刀具是厨房常用工具之一,刀具通常插入刀架进行存放,但是很多刀架本身与外界幷没有固定连接,刀具与刀架之间也没有固定连接,一旦有小孩贪玩或者日常操作中不小心碰倒刀架,刀具极容易从刀架中滑出伤人。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种多功能防倾倒安全锁定刀架,其能够改善刀具容易从刀架中滑出的问题。
本申请实施例是这样实现的:
本申请提供一种多功能防倾倒安全锁定刀架,刀架包括防倒底座、刀架主体、顶盖和锁定杆;
刀架主体为顶部具有开口且内部具有空腔的筒体结构,刀架主体内部设置有多个隔板,多个隔板竖向间隔设置并将空腔分割成多个子腔室;
顶盖与刀架主体的顶部连接,顶盖开设有多个与子腔室连通的通槽,每个通槽均对应一个子腔室;
刀架主体的内壁设置有张紧弹簧,锁定杆上连接有多个磁性压板,多个磁性压板沿锁定杆的长度方向间隔设置,锁定杆的一端设置于刀架主体的外部, 锁定杆穿设于多个隔板并能够与张紧弹簧抵接,当锁定杆与张紧弹簧抵接时,每个磁性压板均位于其中一个子腔室且与通槽对应,以使得刀具从通槽插入子腔室时,刀具的侧面与磁性压板抵接。
进一步地,通槽的一端设置有磨刀石,磨刀石开设有能够与刀具的刃口抵接的楔形缺口。
进一步地,通槽的侧壁设置有密封条,密封条的一端与磨刀石衔接。
进一步地,顶盖的侧面开设有排气孔。
进一步地,每个子腔室靠近开口的一端设置有至少一对清洁滚筒,清洁滚筒的中心轴线与隔板平行设置。

本申请的多功能刀架的有益效果包括:
刀架主体内部具有多个子腔室,可以存放多把刀具,当锁定杆的端部与张紧弹簧抵接时,刀具从通槽插入子腔室时,刀具的侧面与磁性压板抵接使得刀具磁吸在磁性压板上,即使刀架不慎倒下,刀具也不易从刀架中滑落出来,提高了安全操作性。

请参照图1和图3,顶盖3与刀架主体2的顶部连接,顶盖3开设有多个与子腔室211连通的通槽34,每个通槽34均对应一个子腔室211。即是说,刀具4从通槽34中插入时,能够进入到其中一个子腔室211。由于刀架主体2内部具有多个子腔室211,则可以存放多把刀具4。可选地,通槽34为长方形通槽34。
请参照图2,刀架主体2的内壁设置有张紧弹簧26,锁定杆28上连接有多个磁性压板27,多个磁性压板27沿锁定杆28的长度方向间隔设置,锁定杆28 的一端设置于刀架主体2的外部,锁定杆28穿设于多个隔板21并能够与张紧弹簧26抵接,当锁定杆28与张紧弹簧26抵接时,每个磁性压板27均位于其中一个子腔室211且与通槽34对应,以使得刀具4从通槽34插入子腔室211时,刀具4的侧面与磁性压板27抵接。可选地,锁定杆28的远离张紧弹簧26的一端连接有手柄29,手柄29设置在刀架主体2外部。通过手柄29操作锁定杆28滑动使得锁定杆28的另一端与张紧弹簧26抵接,使用起来更加方便。
当锁定杆28的另一端与张紧弹簧26抵接时,刀具4从通槽34插入子腔室211时,刀具4的侧面与磁性压板27抵接使得刀具4磁吸在磁性压板27上,即使刀架不慎倒下,刀具4也不易从刀架中滑落出来,提高了安全操作性。
请参照图3,在一种可能的实施方案中,通槽34的一端设置有磨刀石32,磨刀石32开设有能够与刀具4的刃口抵接的楔形缺口321。当刀具4插入通槽34时,刀具4的刃口经楔形缺口321与磨刀石32摩擦好,从而可以将刀具4的刃口磨得更加锋利。
可选地,通槽34的侧壁设置有密封条33,密封条33的一端与磨刀石32衔接,当刀具4插入通槽34时,刀具4的侧面能够与密封条33接触,从而更好地避免刀具4从刀架中滑落。另外,为了保持刀架主体2的干燥,顶盖3的侧面开设有排气孔31,以利于潮湿的气体从排气口排出。
进一步地,请参照图4,在一种可能的实施方案中,每个子腔室211靠近开口的一端设置有至少一对清洁滚筒22,清洁滚筒22的中心轴线与隔板21平行设置。另外,需要说明的是,一对清洁滚筒22指的是两根平行设置的清洁滚筒22,可选地,每个通槽34对应设置至少两对清洁滚筒22。示例性地,清洁滚筒22包括安装于刀架主体2侧壁的中心转轴224,中心转轴224上设有滚筒222, 滚筒222外部设有清洁布套223。一对清洁滚筒22对应一个通槽34设置以使得刀具4插入通槽34时该对清洁滚筒22能够对刀具4进行摩擦清洁,擦拭刀具4表面的水渍。
请参照图5,可选地,清洁滚筒22通过弹性连接盒221安装于刀架主体2,弹性连接盒221包括盒体2211,盒体2211的内腔设有发条弹簧2212,发条弹簧2212的外端与盒体2211连接,发条弹簧2212的内端与中心转轴224固定连接。
进一步地,请参照图6,在一种可能的实施方案中,刀架主体2的内腔底部设置有滤水网板25,滤水网板25与刀架主体2的底壁间隔设置。
