臂(20),所述第二液压伸缩推臂(20)的另一端铰接在所述出口的上方;所述翻板(18)的上方嵌有红外传感器(19),所述第二自动伸缩杆(16)和第二液压伸缩推臂(20)基于红外传感器(19)接收到信息被控制启动。
