本发明涉及检测设备领域,特别涉及一种高性能电池检测装置。
背景技术
电池充放电测试仪的主要功能有:具有蓄电池组恒流放电功能,具有在线监测功能和快速容量分析功能,具有活化功能等;高性能电池充放电测试仪上会在散热窗口上安装防尘结构,但是现有的高性能电池充放电测试仪的防尘结构均是通过若干颗螺钉进行安装固定的,此种安装方式会使得防尘结构在需要进行清理时,其安装拆卸较为繁琐,从而影响到防尘结构的清理效率以及测试仪的使用。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种高性能电池检测装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种高性能电池检测装置,包括检测仪主体,所述检测仪主体的内部对称安装有两个防尘结构,所述检测仪主体的内部在位于两个防尘结构的两侧对称设置有四个固定螺杆,所述检测仪主体的内部在位于四个固定螺杆上对称设置有八个固定块。
优选的,所述检测仪主体的下端对称设置有四个滑轮,所述检测仪主体的上端对称设置有两个把手,所述检测仪主体的前端设置有显示屏,所述检测仪主体的左右两端对称开设有两个安装槽,两个所述安装槽的内壁上均对称开设有两个上收纳槽和两个下收纳槽,所述检测仪主体的内部在位于四个下收纳槽的下方对称开设有四个限位槽,所述检测仪主体的上端对称开设有四个杆孔,所述杆孔将检测仪主体的上端与检测仪主体内部开设的上收纳槽、下收纳槽以及限位槽贯穿。
优选的,两个所述防尘结构分别安装在检测仪主体左右两端开设的两个安装槽内,两个所述防尘结构的内侧均设置有一个防尘网,两个所述防尘结构的上下两端均对称开设有四个固定槽。
优选的,四个所述固定螺杆对称设置在检测仪主体内开设的四个杆孔内,四个所述固定螺杆的下端均设置有一个限位板,四个所述限位板分别设置在检测仪主体内部对称开设的四个限位槽内,四个所述固定螺杆的上端均设置有一个旋钮,四个所述旋钮均设置在检测仪主体的上方。
优选的,八个所述固定块的上端均开设有一个螺纹孔,八个所述螺纹孔均将固定块的上下两端贯穿,八个所述固定块均通过其上开设的螺纹孔安装在固定螺杆上。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果。
通过设置可上下移动的固定块,可以便于防尘结构的快速拆卸和固定;通过设置固定螺杆,可以便于推动固定块向上或者向下移动,最终使得防尘结构的安装、拆卸更为简便,提高防尘结构的清理效率。

在本实施例中,检测仪主体1的下端对称设置有四个滑轮5,检测仪主体1的上端对称设置有两个把手6,检测仪主体1的前端设置有显示屏7,为了便于防尘结构2的安装,在检测仪主体1的左右两端对称开设有两个安装槽8,两个安装槽8的内壁上均对称开设有两个上收纳槽9和两个下收纳槽10,检测仪主体1的内部在位于四个下收纳槽10的下方对称开设有四个限位槽11,检测仪主体1的上端对称开设有四个杆孔12,杆孔12将检测仪主体1的上端与检测仪主体1内部开设的上收纳槽9、下收纳槽10以及限位槽11贯穿。
在本实施例中,两个防尘结构2分别安装在检测仪主体1左右两端开设的两个安装槽8内,两个防尘结构2的内侧均设置有一个防尘网13,为了便于防尘结构2的快速安装、拆卸,在两个防尘结构2的上下两端均对称开设有四个固定槽14。
在本实施例中,为了便于固定块4的上下移动,设置了四个固定螺杆3,四个固定螺杆3对称设置在检测仪主体1内开设的四个杆孔12内,四个固定螺杆3的下端均设置有一个限位板15,四个限位板15分别设置在检测仪主体1内部对称开设的四个限位槽11内,四个固定螺杆3的上端均设置有一个旋钮16,四个旋钮16均设置在检测仪主体1的上方。
在本实施例中,为了便于防尘结构2的快速安装、拆卸,设置了八个固定块4,八个固定块4的上端均开设有一个螺纹孔17,八个螺纹孔17均将固定块4的上下两端贯穿,八个固定块4均通过其上开设的螺纹孔17安装在固定螺杆3上。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种高性能电池检测装置,在使用时,当需要对防尘结构2进行拆卸清理时,首先将固定螺杆3上端的旋钮16逆时针转动,此时固定螺杆3也会跟随其一起转动,而此时由于固定螺杆3与固定块4为螺纹连接,而固定块4收到固定槽14以及上收纳槽9或者下收纳槽10 的限制不能转动,故而固定螺杆3上固定块4会随着固定螺杆3的转动向上或者向下移动,从而最终使得固定块4与固定槽14脱离收入到上收纳槽9或者下收纳槽10内,此时即可将防尘结构2从检测仪主体1上拆卸下来;当防尘结构2清理完毕之后,可将其重新安装到安装槽8内,接着顺时针转动旋钮16,此时固定螺杆3也会顺时针转动,接着固定块4会从上收纳槽9或下收纳槽10内移出,进入到防尘结构2上开设的固定槽14内,从而完成了防尘结构2的固定。