可选地,滤水网板25水平设置于刀架主体2的底壁上方,刀架主体2的侧壁底部开设有排水孔20,刀架主体2的底壁朝向排水孔20倾斜向下设置。刀具4插入刀架主体2内部,刀具4上残留的水经过滤水网板25流向刀架主体2的底壁,由于刀架主体2的底壁朝向排水孔20倾斜向下设置,则水可从刀架主体2的底壁流向排水孔20经排水孔20排出。
可选地,架主体的内壁以及隔板21上安装有消毒灯23和/或电热器24。消毒灯23能够进行消毒,电热器24能够加热使得水分蒸发对刀具4进行烘干,从而使得刀具4更加清洁。
进一步地,请继续参照图2,在一种可能的实施方案中,防倒底座1包括连接管11、软管12以及与刀架主体2连接的吸盘10,吸盘10用于吸附于工作台面;吸盘10上端与刀架主体2固定连接,连接管11从吸盘10的内腔穿入刀架主体2的内腔使得吸盘10的内腔与刀架主体2的内腔连通,连接管11位于吸盘10的内腔中的一端与软管12连接;吸盘10吸附在工作台面时,连接管11 能够将软管12抵接于工作台面上使得软管12的内腔闭合。
吸盘10吸附于工作台面,连接管11将软管12抵接于工作台面上使得软管12的内腔闭合,从而使得防倒底座1较牢固地吸在工作台面不易倒下。
综上,本申请实施例的多功能刀架,不仅不易倒下,即使刀架不慎倒下,刀具4的侧面与磁性压板27抵接使得刀具4磁吸在磁性压板27上,刀具4也不易从刀架中滑落出来,提高了安全操作性。而且,清洁滚筒22能够对刀具4进行摩擦清洁,擦拭刀具4表面的水渍。电热器24能够对刀具4进行烘干,消毒灯23能够进行消毒,从而使得刀具4更加清洁。另外,刀具4上的水也能经过滤水网板25从刀架主体2的底壁流向排水孔20经排水孔20排出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能防倾倒安全锁定刀架,其特征在于,所述刀架包括防倒底座、刀架主体、顶盖和锁定杆;
    所述刀架主体为顶部具有开口且内部具有空腔的筒体结构,所述刀架主体内部设置有多个隔板,多个所述隔板竖向间隔设置并将所述空腔分割成多个子腔室;
    所述顶盖与所述刀架主体的顶部连接,所述顶盖开设有多个与所述子腔室连通的通槽,每个所述通槽均对应一个所述子腔室;
    所述刀架主体的内壁设置有张紧弹簧,所述锁定杆上连接有多个磁性压板,多个所述磁性压板沿所述锁定杆的长度方向间隔设置,所述锁定杆的一端设置于所述刀架主体的外部,所述锁定杆活动穿设于多个所述隔板并能够与所述张紧弹簧抵接,当所述锁定杆与所述张紧弹簧抵接时,每个所述磁性压板均位于其中一个所述子腔室且与所述通槽对应,以使得刀具从所述通槽插入所述子腔室时,所述刀具的侧面与所述磁性压板抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述通槽的一端设置有磨刀石,所述磨刀石开设有能够与刀具的刃口抵接的楔形缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述通槽的侧壁设置有密封条,所述密封条的一端与所述磨刀石衔接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述顶盖的侧面开设有排气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,每个所述子腔室靠近所述开口的一端设置有至少一对清洁滚筒,所述清洁滚筒的中心轴线与所述隔板平行设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述清洁滚筒通过弹 性连接盒安装于所述刀架主体,所述弹性连接盒包括盒体以及安装于所述刀架主体侧壁的中心转轴,所述盒体的内腔设有发条弹簧,所述发条弹簧的外端与所述盒体连接,所述发条弹簧的内端与所述中心转轴固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述刀架主体的内腔底部设置有滤水网板,所述滤水网板与所述刀架主体的底壁间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述滤水网板水平设置于刀架主体的底壁上方,所述刀架主体的侧壁底部开设有排水孔,所述刀架主体的底壁朝向所述排水孔倾斜向下设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述防倒底座包括连接管、软管以及与刀架主体连接的吸盘,所述吸盘用于吸附于工作台面;所述吸盘上端与所述刀架主体固定连接,所述连接管从所述吸盘的内腔穿入所述刀架主体的内腔使得所述吸盘的内腔与所述刀架主体的内腔连通,所述连接管位于所述吸盘的内腔中的一端与所述软管连接;所述吸盘吸附在所述工作台面时,所述连接管能够将所述软管抵接于所述工作台面上使得所述软管的内腔闭合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能刀架,其特征在于,所述刀架主体的内壁以及所述隔板上安装有消毒灯和/或电热器。
